Top Dems Pelosi, AOC and others, claim ignorance on alleged Nike Youth Transgender Athlete study

Well, well, well, here's Nike tripping over its own swoosh. About a month ago, OutKick dropped the bombshell that the sportswear behemoth allegedly bankrolled a study on “transgender” youth athletes—yep, kids, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, the whole nine yards. Since then? Crickets from Nike. Not a peep, not a press release, nada. You’d think a company that loves plastering “Just Do It” on everything would at least say something.

But Nike’s not the only one playing mute. The Democrats, those champions of “progress,” have also zipped their lips tighter than a pair of skinny jeans. When OutKick first broke the story, GOP heavyweights like Ted Cruz, Marsha Blackburn, and Tommy Tuberville didn’t hold back, roasting Nike for allegedly funding experiments on minors. But the Dems? OutKick reached out to the usual suspects—Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), and California’s golden boy Gov. Gavin Newsom—and got nothing. Zilch. It’s like they saw our emails and hit “delete” faster than you can say “woke.”

So, OutKick said, “Fine, we’ll do it the hard way.” We packed our bags and headed to the swamp—er, Washington, D.C.—to ask these Dems face-to-face about Nike’s sketchy study. Spoiler alert: they didn’t exactly roll out the red carpet.

They tracked down Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), AOC, Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Sarah McBride (D-DE), and Crockett. Let’s just say their responses were less “open dialogue” and more “run for the hills.” Pelosi, ever the master of evasion, claimed she “didn’t understand what [we] said.” Instead of, you know, asking for clarification like a normal human, she scurried off to some media-free zone like a kid dodging homework.
Jasmine Crockett? She wouldn’t even let them get a question out. Just a hard “nope” and she was gone.

Sarah McBride, the Dem who thinks he's a woman, gave the ol’ “running late” excuse after an aide chimed in with “we have to go back to the office.” McBride tossed in an “I’m sorry” as they bolted, but it felt about as genuine as a prostitute's climax.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries heard the question loud and clear but played dumb, saying he was “unfamiliar” with the Nike study. Unfamiliar? Sure, Hakeem. And I’m “unfamiliar” with pizza. Rather than ask what the deal was, he hightailed it to a restricted area faster than you can say “cover-up.”

Then there’s AOC, the queen of performative progressivism. OutKick caught her after an Energy & Commerce Committee meeting, patiently waiting while she snapped selfies with adoring fans in the hallway. When we finally got a chance to ask about the Nike study, she hit them with, “I haven’t heard anything about that and I don’t want to comment on anything I don’t have any background on.” Translation: “I’m not touching that with a ten-foot pole.”

They pushed a little further, asking her thoughts on biological males competing in women’s sports. Her response? “I’m on my way to vote.” Oh, how convenient. Funny how she had plenty of time to pose for pics but couldn’t spare ten seconds to answer a real question. Priorities, right?

While these Dems dodged harder than a linebacker avoiding a tackle, their offices screamed their allegiances loud and clear. Strolling through the Capitol, OutKick couldn’t help but notice the decor. GOP Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) had a giant Trump photo front and center, a nod to the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania last year. Nancy Mace (R-SC) rocked a banner touting her fight to protect women. Meanwhile, Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) flew her pro-Israel flag high.

But the Dems? Oh, they were all-in on the rainbow. Transgender flags were proudly displayed outside the offices of AOC, Pelosi, and Ilhan Omar (D-MN). AOC and Omar’s doors were also covered in post-it notes—probably from their fan club—gushing with gems like “Keep being you,” “Thank you for everything,” and “Don’t stop fighting.” Fighting for what, exactly? Apparently not for answering questions about kids and medical experiment.

Michael Avenatti will never be POTUS because he's going to do a 4-year bid for fraud

Former CNN presidential hopeful, Michael Avenatti, will never be President of the United States and Brian Stelter, along with the entire cast of the Comedy News Network, is sad to hear that Mike, as they called him, will be doing a 4-year bid in the joint. "At least that's one less than a nickel," Wolf Blitzer opined.

Disgraced lawyer lost his case for cheating his former client, sex performer Stormy Daniels, [aka Stephanie Gregory Clifford] out of $300,000. He was convicted of aggravated identity fraud and wire fraud in New York federal court earlier in the year and faced up to two years in prison for the first rap and 20 big ones for the second.

Thirty months will be served concurrently with the  two-and-a-half-year sentence sentence he was previously handed down in a case in which he tried to extort  the Nike Corp. out of $25,000,000. If he's smart, [doubtful] he'll be a sucker ducker in the joint and avoid the spider monkeys, if you know what I mean.

Avenatti spoke after the sentencing and acknowledged the "series of mistakes" and "poor judgment" he made but never once mentioned CNN and his feelings for Brian Stelter.

"I will forever be branded ‘disgraced lawyer’ and worse," he said. [The 'worse' might be, for example: a-hole, scumcrumpet, slime-ball, and general turd.]

Ahead of sentencing, Avenatti had sent a letter apologizing to Daniels, but the judge said this gesture was "too little, too late." He did not send pictures of his genitalia nor did he ask her for one last chance.

Avenatti requested to be sentenced remotely but judge Furman denied the request, ordering him to appear.

"In the Court’s view, the gravity and significance of the sentencing proceeding would be ill served by a remote proceeding," Furman wrote.

For her part, Daniels took delight in the ruling, tweeting, ""See ya there, b--ch!... except I'm flying in first class. Buwahaha."

Avenatti rose to fame as the attorney for Daniels when she was trying to get out of an October 2016 agreement where she received $130,000 in exchange for her silence regarding her claim that she had an affair with former President Donald Trump in 2006. Trump has denied that the affair took place but who cares anyway? He's Trump and he does Trump things.

Avenatti has an upcoming retrial in California federal court in a separate case in which he is accused of stealing nearly $10 million from five clients. A judge declared a mistrial in the first trial last August after prosecutors failed to turn over relevant financial evidence.

Keep your schadenfreude fingers crossed.

Dem Sen. Wyden refuses to not support China's slave labor

Wyden heils Herr Nike

For a man whose parents had to flee Nazi Germany during the Holocaust, Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) doesn't seem to care about others who are unable to flee from captivity in China and are under the constant threat of torture and genocide.

Wyden callously blocked bipartisan efforts on Wednesday to push through a bill that would ban imports from communist China's Xinjiang region where genocide against religious minorities is being carried out and the work that creates products from that region is being done with slave labor.

And Hillary Clinton called Trump voters "deplorables."

“Wyden blocked a bill that would ban goods made with forced labor in China’s Xinjiang region after Senator Marco Rubio [R-FL] rejected his request to add an unrelated extension of the child tax credit,” Bloomberg News reported. “The bill has broad bipartisan support and was on track for quick final passage by unanimous consent after having cleared the House by a voice vote.”

What was Wyden thinking? Oh wait! Nike, whose shoes are made in China, has lobbied Congress to weaken the bill, is the top financial contributor to Wyden.

So money talks and morals walk.

“I am completely sympathetic to my colleague from Florida, my colleague from Oregon, to the fight against genocide and forced labor,” Wyden falsely claimed. “They got me at hello on their proposition. I also feel incredibly strongly, incredibly strongly about our vulnerable children and our vulnerable families that are going to be cut off from an essential lifeline unless the United States Senate acts.”

Communist China is so evil with its genocide of religious minorities that even the Biden administration sees the problem and announced a diplomatic boycott in early December of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing.

“The Biden administration will not send any diplomatic or official representation to the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games given the PRC’s ongoing genocide and crimes against humanity in Xinjiang and other human rights abuses,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said earlier this month. “The athletes on Team USA have our full support. We will be behind them 100 percent as we cheer them on from home. We will not be contributing to the fanfare of the Games.”

“U.S. diplomatic or official representation would treat these Games as business as usual in the face of the PRC’s egregious human rights abuses and atrocities in Xinjiang. And we simply can’t do that,” Psaki added. “As the President has told President Xi, standing up for human rights is in the DNA of Americans. We have a fundamental commitment to promoting human rights. And we feel strongly in our position, and we will continue to take actions to advance human rights in China and beyond.”

Following the powerful statement by Psaki, Australia, Canada, the UK, and Lithuania joined the bandwagon. All have agreed to a diplomatic boycott and Lithuania announced that they will not even be attending the Games and therefore can avoid the embarrassment of not winning any medals again.

BREAKING: Michael Avenatti gets 30 months in the slammer, cries like a baby in court

Former CNN hopeful for the U.S. presidency and a man who earned a special place in the heart of Brian Stelter, disgraced lawyer Michael Avenatti was sentenced to two and a half years in prison Thursday for trying to extort up to $25 million from China's shoe and clothing company known as Nike. The normal sentence for similar crimes is often up to 9 years, Avenatti will serve less than one third the time [if you do the math and you're not Joe Biden].

While addressing the court prior to sentencing, the tough guy lawyer cried like a lost child.

This case is only one of several the scumbag is currently having to deal with. Judge Paul Gardephe of the Southern District of New York ripped Avenatti a new one during the sentencing but still gave him a break on the time he will have to spend being careful not to drop the soap in the shower, if you know what I mean.

“Mr. Avenatti’s conduct was outrageous," the judge told the Washington Examiner. "He hijacked his client’s claims, and he used those claims to further his own agenda — which was to extort millions of dollars from Nike to enrich himself. Mr. Avenatti had become drunk on the power of his platform, or what he perceived the power of his platform to be. He had become someone who operated as if the laws and rules that apply to everyone else didn’t apply to him.”

U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman and the prosecution team wrote in the case filing: “The defendant, a prominent attorney and media personality with a large public following, betrayed his client and sought to enrich himself by weaponizing his public profile in an attempt to extort a publicly-traded company out of tens of millions of dollars. This was an egregious abuse of trust, and it warrants real and serious punishment.”

Avenatti’s defense team pleaded with the judge for leniency. They argued that Avenatti had faced enough public humiliation during the case already. In other words, if you get caught and are sufficiently embarrassed by what you did, that should settle it. Balderdash!

“Avenatti’s epic fall and public shaming has played out in front of the entire world. The Court may take judicial notice of this fact, as Avenatti’s cataclysmic fall has been well-documented. He is openly mocked by the former President of the United States and his preferred media outlets, to the glee of millions of the former President’s followers and supporters,” the attorneys wrote.

“He cannot go anywhere in public without inducing and subjecting himself to vitriolic comments and abuse. These circumstances alone would deter anyone in Avenatti’s shoes from engaging in similar conduct,” they said.

Fortunately for Avenatti, he will not be going anywhere in public for a while. He was found guilty of the extortion scheme in February. In spite of the notoriety of the case, Brian Stelter has not reported on his crestfallen feelings over the sentencing, but reliable sources who wish to remain anonymous say that Stelter has, like Avenatti, been seen crying.

But that is not the case with former President Donald J. Trump who lately appears to have a spring in his step.

Mike Avenatti is broke: maybe CNN can spot the dude the dough

Porn lawyer Michael Avenatti is dead broke and cannot afford his legal fees, according to Dean Steward, his attorney.

Steward filed a motion in federal court Saturday detailing Avenatti’s financial woes and is now asking for taxpayers to cover his costs. You can bet if he gets his way, and he probably will, the legal bill is going to skyrocket to a ridiculous dollar amount.

“The bottom line is that Mr. Avenatti has run out of funds, and faces a complex trial lasting as long as six weeks,” Steward wrote in a filing to the federal judge overseeing one of Avenatti’s three ongoing criminal cases. The funds to which he is referring that Avenatti ran out of consisted of money he scammed off his clients.

The Compromised News Network (CNN) is now distancing themselves from Avenatti, in spite of having once supporting his plan to run against President Trump in this year's presidential election. [Chris Matthews, who no longer works for CNN due to his involvement in sundry sexual misconduct scandals, was unavailable for comment. Others who have not been caught in sexual misconduct scandals have also not come forth with wallet in hand.]

Avenatti ran into legal and money problems last year when he was represented by attorneys in the federal public defender's office after the lawyer he had retained quit. The porn lawyer then brought in Steward, who he claimed was "incredibly well-qualified," which is an endorsement most lawyers would not relish.

"But the retainer has long since run out and defendant does not have funds to pay counsel,” Steward claimed. He's proposing to stay on the case and get paid under the rules for indigent clients.

“Such an arrangement would save considerable taxpayer funds, over starting fresh with new … counsel.” And it would likely fill Steward's money silo to the top.

The scumcrumpet's financial difficulties was filed under seal with the court, away from the eyes of taxpayers and for now, the prosecutors. We don't yet know if Judge Selna in Los Angeles would be ruling on the matter but we do know that Avenatti's chances of running for POTUS have been dashed along with the hopes and dreams of the Democrat Party, particularly Maxine Waters.

Avenatti, like many others imprisoned, was allowed to leave federal custody because of coronavirus concerns. Since April he’s been living in the Southern California home of a childhood friend under strict rules imposed by the court. It isn't known whether his childhood friend is aware that Avenatti is living there.

Just kidding--his friend knew. In fact, his friend was recently forced to answer questions to determine whether his porn lawyer buddy had violated those terms – such as through impermissible use of internet-capable devices.

Selna appeared satisfied with the friend’s responses. He said Avenatti’s conduct “does not merit any action at this time.”

The disgraced lawyer faces three-dozen counts of fraud, tax evasion and other alleged crimes. You would think with all that corruption, money would be no object for the weasel. He was convicted in February of attempting to extort millions of dollars from the Nike Corp. and is also accused of bilking money from pornography performer Stormy Daniels [aka Stephanie Gregory Clifford], his most famous client.

Fun Fact: Stormy Daniels, who President Trump referred to as "Horse Face," knows more positions than Joe Biden has changed his positions on policy.

Avenatti has not been sentenced yet in the Nike case and is awaiting trial in the other two. If justice is served, he will be spending the rest of his miserable life in the slammer and it's doubtful President Trump will pardon him.

Cheer Up: Michael Avenatti was arrested

If you're feeling down in the proverbial dumps and nothing seems to be going right this week, cheer up--the feds arrested porn lawyer and CNN hopeful for the 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Michael Avenatti.

Avenatti was arrested by Internal Revenue Service agents on Tuesday night during a break in a disciplinary hearing in Los Angeles over allegations the high-profile shyster scammed his client out of $840,000.

The arrest went down around 6 p.m. outside the State Bar Court, where the State Bar of California has initiated proceedings against him.

“I can confirm that he was arrested by federal agents," Avenatti's lawyer Dean Steward said. "I anticipate a bail hearing at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Magistrate's Court in Santa Ana. I haven't seen the details of the warrant, but should have it later this evening.“

It isn't certain that CNN has reported this story yet because nobody watches CNN and thus no information was available regarding their garbage reporting.

Avenatti did not return to the court when the hearing resumed possibly because he was indisposed. His attorneys called for a sidebar with the judge and said he would not be able to return due to circumstances related to a criminal matter in Orange County.

The former so-called lawyer for sex performer Stormy Daniels is accused of fraud, cheating on his taxes and lying to investigators. Federal prosecutors allege that he embezzled funds from clients. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles, told Fox News that Avenatti was arrested on suspicion of violating his pre-trial release, but specific details were not made clear.

"I do expect him to appear in federal court in Santa Ana tomorrow," he said, adding that documents related to the arrest were under seal.

Hearts are being broken as this is being written. Rachel Maddow, the entire staff at CNN, Chris Matthews--heck, Chrissy is practically in tears now that he and Mikey will not be going for that cup of coffee Matthews suggested.

Avenatti was scheduled to travel to New York on Tuesday night for his criminal trial over his alleged plot to extort $25 million from sports apparel giant Nike.

At least in his mind, nothing he has ever done was anything less than not guilty. Just ask Stormy Daniels how she feels about him. When a porn performer see you as a low-life, well, it doesn't get much lower.

Woman who thinks she's a guy sues Nike for not calling her "they"

We are living in a crazy world where people with gender identity disorder are now considered normal and their diagnosis thrown out with the aborted baby in the bathwater. I know that sounds offensive because it is, but that's how crazy things have gotten.

A former Nike contractor who is a biological female because of her YY chromosomes and female genitalia, has sued the company and a staffing firm that hires for Nike, alleging that they permitted a hostile work environment because coworkers refused to go along with her delusion that she is a man, because she isn't, by not referring to her as "they," "thrm," or "their."

Some might see the refusal as a therapeutic form of reality-testing, but leftists see it as a justified limit on free speech, or any speech leftists deem offensive.

CBS News reports that computer engineer Jazz Lyles worked for Nike between May 2017 and September 2018. She "identifies as transmasculine and prefers the pronouns they/them/their," and wants $1,100,000 in so-called damages, because as a dude, her male sensibilities have been hurt and she has been crying over those meanies at Nike for oh, so long. Sigh.

The lawsuit states, “When someone refuses to acknowledge a person’s gender identity or insists on referring to them by a gender to which they do not identify (called misgendering), this causes real and significant harm. This is particularly true when a person is misgendered repeatedly on a daily basis.”

So we are being told that if a woman tells us she's a man, we are to go along with her delusion or face a lawsuit for our correct interpretation of her biology, First Amendment be damned.

The lawsuit also states, according to biz journals.com, “In efforts to maintain a positive brand image and reputation, Nike has stressed inclusivity with its ‘Be True’ campaign, emphasizing equality and diversity to the public, and utilizing transgender athletes as part of that campaign. However, behind closed doors, Nike’s culture is one of inequality and pervasive harassment for those who do not fit the gender stereotypes and mold of the dominant cisgender white male culture.”

It is also a culture of praising a cop-hating, knee-taking, mediocre football player with a grandiose sense of entitlement.

In response, Nike claims that it “is committed to a culture of diversity, inclusion and respect where everyone can succeed and realize their full potential.” Even the mentally ill who need help rather than confirmation of their false beliefs.

In September last year, Lyles filed a workplace discrimination complaint with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. She said, "The talked a great game on LGBTQ issues, but when you ask them to actually stand up for these issues, it gets communicated to you that you are the problem.”

The Willamette Week reported:
Lyles started at Nike’s campus on May 1, 2017, working on IT teams that combined independent contractors with Nike employees and supervisors. Lyles was paid $62.50 an hour. Lyles says from the beginning, colleagues insisted on referring to them as “she” and “her” and greeting them by saying such things as “Hey, girl, what’s up?”
Now that seems uncalled for as it sounds like taunting, and if it was, she makes a good case in that regard. But let us not pretend she isn't a woman.

CBS News reports that the suit claims that coworkers termed Lyles “stupid” and “unstable," which may or not be true. It isn't nice, but it's free speech.

According to the network, other complaints are: one colleague reportedly told Lyles, “I know I’m not supposed to call you ‘she-male,'” another employee allegedly eschewed working with Lyles, and another refused to use Lyles’ preferred pronouns for religious reasons.

The company did administer training regarding gender pronouns, according to the lawsuit, but it made Lyles feel singled out and made tensions worse in spite of her being the catalyst of the training.

Michael Avenatti blames his arrest on 'vindictive' prosecutors

New York -- Porn lawyer, former CNN regular and 2020 presidential hopeful Michael Avenatti is asking a judge to dismiss criminal charges against him regarding the extortion of Nike. He blames his arrest not on what he allegedly did, but on vindictive prosecutors.  He has released material that his own lawyers say support his claim Nike was paying amateur athletes.

If that is true, it does not seem to exonerate him for trying to get Nike to pay him to keep his mouth shut.

Avenatti's attorneys filed papers Wednesday in Manhattan Federal Court, saying that he, a loudmouth who gained fame by representing pornography performer Stormy Daniels, and by attacking President Trump on social media, is being unfairly targeted by the Justice Department.

Unless one takes the crime of extortion seriously.

The lawyers wrote that Avenatti was facing criminal charges in part because of “his aggressive public persona, long feud with President Trump, and brief entanglement with” New York prosecutors who blamed him for spoiling a planned meeting with Daniels last year in their probe of ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

Sure, the Democratic New York prosecutors are all on Trump's side against this shyster piece of human waste, who bilked one of his clients, a paraplegic man, out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

And Cohen is serving a three-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to charges.

“President Trump, the leader of the Executive Branch, and his family have demonstrated genuine animus toward Mr. Avenatti,” the lawyers said, failing to mention that this should have actually worked in Avenatti's favor. “President Trump’s son, Donald Trump, Jr., gleefully celebrated on Twitter when Mr. Avenatti was arrested on March 25.”

So did most patriotic Americans.

Prosecutors declined through a spokesman to comment.

Avenatti has pleaded not guilty to charges he tried to extort up to $25 million from Nike by threatening to publicize claims the sportswear company enabled payouts to promising young athletes and their families.

Avenatti also represented Stormy Daniels over a nondisclosure deal regarding Daniels’ claims that she had an affair with Trump.

Avenatti is charged separately with defrauding Daniels in a book deal, and he faces federal fraud charges in California related to clients. He has denied wrongdoing over and over and over.

But it's Trump's fault. Everything wrong in the world is somehow President Trump's fault.

Nike boycott grows like a tumor

Nike had come out with a "Betsy Ross" flag shoe which was ready to go for the July 4th holiday, except their activist spokesman, Colin Kaepernick, a former mediocre football thrower in the NFL, didn't like the idea that the American flag was on display at the heel of the shoe. It offended him because it was flown several hundred years ago when America had slaves.

Originally, Kaepernick claimed that he was protesting against police brutality when he refused to stand for the national anthem and "took a knee." But he was lying then as we can see--it's all about the American flag, not what he first claimed. It's similar to the way leftists used to pretend that they wanted abortions to be safe, rare and legal, but now we know they want abortion to be carte blanche and as often as possible.

But Americans are apparently getting fed up with the Kaepernick nonsense and calls to boycott Nike are gaining traction online.

On Tuesday, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) encouraged folks in a Twitter post to just #WalkAwayFromNike.

Cruz tweeted:
I love America. I stand for the anthem, respect the flag & honor the men & women who fought to defend our Nation. I respect Free Speech & I’m exerting mine: until [Nike] ends its contempt for those values, I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE NIKE PRODUCTS.
#WalkAwayFromNike [retweet] if you agree.
On the previous day Cruz had posted:
It’s a good thing [Nike] only wants to sell sneakers to people who hate the American flag.
As of Tuesday evening, the tweet has received nearly 10,000 retweets and some 19,000 likes.

Following the lead of Sen. Cruz, others online joined in, detailing their displeasure with Nike and vowing to steer clear of their products.

“Nike pulling your shoes with the Betsy Ross flag marginalizes the contribution of iconic America women. I stand for the values our flag represent. #walkawayfromnike,” one woman posted.

“Nike has become ridiculous. There are plenty of clothing companies that don’t get mixed up with identity politics,” another user said. “Dump Nike stock and clothes. #walkawayfromnike.”

But there was a wonderful outcome in this mess.

In response to the unpatriotic Nike move, Governor Doug Ducey (R-AZ) announced Tuesday morning that his state would be withdrawing financial incentives promised to Nike. And why not--states don't have an obligation to provide financial incentives to major corporations.

Gov. Ducey tweeted:
Nike has made its decision, and now we’re making ours. I’ve ordered the Arizona Commerce Authority to withdraw all financial incentive dollars under their discretion that the State was providing for the company to locate here. Arizona’s economy is doing just fine without Nike. We don’t need to suck up to companies that consciously denigrate our nation’s history.
Can I get an "Amen."

FreedomWorks, a grassroots organization, called on Nike CEO Mark Parker to unify Americans, rather than dividing us.

I know that I will #WalkAwayFromNike and go for New Balance, Asics and other brands which, in many cases, are better than Nike. I will not support an American company that does not support the USA.

Walk away from Nike--just do it--walk away.

Avenatti's no good very bad days lie ahead

Michael Avenatti is going to start his no good day in Manhattan Federal Court, just a stone's throw from the Brooklyn Bridge and New York's Chinatown. When he's finished his day, not as a lawyer, but as a defendant, he might head out for some interesting Chinese food along Mott Street and perhaps order his favorite dish: Sum Dum Fool. It comes with sticky rice and 69 years in the slammer.

Avenatti, 49, is scheduled to be arraigned on charges of trying to extort up to $25 million from Nike, the athletic apparel-maker, by threatening to expose claims that they paid off high school basketball players to steer them to Nike-sponsored colleges.

But wait! That's not all.

The chrome-dome lawyer is also scheduled to be arraigned on charges that he stole nearly $300,000 from pornography performer and alleged Donald Trump one-night-stand accuser, Stormy Daniels, the client who rocketed him to national prominence and put a rocket in his pocket, a spring to his step, and a strange discoloration in his southern hemisphere.

In the Nike case, the shyster is charged with one count of extortion, one count of sending interstate communications with intent to extort and two counts of conspiracy.

And he wanted to be President almost as much as Brian Stelter wanted him to be, and also to sit in his lap.

But wait, that's not all.

In the Stormy Daniels case, Avenatti is charged with one count of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft. If convicted on all counts, Avenatti could face a total of 69 years in prison. Not surprisingly, Stormy Daniels laughed when she heard that number.

Avenatti repeatedly has denied any wrongdoing [LOL] and is expected to plead not guilty to all charges. He claims to be a prince of a guy, "unlike Trump, who I'd like to punch in his f***in' face," he said in his best DeNiro voice to Brain Flushings' Bobby "The Punim" Ortez.

Avenatti was initially arrested on March 25 at a New York law firm where he had scheduled a meeting with Nike executives to allegedly extort their company out of millions.

On March 19, six days prior to that meeting, prosecutors said, Avenatti and a co-conspirator, identified as CNN celebrity attorney, Mark Geragos, met with attorneys for Nike and "threatened to release damaging information" if the company did not agree to make multi-million dollar payments to them, as well as an additional $1.5 million payment to a California youth basketball coach Avenatti claimed to represent [and probably owed that money to and would have likely screwed out of the money if the guy really existed.]

According to the U.S. government, Avenatti threatened to hold a news conference on the eve of Nike's quarterly earnings call and the start of the NCAA tournament to announce allegations of misconduct by Nike employees, at one point telling Nike's lawyers he would "take ten billion dollars off your client's market cap . . . I'm not f***ing around."

Yes, he was serious and will probably serve serious time in the clink and become friendly with guys named Bubba and Sledge.

Avenatti was indicted formally in the Nike matter on Wednesday, the same day prosecutors indicted him in the Stormy Daniels case, in which they claimed Avenatti stole two payments totaling $297,500 from an advance Daniels was supposed to receive from a book deal in the summer of 2018.

The book's tentative title was: "Put My Money Where My Other Greasy Money Is," according to "The Punim."

Court documents said Avenatti gave Daniels' literary agent an adulterated letter with her signature directing the agent to divert the money to an account controlled by Avenatti, who continues to prove his chances of becoming President of the United States of America.

Avenatti then allegedly spent the money "on airfare, hotels, car services, restaurants and meal delivery, online retailers, payroll for his law firm and another business he owned, and insurance."

I'll say it again, what a prince of a guy.

The indictment said that after "The Stormster" asked Avenatti why she had not received the first payment, Avenatti lied and claimed he was still trying to extract the money from the publisher. Weeks later, the lawyer allegedly "used funds recently received from another source" to pay Daniels the amount she was owed -- $148,750.

Soon thereafter, prosecutors said Avenatti received another payment of $148,750 from Daniels' agent and used the money on personal expenses, including a lease payment on a Ferrari which he refused to allow Brian Stelter to ride in.

When Daniels asked for the remaining money, Avenatti allegedly misled her, claiming that it was the book's publisher who was refusing to pay the amount to her literary agent. She was ready to put a hit out on the guy if he didn't fork over the bread, but then she learned who the real scumcrumpet was--the guy who was living big on CNN--Michael Avenatti.

Avenatti's legal issues have been quite formidable, but his troubles are not limited to New York, [where Bill de Blasio's Big Apple has troubles of its own.]

In March, federal prosecutors in Southern California accused Avenatti of committing bank fraud and wire fraud by embezzling settlement money from not one, not two, but five clients, including a paraplegic man, to pay personal expenses and debts — did I mention he's a prince of a guy? He also embezzled from his coffee business and law firm and would have gone after Little Sisters of the Poor, but they don't have much money to steal.

It's even rumored that Avenatti stole the paraplegic man's wheelchair battery to use as a spare for his Ferrari and once kicked a puppy because it was cute.

His mother must have been so proud of him when he graduated correspondence law school with a C+ average. "That's my boy. That's my Mikey boy," she must've told her friends at the beauty parlor. "You should see him with the girls. They're all over him."

According to U.S. Attorney Nick Hanna, Avenatti also obtained $4.1 million in loans from a Mississippi bank by using fraudulent tax returns that stated he made more than $14 million of his own money between 2011 and 2013 and had paid more than $1 million in estimated taxes to the IRS in 2012 and 2013.

In fact, investigators said, Avenatti owed the IRS $850,438 plus interest and penalties for the years 2009 and 2010, paid no personal income taxes for 2011, 2012 and 2013 and paid no estimated taxes in 2012 and 2013. In other words, Avenatti is a deadbeat, in the spirit of Bernie Sanders.

What a prince of a guy. Especially for what he did to the paraplegic man.

If convicted of all 36 counts in the California case, Avenatti faces up to 335 years in prison. He will be 384 years old when he finally walks out of prison,  [not counting the 69 years New York would have him serve], but he will not be permitted to practice law, even if somehow he wasn't disbarred because robots will be litigating by then.

Muslims warn Nike about a shoe that steps on Allah's name

The name of Allah is everywhere you look. It's in nature, it's in the sky, in butterflies, it's basically everywhere. Now it's even on the sole of the Nike Air Max 270 running shoe, and boy, that's really angering some practitioners of the religion of peace. In fact, they're spitting mad at Nike for daring to place the holy name of Allah on the sole of a shoe where it meets road, mud, dog crap, you name it.

Literally thousands of people are demanding Nike recall its shoe, saying that the "blasphemous" logo is offensive to Muslims, and you know what can happen when you get some of them angry. [I added the words "some of" to be PC.]

A Change.org petition, which garnered more than 14,000 signatures by mid-day Wednesday, claims that the logo resembles “Allah,” the Arabic word for God, written in Arabic script, the only language Allah knows how to speak, evidently.

Petitioner Saiqa Noreen says the logo “will surely be trampled, kicked and become soiled with mud or even filth.” She's hoping Nike will replace it with the map of Israel instead.

“It is outrageous and appalling of Nike to allow the name of God on a shoe,” Noreen wrote. “This is disrespectful and extremely offensive to Muslim’s and insulting to Islam.”
It also looks like a Hebrew letter
Noreen is also demanding Nike recall the "blasphemous and offensive shoe and all products with the design logo resembling the word Allah from worldwide sales immediately."

A Nike spokesperson told "Today" that the logo is nothing more than a “stylized” version of the Air Max trademark.
Read the wing carefully--do you see it?
Do you see it?
"Nike respects all religions and we take concerns of this nature seriously," the spokesperson said. "The AIR MAX logo was designed to be a stylized representation of Nike's AIR MAX trademark. It is intended to reflect the AIR MAX brand only. Any other perceived meaning or representation is unintentional."

As much as Nike sucks for putting Colin Kaepernick out there as its spokes weasel, I have to believe that they're innocent of intent here, and that Muslims are overreacting, or simply acting like leftists and looking for something to be angry over.

I hope that 2019 will be the year you follow Brain Flushings and have a few laughs while you get a conservative viewpoint. Politics is the new NFL without the mindless kneeling and this blog will both inform you and hopefully entertain you bigly.
