Sean Duffy purges 3,000 trucker license training providers after illegal immigrant driver crashes

The adults are finally back in charge at the Department of Transportation.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy just dropped the hammer so hard on the "illegal trucking chain" that the Biden-era grifters are probably still hearing the echo.

In one glorious sweep, Duffy's team just booted nearly 3,000 sketchy CDL training providers off the federal registry because, low and behold, they were faking records, bribing examiners, and basically running a clown car college for people who have no business piloting an 80,000-pound death missile down the interstate.

Another 4,500 got the "you’re next" letter while the feds comb through the remaining 16,000 like it's an IRS audit on steroids.

And the best part is how FMCSA Administrator Derek D. Barrs responded saying that providers unwilling to follow the rules "have no place training America's commercial drivers."

Secretary Duffy, never one to let a good house-cleaning go uncelebrated, lit up the previous administration like a Christmas tree on fire: "This administration is cracking down on every link in the illegal trucking chain. Under Joe Robinette Biden and Pete "What, Me Worry?" Buttigieg, bad actors were able to game the system and let unqualified drivers flood our roadways. Their negligence endangered every family on America's roadways, and it ends today. Under President Trump, we are reigning in illegal and reckless practices that let poorly trained drivers get behind the wheel of semi-trucks and school buses."

Meanwhile, Minnesota just got put on the 30-day clock to revoke a mountain of illegally issued commercial licenses or kiss $30 million in highway cash goodbye. That’s right, Gov. "Tampon Tim" Walz's utopia apparently handed out CDLs like participation trophies to non-domiciled drivers (read: a third of them were bogus). Tick-tock, boys and girls.

All of this comes after a parade of horrific crashes involving illegal immigrant truckers with shiny new licenses they never should've gotten: Harjinder Singh, Partap Singh, Jashanpreet Singh, Rajinder Kumar… the Singh-sational tour of interstate carnage that the open border wokesters pretended wasn't happening.

Remember when the media swore these were just isolated incidents and anyone who noticed a pattern was a big meanie? Yeah, about that.

Sean Duffy and the Trump administration just said, "Hold my coffee," and started ripping out the entire rotten infrastructure that put these disasters on wheels.

Finally, someone in Washington is treating 18-wheelers like the potential weapons of mass destruction they are instead of a jobs program for people who can't pass the test without a bribe.Welcome back, common sense, we missed you.

Border-Jumping Booze-Hound Trucker, Biden's Get-Out-of-Jail-Free Gift, Torches Three Souls in California Carnage

Picture this: A 21-year-old Sikh invader from India, slithering across our southern sieve in 2022, gets the Biden welcome wagon: a slap-on-the-wrist release into the wilds, courtesy of a sham "hearing" that might as well be a fairy tale.

Fast-forward to pure pandemonium: Jashanpreet Singh, eyes glazed and reflexes fried, hijacks a hulking semi like a drunk demolition derby champ. No brakes. No mercy. Just a thunderous, tire-screeching apocalypse on the I-10 in San Bernardino County, where he jackknifes into a bumper-to-bumper nightmare, igniting a fireball ballet of twisted metal and shattered lives. Three people killed in a blink; charred husks yanked from the blaze, while the wounded claw for breath amid the acrid smoke and screams.

Dashcam doom-scroll: The beast of a rig charges like a bull on bath salts, smashing the standstill into a symphony of explosions and agony. First responders, faces grim as gravestones, claw through the inferno.

Federal investigators told Fox News that Singh is a ghost in the system: zero status, pure phantom. ICE finally slaps cuffs and a detainer after the bloodbath, but too damn late for the graves. This meat grinder? Straight from Biden's 2022 "alternatives to detention" farce--a catch-and-release crapshoot Fox has unmasked as a criminal conveyor belt, spitting out killers who treat our country like target practice.

Jashanpreet Singh, this 21-year-old border bandit, allegedly steered his sloshed eighteen-wheeler into oblivion, vaporizing three on a Tuesday bloodbath. (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)

He's just the latest road-raging rogue in the illegal trucker terror tour.

Flash to Harjinder Singh, another '18 sneak-in Sikh who bamboozled California for a CDL despite bombing English basics and sign savvy. Now he's the grim reaper in a Florida freeway fiasco last August: three more pulverized in the pileup.

Cue the hammer: Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, channeling pure fury on Fox News' The Ingraham Angle, doubles down on his scorched-earth edict to rogue states, police the tongue-twisting trucker plague or watch the federal spigot slam shut. His Oct. 15 thunderbolt was a gut-punch grenade:

Sean Duffy

"I put states on notice this summer: enforce the Trump Administration’s English language requirements or the checks stop coming," Duffy said. "California is the only state in the nation that refuses to ensure big rig drivers can read our road signs and communicate with law enforcement. This is a fundamental safety issue that impacts you and your family on America’s road."

Trump's crew just gutted California's wallet by $40 million-plus in highway cash last week, for spitting in the face of these no-brainer rules that stop slurry-mouthed maniacs from decoding "DETOUR" as "DRINK UP."

As wreckage smolders and wails echo, the verdict's viciously vivid: Unleash unchecked hordes, let loony-left havens like Cali peddle licenses to the linguistically lost, and your daily drive morphs into Russian roulette. Seal the damn border. Starve the sanctuary snake. Or kiss your kin goodbye; one fiery fusillade at a time.

Rubio Slams Brakes on Foreign Truck Driver Visas, and Conservatives Are Cheering—About Time!

Well, it looks like someone in D.C. finally woke up and smelled the diesel fumes. Secretary of State Marco Rubio dropped a bombshell this week, hitting the pause button on work visas for foreign commercial truck drivers. And conservatives are popping the champagne corks, calling it a move that's "long overdue."

American roads shouldn’t be a free-for-all for unqualified drivers, especially after a horrific crash in Florida that's got everyone's blood boiling.

Rubio took to X on Thursday to lay it out plain and simple: "Effective immediately, we are pausing all issuance of worker visas for commercial truck drivers. The increasing number of foreign drivers operating large tractor-trailer trucks on U.S. roads is endangering American lives and undercutting the livelihoods of American truckers."

This all comes on the heels of a gut-wrenching incident in Florida, where an illegal immigrant from India, Harjinder Singh, allegedly plowed into three people, killing them, while behind the wheel of a big rig. How this guy even got a commercial driver's license is the million-dollar question, especially since federal investigators say he flunked English proficiency and road sign tests. Nothing screams "qualified" like not knowing what a stop sign means.

Jessica Vaughan, the no-nonsense director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, said, "There are legitimate questions about how qualified these foreign truck drivers are, following the horrible episode in Florida, where a non-English-speaking illegal alien who never should have been given any kind of driver’s license caused the death of three people as he botched an illegal U-turn in the middle of a divided highway." She's correct: trusting trucking companies and state regulators to vet these drivers is like letting a fox guard the henhouse.

Over at the Heritage Foundation, Lora Ries, director of their Border Security and Immigration Center, doubled down, saying it's "about road safety and immigration integrity." She's calling for a full audit of every foreign truck driver using a visa or employment authorization to hold a commercial license, urging DHS and the State Department to yank those benefits where they don’t belong. "This is about road safety and immigration integrity," she told Fox News Digital.

Republican attorney Mehek Cooke boiled it down to two words: "sovereignty and safety." Sounds like a campaign slogan we can all get behind.

Of course, the usual suspects on the left are clutching their pearls. David Bier, the CATO Institute's immigration dweeb, whined on X, "Massive truck driver shortage that is driving up the prices of everything we purchase and Rubio decides to make it worse based on an anecdote. Totally absurd decision-making process though I don’t know what visas he’s even talking about ‘pausing.'"

Oh, David, give us a break. Three dead Americans isn't an "anecdote," it's a tragedy that could've been prevented. Maybe take a break from your ivory tower and talk to the families who lost loved ones.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration is in full-on cleanup mode, tackling the Biden-era border mess with mass deportation efforts and a deep dive into the 55 million foreigners holding U.S. visas. A State Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital, "The department’s continuous vetting includes all of the more than 55 million foreigners who currently hold valid U.S. visas."

Rubio's move isn't just a policy shift; it's a signal that America is done playing fast and loose with its borders and its safety. Florida's Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins, who was on Fox & Friends Weekend discussing the Singh case, is probably nodding in approval right now.

As for where this case goes next, hopefully, straight to justice, and a long, hard look at how we let this guy behind the wheel in the first place.

And if you want to Buy Me A Coffee, I wouldn't stop you--it supports my work and I really appreciate it. But no pressure.
