Obama appointed judge fired over sex scandal

FOX Business contributor Katrina Campins broke down the mess of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's personal relationship with Nathan Wade on Jesse Watters Primetime.U.S. Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon dropped a motion on Friday to get Atlanta U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross tossed from a major election integrity case. Why? Because Ross admitted she went to a partisan Democrat fundraiser for Fani Willis, which is flat out illegal and screams she is anything but impartial.

But that is just the warm up for Ross's greatest hits album of judicial disgrace. 

Turns out that Ross, who is married, has been carrying on for years banging Atlanta deputy police chief Kelley Collier right there in her chambers during work hours. Staff overheard the sexual noises. When she got caught, she lied about it and then retaliated against the people who reported her.

This is textbook workplace sexual misconduct, lying, and obstruction of justice, folks. 

And what did the federal judiciary do about it? Gave her a freaking private reprimand. Yes, a private reprimand. That is the judicial equivalent of a participation trophy for being a sleazy embarassment. Ross should resign immediately or get impeached by Congress. She should also face federal criminal charges for lying to investigators.

The Atlanta Police Department has tons of cases in front of Ross's court. 

Collier, her regular courthouse hookup, is a nearly thirty year veteran who runs the Community Services Division and, oh yeah, he is also married. 

The Eleventh Circuit Judicial Council actually said it was only by pure happenstance that Ross never got assigned any cases from that division while she was banging the deputy chief. Relying on luck to avoid a screaming conflict of interest does not make you ethical. It makes you lucky and gross. Nothing indicates she would have ended the affair if a case had landed on her desk. 

Ross is  married to DeKalb County Circuit Judge Brian Ross. I wonder how he's taking it.

This went on right under the noses of her law clerks, young lawyers who were supposed to look up to her as a role model as opposed to a "Fans Only" woman. One former clerk had to blow the whistle to disciplinary authorities. She turned her fancy judicial chambers into a cheap love shack for several years, from 2023 until 2025. 

When staff pushed back on her illegal behavior, she cursed them out. Retaliating against whistleblowers has zero place in the federal judiciary.

Ross, an Obama appointee, also showed up at the victory party for Fani Willis, the same legal train wreck who brought that ridiculous, politically motivated indictment against President Trump and nearly twenty other defendants in 2023. Courts eventually booted Willis after it came out she was sleeping with special prosecutor Nathan Wade. 

Judges are not supposed to attend these partisan Democrat love clusterfracks. Ethical canons exist for a reason.

Ross showed zero integrity when Eleventh Circuit Chief Judge William Pryor confronted her. She flat out denied everything and called the allegations outrageous. She knew she was lying through her teeth. If a lawyer pulled that stunt in court, they would be disbarred and possibly prosecuted for contempt. But the Judicial Council went soft on Ross, kept the reprimand private, and refused to name her. That lack of transparency is garbage. The public has every right to know which judge is abusing her office, lying about it, retaliating, and trying to cover it up. 

She is a caught liar with no business on the federal bench. This fiasco is exactly why Congress needs to pass Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley's bill for an independent inspector general over the federal judiciary. These judges cannot police themselves, and for one in particular, don't even mention the word 'police,' it gets her all steamy hot.

Her eventual confession changes nothing. 

The council made her skip being chief judge of the Northern District and say sorry to the staff she screwed over. Big whoop. These are pathetic slaps on the wrist. As it stands, Ross keeps collecting that sweet lifetime federal paycheck and benefits. Other judges with half a spine have resigned over less. She should do the same. The Justice Department needs to prosecute her, and the House should impeach her.

Funny how Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff has been completely MIA on this. 

Ross sits on the bench in his home state. Her antics have humiliated the Northern District of Georgia, the whole state, and the federal judiciary. Ossoff, a full-blown coward, has not called for her resignation, has not demanded transparency, and has not said a single public word about why they shielded her from accountability. That silence is deliberate, and Georgians should remember it come election time. 

Ross is a complete disgrace to the judiciary. She should slink away with whatever dignity she has left and be replaced by someone who understands that judicial chambers are not a Motel 6 for afternoon delights that the whole staff has to hear. 

The Senate Judiciary Committee, where Ossoff ought to be leading the charge instead of playing hide and seek, should demand answers on why her name stayed secret. Most important, the Justice Department needs to open a criminal investigation into the false statements she made to Pryor and her obstruction of justice. The judiciary and the country deserve way better than Eleanor Ross.

Southern Poverty Law Center didn't just fund white supremacists

Jon Ossoff

Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) is already in a precarious position when it comes to keeping his seat in the upcoming midterm elections. His relationship with the Southern Poverty Law Center might make things even worse.

Federal Election Commission filings revealed that the SPLC contributed over $700,000 to his campaign during the 2020 race, according to Fox News. Oddly enough, this places Ossoff in the same category as the Ku Klux Klan and other white supremacist groups whose leaders have received oodles of cash from the organization.

Ossoff and the SPLC have a longstanding relationship. The organization was so zealous in their advocacy for the guy that it even dedicated a page on its website to him.

The Justice Department brought an 11-count indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center in April, alleging that it secretly used donor money to pay informants inside potentially violent extremist organizations. The DOJ claims the organization concealed those payments and lied to financial institutions.

The organization faces charges of wire fraud, making false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering. Investigators claim the group opened bank accounts in the names of fictitious entities so it could pay the informants without anyone knowing where the money was really coming from. 

The SPLC then allegedly used the accounts to route more than $3 million in contributions to informants between 2014 and 2023 who occupied leadership roles in groups that the SPLC publicly labeled as dangerous hate groups.

Aside from all this, the SPLC is above board and doing a great job supporting Democrats.

Prosecutors allege that at least nine informants tied to the Ku Klux Klan, the National Alliance, the Aryan Nations, and other white supremacist groups were paid hundreds of thousands of dollars each. One informant allegedly received over $1 million over several years.

While the SPLC was paying these individuals, it told donors they were using their funds to dismantle these extremist organizations. Prosecutors said the organization defrauded donors by not telling them about the informant program.

This comes as polling continues to show Ossoff is fighting for his political life against his Republican challengers. 

An Emerson College Polling/Nexstar survey shows him narrowly defeating Rep. Buddy Carter 47 percent to 44 percent, Rep. Mike Collins 48 to 42 percent, and Derek Dooley 49 percent to 41 percent. He does not have enough of a lead to make victory certain over any candidate. These revelations will not exactly benefit Ossoff's bid to remain as senator.

Sen. Jon Ossoff losing support from fellow Jews: reelection chances waning

US Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) is shedding support from Jewish constituents faster than Hillary Clinton loses computer data, due to his growing negativity toward Israel, as per former newspaper, the New York Times.

Jewish community leaders and donors initially became disillusioned with Ossoff after the lawmaker voted to implement a partial arms embargo against Israel and lambasted the Jewish state’s conduct in its war against Hamas, the Times reported over the weekend.

 
Well, here we are again, aren't we? The great dance of political disillusionment where principles meet practicality. You see, Ossoff, in a fit of moral clarity or perhaps political naivety, decided to take a stand against Israel. He voted for what was termed a "partial arms embargo", and didn't hold back in critiquing Israel's actions in its ongoing conflict with Hamas.

 
The newspaper noted that a coalition of Jewish organizations subsequently sent a private letter to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, encouraging the Republican to challenge Ossoff in the 2026 Senate race.

And oh, how the winds of politics blow! [Just ask Kamala Harris.]

The backlash was swift, as if someone had just turned on the proverbial fan. A coalition of Jewish organizations, feeling the sting of betrayal, decided it was time to rally. They penned a letter, not to Ossoff for some sort of dialogue or debate, but directly to Brian Kemp, the Governor of Georgia. The message was clear: challenge Ossoff in 2026. It's a fascinating, if somewhat predictable, turn in the saga of political chess where every vote and every critique can lead to a gambit or a checkmate. This isn't just about policy or morality; it's about power, loyalty, and the complex interplay between community support and political ambition.

“As a bipartisan group of leaders in the metropolitan Atlanta Jewish community, we humbly ask you to consider running for the United States Senate in 2026,” the letter read.

“Should you decide to run in the 2026 election,” the letter continued, “you would find no better friends, more loyal allies, or stronger supporters than us and our community.”

Last November, Ossoff, along with 19 other senators, joined a failed effort spearheaded by comrade and anti-Zionist Sen. Bernie Sanders (Communist-VT) to block the transfer of certain heavy-duty arms to Israel. They would rather see a defenseless Israel than a successful Jewish state, because somehow this is their perverted version of virtue signaling.

Ossoff, failing to take into account how Hamas uses Palestinians, young and old, as human shields, accused the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) of behaving with “reckless disregard” for the lives of Palestinian civilians. He slammed the Jewish state for supposedly failing to “provide safe passage for food and essential medical supplies” in Gaza and criticized Israel for engaging in “conduct” that allegedly undermined American interests. Lamenting the arms embargo’s failure to pass the Senate, Ossoff stated that Israeli officials needed a “message” that the Jewish state must “have mercy for the innocent.”

The good Senator must have missed the video evidence of the Palestinians taking part in the October 7, 2023 Israel invasion and massacre of Israelis, and how they keep electing the Hamas government. He may also be unaware of Gazan civilians harboring Israeli hostages taken that day; 251 to be precise, because why would anyone of good conscience, particularly a Jew, take the side of the terrorists?

One begins to wonder, in this era of finger-pointing and moral grandstanding, what the true aim is. Ossoff, in his critique, seems to have taken the stage as a sort of modern-day Cassandra, warning of dire consequences should Israel not adhere to his vision of mercy. But one must ask, in the theatre of international politics, is this call for mercy an act of compassion or one of political positioning?

Following the Hamas-led slaughter of roughly 1,200 people and kidnapping of those 251 hostages throughout southern Israel, relations between the Democratic Party and Jews have become increasingly strained. Many supporters of Israel have become outraged at what they perceive as growing anti-Israel animus if not outright anti-Semitism within traditionally left-wing institutions.

The October 7th massacre was a moment that should have united us against barbarity, yet here we are, watching the fracturing of alliances, the questioning of loyalties. The Democratic Party, once a sturdy pillar for Israel, now seems to have cracks running through it, as the narrative shifts from an alliance to ambivalence or worse.

Leftist lawmakers such as the reprehensible Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Summer Lee (D-PA) have spent the past year launching attacks against Israel’s character, accusing the Jewish state of committing both a “genocide” and an “ethnic cleansing” campaign in Gaza. Even nominally moderate lawmakers such as Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) have sharpened their criticisms of Israel over the past 16 months, calling into question the Democratic party’s support of the Jewish state among some pro-Israel advocates. They would like to see Israel lose the war that Hamas started because deep in their core, they hate the Jewish people.

The rhetoric from the left has grown not just bold but bold-faced. Terms like "genocide" and "ethnic cleansing" are thrown around with a casualness that belies their gravity, much like the term "racist." It's as if we've entered a time where the loudest voices on the left have decided that the only narrative worth telling is one where Israel is always the villain. Even those considered moderates, like Van Hollen, seem to be sharpening their pens, not for the sake of balance but likely for political gain.

 
This shift, this narrative, isn't just about policy disagreements; it's about a fundamental questioning of what it means to support Israel. And in this political theatre, where every word is a performance, one wonders what the final act will look like for the relationship between the Democratic Party and the Jewish community.

The Times‘ report on Ossoff came after the latest Economist/YouGov poll released last week. The poll indicates that Democrats in the US widely sympathize with Palestinians over Israelis.

That is sick.

In another survey released last week, the American Jewish Committee (AJC) found that American Jews see the Republican Party as handling antisemitism better than the Democratic Party and that 81% of American Jews stated that they cared about Israel because it was “important.”

Ossoff, who once draped his senatorial campaign in the cloak of his Jewish identity, now stands on the precipice of a political cliff. With 2026 looming, the winds of competition are stirring, and they're not gentle. His campaign, once buoyed by personal heritage, now faces the harsh realities of electoral politics.

One can't help but ponder the irony here. He built his campaign on his Jewishness; now not so much, and it's going to bite him where the sun doesn't shine.

Alyssa Milano supports alleged domestic abuser Warnock

Alyssa Milano, is a #MeToo advocate, which is a person who supports women who have been raped or otherwise assaulted by men. The movement came about the same time as #BelieveAllWomen came into being which resulted from empty claims of sexual misconduct against now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

But like many leftists, Milano only tends to believe and support those who have the same political beliefs as hers. So it should come as no surprise that Milano supports Rev. Raphael Warnock, the Democratic senate contender from Georgia, in spite of recent allegations made by Oulèye Ndoye, the very Rev. Warnock's wife that he's an abuser. After an argument, Ndoye said that he ran over her foot with the car but he denies that.

Believe all women, unless they're causing problems in the Democratic Party. Then do what you have to do to shut them up.

Although Milano was a self-proclaimed spokesperson in the #MeToo movement, many are saying that her morals waver when it comes to Warnock. 

In 2018 at the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, she was wildly critical of Kavanaugh and accepted all the empty allegations leveled at him without question. At the trial she wore a sash that read: "BELIEVE WOMEN" and sat behind Kavanaugh while holding up a booklet that read: "I BELIEVE SURVIVORS."

Then she lied to The Hollywood Reporter about her motivation for attending the confirmation hearings saying, "I wasn't there with any political agenda. I was there to support a survivor of sexual assault. As a survivor, it literally is all of our worst nightmares come true. This is exactly the reason why we don't come forward, or we don't report. Because of the scrutiny. Because a man's word will always mean more than our word. And it's disgusting."

Enter Warnock. 

Now Milano is raising money for the Democratic Senate candidate and seems to have forgotten where she stands for women.

Regarding the incident in which Warnock allegedly ran over his wife's foot during a domestic inciden, police responded to it and body cam footage shows the aftermath of a verbal altercation between them.

The couple got divorced in November 2019.

Ndoye told police in that interview: "This man's running for the United States Senate and all he cares about right now is his reputation. I work at the mayor's office and this is a big problem. I've been trying to be very quiet about the way he is for the sake of my kids and his reputation.

"I've tried to keep the way that he acts under wraps for a long time and today he crossed the line," she continued. "So that is what is going on here and he's a great actor. He is phenomenal at putting on a really good show."

While Ndoye said Warnock ran over her foot, medical examiners found no physical damage.

In another incident in 2002, Warnock  "repeatedly disrupted a 2002 police investigation into child abuse at a church-affiliated summer camp, interfering with interviews and discouraging counselors from speaking with investigators," according to two Maryland State Police reports obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

But Milano stands by her man on the left. She is proudly supporting the extremely Rev. Warnock, working the phone banks, giving him praise, taking out the trash. She is also in the bag for Jon Ossoff, another Democratic Senate candidate who is also far Left.

Some online commentators pointed out the hypocrisy of Milano raising money for someone who has accusations against him by his ex-wife.

One Twitter used asked, "Where's the Me too movement now?"

Another wrote, "Do you see a hypocrite when you look in the mirror @Alyssa_Milano Asking for a friend #metoo #timesup." The reply included a Rose McGowan tweet, where the actress torched Milano and called her a "fraud" for her silence about the sexual accusations against Joe Biden by former Senate staffer Tara Reade.

"You are a fraud. This is about holding the media accountable. You go after Trump & [Supreme Court Justice Brett] Kavanaugh saying Believe Victims, you are a lie. You have always been a lie. The corrupt DNC is in on the smear job of Tara Reade, so are you. SHAME," McGowan wrote in April.

The hypocrisy is so thick, you can cut it with a tweet.

Ossoff, Warnock campaign with anti-Semite who called Jews 'termites'

Georgia's Democratic socialist Senate candidates Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff campaigned Saturday with Rep[ulsive] Henry Johnson (D-Anti-Semite-GA). In 2016, Johnson characterized Israeli settlers to "termites."

Warnock and Ossoff attended a “Drive-in Rally” hosted by the Rockdale and Newton County Democrats with Johnson. You cant think of it as having been a "meet and greet event" suitable for Klansmen--Klans women, white supremacists, and passive anti-Semites who attack Israel while pretending it isn't about the Joooooze

Johnson’s rally with Ossoff and Warnock brings up questions about Johnson’s controversial remarks, including his past commentary on Israeli settlers.

The 2016 event was sponsored by the Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation — which supports the obviously anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement (BDS). Johnson said at the event:

There has been a steady [stream], almost like termites can get into a residence and eat before you know that you’ve been eaten up and you fall in on yourself, there has been settlement activity that has marched forward with impunity and at an ever increasing rate to the point where it has become alarming.

It has come to the point that occupation, with highways that cut through Palestinian land, with walls that go up, with the inability or the restriction, with the illegality of Palestinians being able to travel on those roads and those roads cutting off Palestinian neighborhoods from each other. And then with the building of walls and the building of check points that restrict movement of Palestinians. We’ve gotten to the point where the thought of a Palestinian homeland gets further and further removed from reality.

In polite discourse, this racist Johnson is known as a piece of s**t. He claimed that "Jewish people" frequently steal land and property from Palestinians.

“You see one home after another being appropriated by Jewish people who come in to claim that land just because somebody did not spend the night there,” Johnson said.

He added, “The home their [Palestinian] ancestors lived in for generations becomes an Israeli home and a flag goes up.”

Historically, the Jews have lived in that land for thousands of years and there has never actually been a country known as Palestine, so Johnson is speaking through his nether regions. It's his hatred of the Jews that obfuscates his thinking and poisons his mind.

Johnson also compared Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman to President Donald Trump.

“The fact is the Israeli government, which is the most right-wing government ever to exist in the state of Israel in its history, the most right-wing government, you got a guy like Trump who is now the minister of defense in Israel calling the shots on defense,” Johnson said, without realizing that no matter which government was in power, Israel's military stance would not veer from the way it is now as the Jewish state is surrounded by countries that had sought its destruction. 

Thanks to the Trump administration, the animosity has shifted more toward the real enemy of the Middle East--Iran.

Hank Johnson is nothing more than an anti-Semite with a political platform. The Democratic Party is going through the same disgusting metamorphosis.

CNN looks like a puppy died before their eyes

According to Certainly Not News (CNN), the Georgia election between Jon Ossoff and Karen Handel was a referendum on President Trump. Of course, they said this before the election results were in.

The election results are in.

Well, it looks as if the country still stands with Trump and rejects the Democrats now that the GOP 'Handeled' them and beat their Ossoff.

The photo header sums up how CNN weathered the loss. You would think each one of them lost a beloved family member or saw a puppy die.

Just as CNN was about to cut to a break in the election coverage, the internet caught Mark Preston, their politics editor, as well as political analyst Gloria Borger, political director David Chalian and so-called reporter Dana Bash looking as if they wanted to commit suicide.

Rep. John Lewis dances too soon

Rep. John Lewis was cutting a rug, busting a move, shucking and a jiving for John Ossoff as the first votes poured in Tuesday for Georgia's 6th Congressional District special election.

Lewis is a Democratic congressman from Georgia and has campaigned his Ossoff for their party's candidate. The early voting showed young Ossoff with a small lead over Republican Karen Handel.

Lewis, speaking too soon, told Ossoff supporters at the election watch party: "I tell you, in recent times, I've never seen anything like this. This is not just a campaign, this is a movement."

And a movement it remains, only not for the Democrats, but for the GOP as they won again. Was Trump correct when he said Republicans were going to get tired of winning?

While media outlets like CNN have touted this election as a referendum on Donald Trump, now that Ossoff has lost, they will likely say that the election was not a referendum on Donald Trump.

The special election decided that Karen Handel will replace former Rep. Tom Price, who now is President Trump's Health and Human Services secretary.

As results came in, it was determined around 10:00 p.m. ET that Handel won the election. Ossoff can now go back to his own district and perhaps try a political run there.

And John Lewis now understands the old adage: "Don't count your chickens before they hatch."
