Comrade Mayor de Blasio isn't concerned about NYC's spike in crime

Big Apple Mayor and faithful Comrade Bill de Blasio [whose real name is Warren Wilhelm, Jr.]  doubled down Friday on his logic-defying decision to not hire more cops in spite of the huge surge in crime in New York City, and even after acting President Joe Biden,  provided federal tax dollars for the increase in policing for large, Democrat-run cities that have seen violent crimes go through the proverbial roof.

Meanwhile, de Blasio has an armed security force that shields him from those problems.

He was asked about his feckless decision not to increase the police force's ability to fight crime after the city received $6 billion in federal COVID-19 relief. Biden even mumbled that the money could be used for dealing with crime issues, but the Communist mayor told Brian Lehrer of WNYC "That's not the whole reality."

"The money that the president focused was for certain cities that were dealing with much more profound gun-violence problems than New York is," de Blasio said, pretending that the city he poorly runs has not been affected by a crime wave.

"We have a problem, Brian. I’m not trying to minimize it. We have a lot of work to do to turn around. But a number of other American cities unfortunately are going through much, much worse, and that’s where that money was targeted," de Blasio lied.

And speaking of money, we still don't know what happened to the $850 million his wife was given by the taxpayers to deal with the city's mental health issues. And if anything, the mental health of New Yorkers is in a down-spiral.

De Blasio blatantly Thursday claiming the Biden was mumbling about other cities, not New York, when he mentioned federal coronavirus funding could be used to pay for more police. In fact, a White House source who wishes to be anonymous based on the cancel culture mentality sweeping the nation, said that de Blasio was "incorrect," which is politispeak for "lying."

"Cities like New York that are experiencing a spike in gun violence as a result of the pandemic are eligible to use [the] money to hire additional police officers above a pre-pandemic baseline level to help address that," the anonymous source said.

But City Hall pointed to data that compared the number of shootings in the Big Apple to other major cities on a per-capita basis, which showed New York had the fewest number of shootings per 100,000 residents. So if New York had more shootings than another city, but the other city had fewer residents, that would be just super for de Blasio's way of thinking. What an idiot.

New York's data doesn't include annual rates of shooting increases. Its own figures show that shootings in New York are actually up 64.8 percent — more than any other city listed except for Baltimore, where gun violence has risen 84.2 percent. And based on City Hall's statistics, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Newark, NJ, and Philadelphia have smaller increases than New York, proving once again that de Blasio is, if fact, an idiot.

New York City's budget of $98.7 billion for next year added $200 million to the NYPD budget after having slashed it $1 billion last year, but the new money will not be used for hiring more police.

Last week, Biden mush-mouthed that the billions of dollars handed out through his "American Rescue Plan" can be used by cities "experiencing an increase in gun violence … to hire police officers needed for community policing and to pay their overtime."

On Friday, comrade de Blasio said,  "Right now we have a police force of 35,000, I think that’s the right number, we need to take those officers and continue to apply a neighborhood policing approach, re-bond police and community."

"There were real challenges last year, we have to overcome them with more dialogue, more working together, more reliance on community based solutions to violence, I think we are hitting the right balance point."

And New Yorkers think you are unbalanced, Bill, and yes, many New Yorkers think you are an idiot, in case I forgot to mention it.

Crimes committed with guns across all five boroughs has soared over 40 percent thus far in 2021. They're shooting people in broad daylight in Times Square and the Bronx. Kids are being caught in the crossfire of gangs whose AR-15s are actually illegal handguns. And you refuse to hire more police in spite of having the money to do that. 

Perhaps you have more personal plans with the money, comrade.

NYC Mayor Herr Warren Wilhelm Jr., threatens orthodox Synagogue shut down "once and for all"

New York City Democratic Mayor, comrade Herr Warren Wilhelm Jr., [aka Bill der Blasio] threatened an ultra-Orthodox synagogue in Brooklyn that he will shut them down "once and for all" if they don't obey his orders, which have thus far not worked to stem the infection rate of COVID-19 as the city is being inundated with new cases.

During a Tuesday fake press conference, der Blasio was asked about a large indoor funeral held Monday by Congregation Yetev Lev D’Satmar, a prominent synagogue in Williamsburg that was also fined $15,000 for secretly conducting a large indoor wedding in November. 

“If we see another confirmed situation in which an inappropriate event is happening in that same building, then we’re going to have to move to shut down the building once and for all,” de Blasio, a flaming anti-Semitic Communist POS said, according to the Gothamist, a local paper. “That would be the next step if we see non-compliance.” 

He obviously hasn't read the U.S. Constitution in any great depth.

“I do think there’s an ideological factor that’s making things a lot harder,” the former Hitler Youth said.

He also seemed to imply that the Hasidic community’s continued non-compliance with state and city lockdown orders stems from their widespread support for President Donald Trump, rather than their religious priorities.

A unnamed source in the community told Gothamist that de Blasio’s threats were “laughable,” adding, “These tactics were available to him the entire time. I don’t see any reason to think he’s going to do it this time.”

De Blasio has been threatening to shut down active synagogues and churches since the beginning of the pandemic, but has not made the same threats to mosques and rioters.

 During a press conference on March 27, the scumcrumpet threatened non-complying houses of worship, sans mosques, that law enforcement “will take additional action up to the point of fines and potentially closing the building permanently.”

New York City’s Orthodox Jewish community have clashed repeatedly with both Herr der Blasio and fellow anti-Semite Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo over lockdown orders that unfairly target them.

Comrade Der Blasio, like other hypocritical Democratic political leaders, marched in solidarity with crowds of protesters who gathered bellybuttons to butts in the wake of  George Floyd’s overdose death. 

Somehow the coronavirus is woke.

Der Blasio drew swift and widespread condemnation after he scolded the Jewish community in April after personally helping to disperse a rabbi’s funeral in Williamsburg because he simply cannot suck enough.

“My message to the Jewish community, and all communities, is this simple: the time for warnings has passed,” der Führer warned in a power tweet. “I have instructed the NYPD to proceed immediately to summons or even arrest those who gather in large groups. This is about stopping this disease and saving lives. Period.”

This is about hatred and politics. Period.

Couple busted for tearing off masks of Hasidic Jews

BROOKLYN, NY -- A pair of anti-Semites from Queens were arrested for rearing off face masks of ultra-Orthodox Jews in Willaimsburg, Brooklyn.

Paulo Pinho, 35, and Clelia Pinho, 46, were arrested Monday and charged with hate crimes for the attacks in which they also shouted antisemitic slurs, according to a report by ABC News. 

The incident took place at around 8:30 p.m. at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Ross Street, not far from the old Ebbets Field where the Brooklyn Dodgers once played. The neighborhood has a large Jewish population.

Paulo Pinho allegedly called the police to a report a large crowd gathering after he realized his anti-Semitic act did not go unanswered. The NYPD said the two anti-Semites exited their vehicle to accost the Hasidic men which led to a physical altercation they evidently didn't expect. The scumbags were detained and held by the Shomrim, a volunteer watch group whose philosophy is 'never again.'

The Pinhos [whose name translates to "Pinheads"] were later arrested by NYPD officers. 

"You’re the reason why we’re getting sick,” one of the suspects allegedly said, according to the NYPD. The couple added that “the mayor says you Jews are the reason we’re getting sick.”

The mayor they were referring to is Bill de Blasio, [whose real name is Warren Wilhelm] who has also been accused of having anti-Semitic sentiments but, in an unprecedented move, he condemned the attack and said the NYPD will ensure that there are consequences for such actions.

De Blasio drew well-earned criticism in late April after he singled out “the Jewish community” in a trio of tweets when announcing that he had instructed his police department to fine - or even arrest - social distancing violators. Evidently, his words helped inspire this latest anti-Semitic hate crime.

For example, in late April, A. H., 30, also of Queens, told a Jewish man at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Fort Lee to leave the public establishment and claiming the Jews are responsible for the coronavirus, which is ridiculous. He warned the Jewish man not to return.

The idiot also told the Jewish man not to come back.

As a way of diluting the spate of anti-Semitic attacks across the nation, de Blasio brought anti-Asian attacks into the conversation and said that "whether it is this horrible antisemitic act that we saw or the horrible anti-asian acts we saw in previous weeks, none of these acts of bias or discrimination are acceptable in New York City."

NYPD 'declaring war' on Mayor de Blasio, after 'assassination attempts' on cops

A cop-hating individual allegedly opened fire inside a New York City police station in the Bronx, in an attempt to target cops. [The word 'cops' comes from the fact that their uniform used to have copper buttons.] The shooting comes just hours after officers on patrol were targeted.

A NYPD union spokesperson says the men and women of New York City’s finest are now “declaring war” on [the anti-cop] Mayor Bill de Blasio, whose real name is actually Warren Wilhelm Jr. The declaration follows a pair of shootings targeting officers in the Bronx over the weekend.

The fiery rhetoric directed at the socialist leader--who has a history of dissing the police and has implemented several city policies that are hostile to police--comes as the NYPD filed charges against suspect Robert Williams in both attacks.

 The Sergeants Benevolent Association tweeted:

Mayor DeBlasio, the members of the NYPD are declaring war on you! We do not respect you, DO NOT visit us in hospitals. You sold the NYPD to the vile creatures, the 1% who hate cops but vote for you. NYPD cops have been assassinated because of you. This isn’t over, Game on!

Police said that Williams first ambushed two officers from the 41st Precinct on Saturday night, who had been sitting in a marked patrol van. One officer was wounded as a result of that attack when a bullet grazed his chin and neck.

Next, the scumbag walked into the precinct’s station house the next morning and opened fire with a 9mm handgun, injuring a lieutenant, police added. Only after running out of bullets did the 45-year-old Bronx native lay down on the ground and surrender and not then killed by police as the left would have us believe they do all the time.

The two officers wounded in the attacks are expected to survive – while Williams has been charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest.

So it's another case of an a-hole having an illegal gun and cops having legal ones that stopped the shooter from killing innocent victims.

De Blasio’s office ripped Sergeants Benevolent Association President Ed Mullins on Monday, telling Fox News that his "comments are absolutely reprehensible.

"He clearly has forgotten his oath to protect and serve," spokesperson Freddi Goldstein said. "While he threatens violence, the mayor remains focused on the safety of our officers and communities.”

De Blasio is the worst mayor the city has ever had when it comes to supporting the police department.

De Blasio himself, in a series of tweets Sunday, reluctantly hailed the “heroism and extraordinary skill” of the NYPD’s officers for de-escalating the situation.

“This vicious assassination attempt is the second one we’ve seen in 24 hours — and an attack on our NYPD officers is an attack on ALL New Yorkers,” he said. “This despicable hatred is an attempt to divide our city and undermine our safety. We cannot and will not let that happen.”

Then he shut down his computer and threw up.

The charges filed against the alleged shooter add to an already lengthy rap sheet, which includes prior arrests dating back to 1994 for crimes such as robbery and criminal trespass.

Police Commissioner Dermot Shea said Sunday that Williams also had been paroled in 2017 after an attempted murder conviction in 2002.

In that incident, the crap weasel shot a 23-year-old man several times in the back and leg before carjacking a 30-year-old woman’s vehicle, the NYPD told Fox News. His attempt to escape ended when he crashed the car and traded gunfire with New York City police officers, Shea noted. 

He evidently ran out of rounds and gave up because he is a cowardly scumcrumpet.

Since his parole more than two years ago, this piece of human excrement has one recorded arrest – a 2018 case of resisting arrest -- for which he was already scheduled to appear in court, the commissioner added.

"It is a double miracle that we are not preparing for two funerals right now," New York City Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch said in a statement following the weekend shootings. "These targeted attacks are exactly what we have warned against, again and again. The hatred and violence directed at cops continues to grow.”

The motive for this shooting is unclear but it's clear this poop-plop hates cops and doesn't seem to like other people very much either.

Hopefully, de Blasio's new bail reform law won't allow him to walk free until his trial. 

De Blasio, who won office partly on a promise to reform policing of minority communities, and partly because of low voter turnout and the public not realizing what a scumwafer he is, also suggested that anti-police sentiment had gotten out of hand.

Gee, you're so smart Warren.

“Anyone who spews hatred at our officers is aiding and abetting this kind of atmosphere; it is not acceptable," he guiltfully said. “You could protest for whatever you believe in, but you cannot vilely attack those who are here to protect us. It creates this kind of dynamic.”

Perhaps de Blasio is trying to turn over a new leaf in his own life.

In 2014, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, were shot dead in their patrol car in Brooklyn by a man upset about recent police killings of unarmed black men. You can thank the mainstream media for that as they constantly stoke the flames of discord with law enforcement.

The killings of Ramos and Liu had also followed large protests. Most police officers blamed de Blasio for overtly expressing solidarity with the anti-cop demonstrations and turned their backs on the de Blasio at the funerals.

NYC Mayor intervened in prosecution of accused anti-Semitic attacker

As President Trump said of Democratic New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, (and I paraphrase) "his greatest accomplishment is his height."

De Blasio, whose real name is Warren Wilhelm Jr., got involved in the prosecution of Tiffany Harris, a 30-year-old accused anti-Semitic attacker, which led to her psychiatric lockup. The situation was generating negative publicity for his already horrible administration, according to the New York Post.

Brooklyn’s supervising judge was made to hold an unscheduled hearing late on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve after de Blasio's administration contacted the state Office of Court Administration about the alleged anti-Semite.

Harris was released from custody several times after back-to-back arrests--one in which she allegedly slapped three Orthodox Jewish women and shouted "F**k you Jews" on December 27th. She then became the poster idiot for the new bail-reform law which tied the hands of judges and allowed criminals to walk out of court. One such creep sucker-punched a cop and was out on the street before his shift even ended.

The mayor's administration went on repair mode when Harris allegedly punched a social worker on December 30th after her release under supervision. This came after her second arrest.

“The Mayor’s Office was deeply concerned after learning that she was not in compliance with her supervised release and her erratic behavior was continuing,” the source told the Post. “They reached out to the court, who then calendared it to further investigate.”

A transcript of the court hearing shows her court appointed lawyer complained to Judge Michael Yavinsky that news coverage had led the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice to contact both her and Brooklyn Justice Initiatives, which was responsible for overseeing Harris.

“The mayor of the executive branch of the government got involved because of a press case,” said Lisa Schreibersdorf, founder and executive director of Brooklyn Defender Services.

New York State's bail reform law — which eliminates cash bail for all misdemeanors — was set to take effect New Year’s Day, she noted.

De Blasio has criticized aspects of that law, but has also offered incentives — including gift cards and free Mets tickets — to encourage defendants to show up in court. Brilliant!

“We’re on the cusp of reform taking place in a few hours from now, and that was not the press they wanted, so what they did was they tried to find a way to intervene in the court process in a different branch of government, getting everybody involved in trying to address this,” Schreibersdorf said.

Schreibersdorf — who appeared in court without Harris, possibly because her surname might be interpreted as Jewish — decried the notion that her client’s next appearance should be moved up because of outside intervention.

But Yavinsky said he would still issue a bench warrant for Harris’ arrest. She was nabbed by city sheriff’s deputies at a Brownsville hotel around 10:15 p.m on New Year’s Eve, then ordered held the next day for a mandatory 72-hour psychiatric evaluation at an undisclosed facility.

She has since been admitted for mental-health observation “at the discretion of her doctor” said a source familiar with her care.

De Blasio spokeswoman Freddi Goldstein said Sunday, “It is our job to help ensure supervised release works as it should."

Yeah, sure. They've got a good case that would happen.

Comrade de Blasio wants government takeover of utility company

Failed New York City Mayor, Comrade Bill de Blasio [aka Warren Wilhelm Jr.] is doing as expected in his bid  for the Democratic nomination in the race for President of the United States, not Russia, in 2020. He's doing worse than Marianne Williamson because she's bringing luhhve to the table, and folks, luhhve is gonna win, or President Trump.

Now the failed mayor is having problems of his own in New York City and is trying to blame others as is his wont, for the power failures the city is experiencing. De Blasio wants the power company, ConEd, to be taken over by the government, his go-to power grab, as one Twitter put it,"literally."

City government runs the subways in New York City--that's working out just peachy, if you don't mind delays, dirty stations and subway cars and homeless people using the trains as public toilets, much like they use the streets for the same purpose.

ICE begins upholding the law with deportations in a 'number of jurisdictins'

Democrats are definitely not the Party of law and order, and this means they are not the Party of Americans. By allowing the influx of illegal aliens into the country and fighting to disallow the citizenship question on the census questionnaire, they are doing everything they can to flood the country with a body count that will inflate the number of electoral votes a Democratic district or "sanctuary city" is apportioned and thus win every future election.

It has gotten so bad that some Democrats, including House Leader Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi, are giving tips to migrants on how to avoid Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deportation.

A nationwide crackdown to apprehend thousands of illegal immigrants across the country began late Saturday in New York City and several other places, according to an official.

ICE was expected to resume its previously announced plan to apprehend thousands of illegal immigrants who've been given orders to leave the country and instead have laughed at the law.

The agency has targeted illegal aliens in at least 10 cities. The sweeps were expected to start Sunday, but New York City Mayor and overt Communist, Comrade Bill de Blasio [aka Warren Wilhelm Jr.]  tweeted on Saturday that ICE agents had already taken action in New York. The illegal aliens in the city are coming out of the woodwork like somebody just turned on the lights.

The ICE raids began late Saturday and into the early morning hours on Sunday in "a number of jurisdictions," not just New York City, a senior administration official confirmed to Fox News.

De Blasio said the raids in New York City took place in parts of Brooklyn [fagedabowdit] and Manhattan.

"Receiving reports of attempted but reportedly unsuccessful ICE enforcement actions in Sunset Park and Harlem," the Sandenista-loving mayor said. "@NYCImmigrants and advocates are connecting with residents and distributing resources door to door."

Advocates are coaching them on their rights, including instructions not to respond if agents knock on the door unless shown a warrant signed by a judge. The Democratic mayor has said his city would not cooperate with ICE.

How these elected officials and others are able to go against the law with impunity is mind-boggling.

"This is about the rule of law," Mark Morgan, the acting Commissioner and former head of ICE said. "Those individuals who remain here illegally, especially those who've received due process more than any other nation in the world would provide someone that came here illegally, to including those with final orders, that there are consequences to those that remain here illegally. That's what today is about. "


Morgan differed to disclose details about the raids. But he blasted mayors of cities who pushed back against the crackdown, calling their actions “unconscionable.”

Actually, they are illegal. It's akin to aiding and abetting a fugitive from the law.

"This is about going after individuals here illegally," he said. "Any city, any law enforcement agency that resists, does not cooperate, they're actually putting those cities in higher danger."

On Friday, ICE Acting Director Matthew Albence said targets were on an "accelerated docket" of immigration court cases for predominantly Central Americans who recently arrived at the U.S. border in unprecedented numbers. Similar operations occurred in 2016 under President Obama and in 2017 under President Trump.

The operation will target people with final deportation orders on 10 major court dockets, including Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. Albence said that doesn't mean arrests will be limited to certain areas. Authorities will go where their investigations lead, even if it's five states away from where the case is filed.

Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do when they come for you?

Trump said authorities were unbelievably "focused on criminals as much as we can before we do anything else." They're doing a tremendous job.

"It starts on Sunday and they're going to take people out and they're going to bring them back to their countries or they're going to take criminals out, put them in prison, or put them in prison in the countries they came from," the president said. Or whatever.

The Obama-era family operation in 2016 resulted in about 10 percent of those targeted being arrested, and the 2017 effort had a lower arrest rate, according to Albence. Other operations that have targeted people with criminal arrest records have yielded arrests rates of about 30%, aided by access to law enforcement databases.

Administration officials have said they are targeting about 2,000 people, which would yield about 200 arrests based on previous crackdowns.

Trump has said on Twitter that his agents plan to arrest millions of immigrants in the country illegally. Possibly billions, but we'll see, we'll see.

Comedy News Network has fun grilling Bill de Blasio

The Comedy News Network [aka CNN] gave New York City Comrade Bill de Blasio [aka Warren Wilhelm Jr.] all the grief he could handle as they grilled him  Sunday in regard to the 2020 presidential campaign in which a new poll showed he received zero support.

"How do you process this information that not one single Iowa voter named you as a first or second choice in this new polling?" CNN's Ana Cabrera asked Comrade de Blasio.

"Ana, it’s a poll of 600 Iowans, eight months before the caucuses," the tall version of Bernie Sanders responded. "This is just the beginning of a very long process."

"I wonder if being New York City mayor might hurt you in a place like Iowa in that voters may look at you skeptically given life in the big apple is a lot different than life in a Midwest rural community," Cabrera pressed, trying to take the patina of disgust the country has for the cop-hating, enormous failure of a mayor.

"It’s a fair concern," de Blasio answered. "But I’m hearing about the same issues I hear from my constituents in New York. I think the Democratic Party for decades formed a coalition, a rural-urban coalition. That’s what Franklin Delano Roosevelt did, it worked for Democrats. It was about working people, farmers, factory workers, everyday people."

Next, de Blasio plans to compare himself to Jesus and possibly even James Comey.

Comrade de Blasio [not his real name] wants more government control

Comrade Bill de Blasio, whose real name is Warren Wilhelm Jr., cited his "socialistic impulse" [read 'commie'] in describing his utopia where New York City government has control over all the land and all the buildings in his city, and he is the lord and absolute master of all that comes and goes.

"I think people all over this city, of every background, would like to have the city government be able to determine which building goes where, how high it will be, who gets to live in it, what the rent will be," the Communist mayor said in an interview with New York Magazine. "I think there's a socialistic impulse, which I hear every day, in every kind of community that they would like things to be planned in accordance with their needs."

By their, de Blasio, a full-blown Marxist, means the collective.

In accordance with whose needs? People with no skin in the game. People who want to share the wealth of the high earners, as if somehow that is moral.

People with lots of money and power in government love socialism and communism. It doesn't affect them like it does to the middle class person who ends up paying more in taxes than he or she takes home.

And what he's asking for is more and more regulations. With Trump reducing regs, you can see how the economy is humming along. More regulations, and I mean unnecessary ones, hurts businesses, big and small.

The leftist went on to say, "Look, if I had my druthers, the city government would determine every single plot of land, how development would proceed."

Because the government is so great at doing things, right Billy?

But he added, "And there would be very stringent requirement around income levels and rents."

When are the people on the left going to come to their senses and see how we have come so far in our free market society? World poverty has been incredibly reduced since the 1980s and that can be blamed on the free market.

Leftists like de Blasio and Ocasio-Cortez are quite happy spending other people's money, but eventually, as in Venezuela, they will run out of it.

They aren't very good at basic economics, in spite of Ocasio-Cortez having majored in it at school and de Blasio in urban studies and International Affairs.

De Blasio's Nerve

Bill De Blasio (aka Warren Wilhelm Jr.) was born in 1961, or, as Mad Magazine called it "The Upside-Down Year." His father, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale, left him and the family when Bill was a mere 7 years old, and his parents divorced soon thereafter. He lived with Maria (nee De Blasio), his mother who, by that time, was already over 50. He also has two older brothers.

Bill is the first Democratic mayor of New York City since 1993, which means he inherited a lower crime rate city than he would have if, say, Mayor Dinkins, the last Democrat, had handed him the reins. In fact, there were 2245 murders in 1990 with Dinkins at the helm, and by the time Rudy Giuliani took over, the rate dropped to record lows as the incarceration rate increased 11% under Republican leadership.

But now De Blasio, the political hack, is under attack and is cornered and rather than saying he's sorry for being such an insulting dickweed to the NYPD, he lashed out at the media on Monday, blaming them for creating the atmosphere of racial tension in the city.

"What are you guys gonna do? Are you gonna keep dividing us?" he said, doing his Obama-drop the 'g' imitation. Sorry Billy, but the reporters did their job--they reported on your co-protesters calling for "Dead cops." 

Of course the cops turned their back at this socialist phony--he turned his back on them when he talked about his biracial son, Dante. He described him as "a good young man, [a] law-abiding young man who would never think to do anything wrong." But then he added, "because of a history that still hangs over us, the dangers he may face, we've had to literally train him, as families all over this city for decades, in how to take special care in any encounter he has with the police officers who are there to protect him."

So now De Blasio has the audacity of dope to blame the people who report on him. He is pointing his socialist finger at the press for telling the truth! What a jerk. 

And what makes him a bigger jerk is his being in bed with Al Sharpton, the Race Baiting Czar.
