Trump Promises Netanyahu Will Not Be Arrested In America While NYC Mayor Insists ICC Warrant Should Be Honored

President Donald Trump declared on Monday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will not be arrested in any way shape or form while visiting the United States. The statement arrived just as New York City Mayor comrade Zohran Mamdani announced that the International Criminal Court arrest warrant against Netanyahu should be honored. 

In a Truth Social post Trump praised Netanyahu for fighting against the Islamic Republic of Iran and made clear that Iranian leaders not the Israeli prime minister are the ones who belong behind bars.

The only ones that should be arrested are the people that led Iran into this unprecedented SPIRAL OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION something that should have been dealt with years ago by previous Presidents Trump wrote.The post followed an exchange on Fox News in which Mamdani was asked whether Netanyahu should face arrest if he came to New York City.

Mamdani replied that Netanyahu is the subject of an International Criminal Court arrest warrant over alleged crimes against humanity and war crimes. He described the allegations as facts of public record and stated that ICC warrants should be honored whether they involve Netanyahu Russian President Vladimir Putin or whomever else.

When pressed on whether his own administration would carry out such an arrest Mamdani declined to commit and said New York City would follow all applicable local laws. 

The ICC issued its warrants for Netanyahu in November 2024 over claims tied to the fighting in Gaza. The United States has never been a member of the court--that is an important factor since they have zero jurisdiction over the U.S. Constitution.

Last week Secretary of State Marco Rubio launched efforts to push back against the international body. The State Department described the ICC as an intolerable threat to U.S. sovereignty that now seeks to become the unaccountable global arbiter positioning itself above and beyond the nation state as a supranational enforcement arm of a globalist bureaucracy empowered to persecute American servicemen and officials at will. 

The department added that no diplomatic option will be off limits in the campaign to dismantle the threat posed by the ICC to Americans.

Pakistani DM wants Turkey to 'kidnap' Bibi Netanyahu

Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has called upon the United States and Turkey to carry out what can only be described as an act of international vigilantism: the abduction of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. 

Speaking on Geo TV, Pakistan's largest television channel, Asif branded Netanyahu "the worst criminal of humanity," a phrase so hyperbolic it might have been lifted from the most fevered corners of anti-Western propaganda. Of course, the real reason may have something to do with Bibi being Israeli and Jewish.

The remarks came in the immediate aftermath of the United States' capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, an event Asif appeared to regard as a convenient precedent. "Turkey may abduct Netanyahu, and we Pakistanis are praying for it," he declared, his words carrying the unmistakable weight of official endorsement.

Asif invoked the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court against Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant in November 2024, insisting that nations must now enforce justice themselves. The ICC's action, he suggested, provided moral and legal cover for extraordinary rendition. He speculated openly about Turkey seizing Netanyahu and transporting him to Ankara, a fantasy that reveals far more about the speaker's worldview than it does about any realistic prospect of international law.

This outburst occurred during a live broadcast that ended abruptly: the anchor, sensing the perilous direction of the conversation, announced that Asif would not remain on air after the break. One can only imagine the discomfort in the studio as a senior minister of a nuclear-armed state casually advocated for the kidnapping of the leader of another sovereign nation.

Such rhetoric is not merely inflammatory; it is a symptom of a deeper malaise in parts of the Muslim world, where Israel is cast not as a state defending itself against existential threats but as the singular embodiment of evil, as Islamic scripture frames it.

Asif's claim that "no community has done what Israel has done to Palestinians in the last 4,000-5,000 years" collapses under even the slightest scrutiny, yet it persists because it serves a political purpose: to deflect from the failures of governance, the corruption, the sectarian strife that plague so many states in the region.

The deterioration in Israel-Turkey relations since 2024, marked by trade freezes and airspace closures, provides the backdrop for this fantasy of abduction, but it does nothing to justify it.

What we witness here is the normalization of extremism in high office: a defense minister openly wishing for the forcible removal of a democratically elected leader, cloaked in the language of human rights and international justice.

The civilized world must confront this for what it is: not a legitimate call for accountability, but a dangerous incitement that erodes the very norms Asif pretends to uphold. 

When ministers speak of kidnapping heads of government, the boundary between statecraft and terrorism begins to dissolve. And once dissolved, it is not easily restored.

Can Zohran Mamdani arrest Israeli PM Netanyahu if he comes to NYC?

New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, a Democratic Socialist and an overt anti-Zionist [aka anti-Semite] promises that if Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu comes to New York City, he will be arrested.

Can Mamdani do this?

The short answer is no.

Mayors have no jurisdiction over international arrest warrants, specifically the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued against Netanyahu in November 2024, which accuse him of crimes against humanity related to the Gaza conflict.

What comrade Mamdani refuses to acknowledge is the United States is not a party to the ICC's jurisdiction over American citizens and has rejected their authority over non-member states' leaders which includes Israel, another non ICC member.

But if the US happened to be a member of the ICC, their warrants would be handled by federal authorities, not local mayors.

Moreover, sitting heads of state traditionally enjoy personal immunity from prosecution, and if Netanyahu visited the Big Apple, the US State Department would absolutely invoke this immunity if Bibi made an official visit, especially if he does so when in office.

Our nation has historically blocked or ignored similar attempts by authoritarian politicians. For example, we passed the 2002 American Service Members’ Protection Act, nicknamed the “Hague Invasion Act,” partly to protect allies from ICC intrusive actions.

Furthermore, local police cannot unilaterally arrest a protected foreign leader, such as a mayor of any city. They simply don't have the power to order an arrest of a visiting foreign leader who is under US federal protection, who, when visiting the US, is typically under Secret Service and Diplomatic Security Service protection. Any attempts by Mamdani, or local cops to arrest Netanyahu would be overruled on the spot by the feds law enforcement and Justice Department.

If "Smiley" tries to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu, several outcomes are possible and any one of them is highly probable.

First, if comrade Mamdani directs the NYPD to detain the Israeli PM upon arrival, the repercussions would be swift, severe, and multifaceted. The U.S. State Department and Justice Department would immediately intervene, invoking Bibi's head-of-state immunity under customary international law and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. But if he throws all care to the wind and attempts an arrest, Mamdani could face federal charges like false imprisonment (18 U.S.C. § 1201), obstruction of foreign affairs (18 U.S.C. § 953), or even conspiracy against rights (18 U.S.C. § 241). 

Precedent includes the U.S. ignoring ICC warrants for non-allies like Sudan's Omar al-Bashir in 2013. NYPD officers following such an order could face discipline or charges themselves.

Second, as mayor-elect, or even post-inauguration this January, Mamdani could be impeached by the NY City Council or even be removed under New York law for misconduct (N.Y. City Charter § 24).  

A bill led by Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), introduced in September 2025, explicitly aims to block NYC from enforcing foreign arrest warrants against Israeli officials, potentially triggering automatic penalties like loss of federal funding. However, it might not have even been necessary.

 
Third, Netanyahu (or Israel) could sue Mamdani personally for defamation, emotional distress, or wrongful interference, seeking damages in the millions. 

The U.S. could also pursue indemnity claims against the city.

And while Mamdani's anti-Zionist political base might applaud his attempts at stardom, moderate Democrats, the city's huge Jewish community of over a million residents, and groups like AIPAC, would oppose him politically and cripple any chances of a thriving political career. Remember, this communist only won the mayoral race by a thin margin. 

The Party could, and should reprimand him if he attempts to arrest Netanyahu, but if I had to put money on the final outcome, the comrade will chicken out.

ICC prosecutor who went after Bibi takes leave amid sexual assault charges

The International Criminal Court’s (ICC) top dog, Karim Khan, who made waves trying to slap an arrest warrant on Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu over Israel’s fight against Hamas terrorists, just hit the brakes.

On Friday, the Khan man announced he’s temporarily stepping back while the U.N. digs into some ugly sexual assault claims against him. Yeah, you read that right, the guy has his own problems with the law.

In an email to his hit team, Khan said he’ll “take leave until the completion of the investigation” into allegations from a female aide, a Malaysian lawyer in her 30s, who says he coerced her into sex multiple times. The Wall Street Journal laid it bare: she claims Khan invited her to his hotel room in 2023, where he “took her hand and eventually pulled her to the bed.” Then, her account gets grim: “he pulled off her pants and forced sexual intercourse,” per her testimony.

Take one look at Khan's face and body, and you got to believe the woman has a decent claim.

Khan got wind of these accusations last spring. Barely two weeks later, in May 2024, he was out here announcing arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Israel’s then-defense minister Yoav Gallant, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Israel-Hamas clash. 

Coincidence? Hardly.

The Washington Free Beacon didn’t mince words back then, calling Khan’s move a stunt that “puts genocidal murderers and their would-be victims on a level moral playing field,” exposing “the ICC’s moral obscenity and its ignorance of the way democracies have historically responded to existential threats.”

Here’s where it gets messier: the aide claims Khan leaned on the ICC’s Israel investigation to pressure her into dropping her allegations, according to the Journal. 

Khan flatly denied the claim, but who wouldn't?

Fast-forward to November, and the ICC doubled down, formally issuing warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant. That marked a first for the U.N.-backed court—going after a democratically elected, Western-aligned leader. Bold move. The Journal flagged it as a historic flex.

Enter President Trump, who wasn’t having it. 

In early February, he signed an executive order smacking sanctions on the ICC for targeting Israel and other U.S. allies. The White House laid out the case: “The ICC consistently constrains liberal, democratic nations like Israel in exercising their rights to self-defense.” They added that Trump “will not support an organization that unfairly targets U.S. citizens and our allies.” Classic Trump—zero chill.

So, here we are. Khan’s on ice, the ICC’s playing hardball, and the allegations are flying. Stay tuned—this one’s far from over.

Rashida Tlaib offers anti-Israel/anti-Semitic amendment to reduce foreign influence on US universities

Rashida Tlaib, the Democratic Representative from Michigan, has once again demonstrated her unwavering commitment to the anti-Israel cause by introducing an amendment to the Republican-led DETERRENT Act. 

This legislation is designed to curb the influence of foreign gifts and contracts at American universities, and has been met with Tlaib's insistence that Israel's relationships with these institutions must be subjected to intense scrutiny. 

One can almost hear the echoes of age-old prejudices in her words as she spoke on the House floor, demanding that Israel be added to the "countries of concern" meddling in American academia.

Tlaib, a figure who has made no secret of her disdain for Israel, [and thus, the Jews] had the audacity of dope to claim that the Defending Education Transparency and Ending Rogue Regimes Engaging in Nefarious Transactions (DETERRENT) Act is nothing more than a Republican ploy to "scapegoat" the woes of US higher education on nations like Iran, Qatar, and China. Yet, the act itself, if passed, would sensibly amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to limit contracts with adversarial foreign entities, mandate disclosure of gifts and contracts from foreign actors by faculty and staff, and require transparency regarding certain foreign investments within endowments.

In a moment of breathtaking absurdity, Tlaib declared, "We know that President Trump is the biggest threat to our education system in America right now, not someone in North Korea or China, so please give me a break." 

She then tacked on an amendment to ensure the bill includes "countries whose leaders have active arrest warrants issued against them by the International Criminal Court [ICC]" and "countries actively on trial with the International Court of Justice [ICJ] for violating the Genocide Convention and the Geneva Conventions." 

This, of course, is a thinly veiled attack on Israel, whose Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defense minister Yoav Gallant face ludicrous ICC arrest warrants for alleged war crimes in Gaza, while South Africa pursues a baseless case at the ICJ accusing Israel of "state-led genocide" in its defensive war against the terrorist group Hamas.

Both American and Israeli leaders have rightly condemned these actions by the ICC and ICJ as groundless and indicative of a deep-seated anti-Israel bias. Yet Tlaib, in her speech, pointed to her colleagues' support for Israel as evidence of their supposed failure in "holding countries with human rights abuses accountable" and their reluctance to "uphold international law." 

The irony is palpable as she accuses her fellow lawmakers of protecting the "Israeli government apartheid regime" by supporting the detainment and arrest of non-citizen college students who protest Israel.

In the 17 months since Hamas's barbaric invasion and massacre across southern Israel on October 7, 2023, Tlaib has unleashed a torrent of vitriol against the Jewish state. As the only Palestinian American woman in Congress, she has repeatedly accused Israel of "genocide" and "ethnic cleansing" in Gaza, as well as causing a famine—claims that fly in the face of the Israeli military's efforts to minimize civilian casualties and facilitate aid to the enclave. 

"This is not about transparency, as it is claimed. It’s truly about destroying freedom of speech," Tlaib asserted, seemingly oblivious to the fact that the DETERRENT Act addresses legitimate concerns over foreign adversaries using financial influence to censor free speech and spread anti-Western propaganda in American universities.

The issue gained urgency in Washington following the October 7 attacks, as campuses became breeding grounds for anti-Zionist [read: anti-Semites] and anti-American protests. Critics have long warned of the lavish financial gifts and investments bestowed upon American universities by countries like Qatar, which harbors high-ranking Hamas leaders living in luxury outside Gaza while severely restricting academic freedom at American schools operating within its borders. 

The legislation also coincides with the Trump administration's efforts to detain and deport non-citizens accused of supporting terrorist groups, such as Mahmoud Khalil, a Palestinian legal resident from Syria apprehended for supporting Hamas after completing post-graduate studies at Columbia.

Tlaib's outrage over Khalil's arrest led her to pen a letter to Homeland Security's Kristi Noem, demanding that he be "freed from DHS custody immediately." The missive further alleged that Khalil's arrest exemplifies the Trump administration's "anti-Palestinian racism" and accused the White House of attempting to dismantle the "Palestine solidarity movement in this country." 

One might ask whether Tlaib's unwavering support for such figures and her relentless attacks on Israel reveal more about her own biases than those she claims to oppose.

Report: Netanyahu will not attend 80th anniversary of Auschwitz liberation amid ICC arrest fears

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is no fool. He reportedly will not attend the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz in Poland because he would rather not get arrested due to an obviously anti-Semitic International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant. The event, scheduled for International Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27, 2025, will see the presence of many world leaders, including Britain's King Charles.

Poland's Deputy Foreign Minister Władysław Bartoszewski, another tiresome Jew hater, emphasized Poland's commitment to respecting the ICC’s decisions, even though there are myriad reasons not to respect them. The warrants also include Israeli former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged war crimes related to Israel's fighting back after the October 7, 2023 massacre carried out by Hamas and Palestinians along with other Islamist jihad groups. 

The Hamas attack targeted civilians including men, women, children and even babies. Over 1,200 were killed and around 250 Israelis were taken hostage, many of whom had been killed in captivity.

The Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita reported that Israeli authorities did not even request Netanyahu's attendance, anticipating Poland's anti-Zionist stance on the ICC's bull-crap warrant.

Instead of Netanyahu, Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar is expected to represent Israel at the ceremony. There's also mention that President Isaac Herzog does not plan to attend. This situation highlights the diplomatic tensions and international scrutiny over Israel's actions in Gaza.

These details are based on recent reports from multiple sources, including the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita and statements from Polish officials.

ICC Prosecutor Khan uses warrant against Bibi as a distraction from his sexual assault allegations

Karim Khan: alleged sexual predator uses Netanyahu and a dead Hamasshole as a distraction

The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Karim Khan, has been believably accused of sexual misconduct and, in my opinion, has attempted to deflect from his own situation by securing arrest warrants against Israeli and Hamasshole leaders, the latter who don't give a fig about the warrants. In fact, one of the persons issued a warrant, Mohammed Deif, [aka Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri] is dead. The joke is on Khan, or perhaps he's just a Khan artist.

The warrants were granted on Thursday at a time when Khan is facing allegations of sexual misconduct, which will be examined by external investigators. as reported by The Guardian.

The sexual misconduct inquiry, which is in its early stages, will focus on claims about Khan’s alleged conduct towards a woman who worked directly for him. The outlet reported in October that the  allegations included claims of unwanted sexual touching and “abuse” over an extended period, as well as of coercive behavior and abuse of authority.

Khan's lawyers said he "denies the whole of the allegations." The alleged victim is a 30-year-old lawyer who worked for the anti-Zionist/anti-Semite but has previously declined to comment.

Last week, the ICC's governing body sent the sexual misconduct allegations against Prosecutor Karim Khan to the UN's Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) for investigation, even though some at the top of the court were concerned about Khan's connections to this oversight group. Both Khan and the person accusing him are expected to be interviewed soon.

The allegations became public last month at a very sensitive time for the ICC, leading officials to say it opened the court up to criticism from those trying to discredit its investigation into Palestine.

Inside the ICC, Khan's been dealing with backlash from his own team because he didn't follow the advice of his top officials to take a leave of absence while the investigation is ongoing.

There's been a lot of unease in Khan's office, which has around 450 employees, because Khan and his team have suggested these allegations might be part of an attempt to smear him.

It seems as if Khan, an overt anti-Semite, doesn't need help being smeared--his reputation and rhetoric is like a pile of dog poop run over by a truck.

In his response to the claims, Khan has suggested the sexual misconduct allegations may be part of a campaign against him, publicly referring to "a wide range of attacks and threats" against the court.

However, as the Guardian reported last week, five ICC sources familiar with the situation said that while Israel or its allies may be attempting to take advantage of the allegations, many within Khan's top team did not believe they had been invented by external actors hostile to the court.

Officials close to Khan concluded earlier this year that it was highly unlikely the allegations were part of an espionage operation and no evidence or intelligence has emerged of any involvement of an intelligence agency, such as Israel's the Mossad.

After the allegations first emerged internally at the ICC in May, Khan and another official close to him are said to have urged the woman to disavow claims about his behaviour towards her, multiple officials told the Guardian last month. Khan denies this.

ICC sources said the alleged victim had told court authorities she would cooperate with an independent external inquiry. Multiple individuals who know the woman said recent efforts to politicize the situation had been deeply distressing for her.

France gov't now says Netanyahu is "immune" from ICC prosecution and wouldn't arrest him

France has always been a wishy-washy country, especially when it comes to Israel. On the one hand, France was one of the first countries to recognize Israel and established diplomatic relationships with the Jewish State in 1949. In the 1950s and 60s, they were Israel's main weapons suppliers.

More recently, France tries to balance their support of Israel's right to security, while advocating for so called Palestine's statehood and rights. They naively support the two-state solution as the way to peace and believe in a viable, democratic Palestinian state alongside Israel--as if that would work out for both sides.

France has always condemned Israeli settlement activities in Israel, which the Arabs refer to as occupied territories. And now they criticize Israel's actions in Gaza after Hamas' attack on Israel on October 7, 2023 which killed 1,200 Israelis on that day. And while Hamas uses civilians as human shields, and fires rockets at Israeli civilian populations from houses, schools and mosques in Gaza, France has been critical of Israel for defending itself by firing back at the sources of the attacks.

France usually positions itself as an advocate for international law in regards of the Israeli-Palestinian war and has supported UN resolutions that are critical of Israel's policies. They voted in favor of a UN resolution that demands an end to Israel's occupation in Gaza and Judea and Samaria thus giving Hamas a victory against the, you know, Jews. If you had to pick one Western nation with a seriously high level of anti-Semitism, you would have to look no further than France and the French people.

But Trump's coming soon after Christmas and perhaps for that reason, the French government will not carry out the arrest warrant issued by the Islamists of the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The ICC claims that Netanyahu directed the IDF to carry out crimes against humanity.

If fighting back those who would see every Israeli dead is a crime, then suicide is a virtue.

In a statement released by the country’s foreign office, French authorities wrote that the Rome Statute – which established the ICC – established that leaders of states which have not signed the treaty are immune from prosecution.

Israel, like the United States, did not sign up to the statute and has never been a member of the court.

The ICC seems to believe and asserts that it does have jurisdiction over the IDF’s actions in Gaza, because the make believe land called Palestine was allowed to join in 2015 after their delegation was admitted to the United Nations as an observer state.

France’s foreign office said it believes Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, Israel’s former defense minister who has also been accused of directing crimes against humanity, are immune from prosecution.

It said: “In accordance with the long-standing friendship between France and Israel, two democracies committed to the rule of law and to respect for a professional and independent justice system, France intends to continue working in close cooperation with Prime Minister Netanyahu and the other Israeli authorities to achieve peace and security for all in the Middle East.”

The ICC has no enforcement powers and relies on the 124 states that are its members to enact its arrest warrants.

The Netherlands, in which the court in based, Ireland and Canada have all said they will arrest Netanyahu and Gallant, proving that Ireland, the Netherlands, and Canada suck.

Britain, where Islamists have been running amok,  has refused to comment directly but has indicated that they would detain the Israeli prime minister were he to visit the UK.

In a statement last week, a government spokesperson said: “We respect the independence of the International Criminal Court which is the primary international institution for investigating and prosecuting the most serious crimes of international concern.

“This government has been clear that Israel has a right to defend itself, in accordance with international law. There is no moral equivalence between Israel, a democracy, and Hamas and Lebanese Hezbollah, which are terrorist organizations.”

The ICC is seeking to try Netanyahu and Gallant over claims that they deliberately blocked humanitarian aid and medical supplies from entering Gaza, that they used starvation as a method of warfare, and that they targeted Palestinians on the grounds of their identity.

The court claims the Israeli leaders "intentionally and knowingly" deprived Palestinian civilians of food, water and medicine from the start of their campaign in Gaza till at least May of this year. This claim is a lie as there is clear video evidence showing armed Hamas terrorists stealing the supplies and food for themselves.

Israeli officials have angrily, and rightfully denounced the ICC’s anti-Semitic, move.

NGO Group: "Every sentence" of ICC Prosecutor's allegations against Bibi and Gallant is bs

The International Criminal Court's allegations to order arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, is a lie and based on "wholesale inaccuracy," a group of NGOs  claimed.

ICC Prosecutor Karim "Allahu Akbar" Khan KC [not to be confused with the Kansas CITY Chiefs] asked the body in May to order the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on the alleged grounds that Israel has employed starvation of Palestinian civilians as a method of warfare. 

For some reason, tens of thousands of trucks delivering food and supplies to Gazan residents and then having it commandeered by Hamas is Israel's fault.

According to observations filed with the Court by the NGOs, “every phrase of every sentence of a statement of the International Criminal Court’s Prosecutor summarizing his allegations against Netanyahu and Gallant is untrue.”

The lengthy report – compiled earlier this month by UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI), the International Legal Forum (ILF), the Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC), B’nai B’rith UK (BBUK) and the Jerusalemites Initiative (JI) – rebuts a number of crucial claims laid out by the obvious anti-Semite Khan that justify the arrest warrants.

Among the jihadi prosecutor’s claims, for example, is that Israel is imposing “a total siege over Gaza that involved completely closing the three crossing points, Rafah, Kerem Shalom and Erez, from October 8 2023 for extended periods.”

Hamas steals supplies and Israel gets the blame

In response to that blatant lie the NGOs point out that the Rafah crossing is between the Gaza Strip and Egypt, not Israel, so Israel can’t open it if Egypt insists on closing it, without going to war with Egypt. It's like blaming a wild pitch on the center fielder.

They contest a series of other allegations made by the Prosecutor, including the assertion that famine exists in certain areas of Gaza and is imminent in others. The NGOs argue that this assertion is based on previous reports that did not account for a significant portion of the food and water supplies in Gaza, which have since been officially deemed "implausible."

Additionally, they dispute the ICC's jurisdiction, maintaining that ICC intervention is only warranted when national legal systems are unable or unwilling to investigate or address alleged crimes. They highlight Israel's strong record of holding high-level officials accountable and note that the country's independent Military Advocate General has already launched 74 criminal investigations into alleged IDF misconduct since October 7.

In their statement, they assert: "Instead of working with relevant Israeli officials to investigate his allegations, the Prosecutor abruptly canceled a planned visit to Israel and announced his intention to file applications for arrest warrants at the ICC."

Hamas steals from their own people

The NGOs argue that disregarding the information and evidence they have provided would constitute a "disgraceful dereliction of duty" by both the Court and the Prosecutor, raising serious concerns about "the integrity of the Court, its processes, and its Prosecutor."

Furthermore, the NGOs emphasize that proceeding on the basis of false information could threaten the freedom of not only Netanyahu and Gallant but also other Israelis. Secret arrest warrants could be issued against them, potentially restricting their ability to travel internationally without fear of arrest.

Jonathan Turner, chief executive of UK Lawyers for Israel, said: “If the International Criminal Court proceeds without properly addressing the points we have made, it will show that it is a successor to the mediaeval disputations and the Spanish Inquisition. It will mark a new stage in the age-old persecution of Jewish people based on false information.”

So what else is new?

Arsen Ostrovsky, Chief Executive of International Legal Forum, called the Islamist Prosecutor’s decision to seek arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant amounts to a “modern-day antisemitic blood libel that violates every norm of international law.

“It not only entirely lacks substance, but also underscores the court’s blatant lack of jurisdiction in the first instance. If the ICC wishes to maintain any shred of dignity, it will dismiss these legally baseless and mendacious proceedings,” Ostrovsky said.

In response, the ICC claimed that it was “an independent and impartial judicial institution focused on ensuring accountability for the gravest crimes under international law," adding, "blah, blah, blah de blah." 

"As Prosecutor Khan had referenced on many occasions –including in his Elie Wiesel Distinguished Lectureship in Human Rights in May last year – the Rome Statute, the treaty that established the court, “stems from all religious traditions, including Judaism,” the court said.

“The Office of the Prosecutor executes its mandate based solely on the evidence and the law, devoid of extraneous considerations. The Office’s actions and decisions are, at all times, strictly guided by the evidence in accordance with the Rome Statute legal framework.”

The ICC confirmed that the Office of Public Counsel for the Defense (OPCD) was due to have submitted observations against the decision by no later than last Friday, with the Office of the Prosecutor to submit a consolidated response no later than next Monday, Inshallah.

And if you believe the ICC is really impartial, you might be an anti-Semite.

Rashida Tlaib (D-MI and Gaza), Ilhan Omar (D-MI and Somalia), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY and the Communist Party), who themselves tend to side with the terrorist sympathizers, the truth is, the guy was a pile of dog poop. Of course, the media and the congress cretins would never come out and say they're all for anyone who hates the Jews. Instead, they say they're on the side of "the oppressed."

Haniyeh was about three billion dollars oppressed, money that he got that was slated for the Arabs in Gaza, much of which was sent by a demented president of some country that will go unnamed.

He has been on the State Department's Specially Designated Global Terrorists list since 2018 [aka pre-Biden administration] for his "close links with Hamas’ military wing" and for his support of "armed struggle, including against civilians." 

The State Department report also said, "He has reportedly been involved in terrorist attacks against Israeli citizens." Even the International Criminal Court, often useless in the extreme, sought an arrest warrant for Haniyeh earlier this year for "war crimes and crimes against humanity including murder, rape, torture and taking hostages," involving the Hamas Oct. 7 terror invasion of Israel.

So don't cry for him Argentina--he got what he gave, in spades, and Iran is praising him as a martyr. His seventh wife is said to be a little sad in his blasting.

Israel made no comment on the assassination, but Iran vowed to strike the Jewish State because today is a day that ends in "y."

ICC: "International organization with no real legitimacy": Chip Roy's bill to sanction ICC continues to grow

The International Criminal Court (ICC) head prosecutor Karim Khan, [whose favorite phrase is "Allahu Akbar!"] was seeking to stop Israel from winning the war that was ignited by Hamas on Oct. 7 when the terrorists murdered, raped, kidnapped, burned and mutilated Jewish men, women, children and babies. 

Rather than calling for Hamas to surrender and end the war, Khan, a human piece of trash, announced he would file arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, [just to make it look legitimate and thereby equating what Israel did in its defense to what Hamas did to innocent civilians]. There is absolutely no similarity other than the fact that Israel responded with the attack by attacking back.

Since the announcement by the ICC, a bill known as the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act, which was introduced by Reps. Chip Roy (R-TX) and Brian Mast (R-FL) earlier this month, has grown in the number of sponsors.

Roy took to the House floor on Thursday morning for nearly half an hour to call out the anti-Semitic ICC. In speaking about "our dear friends Israel" being under attack, Roy reminded that "they're not just under attack by Hamas, they are in fact under attack by the anti-western civilization radical progressives across the globe and in particular at the International Criminal Court."

"If organizations like the ICC...like the United Nations...like the World Health Organization and the rest of them actually cared about human rights, they'd be going after the real war criminals! They don't care about Hamas' crimes," Roy insisted. "Yeah, they say, the ICC, they're issuing warrants for Hamas. But they're trying to constrain Israel from going out and attacking and destroying Hamas!"

Why it's almost as if the ICC wants Hamas and Hezbollah to win the war against the, you know, Jews.

"What they care about is attacking and tearing down everything that is great and good with western civilization, that has done more for more people around this world than any other civilization in history. And whether the president knows it's going on or not, that's what the Biden administration's actions have all been driving towards these past three years," Roy also pointed out, implying that the Biden administration is failing their ally, Israel, like they've failed in Afghanistan under this alleged President.

"They're destroying our sovereignty and weakening us on the outside, while pushing chaos, economic ruin, and moral disintegration domestically," Roy added.

Presently, the bill has only Republican cosponsors because the Democrats tend to pander to the racist voters, and anti-Semites like Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and JINO Sen. Bernie Sanders (Commie-VT) creamed in their jeans when they heard the news about the ICC stance. In fact, in a statement by comrade Sanders, he said that the "ICC prosecutor is right to take these actions."

Many Jews see Sanders as an anti-Zionist, 'useful schm**k' who never contributed anything to society.

Rep[ulsive] Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (Communist-NY) had said "I support the court’s independence in making their decision," and the over-achiever, former bartender also claimed "I think that we have seen the input from the overwhelming amount of our allies in the developed world and across the world in general, really respecting the independence of the ICC." 

No offense to bartenders.

During his remarks, Roy pointed out how "America should have Israel's back," noting "the abuse of an international organization with no real legitimacy."

Rep. Jamaal "Fire Alarm" Bowman (D-NY), another so called Squad member facing a very difficult primary battle and is down in the polls, remained silent on the matter, although he is no fan of the, you know, Jews. He is in a primary battle with pro-Israel Democrat George Latimer. Should Bowman win the primary [heaven forbid], you can bet he will become more open and honest about his feeling regarding the Jewish State.

It's apparent that Democrats are in a quandary and all over the place over whether to support Israel or the terrorists. If most of them are willing to kill the unborn, it's almost obvious who they will side with.

Republicans warn ICC prosecutor: If you target Israel, we'll target you

It's too bad they didn't do it for former President Donald Trump in his current case, but a dozen Republican senators on Monday warned the International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Karim Khan not to issue arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials, just a few days after Khan cautioned against attempting to sway the court.

That was red meat for the senators led by Tom Cotton (R-AR) who said in a letter, "Target Israel, and we will target you. Such actions are illegitimate and lack legal basis, and, if carried out, will result in severe sanctions against you and your institution.”

Sens. Mitch McConnell (minority leader), Rick Scott, Tim Scott, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio also signed the letter, amid increasing concern in Israel that the Muslim-dominated UN court could issue arrest warrants for senior political and military officials over their defense of Hamas in Gaza after they invaded Israel. Rather than allowing Hamas to continue killing Israelis, Israel fought back and killed Hamas terrorists, and did so with aplomb. 

But as the war approaches seven months, the ICC is looking to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi.

While the US and Israel officials tried to dissuade the ICC from issuing arrest orders, Khan said the ICC "welcomes open communication" with government officials and non-government bodies, but they will only engage with them if they stick to the script, that is, as long as it's “consistent with its mandate under the Rome Statute to act independently and impartially.”

“That independence and impartiality are undermined, however, when individuals threaten to retaliate… should the office, in fulfillment of its mandate, make decisions about investigations or cases falling within its jurisdiction,” he added, demanding that “all attempts to impede, intimidate or improperly influence its officials cease immediately.”

In spite of the symbolic crotch-protecting and shoulder rolling by the ICC, the senators wrote that the ICC “is attempting to punish Israel for taking legitimate actions of self-defense against their Iranian-backed aggressors. In fact, in your own words, you witnessed ‘scenes of calculated cruelty’ conducted by Hamas in Israel following the October 7 attacks.”

Khan, who is no fan of the, you know, Jews, visited the Jewish State last December at the request of the families of the hostages Hamas kidnapped on October 7. During his visit, he toured some of the communities  the terrorist scumbags attacked during the October 7 massacre of the innocent. He saw Kibbutz Be'eri and Kibbutz Kfar Aza, among others, and heard testimonies from survivors of the Hamas slaughter of men, women, children and babies. 

“These arrest warrants would align the ICC with the largest state sponsor of terrorism and its proxy. To be clear, there is no moral equivalence between Hamas’s terrorism and Israel’s justified response,” the senators wrote.

The mere fact that Khan and the ICC is even considering to arrest these Israeli leaders, is without doubt of their alignment and anti-Semitism.

It's only the Jews that are judged by a different standard.

Ilhan Omar booed, told to "Get the f**k out of here" at Somali concert in MN

Rep[ugnant] Ilhan Omar (Far-Left-MN) was booed at the Suldaan Seeraar concert in Minnesota held at the Target Center on Saturday night. It was Seerar's first North American performance and the crowd kept shouting at Omar to "go home" and "get the f**k out of here," after she was introduced onstage with her far-left 3rd husband who is not her brother.

Some of the other performers on stage told the audience, “don’t do this,” but they continued to boo Omar.

“Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, we don’t have all night,” Omar said as the crowd didn't stop booing the anti-Semite.

The concert appeared to be part of Somali Week in Minnesota’s Somali community, which can draw crowds of tens of thousands of people, especially Somalis who vote almost exclusively for Muslims, particularly Somali-American Muslims, as they did for Omar in the past.

Omar made the news, along with her Democratic cronies, after she claimed that religious freedom in her adopted country, America, was "dead" because the SCOTUS ruled in favor of religious freedom after Joe Kennedy, a football coach, was banned from praying on the gridiron after the game in front of players, and they over-turned the ban. He was also fired for his religious act of praying.

“The Supreme Court just ruled that public school teachers can pressure students to join in prayer at public school events but can also retaliate against those that don’t join in,” Omar falsely tweeted. “Religious freedom is dead in America.”

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) responded: “Every word of this is false.”

The truth is, Kennedy never pressured any students to join in and, in fact, students from his team voluntarily joined in, and so did students from the opposing teams. THAT IS RELIGIOUS FREEDOM. 

Omar also wants the United States to become a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) which would take away our jurisdiction in cases and put the legal power in the hands of non-American entities. She used Putin as a pretense for her reasoning.

“In the wake of reports of war crimes committed by Russian forces in Ukraine, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) introduced a resolution calling on the United States to become a full member of the International Criminal Court,” Omar’s office said in a statement. “The United States is one of a few countries that has not joined the International Criminal Court (ICC), which investigates war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocides.”

There's a reason we haven't joined: we are not willing to subject our citizens to the ICC's jurisdiction.

Philippine's Duterte orders female commie fighters shot in genitals

Speaking through his facial sphincter, Philippine President Rodrigo "Eyeweelkeelyew" Duterte bragged about ordering his troops to shoot female communist fighters in their vaginas, according to several reports. 

His words triggered criticism after the remark was published Monday.

The former mayor, now president, told the group of about 200 former rebels in Malacañang, "Tell the soldiers, 'There's a new order coming from the mayor. We won't kill you. We will just shoot your vagina.'"

"If there is no vagina, it would be useless," the moronic misogynistic Duterte added as the crowd of sycophants laughed on cue.

The official transcript of the speech replaced the word "vagina" with a dash.

Duterte is famous for killing drug dealers and users. He is alleged to have thrown some of them from helicopters at altitude.

The comment "is just the latest in a series of misogynistic, derogatory, and demeaning statements he has made about women," Carlos Conde, a Human Rights Watch researcher told the failing New York Times. He added that encouraging state troops to sexually assault women during a conflict violates "international humanitarian law."

In other words, do not shoot communist women combatants in the vagina--follow the law and just kill them.

Congresswoman Emmi de Jesus, who represents the Gabriela Women's Party, called Duterte a "macho-fascist" who endorsed "state terrorism" against women, according to the Guardian. "He has further presented himself as the epitome of misogyny and fascism rolled in one," she added.

But the scummy Duterte is much worse than that--he's sadistic and cruel.

He once said that a gang rape victim was so "beautiful" that he wished he had "been first."

Last week, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court said she is starting an investigation into alleged crimes by security officers in the Philippines. 

Duterte's take on the situation was that he wouldn't care if he was imprisoned by the ICC as long as he could have conjugal visits from more than one woman.

And the left thinks Trump is bad.
