3 Democratic Georgia state reps charged with COVID-19 pandemic unemployment fraud

Three Georgia state representatives, all Democrats, are charged with COVID-19 pandemic unemployment fraud. Specifically, this is the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance or PUA benefits, and the three got caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

Sharon Henderson (District 113, Covington) was indicted last December on two counts of theft of government funds along with ten counts of making a false statement [aka lying]. Henderson is alleged to have grabbed $17,811 by claiming unemployment while she was working, including as a substitute teacher, and while running for office. She pleaded not guilty and was suspended from office.

Karen L. Bennett (District 94, Stone Mountain) was charged in early January of this year and pleaded guilty to making false statements. In her case, she allegedly collected about $13,940 while serving as a state representative while also claiming other employment/quarantine issues [aka double-dipping and fraud]. She resigned before the charges and her sentencing is scheduled for April this year.

Dexter L. Sharper (District 177, Valdosta) was charged in late January of this year while making false statements. Sharper, who thought he was sharper than the law, pocketed nearly $14,000 [somewhere between $13,825 and $13,940] while he was being paid as a state representative--a very dull-witted thing to do. He was also getting paid as a musician. He resigned this month and pleaded guilty soon after that. His sentencing is scheduled for July this year.

The cases [above] involve false statements to obtain federal pandemic unemployment benefits in 2020 to 2021 all while the three were getting paid from their legislative roles or other work.

The trio was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia as part of broader efforts to address pandemic relief fraud. Details come from official DOJ press releases and court updates.

BREAKING: Fani Willis' fanny may be in cooked as judge orders hearing

Things are looking gloomy for Georgia's Fulton County DA, Fani Willis as her crusade to prosecute Donald Trump has turned sour after it was discovered that she had an improper relationship with the married special counsel, Nathan Wade, whom she hired, slept with, and went with on vacation.

"The judge overseeing the election interference case against former president Donald Trump in Georgia has reportedly scheduled a hearing for Feb. 15 to examine recent allegations that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her lead prosecutor 'engaged in an improper relationship and mishandled public money,'” reports Nicole Bennett at WSB Radio.

Not surprisingly, Willis' paramour, Wade, is not really qualified to handle the RICO case she donated to him. He had never handled one before, but he still billed the county $250 per hour and raked in over $600,000. 

The hard-left Washington Post has a more detailed report explaining that Judge Scott McAfee has ordered Willis to respond in writing to the allegations by Feb. 2, and he has called a hearing about the accusations and scheduled it for Feb. 15.

Judge McAfee is presiding over the RICO case involving Trump and 18 other co-defendants. Willis is alleged to be sharing a bed with Wade. 

"Willis has declined to address the accusations directly so far," reports the Washington Post's Amy Gardner and Holly Bailey. "McAfee’s order appears to be forcing her to do so in televised court proceedings, a development that could at the least be embarrassing for the district attorney and at worst derail the investigation completely."

Willis spoke out indirectly about the allegations in a speech on Sunday at Atlanta's Big Bethel AME Church as an old guy behind her seemed happy to be there. She unsurprisingly pulled the race card, which is becoming old hat and an embarrassment to Black people who know better. 

She also defended Wade but never spoke about the fact that she and he do the horizontal lambada. After all, it was in church and she didn't want to give the worshipers bad thoughts.

Willis also indirectly addressed the issue by accusing Wade's estranged wife, Joycelyn Wade of interfering with the Trump case by subpoenaing Willis to testify in the Wades' divorce proceedings. She had to again be indirect to avoid being judged a hussy.

Willis, the paramour of Nathan Wade,  also accused Joycelyn Wade of “obstructing and interfering with an ongoing criminal prosecution.” The motion claims that because the Wades' marriage was beyond repair to begin with, dragging the DA into the proceedings is a needless distraction.

Looks like Fani's fanny is in trouble, but I won't hold my breath thinking anything is going to come of this situation.

Judge takes Florida's side over Biden re: vax mandate for federal contractors

His dementia is not something to laugh at--it's something of which to impeach him 

A federal judge in Florida put a temporary injunction in place Wednesday against the federal government's Covid vaccine mandate for federal contractors.

U.S. District Judge Steven Merryday [and a Merry Christmas to all] issued a 38-page opinion challenging the Biden administration's nonsensical sweeping mandate disputing its justification. The mandate would compel employees of all agencies and businesses that contract with the federal government to be vaccinated against COVID-19 with some exceptions.

Merryday was not the first to issue an injunction against Biden's mandate; a federal judge in Georgia beat him to it.

“The extent of any absenteeism attributable to COVID-19 among contractors and subcontractors is unexplained,” Merryday wrote, as reported by the News Service of Florida. 

“The frequency and duration of any procurement delay attributable to COVID-19 is unexplained. The extent of any cost increases attributable to COVID-19 is unexplained. In other words, the extent of any procurement problem, past or future, attributable to COVID-19 is undemonstrated and is merely a hastily manufactured but unproven hypothesis about recent history and a contrived speculation about the future. Obviously, no massive extension and expansion of presidential power is necessary to cure a non-existent problem and certainly neither ‘good cause’ nor ‘urgent and compelling circumstances’ exists to justify summary disregard of the requirements of administrative law and rule-making.”

Apparently, it isn't about the logic or the science, it's about the power.

Last month, Florida's Republican Governor Ron DeSantis signed legislation outlawing vaccine mandates in his state, which is a direct challenge to Biden’s mandate.

“It’s the United States of America,” Gov. DeSantis said at a signing ceremony in Brandon, Florida, a location chosen to emphasize the viral chant, "Let's Go Brandon!" which became a verbal substitute for "F**k Joe Biden." 

De Santis continued, “The states are the primary vehicles to protect people’s freedoms; their health, their safety, their welfare, and our Constitutional system. What Biden is doing is not constitutional. There has never been a federal vaccine mandate imposed on the general public.”

A few weeks later, following a Georgia lawsuit over the mandate, U.S. District Court Judge R. Stan Baker issued a nationwide injunction against the obviously unconstitutional mandate for federal contractors. Baker’s order was not the first injunction over the mandate, but it was the first to cover the entire U.S., temporarily nullifying our alleged president's order that was set to take effect on January 4.

Federal leftist attorneys tried to get Florida’s lawsuit dismissed by arguing that the state lacked standing to sue over the vaccine mandate. Merryday disagreed, citing the conflict between state law and Biden’s vaccine mandate in his opinion. 

He used the University of Florida as an example:

“As Florida’s reply shows, the University of Florida, for example, is trapped in a bind,” he wrote. “If the federal government awards a contract proposal subject to the executive order, the university’s compliance with the mandatory clause will conflict with the university’s duty to obey state law prohibiting a vaccination requirement.”

“Absent a preliminary injunction, the defendants’ challenged actions will force each state agency to comply with Florida law and lose existing and prospective contracts,” the judge continued. “If a state agency forgoes the opportunity to contract with the federal government, no judicial relief can remedy the loss. Even a state agency’s hesitation — in deference to state law — to acquiesce to the defendant’s request to modify an existing contract might sour and end present and prospective contracts that benefit Florida and the nation.”

So Biden and his handler(s) lose this legal battle but someone is still making a bundle of money with these vaccines, and you can bet that this person or persons are government employees at the top of the food chain.

Black Leaders: Abrams speaks for White Liberals

She lost by 55,000 votes 

Political activist and Governor of Georgia in her own mind, Stacey Abrams claims her main objective is to amplify the voices of Black Americans--but some Black Americans say otherwise.

One group of Georgia's Black leaders have made it clear that Abrams is not representing what they believe.

Black Americans for a Better Future Education Fund and the Georgia Black Republican Council co-hosted an event Tuesday and called out Abrams’ role in convincing Major League Baseball to remove this year’s All-Star Game out of Atlanta.

The move from Georgia was based on a lie. Specifically, Abrams and the Democrats claimed the voting laws in the state were biased against Black voters.

“It’s been estimated that Cobb County will lose north of $100 million in revenue and economic activity as a result of baseball’s unilateral decision to relocate the game,” Black Americans for a Better Future Education Fund founder and chairman Raynard Jackson said.

“We want to put a human face on this issue today. These are not just mere statistics and economic data that Cobb County put out.”

Jackson specifically called out Abrams by name for what he correctly said is a dishonest effort to oppose Georgia's voting laws, which she claims makes it harder for Black people to vote.

“You have one person, by the name of Stacey Abrams, who lied,” Jackson said. “She got Major League Baseball to relocate the game. She got corporations like Delta Airlines, Coca-Cola, to come out against the Georgia Integrity Act.”

The truth is, Georgia's new voting law changes actually makes it easier for all people to vote. Voting locations have been added and time to vote extended. What was made harder for Black people can be attributed to Abrams and the Democrats as they are responsible for the huge loss of revenue that would have been generated to Cobb County and specifically impact Black folks.

“Stacey Abrams doesn’t speak for the Black community,” Jackson said in a separate statement. “She speaks for the white liberals who bankroll her political ambitions.

“Stacey Abrams doesn’t actually care about making it easier for Black people to vote, she only cares about making it easier for Democrats to vote.”

Bingo!

One of the main provisions in the new laws was a requirement for voters to show a photo ID when submitting an absentee ballot.

In an interview Sunday on “State of the Union,” Abrams said the Georgia law meant voters “are being forced to go through unnecessary hurdles to prove their bona fides.”

Lisa Babbage of the Georgia Black Republican Council, said Abrams’ indication that this requirement would somehow disenfranchise black voters is “insulting.”

“Black people aren’t stupid, but Stacey Abrams treats us like we are when she suggests that we aren’t even capable of obtaining a photo ID,” she said, according to Breitbart.

This is simply an example of the hard bigotry of low expectations by the Left. It also allows cheating to take place in elections.

But perhaps Ben Shapiro is right when he labeled this kind of thinking "the bigotry of no expectations."

Stacey Abrams lied about GA voter laws, now upset by consequences

Stacey Abrams, the failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate, whined for weeks about and spread lies about the state's new voting reform law. She said it was "a redux of Jim Crow in a suit and tie.” And it was her lies about the bill that likely scared the cowards of Major League Baseball to move the All-Star game out of Atlanta.

The loser gubernatorial candidate's full statement to MLB is as follows:

Republicans who passed and defended Senate Bill 2020 did so knowing the economic risks to our state. They prioritized making it harder for people of color to vote over the economic well-being of Georgians.

Like many Georgians, I am disappointed that the MLB is relocating the All-Star game; however, I commend the players, owners and League commissioner for speaking out. I urge others in positions of leadership to do so as well. As I have stated, I respect boycotts, although I don’t want to see Georgia families hurt by lost events and jobs. Georgians targeted by voter suppression will be hurt as opportunities go to other states. We should not abandon the victims of GOP malice and lies – we must stand together.

Georgia Republicans must renounce the terrible damage they have caused to our voting system and the harm they have inflicted on our economy. Our corporate community must get off the sidelines as full partners in this fight, acknowledging that the provisions of SB 2020 do not expand voting rights. They restrict those rights, affecting employees and consumers alike. And leaders must publicly support the voting rights provisions in the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act to mitigate the harm being done in Georgia and other states.

As other events, productions and businesses weigh whether to patronize Georgia, I urge those who can to come and speak out, and I urge those who are here to stay and fight, to stay and vote. We need you.

Her statement is a clear example of an obese woman being caught between a rock and a harder rock. She had to compliment the players for her faux outrage [if it's real, she's an imbecile] over the faux disenfranchisement of people of color while imploring them to keep the game in Atlanta. 

But the bill did not make it harder for people of color to vote--it made it easier.

The left-leaning Washington Post fact-checked the sundry complaints about the Georgia bill, which resulted in the finding that the experts it spoke to said “the net effect was to expand the opportunities to vote for most Georgians, not limit them.”

Specifically, the left-leaning Washington Post found that while house plant President Joe Biden and others claimed the new law “ends voting hours early so working people can’t cast their vote after their shift is over,” the new law does not at all limit voting hours. In fact, it extends them. 

Critics of the bill also falsely claimed the new Georgia bill would prohibit food or drink from being passed out to people waiting in line to vote. This is not a lie; it's a damn lie. The people who cannot pass out food, water or political literature to those in line waiting to vote are politicians and their staff within 150 feet of the polling area. And people are allowed to bring their own water and food if they think they'll starve or dehydrate. Poll workers within the 150 feet of the polling area can provide water or food as they see fit.

So Biden, Abrams, the media, and the entire Democratic Party are lying to the public. Even if you love baseball, you need to think about whether to support their decision to bow to the woke crowd or not watch nor attend the game.

Don't be a loser like Stacey Abrams.

GA Gov. Kemp signs potent Elections Integrity bill: Dem. Rep. protestor cuffed outside Kemp's office

Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) signed into law a GOP-backed "Elections Integrity Act of 2021" aka SB 202 on Thursday and Democrats had a cow.

The purpose of the bill is to reduce election fraud and tighten up the way elections

are handled in the state. Voter ID will be dealt with and there will be restrictions on drop boxes. In-person voting will be expanded along with other election-related fixes of the current system.

“With Senate Bill 202, Georgia will take another step toward ensuring our elections are secure, accessible and fair,” Kemp said on Thursday. “Ensuring the integrity of the ballot box isn’t partisan, it’s about protecting the very foundation of who we are as Georgians and Americans.”

Georgians will have added ID requirements for absentee-by-mail ballots to avoid fraud. When they return their ballots, voters will be required to use an identification form to actually verify who they are--what a novel concept. This change replaces the signature matching on applications that were formerly used to verify the voter and will match ballot envelopes as well.

SB 202 also expands in-person voting access, NPR noted: “Current Georgia law requires three weeks of Monday through Friday voting during ‘normal business hours’ and a mandatory Saturday session from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m, with counties allowed to add more hours — including on the weekends — as they saw fit.”

Kemp’s signing of the bill sparked protesting from Democratic representatives.

Democratic Rep. Park Cannon, [not a joke] was detained by Georgia State Patrol after she made it to an entrance of the governor’s office. She was escorted out of the building in handcuffs, but it remains unclear if Cannon will be charged with anything as well she should be.

Last month, elected Democrats clashed with police in the Georgia State Capitol while protesting a similar Republican-backed election integrity bill, HB 531. Cannon, was again at the center of the protest. She claimed the bill targets voters by race and status because she does not believe that minorities, the elderly and mthers are capable of obtaining IDs and the other necessities needed to vote.  “The goal of me speaking today is so that black people, people across the state of Georgia, poor people, mothers and seniors can vote,” the racist Democrat said at the time.

Warnock Voter Registration Group Under Investigation for Election Law Violations

Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock (D) is under investigation in his state for election law violations due to his nonprofit group allegedly failing to properly submit more than 1,200 voter applications to Georgia in 2019.

Do you actually believe these applications were from Democrat voters? 

The group known as the New Georgia Project was designed to register voters and founded by the make-believe Governor of Georgia, Stacey Abrams. It is overseen by Warnock until last year and is alleged to have "submitted 1,268 voter registration applications [to the state] after the 10-day deadline, causing voters to be disenfranchised in the March 19, 2019 special election," according to the Georgia State Election Board.

Warnock is listed as the group's CEO from 2017 to 2020 and is therefore the respondent in the case. He was also listed as the authorized signatory of the group's filings in February 2020.

The election board referred the case to the attorney general's office for criminal prosecution on Wednesday causing Warnock to attend to excessive bathroom journeys. 

This is not the only probe into the group's election activities. 

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) is also investigating the group for allegedly sending registration applications to out-of-state residents in New York City and for accusations that canvassers working for the group forged application signatures. [My emphasis.]

The New Georgia Project told local reporters that Warnock served as chairman of the board during this time but that he was listed as CEO in error after a "third-party firm misfiled our corporate documents." 

Yeah, lots of organizations mislabel an employee as CEO. It can happen to anybody.

"Election fraud is not tolerated in Georgia. When there is evidence of it, the people responsible face prosecution," Secretary Raffensperger said in a statement Wednesday. "Georgia has multiple safeguards in place that allow our team of investigators to discover fraudulent voting. They worked to catch the wrongdoing in these cases, and they maintain the security of Georgia elections."

Mark my words: nothing is going to happen to Warnock. It never does to those in power.

Dem. Ralph Warnock "Nobody can serve" America in military while serving God

Georgia Marxist Democrat Senate candidate Raphael Warnock gave a sermon in 2011 saying that Americans cannot serve their country in "the military" while also serving God. On the other hand, Warnock believes that one can kill the unborn and still serve God. His take on Christianity is definitely not on par with Jesus' take, but let's face it, Jesus was not a Democrat.

“America, nobody can serve God and the military,” Warnock said. “You can’t serve God and money. You cannot serve God and mammon at the same time. America, choose ye this day who you will serve. Choose ye this day.” [As ye choose to terminate the lives of your unborn.]

Verily, verily, so on and so forth. He thinketh he speaketh for the Lord. But lo, he speaketh for the other.

Finally, Warnock, a full-blown Marxist, is being vetted as he runs against Republican Kelly Loeffler for the Georgia Senate seat in the runoff election in a state that has 14 military installations and almost 80% of the its residents identify themselves as Christian.

Any voter with a brain and a Bible would have to be totally misinformed to vote for this guy.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) posted the video on Twitter, saying that he was “not shocked” by Warnock’s over the top comments.

Rubio added, “These and even crazier things is what the radicals who control the Democratic party’s activist and small dollar donor base believe.”

Warnock’s campaign claimed that Warnock, 51, was referring to Bible verses about serving two masters. 

Sorry, but that ship doesn't float.

“This sermon is based on a biblical verse that reads ‘No man can serve two masters… Ye cannot serve God and mammon,’ a biblical term for wealth,” Terrence Clark, communications director for the Warnock campaign, told Fox News. 

“Reverend Warnock was speaking about the need to commit to moral life before pursuing other priorities. As the video of the congregation’s response makes clear, this is another blatant effort by Kelly Loeffler to take Reverend Warnock’s words completely out of context. Given her own decision to spend her first days in the U.S. Senate profiting off the pandemic, perhaps she should watch the sermon more closely.”

But remember, Rev. W also believes in abortion. How can Clark square that circle?

Sister of shooter posted photo of Ahmaud Arbery's corpse on Snapchat

The not-so-bright sister of Travis McMichael, the man who, along with his father, allegedly murdered Ahmaud Arbery, admitted to posting an unedited photo on Snapchat of Arbery's dead body soon after her brother and father allegedly shot and killed him. The word "allegedly" is used in a legal sense to protect those who write or report about crimes as there has been no trial as yet, but there is video of the shooting and the evidence that both father and son McMichael is overwhelming.

Lindsay McMichael, 30, said she posted the hideous photo because she is "a true-crime fan" and it wasn't intended to be malicious or nefarious. “I had no nefarious or malicious intent when I posted that picture,” she told The Sun, adding, “The thing is I’m a huge fan of true crime — I listen to four or five podcasts a week — I’m constantly watching that sort of thing. It was more of a, ‘Holy s–t, I can’t believe this has happened.’ It was absolutely poor judgment.”

Ya think?

Attorney Lee Merritt, a lawyer for Ahmaud Arbery’s family, denounced the photo as “disturbing” while saying it fits in with a “pattern” of the McMichael family’s behavior. Why Merritt is trying to sow racial bifurcation is anybody's guess, but he's right in how posting the photo was characterized.

“The picture Lindsay McMichael posted was very disturbing and very disturbing to the family,” said Merritt. “It also highlights that there are probably more video and more images of before, during and after Ahmaud’s murder – these images aren’t meant for public consumption in this way.

“It actually fits in with the pattern of the McMichael family engaging in a weird, violent form of voyeurism,” he continued. “First you have [Gregory] McMichael sharing with a news station a video of the murder then you have his daughter sharing an image of Ahmaud’s bullet-ridden body on Snapchat. It’s deeply disturbing behavior.”

If that doesn't heighten racial tension in Georgia, nothing will.

The report about Lindsay McMichael’s photo comes after it was revealed that her brother himself released the original video of the killing believing it would exonerate him.

As to the charges of racism, Lindsay said that her brother “loved” her non-white boyfriends and that he did not act with malicious intent. Perhaps she's correct but he certainly acted out of stupidity. If both father and son wanted to stop Arbery, thinking that he burglarized a building, they could have done so without the use of firearms in this case, as they outnumbered him.

“I’ve seen my brother in his happiest moments — I was there when his child was born and I’ve seen him in distress and I know that look,” she said. “It wasn’t like some glory thing, like, ‘I stalked and then got the kill that I was hoping for.’”
Lindsay claims that she has since been inundated with rape and death threats over the killing of Ahmaud Arbery.

“We’re not the ones on trial here — my dad and my brother are and yes, I don’t think that they were beating the hood of the truck and saying, ‘Let’s go get this person,’” she said. “I think that things just really escalated. I just want people to realize we’re not monsters.”

She just doesn't know when not to speak.

Regarding Ahmaud Arbery and his family, Lindsay said that she feels deeply for “his poor mama” who she “thinks about every day.”

“His poor mama, I’m not a mother but I couldn’t imagine losing my child. I think about her every day and the grief and despair she must be feeling,” she said. “The words that I would love to say to his family would not even touch the amount of sorrow that I feel. I can’t say I’m sorry enough.”

The whole affair is sad.

Former Dem congressional candidate pleads guilty to manslaughter

Kellie Lynn Collins, 31, may be the only Democrat who supports the ownership of firearms. Unfortunately, she used such a device to shoot and kill her husband, Curt Cain, 41, after just one week into their marriage.

The former Georgia Democratic congressional hopeful pleaded guilty on Thursday to voluntary manslaughter in the 2018 death of her husband, according to reports.

Collins was facing charges in the shooting death of her husband, whose body was found in his home in Aiken, S.C., last August. Investigators determined he’d been shot in the back and died from loss of blood.

Collins and Cain had only been married for one week before his death. The Augusta Chronicle reported that Collins had been made the beneficiary of Cain’s insurance less than a month before he was killed. This may have been the motive or the fact that he refused to give up the remote when "The View" was airing.

The McDuffie County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia arrested Collins on Aug. 8, 2018, and extradited her to Aiken five days later, the Aiken Standard reported.

Collins had run as a Democrat to represent Georgia’s 10th Congressional District but dropped out before the 2018 election. Cain was serving as the treasurer of her campaign, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Collins initially rejected the plea deal but accepted after speaking with her lawyers, The Chronicle reported. A charge of grand larceny was dropped as part of the deal, the report said.

Too bad for Collins this didn't happen in California. She would be out of prison before the 2020 election, and if the Democrats could have their way, she'd be able to vote for them.

Former Democrat gun control advocate shoots her campaign treasurer to death

Hypocrisy runs rampant in politics, but the left is by far the leaders in that field. Kellie Collins, a former congressional candidate in Georgia's 10th District, was charged with the murder of her former campaign treasurer, Curtis Cain.

The allegations of murder follow Collins’ advocacy for “responsible” gun control laws during her campaign, and according to WSB-TV, Collins argued for stricter legislation “to protect the community.”

Police found Cain’s body in Collins’s apartment with a gunshot wound. Cain did not come in to work last Tuesday because he was dead. His absence prompted deputies to check in on him. Police estimated that he was dead for roughly a week.

Collins, who responsibly shot Cain, turned herself in to police on Saturday, shortly after the body was found. The two were reportedly living together and may have been married. Thus, this may have merely been a marital spat gone bad.

Collins obviously ran as a Democrat against Republican incumbent Rep. Jody Hice. In an interview, the alleged murderer said, “The GOP is targeting all women, minorities, members of the LGBT community and disabled people as lesser sections of society and you can see it in the bills they have passed and are attempting to pass so far in 2017.”

She simply targeted Curtis and she didn't miss.

Collins also called President Trump an “unqualified demagogue” and was a proponent of socialized health care.

Collins dropped out of the race in 2017, a year before the charges, citing personal reasons. In addition to murder charges, police charged Collins with grand larceny after Cain’s Subaru Legacy was reported missing.

She is a gun-toting super hypocrite.

Stacey Abrams being investigated: subpoena on its way

Stacey Abrams still claims she won the Georgia gubernatorial election in spite of having 55,000 fewer votes than the Republican victor, Brian Kemp. She is a sore loser, but a loser nevertheless.

David Emadi, the new director of Georgia's ethics commission, says he will complete an investigation into about 4 or 5 ethics complaints against Abrams.

Emadi started on the job Monday replacing Stefan Ritter, who resigned amid allegations of workplace impropriety.

Emadi's agency plans to subpoena bank and financial records from Abrams - and groups associated with her campaign, including political action committees and special interest groups.

Emadi said the commission had already investigated complaints lodged against Brian Kemp's campaign, but found no sustainable allegations.

Abrams' former campaign manager Lauren Groh-Wargo went on an ad hominem attack against Emadi. She said in a statement that Emadi is a Republican operative doing "partisan" work into "baseless" allegations and "should be focused on real problems like the unethical ties between the governor’s office and voting machine lobbyists instead.”

"It is shameful, but not surprising," the statement said. "This is Kemp’s corrupt playbook, his long history of launching frivolous investigations with bogus charges against political opponents. This is a shameful misuse of taxpayer dollars for a political vendetta."

If Abrams is found guilty of the allegations, Groh-Wargo doesn't plan to apologize but will "do an [Ilhan] Omar" and make more baseless allegations against Emadi.

Abrams' campaign vowed to fight the "false accusations with every available resource" including more ad hominem attacks and racist accusations against Emadi and the ethics commission.

Emadi pushed back saying his office looks into complaints irrespective of partisan ties. In other words, not everything is about partisan politics. It's actually possible that in spite of his being a GOPer, Abrams still might be guilty and he's going to look into it, so Groh-Wargo can bite him.

Emadi says the ethics commission also has active investigations ongoing into complaints made against "all" the candidates for Atlanta Mayor who ran in 2017, including Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, a somewhat painful sounding name combination.

Emadi declined to describe details of any of the complaints against Abrams or the mayoral candidates. 

His first ethics commission meeting is next week and Stacey Abrams is quietly having a cow.

Ga. father and Walmart Santa charged in deaths of his 2 children

Rincon -- A Georgia father was charged in connection in the deaths of his two kids. He reportedly worked as a Santa at a local Walmart just days before he was arrested, Fox News reported.

Elwyn Crocker, 50, was charged with child cruelty and concealing a death in connection with the killing of his two children. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, he worked as a jolly Santa Claus at the Walmart in Rincon, Georgia.

“This guy, the biological father, was a Santa Claus at Rincon Walmart, and these other families who live out here had their kids in his lap,” Ronald Howe, a neighbor, told WTOC.

Law enforcement officials investigating the disappearance of Mary Crocker, 14, searched property in Guyton, where the girl lived. They discovered two bodies, one confirmed to be Mary's and the other was that of her body Elwyn Crocker Jr., who had not been seen since November 2016.

Looks like a case of inter-familial breeding

The children's stepmother Candice Crocker, 33, Kim Wright, 50, and Wright’s boyfriend, Roy Anthony Prater, 55, were also charged with child cruelty and concealing a death in connection to the children’s killings. They all lived in the same house with Elwyn Crocker. Imagine what those poor children went through before they died--how incredibly horrible and sad.

They were being held in Effingham County Jail without bond. More charges were expected. 

Every one of them should get the death penalty.

Gena Sullivan, spokesperson for the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office, said that deputies were only called to the residence “for complaints about a couple of pit bulls” but later learned that the family was reported to the Division of Family and Children Services, a largely useless government agency as are almost all child welfare agencies throughout the country.

The children were enrolled in school in the county but were pulled out for homeschooling, WTOC reported, which is surprising because the photos show people that look like they would be hard-pressed to even read the funny papers.

The news of the death shocked the small town of fewer than 2,000 people.

“I’ve been doing this 41 years and, a while ago, I almost broke down in tears. It’s that bad,” Sheriff Jimmy McDuffie said. “I don’t understand how you do children like this.”

Sore loser Stacey Abrams can't win in GA governor race but will sue over mismanagement

The Georgia gubernatorial race between Republican Brian Kemp and Democrat Stacey Abrams has been decided. Kemp won, Abrams lost.

But Democrats cannot deal with loss and Abrams is no exception. She refused to give a concession speech and vowed to file a federal lawsuit challenging the "gross mismanagement" of Georgia's elections.

Had she won, it is doubtful she would have challenged the state's "gross mismanagement." Somehow that would not have been an issue.

Abrams' speech to her supporters ended her bid for governor, but she made it clear that she was a sore loser and was not in no way, uh-uh, conceding the race to Kemp. No way, no how.

This has become the latest Democratic tactic in their playbook titled: "Call Them Racist, Bigoted, Homophobic, Science Denying, Islamophobes," by Kamala Harris.

Abrams said that because she lost, "the state failed its voters."

What she meant was the state failed its Democratic voters but rewarded its Republican voters.

She is really a poor, sad, sore loser.

"I acknowledge that former Secretary of State Brian Kemp will be certified as the victor in the 2018 gubernatorial election. But to watch an elected official--who claims to represent the people in this state, baldly pin his hopes for election on the suppression of the people's democratic right to vote--has been truly appalling," the gap-toothed Abrams said. "So let's be clear, this is not a speech of concession."

"Because concession means to acknowledge an action is right, true or proper. As a woman of conscience and faith, I cannot concede that. But my assessment is the law currently allows no further viable remedy," she bloviated, then added that although she could fight to keep the election going until the chickens come home to roost, she doesn't "want to hold public office if I need to scheme my way into the post."

Abrams hoped to become the first black governor of Georgia and the first black, obese female governor of any state.

By the way, there is absolutely no evidence in the state of Georgia for unlawful voter suppression.

Kemp is unofficially ahead of Abrams with about 50.2 percent of over 3.9 million votes, and gives him about 18,000 votes over the threshold to win by a majority and avoid a Dec. 4th runoff.

Kemp said in a statement of Abrams: "I appreciate her passion, hard work, and commitment to public service. The election is over and hardworking Georgians are ready to move forward. We can no longer dwell on the divisive politics of the past but must focus on Georgia's bright and promising future."

Kemp, Georgia's former secretary of state, was endorsed by President Trump who took to Twitter to congratulate his win.

"Congratulations to Brian Kemp on becoming the new Governor of Georgia. Stacey Abrams fought brilliantly and hard--she will have a terrific political future! Brian was unrelenting and will become a great Governor for the truly Wonderful People of Georgia!"

Abrams wasn't impressed. "In the coming days," she began, "we will be filing a major federal lawsuit against the state of Georgia for the gross mismanagement of this election and to protect future elections."

After Abrams made her sore loser announcement, a fellow sore loser jumped on the loser bandwagon. Hillary Clinton tweeted:

"Thank you, @StaceyAbrams, for fighting for Georgia and for the integrity of our elections. Everyone should be able to exercise their right to vote. Every vote should be counted."

Legal, illegal, citizens, non-citizens, green card holders, credit card holders, with or without ID, after the deadline, whenever. Just as long as those voters vote Democrat.

No, Hillary, not everyone should be able to exercise their right to vote if they don't have the right to vote in our elections. And states need to meet their deadlines in counting those votes to avoid voter fraud, like is suspected in Florida's Broward County.

Georgia man's dismembered body found at neighbor's home

A trail of blood led police to discover the dismembered body of Robert Page at a neighbor's home Thursday. Page's wife reported her husband missing just hours before the gruesome discovery.

Christian Ponce-Martinez, 25, had been living next door to the deceased since moving from Mexico three months ago.

Authorities searched Ponce-Martinez's home after he was seen on surveillance video earlier that day. A trail of blood led police to the body in the backyard.

"Officers went to the back of the residence, and located the offender, hiding under a couch [brilliant], acting very nervous and suspicious," Maj. Craig Hammer said at a news conference. "Officers then noticed a trail of blood in the backyard. They followed the trail, which led them to the victim, Mr. Page's dismembered remains."

The body parts were in a cooler under tarps.

Ponce-Martinez was arrested and charged with malice murder along with an obstruction charge added Friday after the scumcrumpet was uncooperative and combative with police, WSB-TV reported.

According to police, the alleged killer and Page didn't know each other prior to the incident. Ponce-Martinez was renting a room at the house next door. It is also unknown if he was in the United States legally.

The motive for the murder isn't clear, but it is clear that he was "dearly loved," said Nancy Jones, a friend of the family.

Stacey Abrams and her liberal tears

Georgia -- Some tears are salty and some are sweet, but the tears of a liberal who loses an election, demands a recount, and loses again are the sweetest tears of all.

Those tears will likely turn out to be those of Democrat Stacey Abrams who lost a squeaker to Republican Brian Kemp in the Georgia gubernatorial race. But Abrams, unaccepting of her loss almost as much as she was of Hillary Clinton's in 2016, has promised to continue fighting to become the country's first female African American socialist who, in 2016 voted against a bill that would penalize those who comply with the movement to boycott, divest and sanction Israel (BDS movement).

Steve Berman, founder of OA Development, wrote in the Atlanta Jewish Times that he was disappointed that she was one of only a few legislators to speak against the bill on the Georgia House floor, and said that she "refused" to meet with pro-Israel activists about the bill to target the BDS movement campaigns.

In spite of her loss to Kemp, Abrams maintains there were still enough ballots remaining to take a closely-watched race to a runoff election.

When she finally spoke to her supporters early Wednesday morning, she was behind Kemp by about 100,000 votes.

"I'm here tonight to tell you votes remain to be counted. There are voices that are waiting to be heard," the anti-Semite said in a rousing sore-loser speech.

Hopefully this will end with Abrams getting what she deserves--a ticket to see Hamilton--oh wait--that was Gillum.

Kemp announces probe into his Democratic foe Abrams for cyber crimes

Georgia secretary of state Brian Kemp (R) is in a close gubernatorial race with Stacey Abrams (D) just hours before Tuesday's election. Kemp announced a probe into the Democratic Party for "possible cyber crimes" and ironically, it's his office that would be doing the investigating in this case, it was announced Sunday.

The polls show the two candidates are neck-and-neck--it's a toss-up at this point.

"Federal partners" and the Department of Homeland Security and FBI have been notified as well about the "failed attempt to hack the states' voter registration system" as of Saturday night, Kemp's office said.

Kemp Press Secretary Candice Broce said in a press release: "While we cannot comment on the specifics of an ongoing investigation, I can confirm that the Democratic Party of Georgia is under investigation for possible cyber crimes. We can also confirm that no personal data was breached and our system remains secure."

Naturally this was met with self-righteous indignation by the left. A spokeswoman for the Georgia Democratic Party was as angry as a hornet caught between the cheeks of a donkey writing that the "scurrilous claims are 100 percent false" and badmouthed the probe as "another example of abuse of power" by the secretary of state.

Both the FBI and Kemp's office didn't immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment.

Kemp said he wouldn't recuse himself as Georgia's secretary of state if his race goes to a recount, in spite of the fact that it's his office that oversees recounts. Imagine the fun if it does and he wins.

"This political stunt from Kemp just days before the election is yet another example of why he cannot be trusted and should not be overseeing an election in which he is also a candidate for governor," Georgia Democratic Party executive director Rebecca DeHart said in a statement.

Speaking Sunday on the Comedy News Network's "State of the Union," Abrams echoed that criticism, and accused Kemp of constantly trying to suppress votes.

I do see their point about Kemp recusing himself because if it was the other way around, and it was the Republican Party being scrutinized, I'd want a separate office doing the investigating.

However, that doesn't mean that the Democrats are not guilty, but Kemp's office better hurry up--the election starts Tuesday morning.

It's funny, however, I wouldn't be totally surprised if it was Oprah or Obama who messed with the system.

On Friday, a federal judge struck down Kemp's implementation of the states' "exact match" voting requirements whereby voters whose registrations differed in any way from their identifications to provide additional verification. Under Kemp, the requirements imposed stringent requirements of people suspected of being in the country illegally.

The Democrats are counting on illegal voters and they're trying to get here by the caravan load.

2 Dems in the 'slammer' seek political office

It probably doesn't help to run your political campaign from prison . . . unless you're a Democrat and anything goes. Two Democrats running for political office who have been convicted of crimes could very well be celebrating their electoral victories in the slammer should they win. And winning for an incarcerated Democrat is not out of the question--many of them see prison as a badge of honor, rather than dishonor.

A Texas state representative running for re-election and a Georgia Democrat running for Congress are not bowing out of the race for their respective offices, despite serving time in jail.

Rep. Ron Reynolds [aka: The Show Me City Shredder] (D-Missouri City) was convicted in 2015 of multiple misdemeanor charges for illegally soliciting clients to his law practice. He was released early on an appellate bond.

But the court rejected Reynolds' appeal and ordered him to return to the slammer. He is also disbarred from practicing law, putting him in the same category as the Clintons and the Obamas who can no longer practice law.

Although Reynolds has a misdemeanor conviction on his record, Texas state law doesn't prohibit him from running for political office.

Reynolds was endorsed by another lawbreaker, Rep. Bobby Beto O'Rourke (D-TX) and he will likely win re-election because it's uncontested. He has no plans on quitting his campaign at anytime and will make a model Democrat.

O'Rourke was driving drunk, hit another vehicle after crossing a median, and then he tried to get away from police. He is running against the incumbent, Ted Cruz, (R-TX) in a close contest, and if he wins, Texas will go far to the left and will be populated by Central America.

"Rep. Reynolds has full confidence that his experienced staff will be able to handle any immediate needs of his constituents, during his 4-6 month absence," his campaign said in a statement.

The other miscreant and candidate, Georgia Democrat Steve Foster, is serving a six-month prison sentence in county jail for driving under the influence.

His arrest was video recorded [see below] and went viral last year after authorities released it in August showing him trashing his district.

Foster is running against incumbent Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA) in Georgia's 14th congressional district.

Although Graves basically kicked butt when he won his district in 2012 by a wide margin with 75 percent of the vote, Foster vowed to carry out the campaign from his prison cell.

Foster is a model Democrat too.

Music teacher 'tricked into having sex' with 17-year-old

A 54-year-old former Georgia orchestra teacher admitted in court that she had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student but only because he tricked her into having sex with him.

The teacher, Therese Gunn, formerly teaching at South Gwinnett High School, that she was sorry she had coitus with the young man, but he was "like a used car salesman."

"Hey baby, check out this pair of 'headlights,' if you know what I mean, heh, heh. C'mon, let me see you light them up."

Gunn entered a guilty plea and sentenced to 90 days in prison, although her lawyer pushed for house arrest. She will be on probation for 10 years and is not allowed to go to used car lots in that time.

Gwinnett County Superior Court Judge Warren Davis said to Gunn, "I don't find that you're the kind of person that needs to be warehoused for years. We get those cases and we get them out of society as long as we can. You're not one of those. But you clearly betrayed the trust that you had of parents, this parent, putting this child in your care."

From the rear of the courtroom a young man's voice called out: "Yo, check out this rear view, if you know what I mean. This thing is really revved up and ready to go, and you hold the key . . . baby."

The used car student in this case told the court that Gunn "made [his] adolescence a living hell."

Gunn is the fourth teacher from Gwinnett who has been arrested on sex-related charges stemming from the 2015-2016 school year. She resigned last year.

Sadly, Therese Gunn looks like an aunt of mine who passed away several years ago at the age of 93. I will never look at Music 101 the same way ever again.

Rep. John Lewis dances too soon

Rep. John Lewis was cutting a rug, busting a move, shucking and a jiving for John Ossoff as the first votes poured in Tuesday for Georgia's 6th Congressional District special election.

Lewis is a Democratic congressman from Georgia and has campaigned his Ossoff for their party's candidate. The early voting showed young Ossoff with a small lead over Republican Karen Handel.

Lewis, speaking too soon, told Ossoff supporters at the election watch party: "I tell you, in recent times, I've never seen anything like this. This is not just a campaign, this is a movement."

And a movement it remains, only not for the Democrats, but for the GOP as they won again. Was Trump correct when he said Republicans were going to get tired of winning?

While media outlets like CNN have touted this election as a referendum on Donald Trump, now that Ossoff has lost, they will likely say that the election was not a referendum on Donald Trump.

The special election decided that Karen Handel will replace former Rep. Tom Price, who now is President Trump's Health and Human Services secretary.

As results came in, it was determined around 10:00 p.m. ET that Handel won the election. Ossoff can now go back to his own district and perhaps try a political run there.

And John Lewis now understands the old adage: "Don't count your chickens before they hatch."
