Pramila Jayapal Whines About Death Threats After Her Little Communist Vacation to Cuba

Chennai, India-born Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) fresh off a taxpayer-funded jaunt to the socialist paradise of Cuba, is now playing the victim card harder than a socialist plays the "inequality" card.

Apparently, receiving death threats for "doing her job," which in her case seems to involve cozying up to a brutal dictatorship, has her clutching her pearls and calling everyone mean. Jayapal, who went to the island with fellow progressive Rep. Jonathan Jackson (D-IL) back in April, met with Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, top regime officials, some hand-picked "dissidents," and various foreign ambassadors. She then came back and blubbered about the "crisis beyond imagination" that U.S. sanctions are supposedly causing. 

"It's ridiculous," she sniffed to Fox News Digital. Yeah, lady, it is ridiculous, but not for the reasons you think.

Jayapal insists these meetings with ambassadors are just "part of our job." You know, the same job where she apparently thinks the United States should engage in "true diplomatic negotiations" with a communist hellhole instead of, I don't know, maintaining pressure on a regime that loves teaming up with Iran, Hezbollah, and every other anti-American dumpster diver on the planet.

She's now working on legislation to fight what she dramatically calls the "cruel collective punishment" of U.S. fuel restrictions. Because in progressive land, expecting a dictatorship to stop starving and oppressing its own people is somehow collective punishment. The embargo that's been around longer than most TikTok communists have been alive? Totally ineffective, according to her. Never mind that it might have something to do with the fact that communism has a 100% failure rate everywhere it's been tried.

The White House didn't exactly roll out the red carpet for her Havana holiday, calling it "shameful" and accusing her of a bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. A spokesperson nailed it: Democrats are the "America Last" party, the ones happy to sip cocktails with terrorists while undermining the U.S. to prop up a failed communist relic.

Naturally, Jayapal spent her Seattle briefing painting heartbreaking pictures of NICU babies and empty shelves, because if there's one thing Democrats excel at, it's selective humanitarian concern. Funny how that compassion never seems to extend to the Cuban people rotting in prisons for daring to speak against the regime, or the waves of desperate migrants fleeing the socialist utopia she wants to go easier on.

Questions about the Logan Act, that dusty old law about unauthorized negotiations with foreign governments, have been floated, but don't hold your breath. Laws are for little people, not globe-trotting progressive lawmakers who think they're Secretary of State.

Jayapal has long pushed to lift the embargo, take Cuba off the State Sponsor of Terrorism list, and generally treat a repressive dictatorship like it's just misunderstood. She's criticized the Cuban government before, sure, but actions speak louder than the occasional performative scold. Right now, her actions scream "useful idiot."

The backlash was predictable, and the death threats are inexcusable. But maybe, just maybe, if you didn't keep running interference for America's enemies, fewer people would be inclined to lose their minds about it. Just a thought from the cheap seats.

FEMA supervisor who allegedly told workers to pass by FL homes with Trump signs meets her fate

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) supervisor who was accused of ordering her subordinates to not provide assistance to Florida homes with Trump campaign signs has received her karma. She has been fired.

Marn’i Washington was given the heave-ho for telling disaster relief workers in Lake Placid, Florida to “not go to homes with yard signs supporting President-elect Trump,” FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell said Saturday.

This is Trump Derangement Syndrome in full bloom. It's inhumane, evil and this woman should receive a more deserving punishment for allowing those suffering the effects of Hurricane Milton to fend for themselves. People like Washington, who see those who vote differently than her as not deserving of humanitarian assistance, are mentally ill. I suspect she may cut off her hair and/or get a secret tattoo to show she's a leftist.

"This is a clear violation of FEMA’s core values and principles to help people regardless of their political affiliation," Criswell said, adding, "This employee has been terminated and we have referred the matter to the Office of Special Counsel."

"I will continue to do everything I can to make sure this never happens again," she added. 

The disturbing directive was allegedly made in late October, as Washington, 39, worked with a FEMA team in the central Florida town in the wake of Hurricane Milton.

“Avoid homes advertising Trump,” Washington wrote in a “best practices” memo to employees, a copy of which was obtained by conservative website, Daily Wire. She was bold enough to put this in writing, showing that she isn't the brightest bulb in the box. She also gave the same verbal instructions.

The instructions also advised them to stay hydrated and to “follow the rules.”

Washington’s sister April Brown, 39, claimed she was stunned to hear about her sibling’s brazen [read disgusting] actions.

“I’m completely shocked,” she said. “I can tell you that she set out to help and serve all people. With her being in that position with FEMA I can’t see her doing anything like that.”

Perhaps Washington doesn't consider people who vote differently from her as people.

Now that the GOP has the majority in the House of Representatives, the big question for today is whether Leader Kevin McCarthy will follow in Nan's drunken footsteps and tear up the SOTUS address, after the worst president in American history delivers it. And let's not kid ourselves, Biden will likely lace the address with lies and flavored with gaffes.

McCarthy was asked the question Monday as to what he might do with his copy of the paper after Biden mush-mouths the words.

His response was perfect, whether you like McCarthy or think he's just another RINO.

"A lot of people have been asking if I’m planning on ripping up President Biden’s speech tonight. Here’s my answer: I don’t believe in the theatrics of tearing up speeches. I respect the other side. I can disagree on policy, but I wanna make sure this country is stronger, economically sound, energy independent, secure, and accountable."

Nick Sandmann wins settlement over CNN the left's heads explode

You want to see a leftist's head explode? All you have to do is reelect President Trump, or shoot a home invader with your legal firearm, or wear a cross or Star of David, or kill an Iranian terrorist, or win a lawsuit against the Compromised News Network (CNN).

CNN eventually settled for a reportedly undisclosed amount in the defamation lawsuit from Covington Catholic student Nicholas Sandmann. Leftists went crazy on Twitter and used the news to go after President Trump, who they simply cannot get out of their collective heads. [They love the collective, by the way.] Of course, they also bashed Sandmann because he's a teenager and wears a MAGA hat and smiles.

But he must be smiling a lot more now after making CNN pay up after lying about him, saying that he instigated the confrontation with a Native American war hero [who turned out to be a Native American who served as a refrigerator repairman in the military and saw no action other than the protests he puts on because he hates authority.]

“The same Trump cultists celebrating Nick Sandmann’s victory against the corporate media outlets who smeared him with false accusations from social media mob bullying that generated fake clickbait news articles are strangely silent about all the liberals they falsely accused too,” tweeted Dr. Eugene Gu.

Well, I didn't bully anyone and I'm not silent. I'm celebrating Nick's victory over one of the top purveyors of fake news. I'm not saying everything that comes from CNN is fake, but there's enough garbage to fill a New York dump.

The same people who say that it's wrong to kill babies for your convenience or for any reason, are not being silent about Sandmann's win. The same people who are proud to be American and love the country in spite of our imperfections, are not being silent.

I hope Nick Sandmann continues to win in court over the myriad liars who attacked him. I hope he continues to make the minor league mentally ill on Twitter, like the scumwafer who called this 16-year-old kid a "cockroach" that CNN had to deal with, have their heads explode like the head of Maj. General Cassem Soleimani.

Kamala Harris' deafness of convenience

On Friday, during an outdoor town hall in Londonderry, New Hampshire, a man asked 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) about what she plans are "to diminish the mentally retarded actions" of President Trump. You can hear the question as it begins at around 36:30 on the video, but if you're inclined to watch Harris laugh and play with her hair, the entire town hall is on it.

The question is asked in a clear microphone and if you have any doubts that Harris might not have heard it, you must be smoking crack.

As the audience cheered and applauded, Harris laughed, obviously aware of what the guy said and she replied: "Well said. Well said. I plan to win this election, I'll tell you that."

Following a short video of the exchange ended up on social media, Harris received intense criticism over her lack of respect for the mentally impaired like she did with Joe Biden.

Self-described "disabled healthcare advocate" Kendally Brown, an apparent leftist, posted the short video to Twitter, and wrote:

During a rally, a voter referred to Trump's actions as "mentally retarded", prompting @KamalaHarris to laugh and say, "well said, well said." I hate amplifying content I know the right will seize on and twist for their own hypocritical gain, but this hurts my heart. #CripTheVote

Using "retarded" as a slur and an insult is never, EVER "well said", @KamalaHarris, no matter who it's against and no matter the larger point being made. It's ALWAYS a betrayal of the disability community. We need—and expect—better from you. #CripTheVote

Brown went on to slam "right-wing" reporters who would retweet the video, and targeted The Daily Wire specifically:

I refuse to be used as a token disabled pawn by a bunch of hypocrites supporting an ableist monster ... if you want to amplify the video without amplifying the Daily Wire reporter (since they are the wooooorst), here it is!

Some on Twitter echoed Brown's disappointment in Harris but still somehow managed to go after Trump as their preferred target, indicating how the Trump Derangement Syndrome is a mental disorder that appears to distract the individual from the current reality and cause him or her to exhibit a "tunnel vision" only on President Trump.

My brother has down syndrome and has a heart of gold compared to Donald J Trump and is a better man. Kamala Harris you lost my vote.

Sen. Kamala Harris is currently circling the bowl in the Democratic primary race. After jumping to the top-tier following her debate confrontation with former Vice President Joe Biden in June, when she excoriated him for the school busing issue to which she also had the same vote,  she tumbled back down to where she belongs at 7.2% support, according to the RealClearPolitics average of polls.

Harris is currently in the rear of the pack in fourth place behind Biden at 29.7%, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) at 18%, and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) at 17.5%.

Bet you can't wait for the next CNN marathon debate. It's supposed to be about paint drying due to an existential global warming catastrophe in which the seas will rise, the planet will heat and Al Gore will make millions.
