6 Debate rules: Trump will have gag order in debate vs. Biden and guess who's excluded

Alleged President Joe Biden and former President Donald J. Trump, will debate . . . sort of. The ground rules and plans for the debate will have strings attached in order to help the brain addled Biden deal with the more energetic, sharper and wittier Trump.

After Trump gave Biden an open invitation to debate anytime, anywhere, Biden's handlers rose to the challenge. But of course, the Biden team had to tilt the field to his advantage, which still may be problematic as Biden tends to have problems with tilts and stairs. So with Biden's mumbled announcement a letter followed from his campaign to the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD), which stated several critical limits that Biden's handlers placed on any debate with Trump.

Here are a few, some real, some not so much.

1. No Audience because Biden's handlers criticized the CPD for making debates "huge spectacles with large audiences." This makes Joe uncomfortable when people listen to his every word.

2. Toilet breaks every ten minutes. Biden's handlers know their candidate and will do everything they can to avoid unnecessary embarrassing moments. Furthermore, they know that should there be insufficient toilet breaks, former President Donald J. Trump will jump at the chance to comment on what Joe just did.

3. The debates must take place in a television studio with just the candidates and the moderator present. Naturally, there will be camera men and women as well as transgender, lesbian, and queer camera people allowed.

"The debates should be conducted for the benefit of the American voters, watching on television and at home – not as entertainment for an in-person audience with raucous or disruptive partisans and donors, who consume valuable debate time with noisy spectacles of approval or jeering. As was the case with the original televised debates in 1960, a television studio with just the candidates and moderators is a better, more cost-efficient way to proceed: focused solely on the interests of voters," Biden's handlers wrote.

4. RFK Jr. is not allowed to debate because he's very smart and his vocal disorder may create an unfair sympathy advantage. And he's smart. No other 3rd party candidates will be allowed to be at the debate no matter what the U.S. Constitution says.

"The debates should be one-on-one, allowing voters to compare the only two candidates with any statistical chance of prevailing in the Electoral College – and not squandering debate time on candidates with no prospect of becoming President," Biden's handlers wrote.

Kennedy condemned his ban from the deabte in a post on X, accusing both Trump and Biden of colluding to block him from the debate stage.

5. No conservative news outlets will host any debate, especially not Fox News, Daily Wire, New York Post, Epoch Times, Washington Post, or Breitbart News. If there is going to be a slant in the news, it should be slanted toward the current POTUS, although as previously stated, the current POTUS doesn't negotiate slants very well so he will be wearing sneakers.

This demand set limits the networks that can host a debate to CNN, ABC, CBS or Telemundo.

6. Candidate's mics will mute once their time expires. This is to prevent Trump from making a snappy remark or challenging the veracity of Biden's lies, and to keep Biden from making a confused one.

"There should be firm time limits for answers, and alternate turns to speak – so that the time is evenly divided and we have an exchange of views, not a spectacle of mutual interruption. A candidate’s microphone should only be active when it is his turn to speak, to promote adherence to the rules and orderly proceedings," the handlers wrote.

Former President Donald J. Trump accepted the Biden team's restrictions and the first debate is scheduled for June 27 and will be hosted by the Commie News Network (CNN).

"I am Ready and Willing to Debate Crooked Joe at the two proposed times in June and September," Trump posted. "I would strongly recommend more than two debates and, for excitement purposes, a very large venue, although Biden is supposedly afraid of crowds – That’s only because he doesn’t get them. Just tell me when, I’ll be there. ‘Let’s get ready to Rumble!!!’"

So who will come out the winner in the upcoming debates? Trump, who people seem to love or hate with no in-between? Or Biden, who is going to need a boatload of drugs to get him through these debates without looking like Bernie, on the weekend?

For Trump not being allowed to interrupt, will be like a gag order. At least he's used to it.

Trump team tries for more debates but Biden's team afraid

President Trump's campaign team tried to get the presidential debate commission to host four debates before the November election. They would like the first debate to be held just after Labor Day, nearly stirring Joe Biden out of his coma.

According to The New York Times, currently substituting as birdcage liner, three Trump associates, including Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney, and Brad Parscale, Trump's campaign manager, told the Times the campaign was looking for "fair debates" and wanted them sooner rather than later, and on a "bigger schedule."

“As many Americans as possible need to see the stark differences between the accomplishments and leadership of President Trump and the failed record and sleepiness of Joe Biden,” said Parscale, which is exactly why the Biden campaign will do all it can to avoid having Biden blather on in public.

The Trump campaign also reportedly requested to share influence with the Biden campaign over who would serve as the debate moderator for each event, a move the debate commission has rejected, according to The Washington Post.

Kate Bedingfield, deputy campaign manager for Biden, suggested to The Times in a statement that the Trump campaign was trying to “change the subject” to debates as a way of distracting from unfavorable polling. But the real point is, if Biden does debate with Trump and the public finally recognizes his serious cognitive decline, they might be inclined to vote for Trump and this scares the hell out of Biden's team.

Some people may have to hold their nose and pull the lever for Trump at the voting booth, but to put the nation in the hands of Biden, a guy who cannot complete a thought or a sentence without being confused or distracted, is just wrong.

The Post reported that the Trump campaign requested that no debates be held on the same evenings as NFL games, [especially any game in which Colin Kaepernick may "take a knee" in his cops are pigs socks during the playing of our national anthem].

Biden is currently leading Trump by 12 points in a Fox poll, proving that most people wouldn't know a case of senile dementia if it bit them on the butt. If Biden goes through with having one or more debates, hopefully people will realize just how much his addled brain is screwed up.

Earpieces banned after Lauer used one on Hillary

The Commission on Presidential Debates will allow presidential debate moderators to wear earpieces if they choose, but only the executive producer of the commission will be the person at the other end of the wire.

Thus, executive producers from each news organization will be denied editorial control and the earpieces will be used mostly to keep track of timing.

Now Lester Holt, Martha Raddatz, Anderson Cooper and Chris Wallace won't have to deal with questions being fed to them by their respective bosses in the upcoming presidential debates, as was the case with Matt Lauer when he moderated the "Commander in Chief Forum" between Clinton and Trump on September 7th.

Lauer wore an earpiece in that debate and it left many people, particularly Hillary Clinton fans, complaining about Lauer's interviewing skills and judgment.

The "disastrous performance" was largely due to NBC News chief Andy Lack pushing Lauer to press Clinton on the email scandal. How dare they question the honesty and integrity of Hillary Clinton.

According to one NBC representative, it was the executive producer, not Lack, who was directing Lauer during the interview. "Andy was not in [Lauer's]ear. It's totally untrue. The fact of the matter is he would never be in the ear of any host during a program--it would be way too distracting," the rep said. He claimed that Lack was in the control room giving feedback during the interview, but didn't speak directly to Lauer.

Lauer took all the blame and New Yorkers, liberals mostly, expressed their desire to have the host shocked with a cattle prod, tarred and feathered and spit upon by all Hillary supporters.

"Death is too good for that scum," one woman who wished to remain anonymous said. "He is a sexist, misogynistic, vile, disgusting crap weasel of a host and he deserves to be banned from television, radio and Facebook. I hate him so much I could spit. I hate him. I hate him. I hate him . . . " and she kept saying that until the interviewer's mic was turned off.

Lauer took the week off  after the interview and has lost all credibility with liberals who believed he was too hard on Clinton and much too easy on Trump. They're not used to the liberal mainstream media doing that and it was clearly a shock to their systems.

An investigation will be underway to see whether Lauer turns out to be a registered Republican.

Holt, on the other hand, will host the next NBC debate between the two most detestable party nominees in the history of the United States. The debate will be on Monday, September 26th at 9 p.m. Following that will be the second debate on October 9th, hosted by Raddatz and Cooper, and the final debate on October 19th, on Fox News, hosted by Chris Wallace.

If Donald Trump can put his ego aside for the 90 minutes, he stands a good chance to win.

If.
