United AL CEO profusely apologizes after his clusterfrack PR disaster

Scotty Kirby, a sad excuse for a CEO of United [aka Untied] Airlines begged for forgiveness for getting caught using his perks while the peons were dealing with chaos due to massive holiday delays over the weekend. Scotty has his own private jet and a carbon footprint only rivaled by Big Foot John 'Hair-plugs" Kerry and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.

It's obvious that the learning curve for today's CEOs is as flat as Dylan Mulvaney and Rear Admiral Rachel Levine.

Gone are the days when we snuffies quietly accept the elite's sense of entitlement and their non-apology apologies like the one we saw with the Anheuser-Busch CEO Brendan Whitworth, or the apology we now try to stomach by CEO of United Airlines Kirby after he took a private jet while his customers were stuck in airports for hours due to travel delays.

Americans have had it up to here!

KIrby was president for United AL since 2016 and became CEO in 2020.

He made his apology Friday, just as the weekend arrived and two days after the poo hit the fanjets. Airlines were greatly affected by severe weather: thunderstorms, high winds, UFOs. . .

His private jet was a symbolic middle finger to his customers.

‘Taking a private jet was the wrong decision because it was insensitive to our customers who were waiting to get home,’ Kirby said in an insincere statement issued by the airline.

‘I sincerely apologize to our customers and our team members who have been working around-the-clock for several days — often through severe weather — to take care of our customers,’ Kirby said in his 'aha' moment of a statement.

Kirby concluded by promising ‘to better demonstrate my respect for the dedication of our team members and the loyalty of our customers.’ But he may have had his fingers crossed.

Kirby was sorry he got caught doing what most of his customers could not do – he flew private because he couldn’t get a seat on a commercial flight. He paid for the private jet out of his own pocket, with the estimation of the cost of his trip being between $30,000 to $50,000. And he took along with him zero paid customers who may have been going to his destination, and rumor has it that when his private jet took off, he sat at the window and flipped them the bird.

Airline passengers were stranded for days, waiting for space on flights to their destinations. Some travelers said they spent hours waiting in line for customer assistance or to find their checked bags.

Other airlines were able to recover and were essentially back on schedule by Friday. United, however, continued to struggle to catch up. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) predicted Friday would be the busiest travel day in more than three years.

United scrubbed about 520 mainline flights Thursday. On Friday evening, 236 of the roughly 430 U.S. flights that had been canceled were United flights, according to FlightAware, a flight-tracking site.

“Our reliability continues to improve with far fewer cancellations today compared to previous days,” the airline said in a perfunctory statement, adding that most of Friday’s cancellations were made in advance.

United is also having problems with their employees. Pilots and flight attendants said the company's crew scheduling department has been understaffed and crew members are left in the dark about their reassignments.

It's like a Roseanne Rosannadanna situation: if it isn't this, it's that.

“The airline actually ‘lost’ crews in the system for days on end because there was such a significant breakdown in running the operation,” said Ken Diaz, president of the United chapter of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA. [In spite of Diaz's short name, he holds the record for the largest company ID badge.]

Kirby lives in Dallas with his second wife and their perfect children. He also has an address in Colorado and describes himself as a "climate change geek" in spite of the tons of carbon emissions his company produces daily. He wants to make the company "100 percent green" by 2025 but the only way that can be accomplished would be with huge winding rubber bands, because even electric jets would require environment-harming battery production and disposal, but like abortion, what the left sees, doesn't bother them.

Kirby is so freaking green-minded when it comes to everyone else, but he's just fine jetting privately and can afford it on his $10,000,000 annual salary.

Federal judge blocks Biden admin mask mandate on public transportation

Masks are also useful for catching drool

A federal judge voided the Biden-Harris-Klain-Obama administration's mask mandate for people using public transportation such as buses, trains and planes.

The unscientific mandate from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention applies to people as young as 2 years old, for no particular reason as there is more danger for a 2-year-old from the flu than there is from Covid-19 and any of its mutations.

The mandate had been slated to expire several times but PINO Biden mumbled something about it extending to May 3rd, as if the virus has a calendar or a smart phone. Monday's ruling put a kibosh on the lunacy.

The ruling came from U.S.. District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, emanating from a case brought in Florida federal court by Health Freedom Defense Fund, Inc. and frequent air travelers Ana Daza and Sarah Pope against the alleged Biden administration.

Judge Mizelle determined that the mandate violated the Administrative Procedure Act by being outside the scope of the CDC's authority, was "arbitrary" and "capricious" and not going through the required notice and comment period for federal rule-making.

That cool and sexy "mask-on-ear" move

In other words, the CDC makes crap up as they go along to do what the White House tells them to do.

Judge Mizelle examined the section of the Public Health Services Act of 1944 that was the basis for the mandate. That law allows the CDC "to make and enforce such regulations" deemed "necessary to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of communicable diseases from foreign countries into the States[.]" To this end, the law says that CDC can utilize "inspection, fumigation disinfection sanitation, pest extermination, destruction of animals or articles found to be so infect or contaminated as to be sources of dangerous infection to human beings, and other measures[.]" The administration, the judge noted, has claimed that the mask mandate falls under "sanitation."

Well, the one thing they got right was that the masks have created a sanitation problem. If someone could come up with a way to completely sanitize discarded masks found all over the place, as Trump might phrase it, they would become a millionaire, or else be stuck with millions of cleaned up masks.

The judge noted that one could view "sanitation" as being an active measure to clean or as a preventative measure to keep something from getting dirty or infected, but through an examination of the statutory language, she determined it was the former.

"The context of [the statute] indicates that ‘sanitation’ and ‘other measures’ refer to measures that clean something, not ones that keep something clean," Mizelle wrote. "Wearing a mask cleans nothing."

It certainly doesn't clean Hunter Biden's mind nor laptop.

Immediately following the announcement, United Airlines told employees that the mandate will remain in effect until they receive guidance from the federal government on how to proceed, convincing many of us who are sick and tired of this nonsense to fly Delta.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden's brain continues to erode.

NC woman allegedly assaults air marshal, 'I'm Palestinian'

A North Carolina woman on Saturday who apparently was drinking vodka to the point of intoxication, said she wanted to "stab everyone on the plane" and then commit suicide. She was also charged with assaulting an air marshal after he tried to stop her from entering the United Airline's toilet with a lighter.

Flight attendants aboard the jet from Frankfurt, Germany, said they were alerted that a flight lavatory smoke detector had been activated while in the air and found Dana Ghazi Mustafa in the bathroom. They told her that smoking on board the aircraft is prohibited by federal regulations and asked her to return to her seat, which she did, according to court documents.

After she returned to her seat, Mustafa, 27, was observed crying and told flight attendants that she was flying home to see her family but that they had died in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. Flight attendants then moved her to another seat to make her more comfortable.

When she was in her reassigned seat, she allegedly punched the TV monitor on the seatback in front of hers and threw a coin at the bulkhead.

Once again, she was seen getting up and walking to the rear cabin while striking the flint of her lighter.

A federal air marshal aboard the plane who saw Mustafa with the lighter said in a sworn affidavit that she smelled of alcohol.

Flight attendants tried to stop Mustafa from entering the lavatory with the lighter, but she pushed the attendants and tried to shut the door. She also fought against two air marshals who tried to restrain her and handcuff her while she repeatedly kicked on of them in the shins.

She was soon handcuffed and seated next to the air marshals who found a half-empty liter of vodka visible at the top of her open bag and said Mustafa complained that "I was allowed to drink my duty-free bottle of vodka on my previous flight."

Mustafa also threatened to stab the air marshal and said: "I'm going to stab everyone on the plane then kill myself. I'm Palestinian! That's how we get down," according to court documents.

That's how they roll!

When the plane landed in Virginia, FBI agents arrested Mustafa, who admitted that she lied about her family's death.

Mustafa is charged with assaulting a federal officer and faces a maximum penalty of eight years in prison if convicted.

Jackson-Lee pulls out one of her race cards, as predicted

It's as predictable as the United Nations condemning Israel for something, Rep. Shiela Jackson Lee is pulling out her stack of race cards and using the top one to attack the woman whose seat she bumped from her first-class seat on a United Airlines flight.

Pulling the race card is Jackson-Lee's default position.

Lucky for her the woman she bumped out of first-class wasn't black because, like Nancy Pelosi with her hands tied behind her back, she'd be speechless. The overweight and overpaid congresswoman bloviated on Twitter that she believes the incident was all about race.

Poor Jackson-Lee. Everybody hates her not because she's a racist herself, but because she's black.

"Since this was not any fault of mine, the way the individual continued to act appeared to be, upon reflection [she actually doesn't have her own reflection] because I was an African American woman, [as still is] seemingly an easy target along with the African American flight attendant who was very, very nice, [unless it was her who got bumped], the Texas Democrat posted. "This saddens me," she lied, " especially at this time of year given all of the things we have to work on to help people."

Aside from herself, who has she really helped?

Everything for Jackson-Lee is about race, because that's precisely how real racists think. It's like depressed people thinking that everything is depressing.

"But in the spirit of this season [she cannot write or mouth the word "Christmas"] and out of the sincerity of my heart, [which is better than your heart] I am kind enough to simply say sorry."

That isn't kindness--that's called bragging about being better than the woman.

The ridiculousness continiued: "But as an African American [she isn't from Africa, she's an American American] I know there are too many examples like this all over the nation [because Jackson-Lee cannot finish a complete thought without throwing in race and trying to sound superior]."

Jean-Marie Simon, 63, was the woman who was tossed out of her first-class seat to make way for a bigot who can only see Simon's motive for feeling upset as one of racism.

Simon witnessed a uniformed United employee pull Jackson-Lee from the priority boarding line and escort her political butt to a first-class seat before any other passengers got on the plane.

I personally saw Patrick Ewing, a former New York Knick, at JFK Airport, standing in line behind me to purchase an airline ticket. He was taken off the line with his son to go to the front of the line for priority treatment. Ewing is black, I am white [I believe] and nobody said a word because if I had said something about fairness, I would have been labeled a racist.

And if Jean-Marie Simon somehow bumped Sheila Jackson-Lee from the first-class seat because she paid for it,  I believe Jackson-Lee would have still called Simon a racist.

What I believe had really happened was that United bumped Simon to give Jackson-Lee the first-class seat and then made up a story that she had canceled. It makes no sense that Simon would show up if she actually canceled the flight, so it's probably United is lying.

Sheila Jackson-Lee should have kept silent about the situation as it wasn't directly her fault--especially if she believed the seat wasn't booked for Simon. But like most liberals, she just can't keep her mouth shut and has to have a racial opinion about everything and everybody.

Not every white person is a racist. In fact, relatively few white people are racist, especially to the level Jackson-Lee contends we are.

Only an apology specialist apologized to Simon, nobody at the management level did.

The only way to change things is to frequent businesses that treat you better, even if sometimes it's more expensive or an inconvenience--you're worth it.

United Airlines apologizes for seating an anti-Trump Rep in woman's seat

United Airlines got caught taking a seat from a passenger and giving it to U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D.-Tx.) and are now giving her a $500 voucher to avoid looking like uncaring schmucks in the airline industry.

An airline spokeswoman, who wished to remain anonymous, claims Jean-Marie Simon canceled her December 18 seat from Houston to Washington, D.C. after a weather delay.

That's their story and they're sticking to it.

Simon denies she canceled the flight, which is the main reason she showed up for it.

Instead of a roomy seat in First Class where she hoped to get a couple of drinks and lots of leg room, she was put in Economy Plus on the flight, a seat normally designated for people who don't mind getting intimate with the sweating stranger seated very closely next to them.

She told the Houston Chronicle that she saw Jackson Lee sitting in her seat looking satisfied and quite fat.

United says it upgraded Jackson Lee automatically [because she was a member of Congress] but not because she was a member of Congress. The typically loud and annoying congresswoman claims she didn't ask for anything "exceptional or out of the ordinary," just as long as she didn't have to sit next to a damn Trump voter.

United Airlines coming untied (again)

(Photo: Heat Street)
There is a saying at United Airlines: "If you can't fix it, make it worse."

The proverbial excrement is hitting the flabellum for the company that knows the quickest way to re-accommodate passengers to another flight.

Now they killed Simon, a simple bunny that never harmed a soul. The poor creature was found dead, possibly murdered, in the cargo hold of a United Airlines 'Iron Maiden.'

So far there are no suspects.

The three-foot-long, ten-month-old baby bunny rabbit was found unresponsive when the plane arrived at Chicago's O'Hare (get it--'Hare') airport coming from London Heathrow, according to the BBC.

The in-flight movie was "Snakes on a Plane."

The airline is now investigating the incident and says that it was "saddened" to hear the news.

Dr. David Dao, the passenger who was dragged off the plane by security and injured when he refused to leave his paid for seat to allow United Airlines employees to take it from him, had no comment.

In fact, it's somewhat embarrassing for Dao to speak as he lost his two front teeth in the kerfuffle and now this is all he wants for Christmas.

(Photo: NY Daily News)
Animals don't usually die on planes, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation. In 2015, however, of the 35 critters that died, 14 of them mysteriously did so on United Airlines flights.

Tainted carrots for Simon have been ruled out.

United issued a standard statement to the BBC: "We were saddened to hear this news. The safety and well-being of all the animals that travel with us is of the utmost importance to United Airlines and our PetSafe team."

But so far, nobody on their so-called PetSafe team has been disciplined.

"We have been in contact with our customer and have offered assistance. We are reviewing this matter." [But it will not bring back baby bunny Simon.]
One of Simon's fans

Simon was the son of the world's largest rabbit--a four-foot-long continental giant rabbit named Darius.

The dead bunny's 'mom' and owner Annette Edwards said that "Simon had a vet's checkup three hours before the flight and was fit as a fiddle. Something very strange has happened and I want to know what. I've sent rabbits all around the world and nothing like this has happened before."

Simon is being laid to rest at Watership Down. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please donate carrots to your local warren.

On a serious note, while this post was satirical, the story is true and it really is unacceptable that any life should perish, rabbit or otherwise, on a routine airline flight.

American Airlines 'tough guy' hits a woman as she held her baby

(Photo: AP/Susan Walsh)
An American Airlines bald-headed stooge was removed from duty, not fired, after he "violently took a stroller from a lady with a baby" and hit her, according to a passenger who witnessed the AA "hero" in action.

American Airlines responded quickly to the video showing a sobbing mother with her baby in arm after the violent confrontation with a member of the flight crew.

The initial alleged confrontation wasn't in the video, but the woman was clearly shaken up and crying.

A male passenger is seen getting up from his seat saying that he wants the name of the worker who hit the woman. When another employee gets on the plane, the same passenger says, "Hey bud, hey bud. You do that to me, and I'll knock you flat." The bald-headed stooge worker answers, "You stay out of it." Later the worker says to the man, "Hit me."

He was possibly looking for a lawsuit or pretending that not only women, but men didn't scare him too. However, he looked frightened.

             (Video: Surain)

The flight landed at 7:45 p.m. at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

American Airlines issued a statement minutes after the plane landed, acting a lot faster than United Airlines did when they had a passenger forcibly removed for not giving up his seat to a United Airlines worker.

The woman victim was upgraded to first class and put on another flight.

The statement said: "We have seen the video and have already started an investigation to obtain the facts. What we see on this video does not reflect our values or how we care for our customers. We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident. We are making sure all of her family's needs are being met while she is in our care."

When the company says that it "does not reflect our values," who is the "our" they are talking about. If this guy is an employee of the airline and he is allowed to remain an employee, then it does reflect their values.

Disgusting!

United Airline stocks fall causing CEO to apologize for passenger abuse

It's obvious that United Airlines CEO needed to apologize to the country after a scuffle had occurred in which a 69-year-old physician, David Dao, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, refused to give up his seat in order for a United Airlines staff member to fly.

United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz originally described the passenger as "disruptive and belligerent," but after a video of the incident went viral, and the stock plunged a little over 1 percent, Munoz changed his tune and issued a strong apology.

Ironically, last year Munoz was actually named U.S. Communicator of the Year by PRWeek magazine. But his response to the incident makes that title as credible as Barack Obama's Nobel Peace Prize.

He should have immediately apologized after the customer was videoed Sunday but instead merely apologized for "having to re-accommodate . . . customers."

'Re-accommodate'? Is he for real?

Security was called by United crew and the guy was dragged down the aisle and received facial bruises because he didn't want to give up the seat that he paid for.

Oscar Munoz
To be fair, airline passengers are under agreement to abide by the directions of the airline in these cases, but the airline is under the obligation to provide a clear explanation of what the rights are of passengers. And in this case, if the plane was overbooked, the problem should have been handled at the gate instead of on the craft itself.

It was cold and callous of Munoz to respond the way he did, and with social media putting the incident out in front of the world, he was rather stupid to have blamed the passenger.

Yet even afterward, Munoz sent out a letter stating:
This is an upsetting event to all of us here at United. I apologize for having to re-accommodate these customers. Our team is moving with a sense of urgency to work with the authorities and conduct our own detailed review of what happened. We are also reaching out to this passenger to talk directly to him and further address and resolve this situation."
Finally on Tuesday, Munoz provided a strong apology, calling the event "truly horrific."

"I want you to know that we take full responsibility and we will work to make it right," he wrote. "I promise you we will do better."

Munoz said the company will investigate how it moves crews and deals with over-booked flights along with how they work with airport authorities and local law enforcement.

But the clincher of the incident is that United was not even overbooked, according to USA Today.

United Airlines gets out tweeted over leggings ban

Not So Friendly Skies -- United Airlines came under attack Sunday after they banned two teenage girls from boarding a flight by a gate attendant because they were wearing leggings.

For those who are unfamiliar with leggings, they are articles of clothing that cover the legs and make men lose control or write nasty letters to companies that accommodate girls wearing leggings.

The flight was leaving from Denver, heading to Minneapolis.

The girls were traveling under an employee travel pass that includes a specific dress code and leggings isn't 'in code' and therefore out of code compliance. Jonathan Guerin, a United Airlines spokes puppet, was assigned the unpleasant task of explaining this to the media.

The dress code prohibits pass travelers from wearing spandex or Lycra pants, which includes leggings and Mafia wife workout pants. The girls agreed to change their illegal traveler's pass clothing and take a later flight, Guerin said, but Twitter went berserk on the company.

Tight clothing activist Shannon Watts of Denver tweeted that she saw what happened with her own eyes (as opposed to the eyes of casual acquaintances) and questioned United's decision to police women's clothing, although there apparently were no police women on the plane.

Watts vehemently declared that the girl's father was allowed to board the plane while wearing Sansa-belt shorts, a shirt that didn't match it, along with calf-high Argyle socks,  brown wingtip shoes, a straw hat that looked as if it was once used for a nest, a gold chain and a leather man-purse.

Not only was Watts appalled by how the father was dressed, she went so far as to call the airline's policy sexist.

Because it's all about money, regular passengers don't have the same dress code and can wear leggings, hijabs or even a burqa if that's the way they roll.

United said this about their dress code later on Sunday:
"When taking advantage of this benefit, all employees and pass riders are considered representatives of United. And like most companies, we have a dress code that we ask employees and pass riders to follow. The passengers this morning were United pass riders and not in compliance with out dress code for company benefit travel. We regularly remind our employees that when they place a family member or friend on a flight as a standby passenger, they need to follow our dress code." Then they added, "to our regular customers, your leggings are welcome."
But this wasn't acceptable to many Twitter tweeters, (although President Trump remained silent on the subject in spite of an itchy twitchy finger).

Some tweeters wanted Guerin to apologize to the girls and then be fired by United. And many wanted everyone on Twitter to boycott the company until they run them out of business.

Cyber attacks or clusterfudges?

Trading on the NY Stock Exchange was stopped this morning around 11:30 a.m.  for about 2 hours. An internal technical problem was detected and it was learned that other cyber technical problems simultaneously occurred in other areas. Other exchanges were not effected.

Was this a cyber attack or did a bunch of stockbrokers forget to pay the monthly internet fee to Verizon? The matter is being investigated, but one thing for certain is that a glitch like this is not at all typical.

Soon after the outage, the NYSE tweeted that the glitch was internal and not a breach, but the tweet may have actually emanated from ISIS or China, nobody is certain and nobody is taking responsibility for the tweet. Just kidding.

What they tweeted was: "The issue we are experiencing is an internal technical issue and is not the result of a cyber breach. We chose to suspend trading on NYSE to"-- then they ran out over the 140 character limit Twitter allows for each tweet. What they had to add was: "avoid problems arising from our technical issue."

It is believed that the person who tweeted the first part of the tweet is the same person who is the IT responsible for maintaining the NYSE.

Other computer glitches that coincided with this one included United Airlines flights. They had to ground their jets when computers told the pilots to fly into large buildings in major cities. Another glitch occurred with the Wall Street Journal after a reporter was about to email an exclusive "gotcha" interview with Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Department of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson (pronounced "Jay" but spelling was never a strong point in the Johnson family) said of the curious simultaneous occurrences, "It appears from what we know at this stage that the malfunctions at United and at the stock exchange were not the  result of any nefarious actor. We know less about the Wall Street Journal at this point except that their system is back up again as is the United Airline system."

He too ran out of tweet characters but wisely did it in two tweets.

Marie Harf tweeted: "Hey Jeh, what's nefarious?"

President Obama has been briefed by the NYSE and he blamed the problem on George W. Bush for not regulating NYSE more ambitiously.

The FBI has offered its help regarding the NYSE problem but they agree with Jeh Johnson that the situation does not appear to be nafarious.

Marie Harf had not comment.

"Diet Coke Muslima Victim" Tied to Terrorists

A 31-year-old Muslima named Tahera Ahmad (no relation to Jeff Dunham's Achmed the Terrorist that we know of) serves as the Muslim chaplain at Northwestern University and has strong connections with the Muslim Brotherhood and radical Imams.

Ahmad (pronounced Achmed the Terrorist) claimed in a social media post this weekend that United Airlines discriminated against her because they treated her like every other passenger and did not allow her to have an unopened can of Coke. They allegedly explained that she was refused her request because the Coke can be used as a "weapon on the plane." At least that's what Ahmad said on her Facebook page.

She also claimed that a passenger told her, "You Moslem you need to shut the f - - k up."

If I had a nickel for every person on a plane that told a Muslim woman to shut the f - - k up, I'd as rich as Hillary Clinton. I mean, don't you hear it all the time? People are always telling Muslims to tone it down.

Of course the MSM is taking her side. Why not--it suits their agenda, which is that America is evil and Islam is the religion of peace.

But seriously, there is not a shred of evidence that this incident ever took place. This is the account of a woman who preaches the Koran, a book that says lying on behalf of furthering the Islamic cause is fine--in fact, they have a name for it: Taqiyya.

CAIR, the Council on American and Islamic Relations (which actually kind of suck, when you consider what Islam is doing in the world) have condemned United Airlines. In fact, back in 2001, they refused to allow Mohamed Atta fly that airline to downtown Manhattan and flew American Airlines instead. CAIR is considering a lawsuit against United, but they consider lawsuits against all infidels--it's called "lawfare."

Not one passenger corroborated any of Ahmad's claims and United says she's full of Shi'ite or Sunni.

Truth: Muslims have painted themselves as victims from the time Mohammad was chopping off Jewish and Christian heads and making the wives of the victims sex slaves. They invented the term "Islamophobia" because it shuts people up. Fear of terrorism isn't a phobia, it's a survival mechanism.

A little more on Ahmad: she is well-known to Yasir Qadhi who is often invited to speak at Ahmad's school. An audio tape of one of Qadhi's "sermons" called for Muslims to wage holy war against non-Muslims. He also claimed the Holocaust never happened, which tells you a little about Ahmad's leanings.

But in spite of other clear evidence of Ahmad's jihadist beliefs, we have to remember that she was recognized by President Obama as a leading "Muslim female in the United States." She also frequents the White House Ramadan dinners and agrees with Obama that Christians have committed plenty of atrocities during the Crusades so they should get off their high horses and bow their heads above that ditch over yonder.

Iran Discovers U.S. Navy Has Opinions About Being Shot At With A Tit-for-Tat

TEHRAN, IRAN : Iran apparently learned an important lesson about international diplomacy Saturday after the United States responded to Irani...
