Rep. Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi (D-CA) is currently recovering in a hospital in Luxembourg after an accident on a congressional trip. According to initial reports, the California Democrat was injured while participating in events for a delegation. It appears that the injuries were significant enough to prevent the former House Speaker from attending further events on the trip.
"While traveling with a bipartisan Congressional delegation in Luxembourg to mark the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi sustained an injury during an official engagement and was admitted to the hospital for evaluation,” a spokesperson for Pelosi said.
"Speaker Emerita Pelosi is currently receiving excellent treatment from doctors and medical professionals. She continues to work and regrets that she is unable to attend the remainder of the CODEL engagements to honor the courage of our servicemembers during one of the greatest acts of American heroism in our nation's history. Speaker Emerita Pelosi conveys her thanks and praise to our veterans and gratitude to people of Luxembourg and Bastogne for their service in World War II and their role in bringing peace to Europe,” the statement went on to say.
It has been revealed that Pelosi's injury was a hip fracture, which is not unusual for someone 84-years-old but is quite serious.
Here's what happened:
Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi was hospitalized on Friday after being injured while traveling abroad on a bipartisan congressional delegation to Luxembourg, a spokesman said on Friday.
Ms. Pelosi, 84, “sustained an injury during an official engagement,” the spokesman, Ian Krager, said in a brief statement that provided no details on the nature of the injury or how it occurred. He said she was admitted to a hospital for evaluation.
Ms. Pelosi tripped going down marble stairs at the Grand Ducal Palace and took a hard fall, according to a person familiar with the incident who was not authorized to comment and spoke on condition of anonymity.
People close to Ms. Pelosi in California and Washington, D.C., speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak for her, said the former speaker fractured her hip when she fell. They said doctors were confident the damage could be repaired with a routine operation, but it was not yet clear whether that would be done in Luxembourg or in the United States.

So now with Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) having fallen and experiencing brain freezes, and Pelosi going butt-over-tea-kettle on stairs, we need to ask ourselves, who's next?
Let's hope it isn't going to be Bernie and let's pray for Pelosi, like her or not. We can attack her words hopefully when she recovers but not while recovering.
