Corpulent Kim Jong Un, the happy-face dictator of North Korea says his country is no longer a paper nuclear pussycat, but the real thing.
He spoke at his annual New Year's Day address to hordes of hungry people foraging in the grass for something to eat.
Kim said the United States better understand his country is a nuclear powerhouse, not just a threat.
He went on to add that his country achieved the historic fear of "completing" its nuclear forces and added that he has a "nuclear button" on his desk.
He was gifted that button by Hillary Clinton in 2016 when she got it back in the mail from Russia.
