Luigi Mangione Seeks Plea Deal, Apparently Discovering That Revolutionary Courage Has Its Limits

Luigi Mangione, the alleged cowardly assassin who became an unlikely folk hero for parts of the online left, is reportedly looking for a plea deal with federal prosecutors.

Apparently, declaring war on capitalism from behind a gun is one thing. Facing the federal justice system is another.

Mangione, who is charged with the cowardly 2024 killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is reportedly in “serious negotiations” with federal prosecutors, according to a new report. An unexpected hearing has been scheduled for Friday at 11 a.m. in Manhattan federal court, less than a month before his federal trial is scheduled to begin on September 8.

Mangione cowardly shoots Brian Thompson in the back, allegedly

According to TMZ, a potential deal could involve Mangione pleading guilty to murder in an open plea, leaving his sentence entirely up to the judge without a recommendation from prosecutors.

The federal case is going to be presided over by U.S. District Judge Margaret M. Garrett, Southern District of New York. She was nominated by President Joe Biden in 2023, recommended by Sen. Chuck 'Nostrils' Schumer (D-NY), and confirmed by the Senate on a largely party-line vote (49-46, with nearly all Democrats supporting and nearly all Republicans opposing).

the left's angry heart-throb

Her professional background includes long service as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, roles in the New York State Attorney General’s office, and serving as New York City Department of Investigation commissioner. Federal judges are officially nonpartisan, but her appointment by a leftist vegetable of a president is the primary public indicator of association.

The state case is being presided over by Justice Gregory Carro, New York Supreme Court. He was appointed by then-Mayor Rudy Giuliana, a Republican.

By having Judge Garnett presiding and deciding the sentence, it could give the cowardly Mangione an opportunity to present mitigating factors at sentencing, including his views about healthcare, corporate greed and whatever arguments his attorneys believe might explain how those grievances supposedly contributed to the killing.

In other words, the revolutionary who allegedly decided that society needed a violent dose of his personal ideology may now be hoping the court will consider his feelings before deciding how long he should spend in prison.

And based on how the left is adjudicating crime, he may get a medal of valor for the cowardly murder of Brian Thompson.

Such a deal could potentially result in a sentence of less than life in prison and could also raise double jeopardy issues in the state case. Mangione faces additional charges in New York and Pennsylvania. Judge Gregory Carro previously dismissed the defense's double jeopardy argument as premature.

The sudden hearing follows reports that plea negotiations took place in June before stalling. Mangione's top lawyer, Karen Friedman Agnifilo, accused federal prosecutors of attempting to “prejudice” public opinion against her client.

“This information attributed to ‘anonymous sources’ is part of a troubling, deliberate pattern by prosecutors and law enforcement to prejudice Luigi, manipulate public opinion, and violate his constitutional right to a fair trial and impartial jury. Every defendant in America is presumed innocent until proven guilty, including Luigi, who has to fight the same charges twice.”

Of course, every defendant is entitled to the presumption of innocence and a fair trial. That is precisely why civilized societies have courts, judges and juries instead of allowing angry political ideologues to decide who deserves to live or die.

Brian Thompson's family

Mangione's case has nevertheless attracted an unusual amount of attention, particularly from people who appear to regard an alleged murderer as a symbol of resistance against corporate America.

On Tuesday, a judge ruled that jurors in the trial will remain anonymous because of concerns about intimidation and harassment involving witnesses and jurors. The judge also approved an overflow room for media and spectators, with both audio and video permitted.

More than 80 news organizations are expected to attend if the trial proceeds as scheduled.

For now, the alleged revolutionary has apparently reached the stage of his grand crusade where lawyers, judges and sentencing guidelines matter quite a bit.

The man who allegedly wanted to send a message to corporate America may soon be sending one to the judge instead: Please, sir, may I have less than life?

What a coward. Do you agree?

THE LATEST ON RUDY GIULIANI'S CONDITION

Former New York City Mayor [aka 'America's Mayor'] Rudy Giuliani, 81, is currently hospitalized with pneumonia in Florida's Good Samaritan Medical Center, in West Palm Beach. The hospitalization was announced on Sunday, May 3rd.

Ted Goodman, his spokesman, confirmed May 4th that Giuliani was placed on a ventilator due to complications from pneumonia, and it had worsened by restrictive airway disease linked to the 9/11 exposure at the World Trade Center attack by Islamic terrorists.

At this time, the former mayor is breathing on his own and has his family and primary medical provider at his side.

As mentioned, the pneumonia was exacerbated due to prior respiratory issues and he sounded hoarse during his online show on Friday.

Giuliani experienced a serious car accident in September 2025 that resulted in a fractured vertebra and other injuries.

Goodman said that Giuliani is "a fighter" and asked the public for prayers. Some scumcrumpets online have expressed a sick glee that he might perish--this is what our country has come to and it's far worse by those on the left.

President Trump and many others, including this writer, wish him well.

There is no further public information as to his condition but let's hope he recovers.

'Voter fraud' star witness case in MI was a former stripper at Bada Bing

Melissa Carone, 33, was the main witness in Trump's voter fraud case in Michigan. It turns out she worked at a strip club known as Bada Bing, [not to be confused with "Badabah Badabing, upside the head"] a name inspired by the TV show "The Sopranos." The establishment had been shut down after the manager and three others were charged with torturing a male victim in the basement. They drilled a hole in his hand with an electric drill.

Carone worked at Bada Bing as a stripper and danced there in 2010. Her dance costume consisted mainly of her epidermis and perhaps a set of earrings.

The "gentlemen's" joint even takes after the mobster strip club from "The Sopranos" as it has its own history of violence.

Ms. Carone became a public sensation during a hearing with President Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani last week when rendering a bizarre, belligerent and generally discredited testimony concerning her claims of election fraud.

According to DailyMail.com, Carone revealed that she had recently completed a year of parole in September for a  crime, which stemmed from her being accused of sending her fiancĂ©'s ex-wife pornographic videos and then trying to frame the ex-wife for stealing them.

On Monday, a Michigan health official mandated for Carone to go into quarantine due to her exposure to Giuliani, who has since tested positive for Covid-19.

President Trump, never one to allow a day to go by without telling the world what he has been thinking, tweeted a link to a story by pro-Trump outlet Justthenews.com featuring her testimony. He also tweeted: 'Melissa is great!'

It isn't known if the President was saying her testimony was great, or that she was a great stripper, but it's likely he wasn't aware of her past artwork.

An anonymous source [which should cause the reader to question the source's veracity] from Carone's hometown of Lincoln Park, Michigan, described her dancing days as the "worst kept secret in our little town." Because her little town is filled with gossipers with little lives. The source described Carone as conceited and hard to get along with, but it isn't known if the source tried him- or herself to get along with her.

Over the weekend full details of Carone's criminal past were made public, first reported by Deadline Detroit. Had she testified on behalf of Joe Biden instead of Trump, the left would have labeled her detractors as sexists who think they're better than her just because she's trying to earn a living for her two children.

Carone, known then Melissa Wright, reportedly harassed the 42-year-old victim for a period of two years, stalking her and sending her explicit videos from an anonymous account of herself having sex with her partner, the victim's ex-husband.

But she got caught and finally admitted to sending the videos.

As exclusively reported by DailyMail.com, Carone was initially charged with obscenity and computer crimes, but the charges were later reduced to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.

Her probation ended on September 13, some weeks before Election Day, when a temporary staffing agency hired the former stripper cum video porn performer to assist Dominion Voting Systems in Detroit.

Carone had struck a plea deal with Michigan prosecutors, who in turn dropped a first degree obscenity charge against her.

"The reason I got charged for it is it was sent off of my phone,' Carone, a self-described cybersecurity analyst, said. "I just said screw it, I'm going to have to take it."

After serving her one year probation, Carone was contracted by Dominion to work at a Detroit polling station throughout the presidential election to undertake IT work. It's in the capacity of working as a contractor that she claims to have witnessed widespread voting fraud. She testified that workers were shuttled to a facility called the "Chicago Warehouse" where she claimed to have witnessed the alleged fraud.

She appeared on Fox Business' "Lou Dobbs Tonight" segment to say that vans of food for election workers may have actually been filled with ballots. She also appeared as a witness on Tuesday for the Trump campaign at a hearing of the Michigan House Oversight Committee.

Her election fraud claims went viral last week, after she made a number of accusations of mass criminality at the polling center.

"Everything that happened at that TCF Center was fraud," Carone claimed at one point. 'Every single thing."

Giuliani tried to stifle her at one point, but she asserted: 'I know what I saw. I know what I saw. If I'm wrong I can go to prison.'

On Thursday, she lashed out at suggestions she had been drinking after her belligerent performance, proclaiming: 'Absolutely not!'

Carone had told the Michigan House Oversight Committee hearing on Wednesday about her claims that she saw poll workers running ballots through voting machines 'thousands of times,' which a judge had already said was 'not credible.'

But if you cannot believe a stripper with a big heart, who finished serving her parole, who can you believe?

Comrade de Blasio points finger at tiny virus for weekend gun violence: makes perfect sense if you're an idiot

De Blasio and wife
The First Place Winner of the Nation's Worst Mayor of a Major City, Comrade Bill "My Real Name is Warren" de Blasio (D), does not blame the surge in gun violence over the weekend on the shooters who shot people, he blames the shootings on the Chinese Communist Wuhan coronavirus.

Brilliant!

While pointing his finger elsewhere, he also defended the city's policing reforms and pretended to keep New York City "the safest big city in America." This is known in intellectual circles as complete bull crap.

The mayor, whose only accomplishment is his height, held a press conference Monday after at least eight people were killed and over 44 others shot and injured in a city with some of the country's toughest gun laws.

“I want to talk about what happened this weekend," the idiot began. "Many were out there celebrating, but we saw too much violence, and we have a lot of work to do to address it,” de Blasio said, while adding that “there is not one cause for something like this.”

He also never explained just what the right amount of violence is acceptable. Probably burning buildings, looting and destroying statues.

“This is directly related to coronavirus,” the idiot mayor said. “This is a very serious situation… As we’re getting into warmer and warmer weather, we’re feeling the effects of people being cooped up for months, the economy hasn’t restarted – we have a real problem here.”

Yeah, the virus. It's the virus. Oh, and Trump.

De Blasio vowed to “double down” to address the violence, which included shootings in Brooklyn, the Bronx and upper Manhattan, noting that it was going to take “neighborhood policing” as opposed to actual policing, and cooperation from clergy and elected officials.

I can hear the priest calling out to Johnny who's holed up in an abandoned building that Black Lives Matter burned down. "C'mon out, Johnny. Give it up--the coppers got the place surrounded."

"They'll never take me alive, Foddah," Johnny shouts back.

A social worker crouches behind Father McMannus and calls out to Johnny, "I know how this makes you feel. It's unfair how they treat you and I totally understand your situation. Tell me, what are you thinking now?"

"F**k you. I don't wanna hear your s**t. Get outta here."

Back to de Blasio.

“This is all hands on deck,” de Blasio cliched, while adding that the city has “been dealt a really tough hand.”

Yes, the city has been dealt a really tough hand, but they were playing Solitaire and elected a schmuck to run it while his wife, Chirlane McCray, launched ThriveNYC in 2015, taking $1 billion to fund a project to overhaul New York's mental health and substance abuse services. The program was criticized by Politico for having an "opaque budget" and "elusive metrics." The results were zero and to date, there is still nearly $850 million in funding still unaccounted for, and Bronx Councilman Ritchie Torres criticized ThriveNYC, saying that there was "no evidence it’s working."

Brilliant!

To add to the brilliant leadership we are witnessing in the city, last month, the NYPD announced it was disbanding its anti-crime unit and reassigning hundreds of plainclothes officers to other divisions amid widespread criticism over the department’s handling of protesters.  Commissioner Dermot Shea said roughly 600 plainclothes officers from the anti-crime unit would be reassigned to other teams where they can help the community get that cat out of the tree that grows in Brooklyn.

“We [became] the safest big city in America. We will keep that title,” de Blasio said. “We will not go back and that’s the work we will do together in New York City.”

He was referring to when Rudy Giuliani and Michael Bloomberg were mayor.

Trump team tries for more debates but Biden's team afraid

President Trump's campaign team tried to get the presidential debate commission to host four debates before the November election. They would like the first debate to be held just after Labor Day, nearly stirring Joe Biden out of his coma.

According to The New York Times, currently substituting as birdcage liner, three Trump associates, including Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney, and Brad Parscale, Trump's campaign manager, told the Times the campaign was looking for "fair debates" and wanted them sooner rather than later, and on a "bigger schedule."

“As many Americans as possible need to see the stark differences between the accomplishments and leadership of President Trump and the failed record and sleepiness of Joe Biden,” said Parscale, which is exactly why the Biden campaign will do all it can to avoid having Biden blather on in public.

The Trump campaign also reportedly requested to share influence with the Biden campaign over who would serve as the debate moderator for each event, a move the debate commission has rejected, according to The Washington Post.

Kate Bedingfield, deputy campaign manager for Biden, suggested to The Times in a statement that the Trump campaign was trying to “change the subject” to debates as a way of distracting from unfavorable polling. But the real point is, if Biden does debate with Trump and the public finally recognizes his serious cognitive decline, they might be inclined to vote for Trump and this scares the hell out of Biden's team.

Some people may have to hold their nose and pull the lever for Trump at the voting booth, but to put the nation in the hands of Biden, a guy who cannot complete a thought or a sentence without being confused or distracted, is just wrong.

The Post reported that the Trump campaign requested that no debates be held on the same evenings as NFL games, [especially any game in which Colin Kaepernick may "take a knee" in his cops are pigs socks during the playing of our national anthem].

Biden is currently leading Trump by 12 points in a Fox poll, proving that most people wouldn't know a case of senile dementia if it bit them on the butt. If Biden goes through with having one or more debates, hopefully people will realize just how much his addled brain is screwed up.

Iran goes bug-bang ballistic over sanctions: Rouhani grabs his crotch and talks all bellicose and stuff

The Trump administration snapped back sanctions on Iran and they liked it about as much as a beaver with dentures.

The Islamic Republic of Iran went ballistic on Monday and began the day with air defense drills and an acknowledgement from President Hassan Rouhani that the country now faces a "war situation." This has obviously increased tensions as our tough approach to the s***hole country takes hold.

The sanctions now have ended all the economic benefits the US has granted the nation that chants "Death to America!" "Death to Israel!" with their morning tea that we granted them since the 2015 crappy nuclear deal.

Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam and buddies with Obama and Keith Ellison, to name a few, led the same "Death to America" chant in Iran, and even with his multitude of anti Semitic rhetoric, has still not been banned from Twitter or Facebook.

Ostensibly, Iran continues to abide by the accord that limits its enrichment of uranium, but hey, you never know. Iran's officials threaten they could resume enrichment at the drop of a turban.

The sanctions we've imposed really hurt Iran's vital oil industry, a source where much of their feeble economy depends. Their money has plummeted over the last year, and prices have skyrocketed as a result.

"Today, Iran is able to sell its oil and it will sell," Rouhani bragged Monday as the sanctions began.

The military drill was televised on state TV. It was to continue through Tuesday as Americans go to the polls. Iranian army Gen. Habibillah Sayyari [his Jewish friends call him "Hi Bubbalah"] said the country's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, the same crap-weasels who kidnapped our sailors a few years ago in the Straits of Hormuz, were taking part in the exercise. And while many of them needed a shower before the exercises began, all will surely need one afterward.

Rouhani pledged to government officials on state TV that Iran would overcome the sanctions, and Kyrsten Sinema, along with some of her anti-Trump friends, sang "We Shall Overcome" for the Iranian cause, but added, "Let's not forget about the Taliban! Let's give them a big hand!"

Iran's national currency, the rial, currently trades at 145,000 to a U.S. buck, down from 40,500 to the US dollar from last year. The chaos it caused resulted in mass anti-government protests leading to 5,000 arrests and only 25 people killed, as some demonstrations continue to this day.

The Trump administration say the sanctions are aimed at persuading the government of Iran to radically change its bellicose policies, including support for regional militant groups and its development of long-range ballistic missiles that they would love to use on the US and Israel.

On the other hand, both National Security Advisor John Bolton and Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal lawyer, made public statements supporting the overthrow of Iran's theocratic, dictatorial government.

Is Giuliani just playing a lawyer on TV?

Rudy Giuliani spoke about the planned summit between North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un and President Trump. I should have said that he "unfortunately spoke" about the summit.

He spoke in Tel Avi on Wednesday and was referring to the fact that the meeting was originally canceled by Trump last month,. He said that Kim "begged" for the summit in Singapore. Giuliani said that Kim "got back on his hands and knees and begged for it, which is exactly the position you want to put him in."

Why?

Even if it's true, why would Giuliani make that information public? It could put Kim in an uncomfortable position of weakness and possibly ruin the chances of a summit actually taking place.

Fortunately, Trump announced the summit is back on and White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said on Tuesday that the summit would be held at the Capella Hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore.

Giuliani, the former New York mayor during the 911 World Trade Center attack in 2001, is part of the president's legal team handling the special counsel investigation led by Robert Mueller. He rejected the notion that his stupid comments might create a negative mood before the meeting, if a meeting would actually take place after he made the stupid comment.

"It is pointing out that the president is the stronger figure," Giuliani said, evidently forgetting the war of words Kim and Trump had in the past. "And you're not going to have useful negotiations unless he accepts that."

This may even be true, but making it public just rubs it in Kim's fat face and that's something the corpulent avunculicider doesn't want to lose.

Trump had written to Kim on May 24: "Based on the tremendous anger and open hostility displayed in your most recent statement, I feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned meeting. Therefore, please let this letter serve to represent that the Singapore summit, for the good of both parties, but to the detriment of the world, will not take place."

This came, Giuliani told the Associated Press, after Vice President Mike Pence was insulted by the North Koreans, along with National Security Adviser John Bolton [who scares the crap out of Kim] and threatened "nuclear annihilation" of the U.S. Giuliani said the president had no other option but to cancel the summit.

"President Trump didn't take that," Giuliani said. "What he did was he called off the summit [he did]."

Giuliani soon realized how he sounded to the AP and clarified about "what I mean by begging for it." He explained that after the meeting was canceled by Trump, Kim quickly changed his position and expressed his willingness to discuss denuclearization and asked to have the summit again.

Giuliani also explained that he was sharing a personal opinion with the press and was not part of the U.S. foreign policy team.

He needs to keep those types of personal opinions to himself--they can only hurt the administration, the world, and yes, even the entire galaxy.

De Blasio doesn't go to crash because no one died

New York City's so-called Mayor de Blasio said that he didn't go to the scene of the Long Island Railroad scene where over 100 people were injured in the rush hour crash--since no one died, so it didn't rise to the "magnitude" of an event requiring his personal attention.

This is the same socialist mayor who criticized Mayor Bloomberg in 2013 for not going to the site if a train derailment in The Bronx that killed 4 passengers.

"We look at each situation specifically and this is a different kind of situation than that horrible tragedy we were talking about years ago," the tall empty vessel said.

Long Island Railroad obviously is the purview of the governor, but more importantly, thank God, these were minor, very minor injuries," the atheist said, not considering the psychological impact that befell the passengers nor the few who suffered broken bones.

But as a candidate for mayor in 2013, de Blasio went after Bloomberg over his decision not to visit the site of the Metro-North derailment. Bloomberg was in Bermuda at the time, sunning his very rich butt.

"For me, it would be, generally speaking, important to be there," the then public advocate de Blasio said at the time. "My instinct in these things is to be present even if the city is not the lead . . . In this case I would have been there."

It's obvious that New York City, for all its wonderful attributes, tends to elect poor leaders. Rudy Giuliani was one exception.

AG prospect Rudy Giuliani may go for Clinton prosecution

President elect Donald Trump may have praised his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton after he won the election, but that was his mouth talking--his ego has yet to phone in.

Rudy Giuliani, a top prospect to be Trump's Attorney General left the door wide open that, if he gets the nod, his Justice Department would go after Hillary Clinton regarding her private and illegal email server and the "pay for play" with the Clinton Foundation and her time as Secretary of State.

Giuliani was a former New York City mayor during the 9/11 attack on the city, and a federal prosecutor before that. He put away some serious 'bad guys' in the mob. He said Wednesday on "The O'Reilly Factor" that Hillary was a legitimate target to be investigated and that it had nothing to do with political "payback."

"There's one tradition in America, right? Election is over. We forget about it. There is another tradition in America which is 'equal justice under the law,'" he said. "And it would depend on how bad the violations are."

I don't know if Rudy checked into it lately, but violation of the Espionage Act is a bad violation of the law.

FBI Director [for now] James Comey said that recent findings in the investigation into Clinton's private, illegal, homebrew server, did not cause him to change his recommendation to the Justic Department to not pursue charges against Clinton.

But there are reports indicating some FBI agents are also looking into the Clinton Foundation regarding the "pay to play" scheme, and while it seems quite obvious she gave special favorable treatment to donors to the foundation, there remains no proof that she stood on the torch of the Statue of Liberty and screamed it out. That's what it appears the FBI is looking for to make their case, as it was with the server.

When Trump was the presidential nominee in October and first raised the idea of going after Clinton, nobody on the left worried that much because they knew she had the election in the bag.

"If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there has never been so many lies, so much deception," Trump told Clinton.

When he made his victory speech early Wednesday morning, Trump praised the former Worst Lady for running a tough campaign--he never mentioned her myriad scandals. "Hillary has worked very long and very hard over a long period of time, and we owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country. I mean that very sincerely."

Note: he did not say "very very sincerely" so he may not have actually meant it.

But the plot sickens because it's possible that President Obama could preemptively pardon Clinton for any federal crimes (but he cannot pardon state and civil offenses that we haven't yet learned about).

If Obama pardons Hillary, it implies that she is guilty of the crimes.

"So, the president can offer the pardon but the pardon carries an implication of guilt; if she accepts the pardon, her acceptance carries a confession of guilty," Chapman University Law Professor Ronald Rotunda said in an email to FoxNews.com.

He noted, however, that a pardon of Clinton alone would leave any co-conspirators--potentially including Bill Clinton and top aides and foundation officials--open to prosecution. And if she hypothetically confessed her guilt in the U.S., the Clinton Foundation trustees around the world would also be at risk, explains a charity fraud expert, Charles Ortel.

Another battle could be over the legality of a non-specific presidential pardon and this might be challenged by Trump or Giuliani.

"I think President Obama should leave it to the system we all believe in to determine 'is she innocent or is she guilty?'"

Muslim community blames Trump but will ISIS take the credit?

Queens, N.Y. -- An imam and his associate were shot and killed Saturday at around 2:00 p.m. after leaving the mosque where they were saying Zuhr (afternoon) prayers. The victims were identified as Imam Maulama Akonjee, 55, and Thar Uddin, 65. The imam was pronounced dead at the scene and Uddin died around 6:00 p.m. at Jamaica Hospital.

The shooter (who is likely a Donald Trump supporter according to local Muslims who don't like Trump's refusal to be politically correct) remains at large.

According to Deputy Inspector Henry Sautner of the 106th Precinct, the shooter is a "male with medium complexion, dressed in a dark polo short and shorts." Authorities said that the shooter's motive is undetermined at this time, but community Muslims are calling it a hate crime, while blaming Donald Trump and one Imam even blamed, in addition to Trump, former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani for the shooting.

In return, Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani blamed the Muslim community for 9/11 and blamed Islam for terrorism and the Islamic State. However, both made it clear that Benghazi wasn't their fault--it was Hillary Clinton's fault and the deleted emails would have proved it.

Speaking on behalf of what America is all about, Khairul Islam, 33, a man who would love Sharia law to override the U.S. Constitution said, "That's not what America is about. We blame Donald Trump for this. Trump and his drama has created Islamophobia."

Click on Islamophobia for information as to how the phony term was created and why. Remember, Islamophobia is only a phobia if it's irrational.

And if ISIS has its way, they will take credit for the shootings because the mosque [the victims attended] isn't "Islamic enough," to suit them. ISIS is "all out" for Allah and Mohammed.

Some Muslims gathered in the street chanting "This is Donald Trump's fault," and "Muslim hate crime." However, nobody who was gathered in the crowd believes that Hamas and Hezbollah are terrorist organizations or that Israel has the right to exist.

For Islam, anti-Semitism isn't a hate crime if it's part of the religion.

Witnesses who gave the NYPD leads described the shooter as a tall Hispanic man--a guy who's as likely to vote for Donald Trump as Huma Abedin. Speaking of Huma, her husband, Anthony Weiner is still having problems keeping his junk off of Twitter.

The NYPD is canvassing the area extensively looking for video clues and additional witnesses as the shooter remains at large.

De Blasio's Nerve

Bill De Blasio (aka Warren Wilhelm Jr.) was born in 1961, or, as Mad Magazine called it "The Upside-Down Year." His father, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale, left him and the family when Bill was a mere 7 years old, and his parents divorced soon thereafter. He lived with Maria (nee De Blasio), his mother who, by that time, was already over 50. He also has two older brothers.

This is what socialism looks like
Bill is the first Democratic mayor of New York City since 1993, which means he inherited a lower crime rate city than he would have if, say, Mayor Dinkins, the last Democrat, had handed him the reins. In fact, there were 2245 murders in 1990 with Dinkins at the helm, and by the time Rudy Giuliani took over, the rate dropped to record lows as the incarceration rate increased 11% under Republican leadership.

But now De Blasio, the political hack, is under attack and is cornered and rather than saying he's sorry for being such an insulting dickweed to the NYPD, he lashed out at the media on Monday, blaming them for creating the atmosphere of racial tension in the city.

"What are you guys gonna do? Are you gonna keep dividing us?" he said, doing his Obama-drop the 'g' imitation. Sorry Billy, but the reporters did their job--they reported on your co-protesters calling for "Dead cops."

Of course the cops turned their back at this socialist phony--he turned his back on them when he talked about his biracial son, Dante. He described him as "a good young man, [a] law-abiding young man who would never think to do anything wrong." But then he added, "because of a history that still hangs over us, the dangers he may face, we've had to literally train him, as families all over this city for decades, in how to take special care in any encounter he has with the police officers who are there to protect him."

So now De Blasio has the audacity of dope to blame the people who report on him. He is pointing his socialist finger at the press for telling the truth! What a jerk.

And what makes him a bigger jerk is his being in bed with Al Sharpton, the Race Baiting Czar.

NYPD Commissioner reminds New Yorkers who the heroes were on 9/11
