Tampon Tim Walz Board Pardons Repeat Child Rapist So He Does Not Have To Face "No Future" In Laos

State Department officials confirmed this week that they have finally revoked legal status for a convicted child sex abuser from Laos after Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and his merry band of pardon enthusiasts decided the real victim here was the rapist facing deportation.

A 42-year-old illegal immigrant who admitted to repeatedly raping a child received a full pardon from Governor Tim Walz's board after the state's clemency commission decided "immigration concerns" outweighed, you know, the whole repeatedly-raping-a-child thing.

Fox News Digital obtained the documents, which show the Minnesota Clemency Review Commission voted 4-2 to spring Laotian national Tue Lue Vang. Vang had confessed to raping a girl multiple times over several years, starting when she was just 10 years old. The two commissioners who voted against it cited the "serious nature" of the crimes. The four who voted for it mostly worried about Vang getting kicked out of the country he entered illegally.

One commissioner, Zach Linstrom, explained his yes vote by writing, "Very tough case but the kids not having a father is not in the best interest of society," apparently referring to Vang's six children. Fellow yes-voter Artika Roller added, "The applicant stated the need for clemency related to immigration issues."

With that rock-solid recommendation in hand, the Minnesota Board of Pardons, featuring such legal luminaries as Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Chief Justice Natalie Hudson, granted Vang a complete pardon on June 10. This wiped his record clean just in time to save him from deportation.

At the time, Homeland Security Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis called it like it was: "Governor Tim Walz's decision to pardon an illegal alien convicted child rapist so he can remain in our country is disgusting. These are the criminal illegal aliens he and his Minnesota sanctuary politicians are protecting," she said.

Vang had entered the United States through California in 1994 and received legal status under the Clinton administration. Between 2002 and 2004, while aged 18 to 20, he had sexual intercourse with the victim four to six times in St. Paul. The first assault occurred when she was in fourth grade.

Documents show the victim "did not understand what Vang was doing, so she let him." Later she told friends, who described her as "angry and sad." Vang once offered her $10 to stay quiet.

Ramsey County Assistant Attorney Tami McConkey strongly opposed the pardon. She pointed out aggravating factors such as the extended abuse, Vang driving the girl to his home for more assaults, and his failure to use protection. She also noted that Vang had told police, "I made a mistake, but this is a minor thing. It is a cultural thing in Thailand to marry and have sex with girls as young as 12." He further suggested the victim should be arrested too because she was equally at fault.

McConkey observed that "while Mr. Vang expresses shame and regret about what his children experience when then [sic] learn of the offense, he does not share any thoughts or insight about what the victim must have gone through."

Yet several commissioners highlighted that the victim supposedly supported the pardon. Commissioner Nadine Graves wrote, "The victim supports this pardon. His [Vang’s] wife stayed and has forgiven. He also [has] immigration concerns. He has remorse and was discharged from probation."

Graves added that Vang "retracted his prior statement about this being a result of culture. He admits this was wrong then and will always be wrong." Commissioner Perry Moriearty praised "substantial evidence of rehabilitation, remorse and acceptance of responsibility" while noting Vang "is facing deportation" and "victim supports."

In his own pardon application, Vang wrote, "I carry deep shame and regret for the harm I caused." He fretted that deportation would send him "to a place entirely unfamiliar to me, with no family, no home, and no future."Vang added, "My fear is that, if deported, my children will grow up without a father, like I did" and "I will do all that I can to be here and to protect them from the outcomes of my deportation."

Thankfully, the Trump administration was not interested in Walz's compassionate approach to foreign child rapists. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced Friday that he had terminated Vang's legal status and removed him to Laos.

Rubio told Fox News Digital, "Americans should never have to live in fear that foreign sex predators — shielded from deportation by their own elected officials — could endanger them or their children. That's why I terminated his legal status in the United States," he continued. "Vang has now been removed from our country and will never pose a threat to any American ever again."

Marco Rubio Cleans Up Tim Walz's Latest Gift to Criminal Illegal Aliens

If there were an award for making ICE's job as difficult as possible, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz would have to clear some shelf space for the awards he received as a fan dancer.

The governor who never seems to meet an illegal alien he doesn't want to protect found himself at the center of another stunning controversy after helping pardon a convicted child rapist just before he was set to be deported. Fortunately, Secretary of State Marco Rubio stepped in and did what Walz apparently would not, make sure the predator was sent packing.

In an exclusive report, Fox News Digital said that Rubio revoked the legal status of Tue Lue Vang, an illegal alien scumbag from Laos whose clemency from Walz and Minnesota's Board of Pardons threatened to derail his removal from the United States.

"Just weeks ago, a foreign child rapist was freed to once again endanger America's children after receiving a pardon from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz," Rubio said. "Tue Lue Vang admitted to committing heinous crimes against a 10-year-old girl in Minnesota. He attempted to pay his victim for her silence and dismissed his acts of child abuse as a 'minor thing.'"

That is the man Walz's pardon board decided deserved another chance. But another chance at what? Hunting for another innocent child to brutally assault? And this governor has a daughter of his own, so he obviously is incapable of having empathy for the child's parents, much less the child.

According to court records, Vang was convicted in 2006 of first-degree criminal sexual conduct after repeatedly raping a 10-year-old girl between 2002 and 2004. Following his arrest, he reportedly told investigators that "it is a cultural thing... to marry and have sex with girls as young as 12."

It's also a cultural thing for child rapists to be 'taken out' in American prisons.

Apparently, somewhere inside Minnesota's ever expanding progressive compassion manual, someone forgot to include a chapter titled "Don't pardon convicted child rapists."

Rubio continued his criticism of Walz's disgusting decision.

"Just days before he was scheduled to be deported, the Minnesota Governor pardoned him, setting him free to endanger American families once again," Rubio lamented.

Instead of accepting that outcome, Rubio took action.

"Americans should never have to live in fear that foreign sex predators shielded from deportation by their own elected officials could endanger them or their children."

"That's why I terminated his legal status in the United States," he continued. "Vang has now been removed from our country and will never pose a threat to any American ever again."

Let him get his culture on in Laos.

That statement sounds remarkably like what government is supposed to do.

Walz's anal retentive face

The pardon itself was not Walz acting alone. Minnesota's Board of Pardons, made up of Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Chief Justice Natalie Hudson, approved the clemency on June 10 after receiving a recommendation from the nine member Minnesota Clemency Review Commission.

The commission even congratulated Vang in writing.

"Being granted a pardon is a notable achievement and a reflection of the work you have done since your conviction," a CRC member said in a letter to Vang informing him of his clemency.

One has to wonder what exactly qualifies as a "notable achievement" these days. Evidently, in Minnesota's political class, serving time for repeatedly raping a child and avoiding deportation earns a congratulatory letter instead of a one way ticket home.

The Department of Homeland Security certainly was not impressed.

"Governor Tim Walz's decision to pardon an illegal alien convicted child rapist so he can remain in our country is disgusting," DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said. "These are the criminal illegal aliens he and his Minnesota sanctuary politicians are protecting."

The Democrats would vote for Hitler if he ran against a Republican.

Rubio ultimately ensured that Walz's pardon would not become a permanent shield against immigration enforcement. Vang has now been deported and barred from returning to the United States.

The episode also was not an isolated incident. In May, Walz and the same pardon board granted clemency to another illegal alien from Laos, this one a convicted armed robber, just before he too faced deportation.

Minnesota voters may eventually have to decide whether their governor's version of "mercy" is really just another word for putting criminals ahead of the safety of law abiding Americans, all for the sake of politics.

Tim Walz's Latest Act of "Compassion" Extends to Convicted Child Predator Facing Deportation

If there were an Olympic event for putting criminals ahead of law-abiding citizens, Democrat Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz would already be standing atop the podium collecting another gold medal waving at people who exist only in his mind.

The governor who never seems to meet a progressive cause he doesn't adore has now found yet another opportunity to demonstrate that, in modern left-wing politics, the criminal justice system is less about protecting victims and more about endlessly rehabilitating offenders, no matter how monstrous their crimes.

Walz is facing intense criticism after Minnesota's Board of Pardons approved clemency for Tou Lue Vang, a Laotian national piece of human garbage who was convicted of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the pardon may now interfere with federal efforts to deport him from the United States.

Good going, Tampon Timmy.

The Board of Pardons consists of comrades Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Natalie Hudson. The board signed off on the pardon after receiving a recommendation from the Minnesota Clemency Review Commission.

According to Fox News, the commission recommended the pardon by a narrow 4-2 vote, with three members absent, before forwarding it for final approval. In an astonishing letter to Vang, Clemency Review Commission Executive Director Carli Stark celebrated the decision by writing, "Being granted a pardon is a notable achievement and a reflection of the work you have done since your conviction."

One has to wonder whether anyone on the commission bothered to spare a thought for the little girl whose childhood was shattered.

Court records cited by DHS paint a horrifying picture. Prosecutors said Vang repeatedly sexually assaulted the 10-year-old victim between 2002 and 2004. On one occasion, he allegedly offered the child $10 to keep quiet.

His excuses proved no less revolting than his crimes.

According to court filings, Vang told investigators "it is a cultural thing...to marry and have sex with girls as young as 12." He also claimed the child was "just as guilty" and should be arrested alongside him.

Despite being convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, Vang avoided prison through a plea agreement.

An immigration judge later ordered his removal from the United States on October 31, 2006. DHS says he was expected to be deported before Walz and his fellow board members stepped in with their act of mercy, potentially removing the very conviction that made him eligible for deportation.

The Department of Homeland Security did not mince words.

"Governor Tim Walz's decision to pardon an illegal alien convicted child rapist so he can remain in our country is disgusting," Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said.

"These are the criminal illegal aliens he and his Minnesota sanctuary politicians are protecting. Tou Lue Vang lost his legal status following his conviction for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl. Following the conviction, he was placed in removal proceedings and issued a final order of removal by a judge. This pardon will take away this child rapist's qualifying convictions that made him removable from the United States."

Federal officials say Vang entered the United States through California in 1994 and received legal status during the Clinton administration. That status was revoked after his conviction and removal order.

Ironically, Vang had recently been taken into custody during the Trump administration's Operation Metro Surge before the pardon arrived like an unexpected rescue mission from Minnesota's progressive establishment. In his clemency application, Vang argued that he had accepted responsibility for his crimes and had rehabilitated himself.

Whether the victim shares that glowing assessment is another question entirely.

Disturbingly, DHS says this is not an isolated incident.

In May, Minnesota also granted a pardon to Jai Vang, another Laotian national identified by DHS as an illegal immigrant. According to the department, his criminal record included robbery, armed robbery of a business, and driving under the influence.

For Walz and Minnesota's progressive leadership, the pattern is becoming difficult to ignore. While ordinary citizens expect government to protect victims, enforce immigration law, and remove dangerous criminals from the country, this administration seems increasingly determined to extend grace to the very people who forfeited it through their own actions.

For politicians who endlessly lecture Americans about "accountability," accountability appears to end precisely where progressive ideology begins.

Walz's Minnesota: Million-Dollar SNAP Fraud Scheme In Governor's Backyard Sparks Outrage: 'Cruel Joke'

T. Tim Walz

In a shocking development that has left exactly zero people who have been paying attention to Minnesota even mildly surprised, authorities have uncovered a million-dollar food stamp fraud operation running right in Tim Walz's backyard, as if he was clueless.

The scheme, which authorities described as involving "a high degree of sophistication," apparently consisted of buying stuff at Sam's Club and Costco and then reselling it; truly the kind of criminal mastermindery that would make Ocean's Eleven look like a grocery run, and might actually eliminate Walz from suspicion for that reason.

Abdidwahid Mohamed, owner of the creatively named Minnesota Food Grocery LLC, allegedly racked up $1,141,082 in EBT payments using cards registered to other people. Investigators say they watched him make the purchases, followed him back to his store, and confirmed it all with surveillance and GPS. Many of the actual cardholders were either out of the country or insisted they never shopped at those stores. Shocking to think that such skulduggery exists in Minnesota.

"Mohamed received $1,141,082 in EBT payments," according to the complaint, which added that the plan "involved a high degree of sophistication or planning or occurred over a lengthy period of time."

Mohamed faces up to only 20 years in prison or a $100,000 fine if found guilty, penalties that in Minnesota probably come with a participation trophy and a strongly worded letter.

Minnesota Congressman Tom Emmer is demanding accountability from Governor Tim Walz amid the state's broader fraud woes, including a staggering $9 billion Medicaid probe. Emmer alleges Walz is either incompetent or complicit in the theft of taxpayer funds, highlighting what critics call a thriving culture of corruption. One thing for sure, if Walz is complicit, he's certainly not the mastermind.

"Minneapolis didn't become America's fraud capital by accident," Dalia al-Aqidi (a Republican running for Congress in Minnesota's 5th Congressional District against Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar) told Fox News Digital. "It was earned. This week, it's a grocer charged with running up $1.1 million in charges on other people's EBT cards. Next week, it will be something else, but the bill always lands on the Minnesotans who actually pay taxes."

Aqidi says that families tell her "affordability" is what "keeps them up night" and the "cruel joke is that the money is here to really make a difference for people."

"It is just lining the wrong pockets and paying for luxury cars and houses on the other side of the world. The fraudsters are only half the story. The other half are the people administering these programs, from the front lines all the way up to Ilhan Omar, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Governor Tim Walz. There has been talk about ending fraud in Minnesota for years. I am going to Washington to actually do it."

Two Republican lawmakers echoed the frustration. State Sen. Mark Koran called it "yet another example of why Minnesota is target number one for fraudsters."

"The sheer volume of welfare programs, combined with the inability of state agencies to detect obvious fraud is alarming. Once again, it was a private retailer, not the state, that uncovered this fraud scheme," Koran added, referencing the suspect being initially flagged by Walmart’s Global Investigation Team.

"All individuals involved, including the people that sold their EBT cards to Abdi Mohamed, have to be fully prosecuted," Koran said. People who come here to steal from hardworking Minnesota taxpayers deserve serious consequences.

State Sen. Michael Holmstrom kept it real: "This may be the laziest one yet."

"We had this guy, Abdi Mohamed, and he named his scam company 'Minnesota Food Grocery LLC.' They aren’t even trying, because they have been conditioned to believe there are no consequences."

The bust comes as part of a larger fraud scandal centered in Minnesota's social services programs, particularly within the Somali community, and a fresh Trump administration push against food stamp abuse.

"Since its inception, SNAP has helped our most vulnerable citizens afford the essential and nutritious food they need," Rollins and Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wrote in a Fox News op-ed in March. "At least, that is what the program is supposed to do.

"Over time, however, SNAP has been taken advantage of, allowing many to game the system and leaving millions of vulnerable Americans without healthy, nutrient-dense food options."

In related news, Minnesota officials continue to express bewilderment that when you create a massive, poorly supervised pile of free money, people occasionally treat it like a pile of free money. Walz could not be reached for comment, as he was reportedly busy checking the state couch cushions for another $9 billion.

MN fraud suspect on the run, forfeits bond

Joe Thompson was the lead prosecutor that helped uncover the massive $250 million Feeding Our Future food fraud case tied to the state's Somali community. (AP Newsroom)

Abdirashid Ismail Said allegedly ran multiple Medicaid-funded agencies despite being barred after a prior fraud conviction.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) recaps his confrontation with Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison over alleged fraud in his state on 'Hannity.'

A man accused of orchestrating an $11 million Medicaid fraud scheme in Minnesota skipped a scheduled court appearance this week, prompting a warrant for his arrest, authorities said. Abdirashid Ismail Said, 50, failed to appear for a pre-trial hearing in Hennepin County, forfeiting his bond, according to FOX 9, citing the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison said in a statement that his office is working with federal authorities to locate Said.

"A warrant has been issued for Said's arrest after he failed to appear for a pre-trial hearing," Ellison told the outlet. "My Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is working with federal law enforcement to locate Said and ensure he faces justice for the fraud he committed. This is a deeply frustrating setback, however, I remain committed to doing everything I can to hold Said and other Medicaid fraudsters accountable."

Said posted a $150,000 unconditional bond to avoid stricter conditions, including surrendering his passport, while a $50,000 conditional bond would have required it, according to FOX 9. Investigators also raised concerns about Said’s potential to flee, citing family ties abroad, according to FOX 9.

Prosecutors charged Said with racketeering and multiple counts of aiding and abetting theft by swindle in connection with an alleged scheme that defrauded Minnesota’s Medicaid program of nearly $11 million, according to the criminal complaint.

The complaint alleges Said carried out the scheme, from 2019 through 2023, by secretly operating multiple Medicaid-funded home health care agencies despite being barred from working with such programs following a prior fraud conviction.

Authorities said Said and his co-conspirators billed Medicaid for services that were never provided, weren’t properly recorded or were backed by fake paperwork. Investigators also allege the group billed for services that weren’t eligible for payment and charged more than they should have.

According to court documents, the scheme involved millions of dollars in fraudulent billing, including more than $4.6 million paid to one agency based on falsified documentation. Investigators also found nearly $1 million was billed for clients who denied receiving services, along with more than $300,000 in overbilling and more than $5.8 million in claims that were not documented or were fraudulently documented.

Court records show Said was convicted of Medicaid fraud in 2022, ordered to pay $77,000 and barred from working with any Medicaid-funded agency, a restriction prosecutors allege he later violated.

The case has raised new concerns about oversight of taxpayer-funded programs, as state leaders, including Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison, have faced mounting criticism over their handling of fraud in Minnesota.

The development comes amid broader concerns over fraud in Minnesota, including the sprawling "Feeding Our Future" case, in which prosecutors allege defendants created fake meal programs and fraudulently claimed more than $250 million in federal funds.

Former Acting U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson has suggested fraud across some programs could total billions of dollars, potentially reaching $9 billion.

State officials have faced ongoing questions about oversight of taxpayer-funded programs, with critics pointing to additional fraud cases involving Medicaid and welfare spending.

Ellison, whose office has brought multiple fraud cases, appeared before Congress earlier this year to address concerns about enforcement and oversight.

MN fraud scandal: 6th family member who met with Keith Ellison to plead guilty

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) and AG Keith Ellison (D) face questioning over an alleged $9 billion fraud. Critics accuse them of a cover-up, diverting funds meant for vulnerable citizens. Imagine that, a pair of Democrats being accused of covering up fraud.

Yet another member of a family within Minnesota’s Somali community is expected to plead guilty on Thursday in the massive fraud scandal that has drawn national attention and prompted criticism of Attorney General Keith Ellison over a meeting he held with members of the family in question. Let me repeat: Ellison met with members of the family in which one guy will likely plead guilty of fraud.

Gandi Mohamed, 45, (Probably D) is expected to either plead guilty at a change of plea hearing scheduled for Thursday or choose to enter a plea of no contest, which would allow him to accept conviction and be sentenced without admitting guilt, according to court records. No contest is as good as pleading guilty, but sounds better.

Mohamed is the sixth member of his family who would be pleading guilty in the scheme prosecutors say fraudulently claimed to be serving meals while instead pocketing $14 million from the federal child nutrition program, Fox 9 Minneapolis reported.

Center of the American Experiment policy fellow Bill Glahn told Fox News Digital that "it’s good that he and his co-conspirators have all been convicted in the case, however, a courtroom trial would have been a useful exercise to show the public the scope and scale of the fraud."

The Mohamed family was present at the now infamous 2021 meeting between Ellison and members of the Somali community where would-be fraudsters could be heard asking the state's attorney general to help them secure more funding, before the conversation turned to campaign donations.

"The only way that we can protect what we have is by inserting ourselves into the political arena. Putting our votes where it needs to be. But most importantly, putting our dollars in the right place. And supporting candidates that will fight to protect our interests," one of the Somali community members says in the recording.

"That's right," Ellison responds.

Ellison has denied any wrongdoing regarding the recording, saying he was completely unaware of the fraudsters' crimes at the time of the meeting. [And if you believe that, you might be interested in a bridge I have for sale in Brooklyn]. The meeting occurred before any convictions in the case and before President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice had indicted anyone."I took a meeting in good faith with people I didn’t know and some turned out to have done bad things. I did nothing for them and took nothing from them," Ellison wrote in an April 2025 op-ed for the Minnesota Star Tribune.

Following that meeting, Gandi gave the maximum $2,500 campaign donation to Ellison that the attorney general returned to the Department of Justice in 2025.

"Our Attorney General, Keith Ellison, is not only looking the other way but doing so after taking donations from these very fraudsters," Republican Dalia al-Aqidi who is running for Congress in Minneapolis against Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) told Fox News Digital. "This is a betrayal of every Minnesotan who trusted him with that office."

Al-Aqidi explained that the voters in her district are "furious" about the fraud scandal.

"Which is why I've rolled out a five-point plan to prevent fraud before it starts," al-Aqidi said. "This isn't just about taxpayers, it's about people who really need food and housing. Preventing fraud isn't complicated, it just takes the political will to stop this type of abuse. It's clear that this scheme is being used to buy votes, and that has to stop."

Trump Cheers as Minnesota Judge Refuses to Hamstring “Highly Successful” ICE Operations

President Trump is singing the praises of a "highly respected" Minnesota federal judge after she shot down the state's desperate bid to slap a temporary restraining order on I.C.E. operations in the heavily Democratic-controlled state.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Kate Menendez, a Biden autopen appointee, flat-out rejected Minnesota's request to freeze I.C.E.'s work while the state's lawsuit against the Trump administration crawls through the courts.

"A highly respected judge declined to block I.C.E. operations in the very politically corrupt State of Minnesota. I.C.E. will therefore be allowed to continue its highly successful operation of removing some of the most violent and vicious criminals anywhere in the World, many of them murderers, from the State," Trump declared. "The great patriots of Law Enforcement will continue to make our Country safe. RECORD LOW CRIME NUMBERS!!!"

Judge Menendez was careful to note that her ruling on the emergency motion wasn't a preview of how she’ll ultimately decide the bigger case. As CBS News reported, she said: "I think the issues are really important and I don't want to suggest by not acting immediately one way or the other that I think they are unimportant. To the contrary, I understand this is important to everybody."

Minnesota had begged for a quick two-week timeout, claiming the state needed breathing room to prepare its legal challenge and insisting that the 3,000 federal agents flooding Minneapolis and the surrounding areas were somehow trampling on citizens' rights.

The feds are required to respond to the lawsuit by January 19. Menendez also turned down a federal prosecutor’s request to push back that deadline because of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, telling both sides the matter was simply too urgent for any delay.

The whole circus kicked off Monday when radical Minnesota AG Keith Ellison announced the state was suing the Trump administration to halt what he dramatically called an "invasion" of federal agents. The timing was no coincidence: the lawsuit dropped just days after Minneapolis resident Renee Good was fatally shot by an I.C.E. agent following a confrontation in which she drove her vehicle toward him. That incident has fueled nonstop protests for more than a week now, prompting the administration to pour even more agents into the city.

Then, on Wednesday night, another I.C.E. shooting sent Minneapolis spiraling further into outrage. According to DHS, a federal agent was ambushed and attacked by three individuals while attempting to take a suspected Venezuelan illegal immigrant into custody on the city’s Northside.President Trump isn’t backing down.

If you enjoy  Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

On Thursday he fired off a warning shot on Truth Social, threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act if Minnesota's "corrupt politicians" don't rein in the chaos: "If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don't obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great State. Thank you for you [sic] attention to this matter!"

Bottom line: Trump is thrilled, I..C.E. keeps rolling, and the left’s attempt to kneecap federal immigration enforcement in Minnesota just hit a brick wall.

You can bet there's more to follow.

The Racism Card: How Democrats Shielded Massive Fraud in Minnesota's Somali Community

If there's one thing Democrats love more than taxpayer money, it's weaponizing accusations of "racism" to shut down any scrutiny of their pet projects. And nowhere has that been more evident than in the exploding fraud scandal rocking Minnesota, where billions in social program funds, much of it tied to the state's large Somali community, vanished while politicians like Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, and Ilhan Omar looked the other way or actively deflected.

Fox News Digital talked to experts who laid it bare: State Sen. Mark Koran, former prosecutor Joe Teirab, and columnist Dustin Grage all pointed to how screams of "racism" provided perfect cover for fraudsters in Minneapolis.

Rumors of fraud in the city's booming Somali community have swirled for over a decade. But dare question it? You're a bigot, according to Democrat elected officials who dismissed any criticism as hatred toward immigrants. Stories about Somali fraud rings were labeled "racist" and buried.

"The whole story kind of died under these accusations that people were being racist," Bill Glahn, policy fellow with Center of the American Experiment, told the outlet. "Oh, maybe somebody stole a little bit here, a little bit there, but there's nothing systemic going on."Classic deflection. And it worked like a charm.

Former assistant U.S. Attorney Joe Teirab, who prosecuted cases in the Feeding Our Future scandal, described how fraud suspects played the race card shamelessly. In one secretly recorded meeting with AG Keith Ellison, they claimed investigators were only going after them "because of race."

Teirab wasn't having it; this was a calculated move to intimidate and obstruct.

"It provided cover," Teirab told Fox News Digital. "Fraudsters knew the issue of race and racism was something they could use as a cudgel… It's disrespectful to use those terms when they're not appropriate, especially in a case where fraud clearly happened." And it dilutes accusations of actual racism.

Even a juror in one trial got hit with a $120,000 bribe attempt, complete with messages framing the whole probe as racist. The goal? Not just dodge jail, but poison the well and scare off anyone daring to follow the money.

State Sen. Mark Koran (R) put it bluntly: Investigators don't chase demographics, they follow evidence. If the fraud landed disproportionately in one community, that's because that's where the crooks were operating, not some targeted persecution.

"The average Minnesotan, average legislator, doesn't care who's committing the fraud," Koran said. "All right, the evidence will lead you either to or from the perpetrator. And so, if the evidence leads to the perpetrator, we need to prosecute all of them."

But pursuing that evidence meant getting smeared as racist. Fraudsters got so bold they sued the state to keep the cash flowing despite glaring red flags.

"For the average hardworking legal U.S. citizen doing everything right," Koran said, "it’s a disgusting disservice… knowing there’s such blatant disregard for the value of that dollar."

The scale is mind-boggling.

Federal prosecutions might hit $2 billion, but Koran says total losses across programs could be far higher when you factor in waste and outright theft. Families raked in kickbacks from fake autism providers, and investigators are too overwhelmed to chase it all. Low risk, massive reward.

State agencies "cowering in fear" of the racist label, as Glahn put it. Politicians know getting tagged with it is a "career kiss of death." A legislative auditor's report even admitted Department of Education officials went easy on nonprofits over fears of racism accusations and bad press. Then there's the media complicity. Conservative reporters pitched Feeding Our Future stories only to get shut down by editors terrified of the "racist" backlash.

"In newsrooms, they're told, ‘We can’t run that because we're going to be accused of being racist,'" Grage explained.

Remember when Minnesota's Department of Education spotted fraud and paused payments? Local pols like Omar Fateh and Jamal Osman cried racism, sued the state (and lost), but the damage was done; payments resumed. And Gov. Tim Walz had subpoena power to dig into bank records but sat on his jazz hands.

Why the hesitation?

Politics, of course. As Glahn explained, the Somali community is concentrated in key areas, including Ilhan Omar's district. Their monolithic Democrat voting bloc swings close elections statewide and in primaries.

"The Somali community is very concentrated in Minnesota and very concentrated in Ilhan Omar's congressional district, and a few other pockets where the Somali vote swings elections, and at the state level, they're big enough that we've had some super close elections at the state level, and the Somali vote is very monolithic, votes Democrat," Glahn explained.

No wonder no one wanted to rock the boat. Fraudsters exploited the fear, taxpayers got fleeced for billions, and the vulnerable kids these programs were supposed to help suffered the most. As Minnesota picks up the pieces, the takeaway is clear: Real accountability demands guts, to chase the evidence no matter where it leads and brush off the inevitable race-baiting distractions.

Democrats' obsession with identity politics didn't just enable fraud; it supercharged it. And hardworking Americans paid the price.

46 Minnesota Somalis charged with stealing $250 million in COVID-19 funds

Federal agents staked out a number of Feeding Our Future meal sites but discovered that there was nobody there supposedly feeding 50,000 children. It turns out the only people being 'fed' were Somalis using various shell companies as fronts to steal the funding, which they used to buy expensive cars and even property in Africa.

According  to the Twin Cities Pioneer Press, S&S Catering, led by Qamar Ahmed Hassan, received $13.8 million in federal funds. The FBI warrants note that, “Qamar Ahmed Hassan wrote approximately $27,000 in checks from S&S Catering bank accounts… to Amax Travel, a travel agency that specializes in Haji travel packages.”

The official federal indictments of 47 people have been issued and of these, 46 of those charged are Somalis.

Most of the individuals charged in the fraud scheme, prosecutors say, used the stolen funds to buy luxury vehicles, residential and commercial real estate, real estate in Kenya and Turkey, and to fund their international travel.

In 2019, Feeding Our Future received and disbursed about $3.4 million in federal funds to feed underprivileged children in the Minneapolis area. By 2021, the nonprofit had received almost $200 million in federal funds.

The scheme included Feeding Our Future allegedly claiming to open more than 250 Federal Child Nutrition Program sites across the state of Minnesota. Most of the 47 individuals claimed to operate these sites by filing fraudulent documents purporting to be feeding children, prosecutors allege.

Feeding Our Future executives, prosecutors claim, knew all along that the fraud was taking place but continued to submit fraudulent documents to secure Federal Child Nutrition Program funds for the sites claiming to be feeding children.

Ilhan Omar

The DOJ announced the charges against 47 defendants for their alleged roles in exploiting a federally-funded child nutrition program to the tune of $250,000,000 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A key element in the scheme was to cry racism. A few politicians came forward to back up the alleged fraudsters and there remain questions regarding the extent to which they may have helped enable the fraud.

Being that it's Minnesota and Somalis, Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar comes to mind since the accused Somalis donated to her as well as State Senator Omar Fatch, and Shukri Olow who is running for state representative, State Rep. Hodan Hassan [a Keith Ellison crony] and others.

Rep. Ilhan Omar has made government meals for children into one of her signature issues, so there's that and that she likely married her own brother.

Karen Bass denies ties to Nation of Islam despite evidence to the contrary

Mike Pence was recently spotted at an event with the Imperial Wizard and Grand Cyclops of the Ku Klux Klan last week causing Nancy Pelosi to nearly sprain her wrists from the frenetic hand-waving it caused her when she speaks.

Just kidding.

VP Pence was not spotted at a KKK event, nor would he dream of attending such a disgusting gathering. But if he did go, the mainstream media (MSM) would be all over him like wet on water or that thing about stink on something.

But not so much with California Rep. Karen Bass.

It's obvious that the MSM is just honky dory with Bass being seen at events hosted by the Nation of Islam, an organization led by the nation's most vile anti-Semite, Louis "Scumcrumpet" Farrakhan.

Bass is currently on the Democrat's short-list as the running mate for presumptive nominee Joe Biden in the presidential election in November. [Fun Fact: Biden is very excited to be told who the Democrats will pick to run with him.] However, Bass denies supporting Farrakhan's group of haters because not to deny it would ensure her rejection for the VP slot.

However, in spite of her denial, there are photos and event appearances that clearly link her to the Nation of Islam. For example, she appeared at an event and was photographed with top NOI official Tony Muhammad, who praised her as one of the few members of Congress that he trusts.

In addition, the Castro-loving congresswoman attended the Final Call, the "official communications organ of the Nation of Islam." [The term "organ" describes the nether regions of the group.]

Farrakhan has frequently described Jewish people as "termites," "satanic," and blames the Jews for the Holocaust and even 911, proving his level of stupidity and hatred. He also has praised Hitler as a "very great man," and denounced interracial marriage, which he contends has "mongrelized" the black race.

The Nation of Islam contends that white people were created 6,000 years ago by a selective breeding program by a black scientist called Yakub.

“This teaching of the birth of the White race has been central to the belief system in the Nation of Islam and it has been met with hostility and profound resistance by its critics, who have most commonly termed it ‘hate teaching,’” the Final Call, the Nation of Islam’s official mouthpiece, writes on its website.

But Bass appeared alongside Tony Muhammad, the director of the Nation of Islam’s Western division, at events in 2014 and 2015 and is seen with Muhammad in a photo posted by Mablean Ephriam a former Fox host of "Justice with Judge Mable."

The video [below] shows Bass at an anti-police brutality event in 2015 along with Muhammad and other LA activists. She can really belt out the "No justice, no peace," call to arms.

Bass is certainly not the only Democrat with ties to the Nation of Islam.

In 2002, Waters appeared at a Nation of Islam conference where Farrakhan defended Palestinian suicide bombers. “We have Maxine Waters here,” Farrakhan told attendees of the California conference, describing her as “our great congresswoman from this area.”

Waters hasn’t disavowed Farrakhan or the Nation of Islam because her district would vote for a pile of dog crap if it had a "D" on it, and in her case, well . . .

Then there's Minnesota AG Keith Ellison whose ties to the fake reverend Farrakhan go back to the 1990s and continued he entered Congress, although he denies it. Even the hard Left leaning Washington Post gave Ellison four "Pinocchios" for his claim that his close ties to Farrakhan ended before he entered Congress.

Getting four "Pinocchios" is the worst result your claim can get. It's like Clinton's claim about Monica's blue dress stain after the DNA test came back from the lab.

Anti-Semitic murders in 2018 'highest' in decades: Israel

The Israeli government reported last Sunday that the number of Jews murdered in anti-Semitic attacks around the globe last year reached its "highest" level in decades.

The report came after the mass shooting at the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting last October killing 11 people.

A total of 13 Jews were killed in three separate attacks over the year, according to the 2018 Global anti-Semitism Report released on International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

In January 2018, a student was murdered in California, and in March, 85-year-old Holocaust survivor Mirielle Knoll was slaughtered in a brutal attack at her Paris home.

"This marks the highest number of Jews murdered in anti-Semitic attacks since the attacks on the Argentinian Jewish community in the 1990s," the report said.

For the second year in a row, the number of anti-Semitic incidents in Britain reached a record high, according to the report, citing British charity Community Security Trust which counted over 100 anti-Semitic episodes a month in 2018, a quarter of which occurred on social media, dwarfing incidents of so-called Islamophobia.

The report noted that after a two-year decline of anti-Semitic attacks in France, there was a 69 percent rise in 2018.

Contrary to previous years, anti-Semitic violence in 2018 was "led by neo-Nazis and white supremacists", the report said.

It defined 70 percent of attacks as "anti-Israel in nature," noting a spike when the US moved its embassy to Jerusalem in May and violence flared on the Gaza border.

Diaspora Minister Naftali Bennett said it was Israel's "responsibility to help the millions of our brothers and sisters in the Diaspora [Jews living outside of Israel] who are facing more and more anti-Semitic crimes".

He called on governments around the world to "take a harsh stance against the hatred of Jews."

The report noted that there is also "room for hope."

"More and more governments are declaring their commitment to fighting anti-Semitism, and appointing emissaries to that end," the report said. The UK's Jeremy Corbyn was not among those voices, nor were Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Keith Ellison, Louis Farrakhan, Barack Obama, Linda Sarsour, Kamala Harris, Kirsten Gillibrand and Andre Carson, to mention just a few Americans who oppose ending the BDS movement against Israel, which is covertly anti-Semitic, or  who themselves are openly anti-Semitic.

The Simon Wiesenthal Center in Jerusalem on Sunday also released its annual report on the "Worldwide Investigation and Prosecution of Nazi War Criminals".

It said that between April 2017 and March 2018 one person was convicted for Nazi-era crimes, while three others were charged.

So when idiots use the term 'nazi' to verbally attack anyone with whom they disagree, they are disrespecting those who lived and died at the hands of real nazis, and are diluting the horror at which the scumbags operated.

Alexandria Occasionally Coherent-Cortex kisses up to anti-Semites

The thing about Alexandria Occasionally Coherent-Cortex (AOCC) that makes me angry isn't her blatant stupidity, or her arrogance as a House freshman. No, it's her associations with flaming anti-Semites while recently claiming to have some Jewish heritage.

And nobody on the left questions her bull-throwing and breathtaking ignorance. No one says anything about how she likes to share photo ops with Linda Sarsour and the other three anti-Semitic clowns of the Women's March organization.

But she's a leftist, a Democratic socialist, and like former President Obama, Keith Ellison, Andre Carson, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, as long as you're on the left, hate Trump and love Louis Farrakhan, you're okay.

Now AOCC is phone buddies with notorious anti-Semitic Labour Party Leader in the UK, Jeremy "Scumwaffle" Corbyn.  AOCC had an apparent phone conversation and praised Corbyn afterward.

"Great to speak to @AOC on the phone this evening and hear first hand how she’s challenging the status quo," Corbyn tweeted. "Let’s build a movement across borders to take on the billionaires, polluters and migrant baiters, and support a happier, freer and cleaner planet."

"It was an honor to share such a lovely and wide-reaching conversation with you, @jeremycorbyn!" Ocasio-Cortez replied like a fool. "Also honored to share a great hope in the peace, prosperity, + justice that everyday people can create when we uplift one another across class, race, + identity both at home & abroad."

Allegations of anti-Semitism against Corbyn started getting significant media attention following Corbyn's rise in 2015 from a leftist Member of Parliament to the leader of Britain’s Labour Party.

The New Yorker reported:
Corbyn has long campaigned for peace in the Middle East, and he has frequently criticized the actions of Israel. Over the years, he has attended protests and conferences alongside campaigners who have expressed anti-Semitic views. In mid-August, 2015, a month before Corbyn was elected Labour leader, Stephen Pollard, the editor of the Jewish Chronicle, which describes itself as the oldest continuously published Jewish newspaper in the world, wrote a front-page editorial challenging the candidate to explain some of these instances. “They were all things in the public domain. We weren’t revealing anything new,” Pollard told me the other day. “But nobody had really paid attention to Corbyn previously, because why would you?” Pollard wrote the editorial while on holiday in Devon. Headlined “The Key Questions He Must Answer,” it asked Corbyn about his connections to Deir Yassin Remembered, an anti-Israel group run by a Holocaust denier; his defense of an Anglican vicar who peddled anti-Semitic conspiracy theories; and his descriptions of Hamas and Hezbollah as “friends,” and of Sheikh Raed Salah, a Palestinian mayor accused of making the blood libel in 2007, as “an honored citizen.” “I just sat down in my cottage and wrote this leader,” Pollard said. “That set the course for the next couple of years, really.”
Allegations of anti-Semitism—committed by members, officials, and the leader himself—have been the running roughshod over Corbyn’s far-leftist takeover of the Labour Party ever since, and the sense of something seriously wrong with him and his party has deepened with time.

The New Yorker's report notes that Britain's three major Jewish newspapers — The Jewish Chronicle, Jewish News, and Jewish Telegraph — each published a joint editorial slamming the Labour Party and Corbyn "because of the existential threat to Jewish life in this country that would be posed by a Jeremy Corbyn-led government."

The New Yorker continued:
Each of Corbyn’s attempts to respond to the issue has somehow managed to make things worse. In the spring of 2016, when I was reporting a Profile of the Labour leader for this magazine, Naz Shah, a member of Corbyn’s Shadow Cabinet, was suspended from the Party for sharing Facebook posts that suggested that Israelis should be relocated to the U.S. (“Problem solved,” she wrote.) The following day, Ken Livingstone, a former mayor of London and long-term Corbyn ally, went on the radio to defend Shah and talked about Hitler instead: “He was supporting Zionism before he went mad and ended up killing six million Jews.” Livingstone was suspended as well. In response, Corbyn ordered a two-month inquiry into anti-Semitism in the Labour Party by Shami Chakrabarti, a respected civil-rights lawyer.
The full report on Corbyn's anti-Semitism crisis can be seen here.

In August 2018, Corbyn "admitted attending a ceremony for the terrorists behind the Munich massacre," The Independent reported. "The Labour leader said he was “present” at a memorial event commemorating those responsible for the 1972 attack, despite his office previously insisting he was only at the event in question honoring Palestinians killed in an Israeli air strike."

In November 2018: "Scotland Yard has opened a criminal investigation into allegations of antisemitic hate crimes linked to Labour party members," the Guardian reported.

Women's March Mallory says Jews are white supremacists but says she's not anti-Semitic

Women's March co-leader Tamika Mallory said in an interview on Friday that Jews are white Supremacists while she attempted to defend herself against well-documented allegations of anti-Semitism.

Mallory made her stupid remarks on PBS's "Firing Line with Margaret Hoover," recently defended calling notorious anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan the "greatest of all time." [She used the acronym 'GOAT' to refer to the human pile of dog feces known as Louis Farrakhan.]

Others such as Barack Obama, Keith Ellison, Linda Sarsour, Andre Carson, to name a few, have appeared quite cozy with the scumcrumpet leader of the Nation of Islam.

Mallory also refused to say that Israel had the right to exist and even suggested that Jews were white Supremacists, which proves she's an idiot because the idea of Jews being in that category is an oxymoron. White Supremacists hate Jews.

The Daily Wire reported:
"The Women's March openly embraced the anti-Semitism it has been repeatedly accused of Saturday, with leaders openly embracing the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement from the Women's March podium, and issuing a new manifesto, released to coincide with the Washington, D.C., signature event, excoriating Congress and state legislators for condemning the BDS movement,"

Far-left activist and Women's March leader Linda Sarsour expressed support for BDS during the event as Mallory looked on and clapped like a trained seal.

It's sickening how intersectionality allows certain groups to be anti-white, anti-masculine and anti-Semitic because intersectionality elevates victimhood to the height of wisdom and truth.

There are reasons that so many "victims" in foreign countries want to come here and it isn't because they enjoy being victimized.

Will 2019 be the year you follow Brain Flushings and have a few laughs while you get a conservative viewpoint? Let's hope so, because politics is the new NFL without the mindless kneeling and this blog will both inform you and hopefully entertain you bigly.

Linda Sarsour: blames lack of anti-Semitism for Dem's puddle, not blue wave

Rat-face anti-Semite and anti-woman's choice in voting as well as one of the hateful leaders of the Women's March, Linda Sarsour, proved once again the level at which she sucks as a human being and how she is a full-blown anti-Semite.

Sorry, I call 'em as I see 'em.

Sarsour believes the "downfall" of the Democratic Party is due to their support for the state of Israel, which in itself is a crock of crap, but they're just not anti-Semitic enough for Sarsour's sour taste.

If anything, the Democratic Party is totally okay with anti Semites like Keith Ellison, who just got elected as the Minnesota Attorney General. They're also just fine with Ilhan Omar, also of Minnesota, who calls Israel an "apartheid regime," has won a House seat for the Democrats.

Then there's Rashida Tlaib in Michigan, another Muslim woman who won a House seat and also supports abolishing I.C.E.  In August, 2018, J Street withdrew their endorsement for her over her advocacy for a one-state solution and slashing of military aid to Israel.

Sarsour was a panelist anchoring the leftist's Democracy Now's election night coverage Tuesday. When asked to explain why the Democrats were'n't picking up more seats and the so-called 'Blue Wave' was more like a blueberry ices puddle, the anti-Semite settled on the notion that the Democratic Party refuses to condemn the Jews for their crimes, in spite of them actively supporting "refugees" and other "criminal justice" initiatives.

In other words, Sarsour is rooting for the jihadis firing the rockets at Israeli school buses and Jewish homes, and cheers the deaths of Jews who are killed.

Don't let her fool you--her faux sympathy for the eleven Jews murdered days ago at the Pittsburgh synagogue, the worst anti-Semitic attack in American history, was merely a political ploy to further her anti "White Supremacy" agenda, dismissing anti-Semitism as the real catalyst of the shooting.

Sarsour routinely makes anti-Semitic statements couched as "anti-Zionism," which are directed only at Jewish people and the Jewish State of Israel. Last year, she served on a panel and revealed herself to be an open supporter of the viciously anti-Semitic BDS movement and said Israel's dealing with the Palestinians is an "occupation."

She and other Women's March leaders, such as Tamika Mallory and Carmen Perez refused to distance themselves from flaming anti-Semite, anti-white, anti-America, Louis Farrakhan. In fact, they attended his virulently hateful speeches and posed for photos with the human trash and leader of the Nation of Islam.

Just recently, Farrakhan visited Iran and led the chanting of "Death to America," "Death to Israel." He referred to Jews as "termites" on Twitter and still has not been banned from their platform.

But to her credit, actress Alyssa Milano announced several days ago that she will not take part in this year's March in Washington because of Sarsour's anti-Semitic connections and rhetoric.

Hopefully others will wake up to who this woman is and end her fifteen minutes of fame.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
