Hochul’s Pardon Party: 13 Ex-Con Migrants, Including a Manslaughter Convict, Get a Pass

New York's Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul just dropped a bombshell, handing out pardons to 13 migrants with criminal rap sheets, one of whom, Somchith Vatthanavong, was convicted of manslaughter back in 1990. The New York Times broke the story, and it's disturbing.

Vatthanavong, a 52-year-old scumcrumpet from Laos, who entered the U.S. illegally post-Vietnam War, admitted to the former newspaper that he fired the fatal shot in a pool hall brawl, claiming self-defense. 

Hochul's response? "They've paid their debt, and I'll be damned if I let them be deported to a country where they don't know a soul.” Poor dears.

She didn't stop there, with her virtue-signaling rhetoric, she took a swipe at critics: "And to those who would demonize them to score political points, I ask: Where is your compassion?"

Let's unpack this. 

In New York, a pardon doesn't wipe the slate clean, it just shields folks from consequences like deportation. Vatthanavong, for instance, dodged a federal immigration judge's deportation order because Laos won't take him back because they don't want any problems. 

Convenient, right? Hochul's crew includes lawful permanent residents from Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and South Africa, but it's murky how many, besides Vatthanavong, were unauthorized entrants.

Hochul kept this quiet until the Times, often used as birdcage liner, blew the lid off on Friday. Only then did she issue a statement: "After careful deliberation, I'm granting clemency to thirteen individuals who have demonstrated remorse for their actions and exemplify a commitment to bettering their communities." Noble words, but the timing raises eyebrows, why the secrecy?

The governor's office is being secretive on whether more pardons are coming, though they have 84 pardon applications and 186 commutation requests on their desk this year. So, is this a one-off or the start of a trend? Hochul is playing it close to the vest, but one thing is clear: she's rolling the dice on a move that's sure to spark a firestorm. Where's the compassion, she asks? Plenty of New Yorkers might be asking her the same thing.

Drug dealer freed by Biden charged with more drug crimes

Former alleged President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., granted clemency to an Alabama drug dealer among thousands of others. So it stands to reason and logic that out of the 2,500 felons unleashed by the Biden administration, some would recommit crimes and some might even commit murder because that is how felons often roll.

This particular drug dealer from Alabama named Willie Frank Peterson, 52, was arrested on Monday for alleged drug possession and having a gun; something the law frowns upon when it comes to felons.

Peterson was arrested in Dothan, a city of about 70,000 people in Southeast Alabama. He faces two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of illegally being in possession of a gun, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peterson had been cut loose by the Biden administration in January in order to rub it in the incoming President's [Trump] face that his handler [whoever that is] was still in charge. As mentioned, Biden and his magic autopen granted clemency to thousands of inmates convicted of drug charges. And why not--Biden must take a myriad of drugs just to stay alive.

In March 2023, Peterson pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and he was later sentenced to 75 months in prison. Biden commuted his sentence to 20 months and he was back out on the street as of January 21, 2025 doing what he knows best.

According to the Justice Department, Peterson sold cocaine to a guy named Kenneth Cherden Glasgow in 2018 and 2019. Glasgow [no, he isn't Scottish] is the half-brother of the race baiting activist Al Sharpton. He was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and was sentenced to 30 months in prison for tax evasion, mail fraud, and drug charges.

Meanwhile, in spite of all the illegal activities Al Sharpton committed, he is still free from jail and even has a failed tv show. [He uses his melanin as a protective shield.]

Biden mumbled that those whose sentences were commuted were “non-violent” offenders who had been given “disproportionately long sentences.” 

Disproportionate to what? Murder? Drugs kill and people kill for drugs.

“Today, I am commuting the sentences of nearly 2,500 people convicted of non-violent drug offenses who are serving disproportionately long sentences compared to the sentences they would receive today under current law, policy, and practice,” Biden mush-mouthed at the time. “With this action, I have now issued more individual pardons and commutations than any president in U.S. history.”

Biden blathered that the individuals had “received lengthy sentences based on discredited distinctions between crack and powder cocaine” and “outdated sentencing enhancements for drug crimes.”

That action came after Biden commuted the sentences of 1,500 people, issued 39 pardons for individuals convicted of non-violent crimes, and gave a mass pardon for people convicted of marijuana possession.

Let's wait and see how many more of those released get caught in a criminal act.

Biden pardoned the worst scumcrumpets in the nation: here are a few of the worst

We don't actually know who spared the worst scum in the country from their death sentence under the name of Joe Biden, but we know that our alleged President doesn't have the mental capacity to make the call. Was it Obama or Jill? We don't know, but we know old Joe would rather cut farts on a beach somewhere, than put his brain in gear.

Two days before Christmas, the Biden administration gave the gift of sentence commutations to a couple of child killers and mass murderers. He pretended that he is against the death penalty but he didn't commute the sentences of three inmates on death row. See, you can't be against the death sentence if you still allow a person [in this case three people] to keep their sentences in effect. It was obviously done for political reasons or perhaps to flip off President-elect Donald Trump, or both.

In a surprising mindless act of clemency on Monday morning, Biden took steps to "ensure a fair and effective justice system" by commuting the death sentences of 37 out of the 40 inmates on federal death row. Among those whose lives were spared, at least five had killed children, nine were considered too dangerous to live after killing other inmates, and several had committed mass murders.

The individuals granted clemency include Thomas Sanders, a scumcrumpet who committed heinous acts on September 8, 2010. He kidnapped, shot multiple times, and slit the throat of 12-year-old Lexis Roberts in Louisiana. But first, before killing the child, this evil piece of human excrement murdered her mother during a road trip near the Grand Canyon. Sanders then callously left the child's body in the woods where it was later discovered by a hunter. Forensic reports revealed that Sanders used such force when slitting Lexis's throat that the knife left marks on her cervical vertebra. 

But let's not forget, Biden and his Democratic colleagues are willing to kill babies in the womb and even some who escaped only to be murdered outside the womb, as long as they're kept comfortable before their death sentence.

Christmas came early for serial child rapist Jorge Avila-Torrez, who brutally assaulted and then stabbed to death two young girls—8-year-old Laura Hobbs and 9-year-old Krystal Tobias—while they were riding their bikes in a suburb north of Chicago on May 8, 2005. Four years later, on July 11, 2009, the same garbage individual killed 20-year-old naval officer Amanda Snell in Arlington, Virginia, by strangling her with a power cord after binding her wrists. He hid her body inside a locker in her barrack. His death sentence was commuted by Biden, et al.

The list includes Philadelphia drug kingpin Kaboni Savage, who orchestrated the deaths of 12 people, among them four children who perished in a firebombing attack on their family home. Iouri Mikhel, who kidnapped and killed five Russian and Georgian immigrants for ransom, was also spared from execution. Lastly, James Roane, Jr., involved in the murder of 11 people as part of his drug dealing activities in Richmond, had his sentence commuted as well.

Anthony Battle, who had already been serving a life sentence for the rape and murder of his wife, a U.S. Marine, at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, also saw his death sentence commuted. He had killed an Atlanta prison guard with a hammer in 1994.

"Make no mistake: I condemn these murderers, grieve for the victims of their despicable acts, and ache for all the families who have suffered unimaginable and irreparable loss," Biden had someone write for him in a statement.

Biden doesn't ache for anybody. He is a totally self-centered sleazy grifter, along with his family.

“But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level," Biden stated, forgetting to mention the three he was okay with having them killed. "In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted.”

He isn't just a liar; he's a damned liar and the kind of person who is quick to invoke God in his mush-mouthed mumbles. He has no conscience whatsoever and it's questionable whether he has the mental capacity to use the presidential pardon in the first place.

Let's hope it's challenged, for the sake of the families of the victims. They're always the last ones to be considered.

WV Dems are really pissed at Biden's pardon choices: 'what we would expect from Trump'

West Virginia Democrats blasted so called President Biden's clemency recipient choices and said they would expect President-elect Trump to do such actions, because everything evil in the world is due to Orange Man Bad. 

WV Democrats tend to forget that Trump already was president and didn't do the evil thing they now accuse him of planning to do, but at least they are beginning to see that the Vegetable in Chief has made a very poor move which should hurt his Party in the future.

In a statement released late on Monday, local party leaders said they praised Biden for guiding the U.S. "through significant economic challenges" but criticized the commutations given to people convicted of public corruption. Interestingly enough, the criticism is correct about the commutations, but to say that Biden led the nation "through significant economic challenges" is only partly correct. Yes, he was the leader during economic challenges, but only made the economy worse.

Inflation rates spiked to a 40-year high which significantly increased the cost of living for the average American. Consumer sentiment has been negative or at best, skeptical due to ongoing high costs for essentials such as food and fuel. And the national debt has been blown out of the water, which could create long-term economic risks and higher borrowing costs along with fiscal instability.

Meanwhile, the WV Democrats had more to say. 

"Public corruption is a betrayal of trust. When officials abuse the power of their office for personal gain, they not only harm the communities they are supposed to serve, but they also erode faith in our government institutions," wrote Chairman Mike Pushkin, a state lawmaker from Kanawha County.

"Even more troubling, these kinds of pardons are exactly what we would expect from President-elect Donald Trump, not President Biden," he couldn't stop himself from adding so as to avoid stink-eye from his peers.

Pushkin and other Democrats were especially upset about the barely sentient POTUS's decision to pardon Michael Conahan, the disgraced Pennsylvania judge at the center of the "kids-for-cash" scandal. He was found guilty of taking bribes to send young kids to for-profit prisons.

Delegate Hollis Lewis, (D-Charleston) also had a problem with Biden's choice to grant clemency to Conahan, according to Fox News Digital.

"The one that got me upset was the judge who was involved in the cash-for-kids case," he said.

"Any time that you have individuals who prey on our most vulnerable population, which are children and the elderly, that's very problematic."

Lewis pointed out that presidents from both parties have occasionally made questionable decisions on clemency, noting that a pardon can be a useful tool if used correctly.

"I don't think anybody needs to walk around with a scarlet letter of a felony for the whole lot, depending on the particular crime that they committed; if that pardon is going to allow them to move on with their lives," he said.

"But specifically when it's crimes involving the elderly… and children or crimes with patterns of violence where the evidence is clear and there's no reasonable doubt, then maybe we ought to think twice before we exonerate those individuals."

In their statement, the West Virginia Democratic Party (WVDP) also attacked Biden for pardoning Rita Crundwell, the former comptroller of Dixon, Illinois, who was convicted for embezzling $54 million, which was the largest municipal fraud case in the U.S.

They also brought up the case of Jimmy Dimora, a former Cleveland county commissioner caught in a pay-to-play scheme.

West Virginia has been in the spotlight before during times when presidents grant pardons, like when former President Bill Clinton pardoned fugitive financier Marc Rich, a decision that was heavily criticized.

Rich was accused of tax evasion and dodging sanctions against Iran and apartheid South Africa.

However, Rich also owned part of an aluminum plant on the Ohio River accused of illegally locking out 1,500 workers and hiring replacements during labor disputes.

Members of the West Virginia union were said to have protested in front of Rich's office in Switzerland.

Clinton's pardons of Rich and his business partner Pincus Green led to a federal investigation, initially handled by New York prosecutor Mary Jo White.

After White's term ended in 2002, she was succeeded by a young prosecutor whose name would come up again in another Clinton scandal years later: James Comey.

So Biden pardoned and gave clemency to people whose cases he never checked out

It's one thing to 'shoot from the hip,'  but it's a totally different thing to shoot from the hip while wearing a blindfold and falling up a flight of stairs.

In one pardon granted by the alleged President, a "Massachusetts woman on Biden’s clemency list was sentenced for ‘lethal’ fentanyl trafficking conspiracy," according to the Boston Herald. This woman led a "large-scale criminal enterprise that reaped hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits and caused untold misery."

"Former Dixon Comptroller Rita Crundwell stole $53 million from the little town, a crime so notorious that a documentary was made -- highlighting that she perpetrated the largest case of municipal fraud in American history," Politico reported.

Crundwell, the Dixon, Illinois comptroller who stole the money to fund a lavish lifestyle of expensive homes, dream vacations, and some serious bling, was sentenced to 20 years. She served less than half that time.

“With my deteriorating health condition and the danger of the Covid 19 pandemic, I feel like I have been given a death sentence,” she wrote to the judge, asking to be released during the pandemic.

Perhaps most incredibly, the "Cash for Kids" POS judge, Mark Claravella, in Pennsylvania who wrongly sent dozens of minors to a for-profit prison and got kickbacks for it, was released without any examination of the facts of his case. This garbage human being should be thrown in jail for years after committing such a crime in these kids.

"The White House commuted the sentence of the judge at the center of a notorious 'kids-for-cash' scandal without considering the specifics of his case, beyond whether it fit into a broad set of criteria," reports Politico. We can assume that all of the 1500 cases of these prisoners were also examined just as thoroughly.

Perhaps one of the worst cases Biden gave clemency to was with Meera Sachdeva, a Mississippi doctor who was sentenced to 20 years in the slammer in 2012. She defrauded Medicare and was required to pay $8,200,000 to her former cancer facility where she provided cancer patients with diluted chemotherapy drugs and old needles. One such patient claimed to have gotten HIV from a needle used by her clinic.

While it seems obvious no examinations of the criminal cases were actually reviewed, the White House had the temerity to say that those who received clemency had demonstrated rehabilitation and “a strong commitment to making their communities safer.” In addition to commuting sentences for nearly 1,500 individuals on home confinement, Biden pardoned 39 people convicted of non-violent offenses.

“Together, these actions build on the President’s record of criminal justice reform to help reunite families, strengthen communities, and reintegrate individuals back into society,” the White House said in its announcement. “The President has issued more sentence commutations at this point in his presidency than any of his recent predecessors at the same point in their first terms.”

Among those receiving clemency was Daniel Fillerup, an Alabama doctor sentenced to 10 years in prison for illegally distributing fentanyl which led to a fatal overdose. The Department of Justice stated that Fillerup “directly contributed to the opioid epidemic.” Another recipient was Wendy Hechtman, who was serving 15 years for running a drug operation connected to a spike in overdose deaths in Nebraska in 2017.

Despite the controversial backgrounds of some recipients, the White House praised President Biden's clemency decisions, emphasizing his dedication to criminal justice reform. They also mentioned that more such actions are expected before Biden's term ends.

"While today’s announcement marks important progress, there is more to come. President Biden will continue to review clemency petitions and deliver criminal justice reform in a manner that advances equity and justice, promotes public safety, supports rehabilitation and reentry, and provides meaningful second chances,” the White House concluded in its announcement.

GOPer Sasse on POTUS pardons: "This is rotten to the core"

Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) blasted President Trump Wednesday evening over the latest pardons POTUS provided for political allies Paul Manafort and Roger Stone. The senator said the pardons are "rotten to the core," and while he's the first GOP member to come down on Trump over a president's constitutional right to pardon, he will likely not be the last.

In Sasse's statement he specifically mentioned both men, saying that "felons like Manafort and Stone" . . . "had flagrantly and repeatedly violated the law and harmed Americans."

Trump also pardoned Charles Kushner, the father of his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. The elder Kushner pleaded guilty in 2004 of 16 counts of tax evasion and retaliating against a witness. He served two years in the slammer. The whereabouts of the witness is unknown.

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris "I Ate the Whole Thing" Cristy, was the prosecutor in the case of Charles Kushner. Cristy said his crimes were among the most “loathsome” he had dealt with.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the loathsome Democratic prosecutor during Trump’s impeachment trial, called Manafort’s pardon particularly outrageous and blamed Russia for influencing Trump's decision and for clogging up Schiff's toilet.

Interestingly, neither Schiff nor Sasse nor any Democratic congressperson had said anything negative about the myriad pardons of drug dealers and worse regarding the huge number of pardons by former President Obama. 

Apparently selling cocaine to kids, embezzlement, conspiracy to launder money, identity theft, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, knowingly buying a firearm for a felon, distribution of heroin, armed bank robbery, destruction of mail matter by a postal employee [not mail-in votes this time], manslaughter, conspiracy to distribute phenylacetic acid, "devising a scheme to defraud the United States of money and property and devising a scheme to deprive the United States Bankruptcy Court and the citizens of the United States of honest services," and Bradley Manning's 35 year sentence for providing top classified military information to Wikileaks being commuted isn't as grievous as Manafort's and Stone's political hit jobs by the Left.

.Manning even tried a run for a congressional seat but thankfully lost, which disappointed Democrats and RINOs alike.

Not to mention the sentences, mostly drug and weapons-related commuted by Obama.

But it's only when Trump does it that it is "rotten to the core."

The POTUS 'Pardon-a-thon'

Most presidents wait until the end of their time in office before handing out pardons and commutation of sentences. President Trump seems to have made it part of his daily routine.

Okay, so I'm exaggerating somewhat, but let's face it, Trump appears to be make a show of pardoning felons and other miscreants on a regular basis and I'm not so sure they all deserve it.

The plenary power to grant pardons or reprieves are granted to the president by Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution and limited only to federal offenses. A pardon can't override the impeachment process, so even if the president was able to pardon him or herself, an impeachment would likely ensue. That has never happened before and it's still unclear if a self-pardon is actually permissible.

The first pardon Trump wrote was for Sheriff Joe Arpaio, of Maricopa County, Arizona, on August 25, 2017.  Arpaio was convicted of contempt of court and was awaiting sentencing.  Trump said of the sheriff that he "gave years of admirable service to our nation."

Arpaio is a staunch anti-illegal immigration advocate and got in trouble with the Obama administration for actually following the law. His pardon was, as Martha Stewart would say, "a good thing."

The second person Trump dealt with was to Sholom Rubashkin serving a 27-year sentence for bank fraud. Rubashkin, a father of ten, ran a family-owned kosher meat processing business. His indictment for bank fraud was viewed in  bi-partisan agreement as historically excessive.

Third was Kristian Saucier, the Navy machinist mate who, aboard the USS Alexandria submarine, took photos as mementos of his years aboard the vessel, which he served on from September 2007 to March 2012. His case is very similar to Hillary Clinton's in which classified material was mishandled, and Saucier, unlike Clinton, served 12 months in prison. He is currently suing the Obama administration for inequality of justice. Trump gets a "Martha Stewart" endorsement ['it's a good thing'] on this one as well.

Lewis "Scooter" Libby is the fourth person Trump dealt with. Libby was convicted of perjury regarding CIA officer Valerie Plame, and obstruction of justice. Libby  considered himself the target of unfair prosecution. His sentence was initially commuted by George W. Bush in July 2007 and President Trump gave Libby a total pardon on April 13, 2018.

Fifth in line was Jack Johnson,  the first black heavyweight champion in boxing. The pardon was given posthumously by Trump for Johnson's 1913 conviction for violating the Mann Act, which involved the illegal transport of women over state lines for "immoral" purposes. The pardon was issued on May 24, 2018. It was previously denied by the Obama administration because true to form, Obama did nothing positive for black people.

Dinesh D'Souza was the sixth to be pardoned by Trump on May 31, 2018. D'Souza is a conservative version of Michael Moore, except without the cow inside his stomach. He has made documentaries and written books which depict the left in less than glowing terms, and he was convicted of campaign finance violations to which he admitted [unlike Hillary Clinton's refusal of admitting personal responsibility for her devastating loss to Donald J. Trump for the presidency of the United States].

At the time of D'Souza's consideration for pardon, Trump was also considering pardoning Democrats Martha Stewart [speaking of the devil] and Rod Blagojevich--Stewart for lying to the FBI and "Blago" for being a scumwafer who tried to sell Obama's senate seat after he won the election.

I can abide by the Stewart pardon, but Blagojevich is questionable in my mind.

Finally, we have Alice Marie Johnson, a 63-year-old "grandmother" who has used that moniker to somehow project her innocence. It's easy to become a grandmother--just have kids and don't die before they have kids.

I have mixed feelings about Johnson.

She isn't an innocent bystander in her crime. She was doing some serious drug-deals and money laundering. The fact that her son was killed in a motorcycle accident doesn't seem a good enough excuse for dealing drugs.

And while she's hyped as being convicted of a "non-violent" crime, I believe that dealing drugs is a violent crime, but indirectly so.

Perhaps Trump was right to release her, but to have Kim Kardashian West as the spokesperson for her case is ridiculous. Just because people are famous, does not make them experts or even intelligent.

And wasn't it Trump who said that he wants to get tougher on drug dealers? He even spoke of the possibility of the death penalty.

President Trump needs to be careful not to make these pardons into a TV show. And certainly he needs to stop equating celebrity with expertise.

I think it would have been better for him to have followed the presidential tradition of waiting until the end of his term before going forward on pardons, but I also understand his need to "do something" in the present.

Pedophile and convicted felon running for Congress, thanks to McAuliffe

A convicted felon who spent over a year in the slammer for threatening to kill President George W. Bush is running for Congress in Virginia. Oh, by the way, he's also an admitted pedophile who sees nothing wrong with being sexually attracted to young girls much like the Islamic 'grooming gangs' currently on trial in the UK.

Nathan Larson, 37, of Catlett is running as an independent candidate in Virginia's 10th Congressional District, and the state has Terry McAuliffe to thank.

In 2016, then-Governor McAuliffe passed legislation to restore voting rights to thousands of felons, hoping they would all vote Democratic as a sign of thanks for all the handouts they get.

In a sicko interview with HuffPo, Larson expressed his pro-pedophilia and incest views and called it "normal" for men to be attracted to underage women.

And if elected, he will represent all those men who think like him, but he sure as hell won't represent most men, and certainly no women.

Larson has unsuccessfully sought public office before but was barred from running after pleading guilty to sending the Secret Service a 2008 letter threatening to kill George W. Bush, the president at the time.

But even as a felon, his dreams are still possible [if Virginia proves to be as sick as he is]. Now that McAuliffe restored the voting rights to 13,000 felons, Larson has a shot at more than just little girls and presidents.

Of course, McAuliffe went dark--he could not be reached for comment by Fox News nor the fake news media. A legal age spokeswoman for Gov. Ralph Northam (D-Va.) also had nothing to say to a request for comment.

And to his credit, Larson has not pretended to have changed his sick and rather repugnant views. For example, he posted online "Advantages of Father-Daughter Incest" and "The Justifiability of an Incel's Kidnapping a Girl and Keeping Her as His Rape-Slave for Sex and Babymaking." [An 'incel' is a person who has struggled with being "involuntary celibate."]

Seriously. He really wrote that crap.

Larson denies ever committing pedophilia but an online post was uncovered whereby he expressed a yearning to have sex with his daughter. But he doubts it will ever happen because, for some strange reason, he doesn't have custody of the 3-year-old baby. Thankfully, she is living with relatives.

Larson's campaign platform is to legalize child pornography and the restoration of "benevolent white supremacy" and "patriarchy." He refers to Adolf Hitler as a "white supremacist hero."

In a phone interview with HuffPo Larson said, "A lot of people are tired of political correctness and being constrained by it. People prefer when there's an outsider who doesn't have anything to lose and is willing to say what's on a lot of people's minds."

Now just watch how the left is going to compare him to Trump and all Trump voters. They do that because they have no new ideas.
