Kim Jong-Un back to his old ways of executing his staff and family

In an austerity move to save on the high cost of anti-aircraft ammunition, but at the expense of his personal amusement, North Korean dictator for life, Kim Jong-Un has resorted to the dependable good old firing squad to dispose of people who, as he sees it, screw up or refuse to kiss his royal "flush."

The chubby leader of the hermit nation had his nuclear envoy to the United States executed along with several other officials who were involved in negotiations for a nuclear deal with us but didn't get the job done. This comes from a report out of South Korea, the sane nation below them on the map.

"Kim Hyok Chol was executed in March at Mirim Airport in Pyongyang, along with four foreign ministry executives after they were all charged with spying for the United States, the Chosun Ilbo reported, citing an unidentified source with knowledge of the situation," Reuters reported Thursday. The spying part of the claim is Kim Jong-Un's default position to provide the excuse to execute.

The source who spoke with the South Korean newspaper said, "He was accused of spying for the United States for poorly reporting on the negotiations without properly grasping U.S. intentions." This may have been due to a language barrier, but hey, a screw up is a screw up.

The New York Times, a former newspaper, reports that the Chosun Ilbo reported that Hyok Chol was accused of being "won over by the American imperialists to betray the supreme leader." Perhaps they bribed him with food.

The Times said that in recent weeks, South Korean analysts began "to speculate that Mr. Kim may be engineering a reshuffle or a purge of his negotiating team in the wake of the summit meeting, held in February in Hanoi, Vietnam. The meeting was widely seen as a huge embarrassment for Mr. Kim, who is supposedly seen as infallible in his totalitarian state." So rather than lose weight, he lost face and this was not to be tolerated by the friend of Dennis Rodman.

"On Thursday, Rodong Sinmun, the official newspaper of the North’s ruling Workers’ Party, carried a commentary warning against 'anti-party, anti-revolutionary acts' of officials who 'pretend to work for the supreme leader in his presence but secretly harbor other dreams [like a good meal] behind his back," The Times added.

"'Such characters won’t escape the stern judgment from the revolution,' the North Korean newspaper said. North Korean state media has issued such warnings when it needed to engineer a political purge or warn against possible lagging loyalty among the elites, South Korean analysts said."

Reuters added that, according to the South Korean newspaper, "Kim Song Hye, who led preparations as part of Kim Yong Chol’s team, and Sin Hye Yong, a newly elevated interpreter for the Hanoi summit," were sent to prison camps as punishment.

Neither Reuters nor The Times was able to independently verify the reports out of South Korea.

Calif. Dems propose ridiculous resolution blaming Israel for Pittsburgh synagogue massacre

The abbreviation CA can stand for two things: In geography it stands for 'California' and in medicine it stands for 'cancer.' It's up to you to decide, after reading about the latest anti-Israel [and by extension, anti-Semitic] resolution by the CA proposal, which meaning it represents.

A draft resolution will be debated over this weekend at the California Democratic Party State Convention, according to information obtained by Fox News. The resolution accuses the Israeli government of willfully "aligning with the virulent Islamophobia" of white supremacist groups in the U.S. -- and links Israel indirectly to the Oct. 2018 massacre of 11 congregants at a Pittsburgh synagogue.

Note the mental calisthenics taken by the CA Democrats. They have no real evidence to make the claim that the Israeli government has aligned with white supremacists in the United States, but blaming the victims for their own slaughter or abuse has always been a tactic by abusers.

But rather than tolerating the blame, like an abused spouse who agrees she deserved to be hit by her abusive husband because of her own behavior, the Jews aren't buying into that crap--they refuse to accept blame--and the left has finally showed their dirty anti-Semitic hands.

There will likely be heated floor debate by prominent anti-Semites in the Democratic Party such as Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). Both have been rightly accused of anti-Semitism based on chronic anti-Semitic statements they've made.

In March, after Omar made obvious anti-Semitic statements, the House passed a bipartisan resolution condemning various forms of bigotry in response. "All forms of bigotry" was the key, rather than anti-Semitic bigotry. What they provided was a watered down response to take the focus off of Omar herself, as she was never admonished nor mentioned in the useless resolution.

So, on Friday morning [today] the debate will begin as 14 of the Democratic presidential leftist contenders arrive in San Francisco gathering at the Moscone Convention Center. Warren, Harris and Sanders will be there, the latter who poses as a Jew when it's to his benefit, but is actually a far-left atheist.

According to Fox News, some of the draft resolutions would mandate that Democrat officials "nullify" President Trump's pro-Israel [aka: pro-ally] policies.

One document directs party officials to take a subsidized trip to Israel only "if they undertake to devote an equal amount of time to visiting Palestinian towns, villages and refugee camps in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories."

Israel is our ally. Palestine is not even a country and as an area, it is not our ally but an enemy of Israel. "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free" is their chant that literally means the end of Israel and the full occupation by the Arabs.

If Bernie Sanders goes to a Palestinian territory, you can be assured that he will not go as a Jew, and will have plenty of armed protection.

The resolution is tentatively titled "Commending the House for resolving to fight all racism and bigotry and for resisting the false conflation of support for Palestinian rights with antisemitism [sic]." The author, David Mandel, is a self-loathing Jew, a state Assembly delegate and progressive [aka leftist] lawyer. He claims to hold dual U.S.-Israel citizenship and lived in the Jewish state for ten years.

The document refers to the October synagogue shooting as "the culmination of an alarming re-emergence of virulent antisemitism [sic] that is a core element of historical and currently resurgent white supremacism in the United States and around the world." The "Israeli government, along with some of its U.S. backers," the resolution continues, "welcomed support from Christian fundamentalist and ultra-right groups in the United States and abroad, dangerously ignoring their deeply rooted antisemitism [sic] while aligning with their virulent Islamophobia."

Speaking to Fox News, Mandel said it would be "far-fetched" to say that the resolution "directly" blames Israel for violence against Jews. But, he suggested, Israel officials did bear some indirect responsibility for both anti-Semitic and Islamophobic violence.

Yes, blame the Jews for making them fire rockets at Jewish school buses, houses of worship and Jewish homes.

"The Israeli government and its supporters here seem to be embracing the right-wing and not caring what they say about anything else -- Islamophobia, dog whistles for anti-Semitism," Mandel said. "That, I think, does indirectly lead to some of the violence."

Mandel uses the term "Islamophobia" the way he claims the Jews use anti-Semitism. But the difference is clear: a phobia is an irrational fear making an irrational fear of Islam something that isn't real. Except for the fact that it is.

When Israelis use the term "anti-Semitism" or hatred of the Jews, they are not referring to something that is an irrational belief about the Palestinians. The latter have made it clear, through their scripture, their children's indoctrination via TV cartoons, and the things they say, that they hate Jews. Islam has made it clear that Jews are considered to be something other than human.

Mandel is, as mentioned, a self-loathing Jew.

POTUS plans a tariff on Mexico to encourage their help with stopping illegal aliens

President Trump announced on Thursday that he plans to place a tariff on all Mexican goods until they help us with the illegal immigration crisis by curbing the flow of illegals coming here.

In a series of tweets, [naturally] the president revealed the “big league” [not bigly] announcement on immigration that he teased about Thursday morning:
“On June 10th, the United States will impose a 5% Tariff on all goods coming into our Country from Mexico, until such time as illegal migrants coming through Mexico, and into our Country, STOP. The Tariff will gradually increase util the Illegal Immigration problem is remedied, at which time Tariffs will be removed. Details from the White House to follow.”
Not once in the above tweet, and to his credit, did President Trump resort to a loud, perhaps misused, exclamation mark.

The White House followed up the president’s tweets with an official presidential statement announcing the decision and they too did not resort to the often overused exclamation mark.

“Should Mexico choose not to cooperate on reducing unlawful migration, the sustained imposition of Tariffs will produce a massive return of jobs back to American cities and towns,” the president stated, arguing that Mexico has passively allowed a mass influx of illegal immigrants continue to the U.S., despite their ability to stop them.

The President is invoking executive authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to impose the tariffs. This follows the national emergency declaration he made in February to help gather funding for the southern border wall.

Trump has previously accused Mexico of failing to properly enforce immigration laws. This created some of the highest levels of illegal immigration to the U.S. in a decade as the Democrats have tried to tie his hands to prevent the building of a wall, their refusal to provide funds for more accommodations for those who enter the United States, and increasing the border security force.

This year, he has started returning asylum-seekers back to Mexico to wait there while their cases are adjudicated, which has become known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy.

If Mexico fails to adequately curb illegal immigration according to the president’s judgment, the 5% tariff will be increased by five percentage points each month, hitting a maximum of 25% in October. Then he plans to nuke Mexico City if they continue to refuse to comply.

Just kidding.

“If Mexico fails to act, Tariffs will remain at the high level, and companies located in Mexico may start moving back to the United States to make their products and goods. Companies that relocate to the United States will not pay the Tariffs or be affected in any way,” Trump said. This will, of course, significantly raise the prices of goods and will unintentionally hurt the American consumer. But hopefully it will be a temporary measure.

Acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Kevin McAleenan told reporters in a briefing call Thursday evening that the administration believes there are tangible things Mexico can do to help deter migrants, but waterboarding them is not an option.

McAleenan pointed out three specific points: boosting operational border security on Mexico’s border with Guatemala, attacking transnational smuggling operations, and working with the U.S. on asylum laws.

Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney [aka Michael Mulvaney] revealed on the call that congressional Republicans were briefed on the plan before it was announced and were largely supportive except for the usual suspects.

Mulvaney also downplayed the idea that placing a universal tariff on Mexico could threaten the president’s negotiated trade deal with Mexico and Canada, calling the immigration-based tariff “separate” from the USMCA.

We shall see what happens at this point, but Robert Mueller was still unavailable for comment but Robert De Niro was and said that he "still would like to punch Trump in the f***ing mouth."

MSNBC's Maddow has numbers lower than a sunken ship's head

The numbers tell the story--Rachel Maddow the MSNBC prime time anchor has viewership ratings lower than sunken ship heads. [Look up the meaning of a ship's head for more information on the analogy given.] And she is maintaining a trend in which her numbers continue to plummet every month this year.

Maddow’s show has dedicated years and viewer time to intensive coverage surrounding the Mueller investigation. She averaged 2,608,000 viewers per night with 410,000 in the key 25-54 age demographic in May, according to Nielsen Media Research. That's about the same number of New Delhi riders on the roofs of buses in their morning commute.

Maddow's show came in third for cable news behind Fox News prime time hosts Sean "Thirty Million On Food Stamps" Hannity and Tucker Carlson.

Hannity’s average audience was 3,138,000, with Carlson’s coming in at 2,761,000. The Five and The Ingraham Angle rounded out the top five.

The supercilious silly Maddow hit her peak in January this year, averaging 3.3 million viewers. Then in February, that number dipped to 3.1 million and again to 2.9 million in March.

Her March coverage included the beginning to the end of the Mueller probe, when his office submitted his report to Attorney General William Barr and the investigation went public.

Maddow’s numbers continued to circle the bowl.

In April, her show averaged an audience of 2,630,000 people when Barr released a full and mandatory redacted version of the Mueller report revealing that there was no evidence that the Trump campaign conspired with Russian officials to win the 2016 presidential election.

Now she's pushing for the Democrats to poop or get off the pot with impeachment. Why not? It doesn't affect her and could only help her anemic numbers.

But of course, Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi knows that impeaching a sitting President is political suicide and she has a lot more to lose than Maddow.

Chicago cops release Jussie Smollett case docs

Just one week after an Illinois judge ordered "Empire actor Jussie Smollett's criminal case file to be unsealed, Chicago PD released the documents, which contained over 460 pages of case reports, arrest files and other supplementary files, according to Anthony Guglielmi, a Chicago PD spokesman.

There were over 300 pages of supplementary materials such as detective notes, ancillary material and subpoena records. By next week, this hopefully will be delivered.

"The final release will be pertinent video files that require a heavy amount of digital redaction for things like license plates of unrelated vehicles and the blurring of faces of individuals not involved in the criminal investigation," Guglielmi explained to Fox News. "We hope to have that completed by the week after next."

In early May, Cook County Judge Steven Watkins, who presided over a March hearing where prosecutors dismissed the charges with little explanation, ordered records in the controversial case be made public.

Smollett made national headlines in January when he filed what is believed by many to be a false police report alleging that two masked men attacked him, put a rope around his neck and poured bleach on him. There were more holes in that story than Michael Moore's skivvies after a meal of cabbage and beans.

Smollett, who is black and openly homosexual, claimed the men, in the wee hours of the morning, during a polar vortex, made racist and homophobic comments and  yelled “This is MAGA country," the allegedly shouted in Chicago, a city with half as many Trump voters as wild polar bears.

After an intense investigation, police decided Smollett staged the entire racist episode to drum up publicity for his career. Smollett has strongly denied the accusations because to admit to them would end his career.

After the charges were dropped, the court approved a request by Smollett's lawyer to seal the case in order to keep the evidence from further scrutiny.

The Associated Press and former newspaper The New York Times, asked the judge to reverse the decision, arguing there was a need for further transparency as to why prosecutors suddenly decided to abandon charges in spite of a boatload of evidence that Smollett was full of bull pucks.

Smollett’s lawyers had blustered that since the case was dropped, Smollett had “the right to be left alone.”

But Judge Watkins wisely disagreed.

Smollett “voluntarily appeared on national television for an interview speaking about the incident in detail,” the judge wrote. “After the March 26 dismissal, he voluntarily stood in front of cameras from numerous news organizations in the courthouse lobby and spoke about the case. On several occasions, attorneys for defendant, presumably with his authorization, appeared on various media outlets speaking about the case.”

Watkins added, “These are not the actions of a person seeking to maintain his privacy or simply to be let alone.”

So boo-freaking-hoo.

Natalie Spears, an attorney representing the media organizations that wanted the file unsealed, applauded Watkins’ May 23 decision and blamed President Trump for the Smollett's attorneys attempt at stopping the unsealing of documents.

“This is about transparency and trust in the system and we believe the public has a right to know what the government did and why,” she said after the hearing. "If this was a case against President Trump, there would be no documents to unseal because the case would have gone to trial. So open up the docs, buttercup."

At the time, there was no immediate comment from Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, an obvious fan and shill for Smollett. Though Foxx has publicly said she’d welcome an independent probe into her office’s decision, she has fought an effort by a retired Illinois appeals court judge to force the appointment of a special prosecutor due to her rational fear of her incompetence and that her racial bias toward Smollett would be uncovered.

Let the games begin!

German intel: Iran seeks to expand WMD program

The EU may pretend that Iran is in compliance with the nuclear deal they all signed on to and that Trump withdrew us from in 2018, but a recent German intelligence report states the Islamic Republic of planning to build weapons of mass destruction, according to Fox News who obtained a May 2019 intelligence document from the state of Bavaria.

The intel details Iran's nefarious weapons activities in the southern German state during the previous year.

The Bavarian Office for the Protection of the Constitution [an agency roughly equivalent to our FBI] wrote in its report that Iran is a "risk country" that is  "making efforts to expand its conventional arsenal of weapons with weapons of mass destruction."

According to the report, weapons of mass destruction [WMD] are defined as "the spread of atomic, biological, chemical weapons of mass destruction."

Iran's clerical regime had agreed to restrict development on its nuclear program in exchange for economic concessions as part of the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), also known as the Iran deal. The problem with the deal was that it didn't stop Iran from building a nuclear weapons device, the Trump administration said.

Of course, that is true and there should be no doubt that Tehran had no plans of stopping their jihad.

On Tuesday, Richard Grenell, the U.S. Ambassador to Germany, told Fox News: "We know the Iranian regime is on the hunt for money to fund their malign activities and so it is imperative that the U.S. and our European allies work together to deny this regime the capital they seek. They will use secretive schemes and dark money; we must be vigilant. They are strapped for cash."

The Bavarian intelligence report charged: "In order to obtain the necessary know-how and corresponding components, these states [Iran, North Korea, Pakistan] are trying to establish business contacts to companies in highly technological countries like Germany."

There is more evidence in the Bavarian agency report that indicates the nefarious intent of Iran, such as an electronic beam welding machine that Germany's criminal customs police prevented from being transported to the Shi'ite country. "The machine can be used for the production of [missile] launch vehicles," the report read.

Attempts were made "to disguise the actual customer in Iran," the document said in reference to the welding machine, and it cited an end user in Malaysia. The Bavarian-based company that makes the machine was convicted of violating Germany's export control law and hopefully Bavarian heads will symbolically roll.

This should be a wake-up call for Germany and the rest of the EU who continue to deny reality by attempt maintaining the nuclear deal with Iran at all costs. The alligator will eventually eat them too.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's brain is still asleep: thinks pregnant women aren't 'mothers'

A face that only a mother could love
According to the Free Dictionary, the definition of "mother" is:
a. A woman who gives birth to a child.
b. A woman whose egg unites with a sperm, producing an embryo.
c. A woman who adopts a child.
d. A woman who raises a child.
But according to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a pregnant woman is not a mother [see b above, and give praise to a, c, and especially d.]

Ginsburg, who has made a name for herself for being the most relaxed SCOTUS justice, being able to drop off into a deep sleep at the drop of hat, made a point of saying that pregnant women are not mothers, particularly those pregnant women that kill their offspring in an abortion.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of an Indiana abortion law requiring medical facilities to provide dignified burials or cremation to children aborted at their establishment.

However, conservative Justice Clarence Thomas concurred with the court's opinion, but argued that his colleagues made a mistake by choosing not to rule on whether or not Indiana could ban abortions for sex-selective or eugenic purposes. It was his use of the word "mother" in his dissent that Justice Ginsburg took most issue with because she is a cold-blooded leftist who squeaked by the abortionist's scalpel by a pubic hair.

"Enshrining a constitutional right to an abortion based solely on the race, sex, or disability of an unborn child, as Planned Parenthood advocates, would constitutionalize the views of the 20th-century eugenics movement," Thomas wrote. "In other contexts, the Court has been zealous in vindicating the rights of people even potentially subjected to race, sex, and disability discrimination."

Ginsburg took issue: "(A) woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother,’" she wrote, according to LifeNews

If she is not a mother of the child inside her, what is her relationship with her son or daughter who awaits slaughter?

Ginsburg added that Thomas' opinion carried "more heat than light," prompting him to say her opinion "makes little sense," [because she is crazy.]

Not only is Ginsburg what leftists refer to as a science-denier, she insults the millions of women who have suffered the harsh pain of a miscarriage. They did not suffer a loss of a cluster of cells, but Ginsburg is too cold to understand that.

In an op-ed for LifeNews, Brian Kemper spoke about the horrific time when he and his wife suffered a miscarriage. They opted to have a funeral for their son, and explained that abortion advocates have a stake in completely severing any and all dignified language that could be bestowed upon a pregnancy of an unborn child.

The doctor pointed to the container holding our son and said he would “take care of that.” I told him, “No, we are going to have a funeral.”

They even named their son Benjamin Davis Kemper and Brian explained that Benjamin Davis Kemper "is as much my child as any of our living children. Benjamin Davis is buried in a cemetery in Troy, Ohio where he was given the dignity he deserved with a funeral and burial."

His wife visits the gravesite regularly.

Planned Parenthood and the rest of the abortion industrial complex has to push lies on people to make the killing of the unborn a palatable situation. They use terms like "terminating a pregnancy," to obfuscate the truth.

You want to terminate a pregnancy, the best way to do it is give birth.

Ted Cruz destroys Ilhan Omar over deleted tweet on immigration

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) did not allow Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) get away with a tweet she deleted that suggests that Hispanics aren't intelligent enough to qualify for a merit-based immigration system.

The Texas Senator went after Omar on Twitter Tuesday and said, “As the son of a Cuban immigrant whose Dad came to get a math degree & become a computer programmer, I’m troubled that Dems seem to believe Hispanic immigrants can’t qualify for skills-based legal immigration. Bringing in more scientists, engineers & doctors is good for US jobs." https://t.co/iugniZgJtL

Omar's tweet was posted Tuesday saying, “A “merit based” immigration policy is fueled by racism towards the Latinx community.”

She continued by asserting immigration policies shouldn't be based on “discrimination, fear, or bigotry,” which is, of course, a non sequitur.

The Daily Wire's Ryan Saavedra also got into the mix and tweeted:
Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (MN) just deleted this tweet where she appeared to suggest that Latinos can’t measure up in a “merit-based” immigration system. pic.twitter.com/ak9EKVdN0i
— Ryan Saavedra (@RealSaavedra) May 29, 2019
Omar, a blatant anti-Semite,  faced immediate backlash  on social media with many across the political aisle. It was rightly pointed out that her tweet was racist and suggested Latino immigrants would be incapable of acclimating to a merit-based system.

Her tweet came in knee-jerk response to President Trump’s new immigration proposal which he unveiled earlier this month.

The president’s new system will secure the border completely, implement a merit-based immigration system, reform the asylum process, protect American workers, and increase diversity within American society, like most other developed nations do.

Judge orders Antifa activist to pay Judicial Watch's legal fees for her 'Entirely Frivolous Lawsuit'

Washington, D.C. -- A U.S. District Judge in California awarded Judicial Watch $22,000 in legal fees in a case filed by an Antifa organizer in an effort to block Judicial Watch from obtaining information about her activities.

Yvette Felarca, a middle school teacher in the Berkeley Unified School District (BUSD), and two co-plaintiffs were ordered to pay Judicial Watch $22,000 in attorney’s fees and $4,000 in litigation costs.

Felarca had sued the BUSD in federal court to keep the school district from fulfilling its legal obligation to provide Judicial Watch with records of their communications mentioning: Felarca, Antifa, and/or BAMN, the acronym for By Any Means Necessary.

Judicial Watch also requested Felarca’s personnel file.

Felarca is a prominent figure in BAMN, a group founded by the Marxist Revolutionary Workers League that protests conservative speaking engagements and employs the "heckler's veto" by shouting down speakers and denying them their First Amendment rights. They also use violence.

In 2016, Felarca and two of her anarchist allies were arrested and charged with several crimes, including felony assault, for inciting a riot in Sacramento. Earlier this year, Felarca was ordered to stand trial for assault.

U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria, Northern District of California, who had previously ruled that Felarca’s lawsuit was “entirely frivolous,” wrote in his ruling awarding legal fees to Judicial Watch that Felarca and her co-plaintiffs’ First Amendment claims were “premised on the obviously baseless assumption” that the First Amendment condemns the speech of some while condoning the ideological missions of others.

Judge Chhabria added that “The plaintiffs also mischaracterized the documents under review” and that the plaintiffs “failed to grapple with the role Ms. Felarca played in making herself a topic of public discourse through her physical conduct at public rallies and her voluntary appearance on Fox News [see video below.]
The judge's order also states that “a significant portion of the documents the plaintiffs initially sued to protect from disclosure had been publicly disclosed months earlier in another suit brought by Ms. Felarca against BUSD, where she was represented by the same counsel. The plaintiffs, therefore, had no reasonable argument to protect those documents from disclosure.”

LOL

Along with Felarca’s $20,000 payment, co-plaintiffs Lori Nixon and Larry Stefl were ordered by Judge Chhabria to pay Judicial Watch $1,000 each (Yvette Felarca, et al., v. Berekely Unified School District, et al. (No. 3:17-cv-06282-VC)).

“Judicial Watch is entitled to attorney’s fees because the plaintiffs’ lawsuit was frivolous, and their litigation conduct was unreasonable,” Judge Chhabria wrote in his order.

Additionally, Judge Chhabria’s order holds the plaintiffs “jointly and severally liable” to pay Judicial Watch $4,000 in litigation expenses.

In 2017, Judicial Watch filed a California Public Records Act (CPRA) request seeking public records information about Felarca’s Antifa activism and its effect within the Berkeley Unified School District.

In Felarca's lawsuit aimed at keeping the Berkeley school district from furnishing the records, the anarchist alleged that Judicial Watch was misusing the law for political means and the district should refuse to provide the information.

In January 2018, a separate judge ordered Felarca to pay more than $11,000 in attorney and court fees for her frivolous attempt to get a restraining order against Troy Worden, the former head of the University of California (UC) Berkeley College Republicans.

“This is a huge victory for Judicial Watch against Antifa and the violent left,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “Ms. Felarca attacked Judicial Watch without basis and the court was right to reject her ploy to deny our ‘right to know’ because we don’t share her violent left views.”

Currently, Ms. Felarca is walking the streets a free woman, much like Hillary Clinton. But at least in Felarca's case, justice will be served. I'm not so sure about the other one.

AOC screwed the pooch with Amazon but they still may go Big Apple

Bwah ha ha ha!

That's my evil Freudenschade laugh at Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Cortexless and her New York cohorts who screwed the pooch on the Amazon deal that was slated to come to Queens, NY--her district. The HQ move would have brought about 25,000 high-paying jobs to the company and around 5 times that many interrelated jobs as well.

In a stinging slap in the face to AOC and her cohorts who scuttled the Amazon deal, the company is reputedly going to place its headquarters in Manhattan instead--not her district.

One more for the Gipper: Bwah ha ha ha!

According to The New York Post, Amazon is communicating with Brookfield, the owners of the One Manhattan West building and its soon-to-be partner, Two Manhattan West. The plan is to secure “at least 100,000 square feet or much more.”

While Two Manhattan West won’t be equipped for tenants until 2022, 67-story One Manhattan West will be ready by autumn 2020 and provides a whopping 250,000-square-foot space inside. The massive space is not available in perpetuity, but it can fit Amazon’s needs until Two Manhattan is ready, according to the Post’s secret sources.

The Post noted, “Brookfield, which owns the two Manhattan West towers (and another at 5 Manhattan West, where Amazon is already a tenant), denied through a spokesman that it was leasing to the Seattle company. But multiple sources pointed to the company’s strict confidentiality agreements as a potential reason.”

Those same secret sources told the Post that Amazon is also thinking of renting space in the U.S. Post Office building across from the Brookfield buildings.

Amazon had originally planned to build a four-million-square-foot campus in Long Island City.

Queens residents were over the moon with the prospect of the rumored 25,000 jobs that were mentioned, as well as the effect on local businesses. Alfredo Ortiz, president & CEO of the Job Creators Network told the Post that for every job Amazon would have created, a multiplier effect would have affected five or more other local jobs.

The Post also noted, “The Long Island City deal would also have seen Amazon invest in a 600-seat public school; a workforce development and training space; an artists’ workspace; and 149,650 square feet of public open space, among other projects — all of which is now lost.”

In February, Amazon responded to the backoff regarding the Queens location:
"After much thought and deliberation, we've decided not to move forward with our plans to build a headquarters for Amazon in Long Island City, Queens," Jodi Seth, an Amazon spokeswoman, said in a statement. In the statement, Amazon noted that "a number of state and local politicians have made it clear that they oppose our presence and will not work with us to build the type of relationships that are required to go forward with the project we and many others envisioned in Long Island City."
Obviously-Cortexless celebrated the scuttling of Amazon’s plans, stupidly tweeting:
"Anything is possible: today was the day a group of dedicated, everyday New Yorkers & their neighbors defeated Amazon’s corporate greed, its worker exploitation, and the power of the richest man in the world."
Are you beginning to see how socialists envy success and hate successful people?

New York Governor Andrew "I Hear An Echo In My Head" Cuomo took a shot at AOC and her posse, issuing a statement in which he said, "A small group politicians [sic] put their own narrow political interests above their community -- which poll after poll showed overwhelmingly supported bringing Amazon to Long Island City -- the state's economic future and the best interests of the people of this state."

Let's remember, New York City voted for the empty suit named Cuomo. Why wouldn't they vote for a pretty empty head named Cortexless?

O'Rourke admits he's an 'A**hole' and apologizes to his staff for being one

In an article by the Daily Caller, 2020 presidential candidate Robert Francis "Beto" O'Rourke apologized to his campaign staff for being a "giant asshole" at times when he was running for the Senate against Ted Cruz.

It takes a big man to admit that he's a big a**hole but a small man to try qualifying it by adding "at times."

The Democratic Party's HBO site has a documentary premiering Tuesday called "Running with Beto." In the propaganda piece, O’Rourke is gathered with a group of campaign staffers to thank them before giving his concession speech after losing to Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in the 2018 midterm election.

“I just feel very, very lucky, and I love you guys more than you’ll ever know,” O’Rourke said in the video obtained by The Daily Beast. “I know I was a giant asshole to be around sometimes, and you all never allowed my shortcomings to get in the way of running the best campaign this state has ever seen.”

His other shortcomings are too long to mention, but a few of them are: a) his belief that people are interested seeing him getting his teeth cleaned at the dentist; b) his belief that people are interested seeing him get a haircut; c) his belief that free schools and free healthcare are free; d) his belief that writing a murder fantasy [that came out in March] in which the narrator runs down children in the street will bode well with the voters; and e) his belief that we are interested in his visit to a proctologist to prove that he is, indeed, an a**hole.

Cynthia Cano, his road manager, is seen giving a slight nod of agreement after O'Rourke calls himself a “giant asshole,” the Beast reported.
Beto's persona
O’Rourke was also exposed in a Reuters report as a member of one of the U.S.’s biggest hacking groups, called the “Cult of the Dead Cow.” He has also bragged about eating dirt after his Senate loss, and getting feces from his son's diaper and giving it to his wife as he tried to convince her that it was a green avocado.

Yes, this O'Rourke is a big a**hole but more importantly, he's a tad freaking crazy. He makes for a great progressive but a lousy president, which I strongly believe will never happen.

Anti-Semite scumcrumpets deface Jewish cemetery--France chalks it up to boys being boys

Bordeaux, France -- Three male anti-Semites students went on a cowardly drunken spree at a Jewish cemetery, the only functioning Jewish cemetery in Bordeaux.

They smashed several headstones, some by jumping on them, and drew swastikas on other headstones on Friday night, a police source told the French AFP news agency.

One of the scumbags was arrested and caught because he hurt himself in the anti-Semitic process. The schmuck stopped a passerby and asked for help. The help the passerby provided was a call to the police.

“At face value, this had nothing to do with anti-Semitism,” the anti-Semitically blind police official said. The report did not quote the officer as proposing any other explanation for the vandalism because there isn't many other explanations for the swastikas and smashing of Jewish headstones. The official was officially deemed an indifferent schmuck by the conservative press.

The cemetery dates back to the 18th Century when there was 327 Portuguese Jewish families in the town. Many of the tombstones are laid out horizontally in the Sephardic style and others stand 90 degrees to the ground.

The Jews first arrived in the 16th century, when they fled the Church-led Inquisition campaign of persecution in Portugal and Spain. They have been dead for centuries and still, their gravestones aren't left alone.

In France, Jewish community organizations have in recent years protested over law enforcement's handling of several crimes committed against Jews and Jewish institutions. They dealt with them as ordinary cases of violence or vandalism.

The protests were about those cases where evidence pointed to racist intent but law enforcement attributed the behavior to reasons such as: kids just having a good time, or boys being boys.

Take note, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib: Never . . . the hell . . . again!

Journalist claims abuse and that cops profiled her--then the truth came out

New Mexico -- Jenni Monet [no relation to the French impressionist], refers to herself as a self-styled "award-winning journalist,"  and Native American activist. She claimed that she was racially profiled at a liquor store and subsequently by the cops who responded to a call made by the store. She said that she was also a victim of police brutality.

But alas!  Surveillance video from the night of her arrest for aggravated DWI in Santa Fe, New Mexico, shows another side of the story, which includes the allegedly drunken Monet making obscene gestures at the liquor store employees and screaming obscenities at the cops as she was cuffed and arrested.

Court documents obtained by KRQE News 13 say the journalist was turned away by a liquor store in Santa Fe when she tried to buy two bottles of wine while allegedly appearing to be drunk. Perhaps the store employees would rather lose the money from a sale than for her to lose her life or that of another for drunk driving.

To watch the video click here.

According to surveillance video obtained by KRQE News 13, Monet pulls up to the store and goes inside, but is refused service. "She then went back out to her car before she went back inside, and started screaming and making obscene gestures toward the staff." [She can be seen "flipping the bird" in the video.]

After the encounter, both Monet and the employees at the liquor store called authorities.

Footage from the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department, which was also obtained by KRQE News 13, captured the activist’s seemingly belligerent behavior toward the police officer. Monet dropped the "F bomb" several times and referred to the police officer as a "fat-finger f***." Not nice. Not professional.

After Monet denies that she’s been drinking to a deputy, he asked the woman, "How come I can smell a really strong odor of alcohol?"

She also refused to take a sobriety test using expletives to explain her position.

Avenatti's no good very bad days lie ahead

Michael Avenatti is going to start his no good day in Manhattan Federal Court, just a stone's throw from the Brooklyn Bridge and New York's Chinatown. When he's finished his day, not as a lawyer, but as a defendant, he might head out for some interesting Chinese food along Mott Street and perhaps order his favorite dish: Sum Dum Fool. It comes with sticky rice and 69 years in the slammer.

Avenatti, 49, is scheduled to be arraigned on charges of trying to extort up to $25 million from Nike, the athletic apparel-maker, by threatening to expose claims that they paid off high school basketball players to steer them to Nike-sponsored colleges.

But wait! That's not all.

The chrome-dome lawyer is also scheduled to be arraigned on charges that he stole nearly $300,000 from pornography performer and alleged Donald Trump one-night-stand accuser, Stormy Daniels, the client who rocketed him to national prominence and put a rocket in his pocket, a spring to his step, and a strange discoloration in his southern hemisphere.

In the Nike case, the shyster is charged with one count of extortion, one count of sending interstate communications with intent to extort and two counts of conspiracy.

And he wanted to be President almost as much as Brian Stelter wanted him to be, and also to sit in his lap.

But wait, that's not all.

In the Stormy Daniels case, Avenatti is charged with one count of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft. If convicted on all counts, Avenatti could face a total of 69 years in prison. Not surprisingly, Stormy Daniels laughed when she heard that number.

Avenatti repeatedly has denied any wrongdoing [LOL] and is expected to plead not guilty to all charges. He claims to be a prince of a guy, "unlike Trump, who I'd like to punch in his f***in' face," he said in his best DeNiro voice to Brain Flushings' Bobby "The Punim" Ortez.

Avenatti was initially arrested on March 25 at a New York law firm where he had scheduled a meeting with Nike executives to allegedly extort their company out of millions.

On March 19, six days prior to that meeting, prosecutors said, Avenatti and a co-conspirator, identified as CNN celebrity attorney, Mark Geragos, met with attorneys for Nike and "threatened to release damaging information" if the company did not agree to make multi-million dollar payments to them, as well as an additional $1.5 million payment to a California youth basketball coach Avenatti claimed to represent [and probably owed that money to and would have likely screwed out of the money if the guy really existed.]

According to the U.S. government, Avenatti threatened to hold a news conference on the eve of Nike's quarterly earnings call and the start of the NCAA tournament to announce allegations of misconduct by Nike employees, at one point telling Nike's lawyers he would "take ten billion dollars off your client's market cap . . . I'm not f***ing around."

Yes, he was serious and will probably serve serious time in the clink and become friendly with guys named Bubba and Sledge.

Avenatti was indicted formally in the Nike matter on Wednesday, the same day prosecutors indicted him in the Stormy Daniels case, in which they claimed Avenatti stole two payments totaling $297,500 from an advance Daniels was supposed to receive from a book deal in the summer of 2018.

The book's tentative title was: "Put My Money Where My Other Greasy Money Is," according to "The Punim."

Court documents said Avenatti gave Daniels' literary agent an adulterated letter with her signature directing the agent to divert the money to an account controlled by Avenatti, who continues to prove his chances of becoming President of the United States of America.

Avenatti then allegedly spent the money "on airfare, hotels, car services, restaurants and meal delivery, online retailers, payroll for his law firm and another business he owned, and insurance."

I'll say it again, what a prince of a guy.

The indictment said that after "The Stormster" asked Avenatti why she had not received the first payment, Avenatti lied and claimed he was still trying to extract the money from the publisher. Weeks later, the lawyer allegedly "used funds recently received from another source" to pay Daniels the amount she was owed -- $148,750.

Soon thereafter, prosecutors said Avenatti received another payment of $148,750 from Daniels' agent and used the money on personal expenses, including a lease payment on a Ferrari which he refused to allow Brian Stelter to ride in.

When Daniels asked for the remaining money, Avenatti allegedly misled her, claiming that it was the book's publisher who was refusing to pay the amount to her literary agent. She was ready to put a hit out on the guy if he didn't fork over the bread, but then she learned who the real scumcrumpet was--the guy who was living big on CNN--Michael Avenatti.

Avenatti's legal issues have been quite formidable, but his troubles are not limited to New York, [where Bill de Blasio's Big Apple has troubles of its own.]

In March, federal prosecutors in Southern California accused Avenatti of committing bank fraud and wire fraud by embezzling settlement money from not one, not two, but five clients, including a paraplegic man, to pay personal expenses and debts — did I mention he's a prince of a guy? He also embezzled from his coffee business and law firm and would have gone after Little Sisters of the Poor, but they don't have much money to steal.

It's even rumored that Avenatti stole the paraplegic man's wheelchair battery to use as a spare for his Ferrari and once kicked a puppy because it was cute.

His mother must have been so proud of him when he graduated correspondence law school with a C+ average. "That's my boy. That's my Mikey boy," she must've told her friends at the beauty parlor. "You should see him with the girls. They're all over him."

According to U.S. Attorney Nick Hanna, Avenatti also obtained $4.1 million in loans from a Mississippi bank by using fraudulent tax returns that stated he made more than $14 million of his own money between 2011 and 2013 and had paid more than $1 million in estimated taxes to the IRS in 2012 and 2013.

In fact, investigators said, Avenatti owed the IRS $850,438 plus interest and penalties for the years 2009 and 2010, paid no personal income taxes for 2011, 2012 and 2013 and paid no estimated taxes in 2012 and 2013. In other words, Avenatti is a deadbeat, in the spirit of Bernie Sanders.

What a prince of a guy. Especially for what he did to the paraplegic man.

If convicted of all 36 counts in the California case, Avenatti faces up to 335 years in prison. He will be 384 years old when he finally walks out of prison,  [not counting the 69 years New York would have him serve], but he will not be permitted to practice law, even if somehow he wasn't disbarred because robots will be litigating by then.

Fake News Time by Ian Bremmer: Trump responds

Ian Bremmer, a Time Magazine foreign affairs columnist and editor-at-large, on Sunday posted a fake quote that he claimed was made by President Trump about "Sleepy Joe Biden" and Kim Jong Un.

The tweet said:
"President Trump in Tokyo: 'Kim Jong Un is smarter and would make a better President than Sleepy Joe Biden.'"
The quote, which Bremmer attributed to President Trump was widely promoted by media figures and Trump critics who always jump at the chance to attack him before confirming facts and later having to retract after hordes of people had already seen it and rarely read the retraction.

Bremmer later acknowledged online that he fabricated [aka lied] the "objectively ludicrous quote." Trump has since correctly responded by pointing to the incident as yet another example of "what’s going on in the age of Fake News."

According to the Washington Examiner and The Daily Caller, the quote was left up for several hours, giving Trump-haters plenty of time to see it. In the interim, several Trump critics promoted it, among them Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Confusion), Media Matters' Andrew Lawrence, and Compromised News Network (CNN) contributor Ana "My Feelings Don't Care About Your Facts" Navarro.

Navarro urged people not to "shrug" the quote off and declared Trump's falsified comment "praising a cruel dictator who violates human rights, threatens nuclear attacks, oppresses his people, and kills political opponents" as "NOT FREAKING NORMAL."

Navarro should have waited and checked the FREAKING FACTS before freaking out.

The Examiner's Jerry Dunleavy said that after the tweet went viral, Bremmer initially posted a defense of his fake quote, describing it as "plausible" and saying it was a comment on "the state of the media and the twitterverse today." But amid mounting pressure, Bremmer ultimately chose to delete the "objectively ludicrous quote."

It's also plausible that Ian Bremmer is a Russian agent hell-bent on destroying the office of the U.S. presidency and is having an affair with Vladimir Putin. But I wouldn't tweet it, nor defend it.

"If this alleged quote from Trump is accurate, it’s a huge propaganda win for the disgusting murderous tyrant that is King Jong Un," Dunleavy initially posted. "But if this quote is fabricated, it’s a truly deceitful piece of Fake News. And I’d like more than just Ian Bremmer’s say-so before I decide which." Dunleavy added in an update that Bremmer "has now admitted that he fabricated this viral Trump quote. And yet it is being shared by journalists and congressmen as if it is real."

Trump tweeted on Monday:
"[Ian Bremmer] now admits that he MADE UP 'a completely ludicrous quote,' attributing it to me. This is what’s going on in the age of Fake News. People think they can say anything and get away with it. Really, the libel laws should be changed to hold Fake News Media accountable!"
He may have a good idea going there--shouldn't those who make up false and damaging statements about someone, not only the President, be held accountable?

In spite of the fact that Trump never said the words Bremmer claimed, he actually did tweet over the weekend that he "smiled" when Kim described Biden as "a low IQ individual." While that's understandable, it isn't very good strategy on Trump's part.

People are getting tired of ad hominem attacks by politicians--especially attacks against Trump. So when Trump does it, it almost justifies the opposition and it makes him look thin-skinned.

Germany tells Jews to pretend they're gentiles

Felix Klein, Germany's government commissioner on anti-Semitism, recommends that Jews in his country would be wise to avoid wearing yarmulkes [aka kippahs or skullcaps] in public to avoid being attacked by anti-Semites. He did not, however, advise Muslim women to avoid wearing hijabs [head scarfs] or niqabs [face coverings] to avoid being attacked by Islamophobes, the same white supremacists who would attack both groups.

Klein, whose position was created last year, said in an interview published Saturday by the Funke Regional Press Group, "I cannot advise Jews to wear the kippah everywhere, all the time, in Germany."

He posited that “the lifting of inhibitions and the uncouthness which is on the rise in society” had contributed to the soaring rise in anti-Semitism, commenting, “The internet and social media have largely contributed to this, but so have constant attacks against our culture of remembrance.” Klein added that he had “changed his mind compared to previously.”

According  to The Guardian, “Anti-Semitic hate crimes rose by 20% in Germany last year, according to interior ministry data, which blamed nine out of ten cases on the extreme right. There were 62 violent anti-Semitic attacks, compared to 37 in 2017."

Israeli President Reuven Rivlin responded on Sunday. He said that he was "shocked" by Klein’s recommendation, adding, “Fears about the security of German Jews are a capitulation to anti-Semitism and an admittance that, again, Jews are not safe on German soil. We will never submit, will never lower our gaze and will never react to anti-Semitism with defeatism — and expect and demand our allies act in the same way.”

And what about those Muslim women wearing Islamic modesty gear? They're not bowing to white supremacy pressure either.

Richard Grenell, U.S. ambassador to Germany, wrote on Twitter:
“The opposite is true. Wear your kippa. Wear your friend’s kippa. Borrow a kippa and wear it for our Jewish neighbors. Educate people that we are a diverse society.”
In April 2018, Klein noted that part of the increase of anti-Semitism in Germany came from immigrants from the Middle East. And while this is true because Muslims have been taught throughout their history to hate Jews, the biggest problem in Germany [and the United States, for that matter] is the anti-Semitism coming from white supremacists.

Klein asserted:
There are several developments. One, of course, is the great influx of refugees and people who came to Germany that were raised and educated in countries that are still in the state of war with Israel, or that have been brought up with certain perceptions of Jews in Israel that are totally unacceptable to a German society. So we’re facing an integration problem. Because, of course, these people do not leave that image of Jews in Israel when they enter Germany … We have Palestinians in Germany that have lived here for a long time, and we see that crimes and incidents are also committed at a high percentage by people from that group.
But then Klein quickly added a default disclaimer:
“I would not say that generally Arabs or Muslims are anti-Semitic. That’s not true. You can’t generalize it. But of course there’s a certain image of Jews that is not acceptable.”
The main Islamic scripture, the Koran, is quite clear about Jews, depicting them as apes and pigs. Muslims are taught very early on that Jews are not to be taken as friends [as well as Christians, but mostly Jews.]

Asked which was a bigger problem, anti-Semitism from Muslim immigrants or from the far-Right, Klein answered:
I wouldn’t like to prioritize the kind of anti-Semitism to combat first. It is generally unacceptable. But what I think is particularly difficult, and absolutely unacceptable, is the way the extreme right is threatening and insulting Jews, also with historical prejudices and arguments. That’s particularly insulting to them. Whereas I think more aggression and physical attacks maybe generally fall more into the category of anti-Semitic attacks that are motivated by Muslims.
According to the interior ministry, right-wing extremists committed 90% of the 1,800 incidents in 2018. The real number of Islamic-animated anti-Semitic attacks in Germany is not well documented due to authorities characterizing Islamic anti-Semitism as right-wing anti-Semitism.

Of course all anti-Semitism is bad, but when considered globally, it is Islamic anti-Semitism that is more pervasive and damaging because it is part of the enormous Muslim culture.

France elects Le Pen's party due to security and immigration concerns

Brussels -- (Reuters) The exit polls have shown that Marine Le Pen has beaten French President Macron as it is becoming obvious that freedom parties are gaining in European Union elections. Le Pen's far-right party squeezed past the Macron alliance as French voters led what the pollsters believed would be a nationalist surge in an EU parliament election on Sunday.

Macron's defeat was narrow with a huge voter turnout that was seen all over Europe and is being portrayed by Brussels as a positive sign. However, there were serious gains for anti-EU groups, so Brussels may be "doing a Jerry Nadler," and trying to put a positive spin on the trouble they're having convincing voters that it's a good thing to be governed by un-elected foreigners.

Le Pen’s National Rally would get just one more seat than Macron’s En Marche, with 24 of France’s 74 in the European Parliament, according to the exit poll.

It will be interesting to watch how Le Pen will govern. She is considered by some to be

The election, like those across Europe, was a referendum on security and immigration issues, much like we're seeing here in the United States.

Macron’s office immediately put out a statement calling the performance — 22.5% for En Marche against 24.3% for the party of the woman he beat to the presidency — disappointing but no disaster. And it noted that pro-EU parties were in the majority.

The French Greens also did well, coming in third in a crowded field.

Congress seeks to stop feds from giving early release of terrorists for "good behavior"

So a guy, let's call him Mohammed, blows up a group of people watching a road race. Or a guy goes on a killing spree at an Army base and kills a bunch of soldiers. Or a guy beheads an American on YouTube.

Then somehow, maybe by a stroke of serendipity, the guy gets caught, goes on trial, gets convicted and is sentenced to 20 years in prison.

After a couple of years in which the guy prays 5 times a day, only eats properly prepared halal food, makes his guards wear gloves to handle the Qur'an that they bring him to pray with [because infidels are considered 'dirty'] the guy makes no trouble for his fellow inmates, most of whom are like him.

But in his head and heart, he still wants to kill anyone who refuses to follow "the religion of peace" in the same way he follows it. He wants the world to pray as he prays.

So after say, ten years, they review Mohammad's case. They find that he's been a model prisoner, in spite of the fact that he sometimes says things that are disturbing, like Islamic State people are his people. Like he still believes in "the cause," or "jihad."

But some folks on a parole board, fearing the label of "Islamophobia," voted for his early release on the basis of good behavior.

Finally, Congress is trying to prevent the federal government from releasing Americans convicted of terrorism from being released from prison for good behavior. The legislation comes in reaction to the recent early release of American Taliban scumbag John Walker Lindh, who was let out of prison after serving 17 years of a 20-year sentence. Perhaps the sentence should have been 120 years.

Lindh is an unrepentant piece of human excrement who, in 2015 wrote that the ISIS terror group was doing "a spectacular job."

The release of Lindh from prison for good behavior has pissed off Republican national security hawks in Congress and now prompted Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton (R) and Republican allies to initiate legislation to bar anyone convicted of terrorism charges from ever being released from prison for good behavior.

Of course, Lindh isn't the only American who has been sentenced to prison on terrorism charges since September 11. 2001. If the legislation passes, Cotton's bill will make certain that no other terrorist ever gets released early from prison. Meanwhile, let's hope we keep a collective eye on Lindh because he hasn't apparently changed.

"Our safety depends on keeping dangerous terrorists where they can't harm Americans, but right now even unrepentant terrorists are eligible for early release from prison, sometimes for so-called ‘good behavior,'" Cotton said in a statement announcing the legislation, which has already garnered support from Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL). "Supporting radical Islamist groups like ISIS is savage behavior, not good behavior. Our bill would make convicted terrorists ineligible for early release."

A similar version of Cotton's bill has been introduced in the House by Rep. Bradley Byrne (R-AL).

"A convicted terrorist walking free before his sentence is completed should never happen again," Byrne said in a statement.

Byrne backed the legislation after requests from the Spann family, who's son Johnny was the first American killed in combat in the Afghanistan war, when Lindh and other militant prisoners staged an uprising at the prison where they were being detained.

"The Spann family asked me to address this injustice, and I want to make sure no other family has to go through what the they have been through. The No Leniency for Terrorists Act will prevent terrorists from taking advantage of our laws to avoid paying their debt to society. We must ensure that terrorist will remain behind bars where they belong."

Spann's father, also called Johnny, said in recent interviews that Lindh's release was outrageous.

"It's not a slap in the face to me, it's a knife in the back," he was quoted as saying.

Lindh, while serving his prison terms, was unrepentant about supporting foreign terror organizations, writing as recently as 2015 that the ISIS terror faction was "doing a spectacular job."
