The rumor is FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino went full fireball in a closed-door showdown with Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. The discussion was about those sketchy Jeffrey Epstein files.
According to conservative outlet, The Daily Wire, Bongino is livid with how Bondi’s handling the Epstein case. We’re talking ultimatum-level rage here, a source close to the deputy director says he’s ready to resign if Bondi stays.
Apparently, during this spice-level ten meeting, Bongino got so heated he stormed out after raising his voice at Wiles and trading "heated words" with Bondi. However, another source swears Bongino was "enraged" but didn’t yell at either woman, and a White House official backed that up, saying no shouting match went down with Wiles. So, was it a scream-fest or just a tense vibe? I suspect Dan was civil to the ladies because that seems to be how he's made.
The real kicker? The Department of Justice dropped a bombshell, claiming there’s zero evidence Epstein had a client list, blackmailed big shots, or got whacked, rather than have committed suicide. So there is allegedly no list, no conspiracy, nada. I don't believe that due to the level of scumbaggery Epstein had, and the likelihood that he would keep a client list to have leverage over his island visitors.

Bondi is catching hell for earlier comments that had people thinking she had Epstein’s "client list" just chilling on her desk. She tried to clear the air at a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday:
"In February, I did an interview on Fox, and it’s been getting a lot of attention because … I was asked a question about the ‘client list’ and my response was, ‘It’s sitting on my desk to be reviewed, meaning the file, along with the JFK, MLK files as well. That’s what I meant by that."Smooth, Pam, real smooth.
She also minimized concerns about a missing minute from the Metropolitan Detention Center footage, saying it’s no biggie:
"We learned from the Bureau of Prisons that every night they redo that video,” she said on Tuesday. “So, every night the video is reset, and every night should have the same minute missing."Bondi’s promising more footage to prove this is just standard procedure, but the optics are suckworthy. Meanwhile, Bongino’s allegedly gunning for her head, but sources close to Bondi say she’s not going anywhere. The White House is circling the wagons, too, with Principal Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields throwing out this gem on Friday:
"President Trump has assembled a highly qualified and experienced law and order team dedicated to protecting Americans, holding criminals accountable, and delivering justice to victims. This work is being carried out seamlessly and with unity," Fields told Fox News. "Any attempt to sow division within this team is baseless and distracts from the real progress being made in restoring public safety and pursuing justice for all."Translation: "Nothing to see here, folks, move along." But with Bongino ready to throw hands (or at least walk out), this isn’t over.
