Guess who's running for re-election after resigning: un-freaking believable

What follows is stranger, and certainly funnier, than fiction.

Former Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL), who resigned from Congress before she was officially kicked out, is doing something so shameless, so typical of D.C., and I hate to admit it, something quite funny: she is running for re-election to her old seat.

It creates another headache for Democrats, as Sheila was engulfed in a scandal where she reportedly stole millions in relief aid from FEMA. It was a lengthy investigation by the House Ethics Committee, and it became clear she was done when the most vocal left-wingers on the Hill were calling for her removal (via NOTUS):
Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, the embattled, now-former congresswoman who resigned from Congress this week ahead of potential expulsion, plans to defiantly run for reelection. Cherfilus-McCormick filed on April 17 to run again for her seat, and a campaign aide confirmed to NOTUS she is running — as a Democrat.
Cherfilus-McCormick stepped down from office Tuesday, a half hour before the House Ethics Committee was scheduled to recommend punishment on an array of charges. The panel had previously found her guilty of 25 ethics violations, including allegedly stealing $5 million dollars in federal disaster-aid funds used to bolster her 2021 campaign as well as campaign-finance violations.

The committee had been investigating Cherfilus-McCormick for two years, issuing 58 subpoenas, interviewing 28 witnesses and reviewing over 33,000 documents.

Cherfilus-McCormick also faces criminal charges regarding the federal relief funds she received during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier this month, a judge granted her a trial-date extension to February 2027.

In the meantime, she is running for the south Florida seat.

Her resignation left the 20th Congressional District seat vacant and it is unclear when Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis plans to fill the vacancy. The Republican-led Legislature is also debating whether to redraw district maps in the state.

Look, only in the swamp does a politician get caught with her hand in the FEMA cookie jar for millions, get chased out by her own side, and immediately decide the voters deserve another shot at her. The Democrats must be thrilled to have this walking ethics indictment on the ballot again. Nothing says "we've learned our lesson" like running the same scandal-plagued candidate right back out there. South Florida is in for quite the show.

Who does she thinks she is anyway; a Somali businesswoman from Minnesota?

Indicted Democrat Rep. closer to expulsion: House Ethics panel finds her guilty of 25 violations

A bipartisan panel of House lawmakers voted to kickstart a process that could lead to the expulsion of a congressional Democrat accused of laundering millions of disaster relief funds into her campaign account.

A House Ethics investigative subcommittee approved a motion for summary judgment, effectively finding Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) guilty of nearly all alleged violations outlined by the committee earlier this year.

The guilty verdict came after a rare public ethics hearing on Thursday, the first since 2010, that lasted more than six hours as lawmakers from both parties grilled Cherfilus-McCormick’s counsel. The eight-member adjudicatory subcommittee, helmed by Rep. Michael Guest (R-MS), announced its decision in a written statement Friday morning.

"After careful deliberation that lasted until well past midnight, the adjudicatory subcommittee found that Counts 1-15 and 17-26 of the SAV [statement of alleged violations] had been proven," committee leaders said in a statement.

Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick was indicted by a Miami grand jury for allegedly stealing $5 million in FEMA funds on Nov. 18, 2025, according to the Department of Justice. I would say that she is toast, but it almost feels like politicians often get away with most things short of murder. And let's face it, even Hillary Clinton is walking free.

The panel’s slew of charges against the congresswoman, who is facing a separate federal criminal indictment, ranged from using ineligible funds to finance her campaign to repeatedly filing false financial disclosure forms and seeking "special favors" with recipients of earmark funding requests.

The panel will meet after the Easter recess to determine its recommended punishment, which could be as severe as expulsion, a rare move that has been historically dominated by Democrats.

Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) has vowed to move forward with his resolution that would expel Cherfilus-McCormick regardless of the outcome.

Under House rules, two-thirds of lawmakers have to agree to expel a member, meaning Steube’s resolution would need the support of some Democrats, who rarely go against their own no matter what the evidence. [One has to wonder if this is done to protect themselves.]

House Democratic leadership so far has largely stood by Cherfilus-McCormick as is their wont, though some congressional Democrats are signaling their discomfort with the allegations against their indicted colleague.

"The allegations before us are extremely serious," Rep. Mark Desaulnier (D-CA) said at the start of the hearing Thursday. "They not only concern an individual member’s conduct, they also implicate the public’s confidence in the House’s integrity as an institution." We shall see if he is serious about his words.

Cherfilus-McCormick, who first won election to Congress in 2021, is accused of stealing more than $5 million in disaster relief funds that were improperly paid to her family’s healthcare company, among other criminal allegations. She and her siblings allegedly used the illicit funds to jumpstart her congressional campaign and for personal use, including the purchase of a humungous diamond ring that she appeared to have worn in her official congressional portrait.

Cherfilus-McCormick has pleaded not guilty to the stunning federal charges brought in 2025. If convicted in federal court, Cherfilus-McCormick, 47, faces up to 53 years in prison, which I suspect is as unlikely as getting struck by lightning on a clear day at noon inside of Grand Central Station.

The House ethics panel’s investigation into Cherfilus-McCormick preceded the 2025 federal criminal indictment by more than two years. During that time, she had shifted between four different attorneys while largely refusing to cooperate with the bipartisan panel.

On Thursday, Cherfilus-McCormick sought to use the fact of her new legal representation to further delay the committee’s proceedings until June, a request the eight-member panel promptly denied in a closed-door session. Her new attorney, William Barzee, repeatedly claimed a violation of Cherfilus-McCormick’s due process rights while maintaining her innocence, which is something he gets paid to say.

"For you to sit here and make the claim that we, the committee, is trying to trample upon the rights of your client. I take offense to that," Guest told Barzee in a combative exchange. "For two years we've tried to get documents from your client. Not only have we requested documents, but we have subpoenaed those documents. Those documents were not provided for two years.

"I'm personally offended because I know the work that this committee goes to protect all members and to make sure that we go above and beyond," Guest continued.

Members of both parties appeared unconvinced by Barzee’s argument, attempting to claim that Cherfilus-McCormick was entitled to the millions of dollars she accepted from her family’s company that stemmed from the FEMA overpayments. In what universe does that make sense?

When Barzee claimed that an undated chart was evidence of a "profit-sharing agreement" showing her legal title to the money, the bipartisan panel appeared visibly pissed off.

"I did a lot of business transaction law for a number of years before I came to Congress. I drafted a lot of profit-sharing agreements. Never saw one that was just a chart that was unsigned," Rep. Nathaniel Moran (R-TX), told Barzee.

Later in the hearing, Barzee argued that because Cherfilus-McCormick is of Haitian descent, it was not atypical to have a "handshake agreement" to divvy up millions of dollars between her and her family instead of a formal legal document.

Cherfilus-McCormick faces an upcoming federal criminal trial this summer. Just don't hold your breath to see justice served in her case. I hope I'm wrong, and I would say exactly the same thing had it been a Republican miscreant.

BOMBSHELL: Florida Dem Congresswoman Indicted for Allegedly Stealing $5 Million in FEMA Cash to Fund Her Campaign—While Real Hurricane Victims Suffered

Folks, you can’t make this stuff up. A sitting Democratic congresswoman from the Sunshine State is now staring down the barrel of more than half a century in federal prison after prosecutors say she and her crew looted millions in FEMA disaster-relief money… and funneled it straight into her own campaign war chest.

On Wednesday, the Justice Department dropped the hammer on Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL), charging her with masterminding a jaw-dropping scheme to swipe a $5 million overpayment that FEMA accidentally sent to her family’s health-care company during the COVID vaccine push. Instead of sending it back, prosecutors say she and her brother Edwin Cherfilus treated it like their personal piggy bank—laundering the cash through multiple accounts and dumping it into her 2021 congressional race.

"Using disaster relief funds for self-enrichment is a particularly selfish, cynical crime," Attorney General Pamela Bondi said in a blistering statement. "No one is above the law, least of all powerful people who rob taxpayers for personal gain. We will follow the facts in this case and deliver justice."

FBI Director Kash Patel didn’t hold back either: “This individual and her family allegedly stole money from FEMA and then laundered it through friends toward her own personal benefits – including her campaign accounts,” Patel said. “Today the FBI and partners at [the Justice Department] took action. No one is above the law.”

Prosecutors say Cherfilus-McCormick’s district chief of staff, Nadege Leblanc, helped funnel stolen cash to straw donors who then “donated” it right back to the campaign. And if that wasn’t enough, a tax preparer named David Spencer is accused of helping the congresswoman cook the books—claiming political spending and personal expenses as business deductions while inflating charitable contributions.

If convicted on all counts, Cherfilus-McCormick could get up to 53 years behind bars. Her brother faces 35, Leblanc up to 10, and Spencer up to 33.

Her legal team trotted out the usual line, calling her “a committed public servant” and vowing to “fight to clear her good name.” Sure.

Meanwhile, Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) is already preparing to drop the gavel. He plans to file a motion Thursday to censure Cherfilus-McCormick and boot her off every committee, Foreign Affairs and Veterans’ Affairs included.

“This is one of the most egregious abuses of public trust I have ever seen. Stealing $5 million in taxpayer disaster funds from FEMA of all places is beyond indefensible,” Steube told me. “Millions of Floridians have relied on FEMA after devastating hurricanes, and that money was supposed to help real disaster victims.”

Oh, and the House Ethics Committee is already investigating her separately.

Look, when actual hurricane victims are still waiting on FEMA trailers and tarps, and this crew is allegedly treating disaster money like campaign slush-fund bingo, the word “brazen” doesn’t even cover it.

Stay tuned, this one’s going to get ugly.

If you like Brain Flushings and want to Buy Me a Coffee, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work. Obviously, there is no pressure but I certainly wouldn't stop you.

MI CBP director charged with defrauding FEMA and lying to feds

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) bigwig in Michigan just got her hand caught in the cookie jar, and it’s a doozy. Serina Baker-Hill, 55, a career suit who runs CBP’s Center for Excellence and Expertise over Automotive and Aerospace Engineering, is staring down the barrel of a criminal complaint unsealed Wednesday by the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The charge? Cooking up a scheme to bleed the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) dry after floods trashed her home in 2023, then lying through her teeth to federal agents about it.

This all kicked off when Michigan got slammed by floods in August 2023, turning the Detroit area into a swamp. FEMA greenlit a federal disaster declaration, opening the spigot for residents to tap assistance. Baker-Hill, whose basement took a hit, jumped in line. A FEMA inspector scoped her place and confirmed the damage. She played the sob story, claiming she couldn’t live there while repairs dragged on.

FEMA bought it—hook, line, and sinker—cutting her checks for repairs and tossing in two months of rental assistance to cover “temporary housing.” The approval letter was crystal clear: use it for rent and basic utilities, nothing else.

Except, surprise, she didn’t. Investigators dug into her bank records and found zilch—nada—spent on rent, hotels, or utilities. Then they pulled surveillance video from the house. Guess who’s still crashing there with her husband, cozy as ever, after pocketing the cash? Yep, Baker-Hill. Utility records didn’t show the kind of dip you’d expect from an empty house either. The DOJ’s got her dead to rights.

FBI Director Kash Patel didn’t mince words on X: "Following efforts with our interagency partners, I can report that a career Director level employee at US Customs and Border Protection has been charged with allegedly attempting to defraud FEMA, as well as lying to federal agents. This is part of the new FBI’s renewed efforts to crack down on public corruption and deliver accountability for the American people. Justice will be done. Thanks to our partners @AGPamBondi @TheJusticeDept and our @FBIDetroit team for their work."

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy Me A Coffee or subscribe. Thank you.

When FBI and CBP Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) agents sat her down, Baker-Hill stuck to her guns, denying she’d done anything shady or ripped off Uncle Sam. Bold move. The investigation’s still churning, and once the dust settles, they’ll decide if she’s catching a felony indictment.

So here we are: a high-rolling CBP director, supposed to be a straight arrow, allegedly gaming the system while her neighbors drowned in floodwater. If the evidence holds, she’s not just sunk—she’s torpedoed.

DEI FEMA Director claims Calif. was "very prepared" for fires.

Failed FEMA Administrator Deanna Criswell, was interviewed on CBS News by Margaret Brennan over the weekend. Brennan asked Criswell "why the area was so unprepared" for the fires, to which she said that in Southern California officials "were very prepared" for the fires, "I think they were very prepared," because that is the type of answer a D.E.I. hire who is thoroughly incompetent for this job would give to cover their butt.

Criswell also claimed that it was difficult for firefighters to reach the fires due to the fact that they were in "such a populated area."

But the areas are well known to have high winds and as this is being written there are gusts of winds blowing between 60 - 70 miles per hour in one area. They knew this and they knew the areas involved in fire were highly populated.

But California didn't have enough water, nor enough firefighters to fight the fire, but Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass refused help when the New York Fire Department offered it.

The Palisades fires at this time destroyed 23,713 acres and Eaton area lost 14, 117 acres--these are biblical proportions compared to prior wildfires. None of these fires, now and in previous years, is a surprise; it's an ongoing phenomenon as are the Santa Ana winds. Twenty-four people have been confirmed dead.

No rain is forecasted for the week so Los Angeles remains dry.

New gov't report admits climate change ain't so bad

"Martha, do you really think global warming is a threat?"

Donald Trump is once again the President-elect and already things they are a changin' in the country faster than Al Sharpton cries "racist." So it stands to reason that the climate activists are a bit worried while we all know the climate is changing, it isn't the emergency it had been labeled.

A report required by the U.S. government per the 2022 Global Catastrophic Risk Management Act has given us an assessment of the various risks humanity faces and climate change was like a teaspoon of water in the ocean. Actually less so, the issue didn't get mentioned.

Global catastrophic and existential risks are dangers that could potentially destroy or severely damage human society. It's important to tackle these issues to make sure humans can continue to live and thrive in the future.

Because these risks are so serious, in 2022, Congress passed a law called the Global Catastrophic Risk Management Act. This law says that the Secretary of Homeland Security and the head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) need to work together to figure out what these big risks are and how bad they might be. The Science and Technology Directorate of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, along with FEMA, asked for help from the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center to study these risks. The report we're discussing now contains the results of that study.

This report gives an overview of what we currently understand about the dangers linked to six major threats:
Artificial Intelligence - The potential for AI to become dangerously autonomous or misused.
Asteroid and Comet Impacts - The risk that our planet could be hit by a massive space rock or comet, causing widespread destruction.
Sudden and Severe Climate Changes - Quick and drastic shifts in the Earth's climate that could disrupt ecosystems and human life.
Nuclear War - The possibility of a nuclear conflict that could lead to global devastation.
Severe Pandemics - Outbreaks of diseases that could spread rapidly and kill many people, whether they start naturally or are created through genetic engineering.
Super-volcanoes - The eruption of a super-volcano, which could cover vast areas in ash, block sunlight, and lead to a global cooling effect.

The summaries in this report discuss these points for each threat:
How Likely and How Bad: When possible, we estimate how likely each event is to happen and how severe its impact could be.
What Causes It and What We Don't Know: We look at what drives these risks and what uncertainties or unknowns exist around them.
Future Trends: We consider whether the risk might grow, shrink, or change in the next ten years.

But climate change? Not so much--well, not at all the threat they claimed.

Ron DeSantis orders investigation into FEMA's Disaster Relief Discrimination

As I wrote  yesterday, a FEMA supervisor Marn'i Washington ordered her workers, both in writing and verbally, to skip houses effected by Hurricane Milton if the houses displayed Trump campaign signs.

Now we know the GOP is on the case and may actually do something about this disgusting discrimination, but Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis is also on the case.

He posted this on X:
At my direction, the Division of Emergency Management is launching an investigation into the federal government’s targeted discrimination of Floridians who support Donald Trump.

New leadership is on the way in DC, and I’m optimistic that these partisan bureaucrats will be fired.

Not all Republicans are RINOs and certainly DeSantis would never be accused of being one.

Marn'i Washington

People need to be held accountable for their action--or, in this case, inaction. Imagine, you believe President-elect Donald Trump will do a better job than Kamala Harris, and for that belief, a government agency decides you don't deserve disaster relief and don't care if you die waiting for help.

People need to be fired, but not only Washington, and Trump is the man to do the job.

FEMA supervisor who allegedly told workers to pass by FL homes with Trump signs meets her fate

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) supervisor who was accused of ordering her subordinates to not provide assistance to Florida homes with Trump campaign signs has received her karma. She has been fired.

Marn’i Washington was given the heave-ho for telling disaster relief workers in Lake Placid, Florida to “not go to homes with yard signs supporting President-elect Trump,” FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell said Saturday.

This is Trump Derangement Syndrome in full bloom. It's inhumane, evil and this woman should receive a more deserving punishment for allowing those suffering the effects of Hurricane Milton to fend for themselves. People like Washington, who see those who vote differently than her as not deserving of humanitarian assistance, are mentally ill. I suspect she may cut off her hair and/or get a secret tattoo to show she's a leftist.

"This is a clear violation of FEMA’s core values and principles to help people regardless of their political affiliation," Criswell said, adding, "This employee has been terminated and we have referred the matter to the Office of Special Counsel."

"I will continue to do everything I can to make sure this never happens again," she added.

The disturbing directive was allegedly made in late October, as Washington, 39, worked with a FEMA team in the central Florida town in the wake of Hurricane Milton.

“Avoid homes advertising Trump,” Washington wrote in a “best practices” memo to employees, a copy of which was obtained by conservative website, Daily Wire. She was bold enough to put this in writing, showing that she isn't the brightest bulb in the box. She also gave the same verbal instructions.

The instructions also advised them to stay hydrated and to “follow the rules.”

Washington’s sister April Brown, 39, claimed she was stunned to hear about her sibling’s brazen [read disgusting] actions.

“I’m completely shocked,” she said. “I can tell you that she set out to help and serve all people. With her being in that position with FEMA I can’t see her doing anything like that.”

Perhaps Washington doesn't consider people who vote differently from her as people.

Biden asked by reporter about "storm zone" in NC devastation but he already zoned out

A reporter asked "President" Biden on Thursday about aid allocated to states hit by the devastating hurricane Helene. Most hard hit was North Carolina where Biden has just returned from seeing the damage in the storm zone. Entire communities were inundated by the water surge, including the city of Asheville.

“What do the states in the storm zone need, Mr. President?” Biden was asked upon returning to the White House.
“What do the states in the storm zone need — after what you saw today?”

BIDEN: “Oh, storm zone? I didn’t know which storm you’re talking about…”

😳 pic.twitter.com/Yzu74Y9Qkr
“Eh?” Biden muttered.

“What do the states in the storm zone, what do they need after what you saw today?” the reporter repeated.

“Oh in the storm zone,” Biden responded. “I’m wondering what storm you’re talking about. They’re getting everything they need, and they’re very happy across the board.”

I'm sure they're delighted to know that a vegetable who is viewed by other vegetables as slow on the uptake.

At least 215 people are dead and hundreds more are missing following the hurricane, which made landfall in Florida last week.

FoxNews.com

Photos of the devastation show houses and vehicles underwater. An Asheville family in their 70s and their six-year-old grandson drowned after the roof they sought safety on collapsed. The child's mother had wedged herself between objects nearby and was able to save herself.

Kamala Harris  told Americans they will be receiving $750 to those who ‘truly need it’ for hurricane relief..
We can send BILLIONS to Ukraine but Americans who have lost everything only get $750 dollars?! pic.twitter.com/9fYUZuMfM9

— Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) October 2, 2024
Biden mumbled on Thursday that up to 1,000 active-duty soldiers would join the North Carolina National Guard in delivering food, water, and supplies to communities cut off by the storm.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said Thursday that the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) has funding for immediate needs but will run out before the end of the hurricane season. FEMA has requested more money from Congress, he said.

Vice President Kamala Hahaharris said FEMA has been providing $750 to people for “immediate needs” like baby formula and gum. She would have liked the taxpayers to provide more money, but it's being directed to Ukraine.

The Biden administration’s response to the storm has sparked anger among critics, who pointed out that FEMA spent $1.4 billion on housing illegal migrants over the last two years.

Former President Donald Trump ripped into the administration’s response during his rally in Michigan on Thursday, accusing Biden and Harris of the “worst response in the history of hurricanes.” And while Trump is the king of hyperbole, he isn't really wrong on this one.

“If you want to see how sick and distorted Kamala Harris’ priorities are, just consider FEMA,” Trump said. “Now we have a horrific disaster in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, and Virginia. And the Harris-Biden administration says they don’t have any money … they spent it all on illegal migrants.”

And Ukraine, a country that isn't even in NATO.

Biden defends not showing up as POTUS at East Palestine toxic spill

"Look, look, look"

So called US President Joe Biden defended his handler's decision to not offer emotional support to the residents of the town of East Palestine, Ohio, which voted heavily for President Trump in the last election and on Feb. 3rd suffered a major toxic chemical spill and fire caused by a train derailment. Instead, the commander in chief was ordered to go to Ukraine where his administration has shoveled billions in aid for their war effort.

The cause of the derailment was determined to be an overheated wheel bearing on the 23rd car of the 149 rail cars, causing local officials to evacuate all residents within one mile of the accident and a controlled fire to burn off the vinyl chloride that was being transported in order to avoid an enormous explosion from occurring.

Biden mumbled the remarks during an interview with ABC News host David Muir that aired on Friday.

“So do you plan to travel there and have you talked with the mayor?” Muir asked the smirking Biden.

“I can’t recall whether, I don’t think I’ve talked to the mayor. I’ve talked to everyone else there,” Biden claimed. “Multiple times, talked to both the senators, both, both governors, I’ve talked to everyone that there is to talk to and we made it clear that everything is available.”

Both governors of Ohio? He probably was referring to Gov. Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, but is Joe ever clear about anything he says?

Muir then asked President Mumbles about comments the mayor of East Palestine made regarding his decision to not visit the American town, yet still found the time to visit Ukraine, a foreign country, which he said had "captured [my] heart."

“It’s been three weeks now since the toxic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio. As you know, the mayor says he saw you in Ukraine,” Muir said. “And he says it tells you he doesn’t care about us. They’re asking, ‘Is the president coming to Ohio?’”

“Do you have any plan to travel to Ohio?” Muir asked the cognitively impaired POTUS. “And have you talked with the mayor yet?”

“Let’s put this in perspective. Within two hours of that derailment, the EPA was in there, within two hours,” Biden mush-mouthed. “Every major agency in the United States government that’s had anything to do with rail and/or cleanup was there and is there.”

On Thursday, another train from Norfolk Southern Railway, the company operating the train which derailed in Ohio, went off the tracks in southeast Michigan. Perhaps it's time for Norfolk Southern to be investigated so we can all stop making this a political issue.

It's true that the EPA and FEMA arrived on scene as they were expected to do, and it's also true that the town does not meet the definition of "major disaster" under the 1998 Stafford Act, which defines one as any natural catastrophe in the country that causes damage of such severity that the president determines it is beyond the combined capabilities of state and local governments to respond.

The train derailment in East Palestine also did not cause any property damage, which is part of the criteria for FEMA disaster relief.

Although the aftermath of the train derailment “certainly has been a disaster,” Gov. DeWine said Feb. 17, it does not meet this legal definition.

It simply meets the moral standards that would have a nation's leader put our money where his mumbling mouth is.

Biden calls Black man 'boy' at FEMA briefing

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."  Joe Biden on Barack Obama

Co-President Joe Biden called a Black adviser "boy" while mush-mouthing at a FEMA briefing Monday as he introduced former Louisiana congressman and now senior adviser Cedric Richmond. But at least he didn't refer to him as "clean" as he did in the quote above referring to former president Obama.

"I'm here with my senior adviser and boy who knows Louisiana very, very well and New Orleans, Cedric Richmond," our brain dead President said at the briefing to discuss Hurricane Ida that destroyed much of Louisiana

Now in case you don't know it [and if you don't, congratulations] the term "boy" is considered to be a derogatory term against Black men.

Biden also made a racist remark during his presidential campaign when he infamously claimed that if a Black person did not vote Democrat, then they "ain’t black." And while many in the Black community were upset by this stupid remark, most still voted for Biden because of Bad Man Orange. Ironically, the left lied about Trump and said he is a racist and anti-Semitic when, in fact, there is no evidence to substantiate this disgusting claim. In fact, his daughter and grandchildren are Jewish.

Insofar as Biden is a racist, I have my doubts. Perhaps we should ask Cornpop, a guy who knows him better than anyone, right down to the hair on Biden's legs. He will not be as clean, bright and as articulate as Obama is, but maybe he can clue us in on just how not racist Joe really is.

Dems attack Trump for winding down coronavirus task force

If you haven't figured out yet that no matter what President Trump does, the Democrats are going to attack him for it. Now the "Party of the KKK" are quick to condemn him Tuesday after Vice President Mike Pence said the White House is discussing the potential possibility of winding down the coronavirus task force and transferring its responsibilities to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) along with other agencies, as soon as Memorial Day or early June.

It isn't as if the administration is planning to stick its head in the sand, it is simply getting another agency involved while the experts from the task force will continue to provide input. The only difference is that they will not be meeting regularly. The White House’s focus was shifting toward vaccines, therapeutics, testing and reopening the economy, and the latter shift is really upsetting the left as they would prefer keeping the economy closed long enough to have the federal government take over the economy in a move toward socialism.

So the left is still trying to make political hay over the pandemic because, as Hillary Clinton said while paraphrasing Rahm Emanuel, 'why let a tragedy go to waste.'?

The voices panning the Trump administration's decision to work on transferring the task force's responsibilities came from governors' offices, socialists and some Democratic members of Congress.

"It is unthinkable that President Trump would shut down the main task force established to coordinate our nation’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic while we are still in the midst of figuring out the health and economic implications of this pandemic," House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD), said. " It is a shameful abdication of responsibility."

How so? Does Hoyer believe that the administration no longer cares to deal with the solving for a vaccine and treatment of the virus? Does he really think that Trump is implying 'mission accomplished?'

Hoyer accused Trump of downplaying the dangers of the coronavirus, blamed him for armed protesters showing up at state Capitols and said decisions like this one from the Trump administration are "exactly why the House established a select committee to oversee federal response to the COVID-19 pandemic." He also blamed Trump for tornadoes, hurricanes, lyme disease, cancer and shark attacks.

On the Senate side, Communist-loving loser Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), called the Trump administration's decision a "tragedy." He may have confused the Trump administration with every Communist dictatorship that ever existed, but at least the victims of those regimes knew how to read the "Communist Manifesto."

"At a time when his own administration is predicting a significant increase in COVID-19 cases, our 'stable genius' president is winding down his coronavirus task force," the self-declared democratic socialist who never held a real job said. "This is a true American tragedy. Thousands will unnecessarily die because of Trump's contempt for science."

Sure, if the coronavirus task force fails to talk about the coronavirus, thousands will die in spite of the fact that they will still provide input along with other experts, but will not spend two hours a day to meet with left-leaning "reporters" who will then attack Trump with "gotcha" questions.

The White House pushed back against mindless "Never-Trump" comments that accused the administration of limiting the involvement of medical professionals in the coronavirus response.

"Reporting on the task force is being misconstrued to suggest the White House is no longer involving medical experts. This is totally false," White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said in a tweet. "President @realdonaldtrump will continue his data-driven approach towards safely re-opening."

As he had throughout the crisis.

Another White House official added that the task force was never meant to be permanent, just like the quarantine.

But the left will go against Trump at every turn. When he was doing daily pressers, CNN and the rest of the mainstream media, except for Fox News, refused to air it because it made Trump look presidential. However, when Trump decided not to hold a daily presser, CNN's Wolf "Gasp" Blitzer called him a 'coward.' You can't have it both ways.

"Members of the task force will continue providing input, though the group will not be meeting as regularly as the focus changes toward vaccines, therapeutics, testing, and ultimately re-opening the economy," the Trump official said. "Keep in mind the task force was always a temporary arrangement. Health experts will continue providing input even while not meeting together every day."

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who has at times been complimentary of the Trump administration's response to the pandemic, in an interview with his brother Chris on CNN took a more critical tone. Specifically, he said the move to roll back the task force was emblematic of wishful thinking the Trump administration has had in its response to the pandemic from the very beginning.

Not only is Gov. Cuomo unable to read minds, he was the guy sending COVID patients back to their New York nursing homes which created a horrible tragedy. Between 40 and 60 percent of all deaths in the state came from nursing homes.

And Chris Cuomo, who contracted COVID-19, was seen leaving quarantine to work on his new home in the Hamptons, and later went on his show where he pretended to be leaving his basement quarantine weeks later.

The criticism also came from outside the government. Liberal activist Scott Dworkin said Trump is ending the task force during "the height of the pandemic" because "he's a sociopath." Dworkin has a degree in pseudopsychology from the University of Nether Regions.

Trump denied that his message with the move was "mission accomplished," although the media and the Democrats [but I repeat myself] will accuse him of not caring.

Michael Moore's theory on the Presidential Alert

Moore's androgynous look
Balderdash filmmaker Michael Moore has a new conspiracy theory that doesn't involve fire coming from water faucets that were rigged up. He has gone to a new level of unbelievable propaganda.

Moore theorizes that Wednesday's "Presidential test alert" that Americans received on their phones was actually a practice run for a future emergency whereby President Trump will use to make himself President for Life and a totalitarian dictator.

Hillary Clinton supported Moore's mental illness saying, "You should have voted for me, you should have voted for me, you deplorables."

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) said on Twitter that they would be "testing the Wireless Emergency Alert system nationwide." The test came as a buzz on people's cellphones with the words "presidential alert" written across the screen.

FEMA tweeted:
"TODAY (10/3): At 2:18 PM EDT, we will be testing the Wireless Emergency Alert system nationwide. Expect a message box on your phone along with a loud tone and vibration."
At that message, over 18 million men put their phones in their front pockets.

Michael Moore didn't think the message was anything but evil. The large grandma-looking leftist tweeted:
"It was just a test. But make no mistake about it. This is the world in which we now live.' That's my final line in 'Fahrenheit 11/9'. A few minutes ago, Trump gave us a preview of the state of emergency he is creating to justify the end of democracy as we know it. RESIST!"
So Moore got in a plug for his failing movie that hardly pays his food bill, while he  tries to charge up the far left with a call to revolt.

What a revolting adipose poseur he is.
