Lerner learned from Hillary

It looks like Lois Lerner, the IRS official investigated for Tea Party targeting scandal, attended the Hillary Clinton School of Internet Insecurity. Now the IRS admitted in federal court that Lois had a second email account.

The name Lerner used on this covert account was "Toby Miles," the same name as her pooch. Why she chose a handle belonging to a mongrel is anyone's guess.

Nostril-flaunting Lerner

The IRS admission was first reported by The Washington Times on Monday in an open-records lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, who is currently suing to see pretty little Miss Lerner's emails that were sent during her targeting of conservative groups for further IRS scrutiny. The targeting goes way above and beyond how the IRS scrutinizes liberal groups.

Geoffrey Klimas, an attorney representing the IRS, told the court that another email account in addition to her official government account, was discovered as they prepared for the hearing.

"In the process of preparing this status report and for the August 24, 2015 release of Lerner communications, the undersigned attorneys learned that, in addition to emails to or from and email account denominated 'Lois G. Lerner' or 'Lois Home,' some emails responsive to Judicial Watch's request may have been sent to or received from a personal email account denominated 'Toby Miles,'" Klimas said.

Toby is the dog, Miles is her husband's last name.

The IRS concluded that the account was a personal one used by Lois Lerner, who, like Hillary, seems to never learn. They are reviewing previous releases to Judicial Watch and will provide an update in a few days to conclude if any new searches need to be done or any documents need to be re-released with different redactions.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch said that "This is the latest in a parade of obstruction from the IRS and the Department of Justice on these issues." And like the Hillary Clinton cluster fart, he pointed out to Fox News how putting sensitive government information on a non-government account was "disturbing."

Fitton explained that a special counsel should be appointed in this case as both the IRS and DoJ knew about the Toby Miles account for some time.

Fitton then added that "the IRS scandal is not over."

Neither are the Hillary Clinton scandals.

Lois Lerner: "I look like crap"

Conservatives are "evil and dishonest,"  even "hateful," says the woman's emails who led the IRS in a frontal assault on conservative nonprofit organizations. She plead the Fifth Amendment after she testified of her innocence about her illegal involvement in the IRS scandal, and somehow got away with not testifying any further.

The newly released emails show us just who this woman with the 1967 hairdo and flat affect really is. Calling Republicans "evil and dishonest" while trying to put the screws to conservative nonprofits is doing God's work, in her dead eyes, I imagine.

The emails were part of a bipartisan report released by the Senate Finance Committee on August 6th. It shows Lerner "up close and personal" to use ABC's sportscaster, Jim McKay's oft used words.

The report found evidence that the Obama administration's political agenda and Lerner's personal politics impacted on how she did her job, as well as other employees with the same political bent, doing theirs, says Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) chairman of the Finance Committee.

The one issue Lerner was "right on the money" about was her statement regarding how the press handled the story. "I looked like crap," she said. "I don't look like that anymore, but it serves their purposes of hate mongering to continue to use those images."

She should have stopped writing after the first sentence. She will always have dead eyes and flat affect. She will always look like crap to those organizations of which she acted like crap to destroy.

Libs Above the Law

According to Stephen Dinan of the Washington Times, it seems that Lois Lerner is not going to be prosecuted for Contempt of Congress in spite of her contempt of Congress. The so-called Obama  administration informed House Speaker John Boehner of the news explaining to the sometimes tearful Speaker that Lerner did not waive her Fifth Amendment rights which would have compelled her to answer questions that would have definitely incriminated her.

But dude, that's ancient history anyway. What was it, like two years ago? You need to move on [dot org]. 

Lois, who gave up a hair modeling career with Alberto VO5, is still not out of the woods legally as she is still under scrutiny.

"We are gratified but not surprised by today's news," Ms. Lerner's high taxpayer priced lawyer, William W. Taylor III, said. "Anyone who takes a serious and impartial look at this issue would conclude that Ms. Lerner did not waive her Fifth Amendment rights. It is unfortunate that the majority party in the House put politics before a citizen's Constitutional rights," the sleazeball added.

It's a shame that a public servant put politics before duty and used her Constitutional rights to get away with unlawful behavior. Hey, isn't that what Islamic organizations like CAIR do? Anyone who isn't mentally married to the mainstream media and knows the whole story will see through Taylor III balderdash. Perhaps he's correct about her Constitutional rights, but he absolutely knows  that he's defending a scumcrumpet in Lois Lerner.

I give credit to the six Democrats who sided with morals and ethics and refused to tow the party line and voted along the House Oversight Committee's decision to hold her in contempt. This came after her May 2013 appearance in front of the committee when she made a statement proclaiming her innocence but then refused to answer their questions to defend her claim.

It seems that she wants to have it both ways: to make a statement about her innocence, but then refuse to answer to that statement. She's an Obama Democrat so it worked.

Hillary appears to be on the same path with the Select Congressional Committee on Benghazi. She dumped her emails and doesn't worry about the repercussions. She said that she dumped only the personal emails about Chelsea's wedding and yoga plans but gave all government emails up.

Who sends over 30,000 personal emails and then dumps them, especially those of important family history? You save those emails and you immediately dump those that would get you in trouble.

Like Lois and Hillary, and like many liberals who aren't very smart, they don't realize that conservatives see through their obfuscating ploys. 


The game should be over for them, but it never is.

Obama's War on the US Constitution

Killing Anwar al-Awlaki via drone was justified by the Obama administration as long as it was done in accord with applicable laws of war. 

So it's okay for Obama to kill Americans because we're in a "war on terror" but how is it that we've released five terrorists and now we have the Benghazi attack mastermind on his way to the USA where we plan to treat him like a common criminal? Isn't this one of the the terrorists with whom we're at war?

This administration does what it wants to whomever it wants because they believe that they are above the law, and unfortunately, our other two branches of government does nothing to disprove this notion.

Guns are run into Mexico using straw buyers paid by the DoJ, and congress does nothing about it other than whine.

The New Black Panthers intimidated white voters at a polling place in Philadelphia, but Eric Holder's DoJ decides not to pursue the case and congress again, sits on its hands as Obama wins a second term.

The Benghazi terrorist attack, where Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans were killed ends in a dead end, it seems, while the administration stalls for time as more scandals erupt, and then it's "Dude, that was two years ago." And nothing is done other than congressional fuss-making.

The IRS scandal has Lois Lerner taking the Fifth and we now learn Lerner lost two years of emails. How convenient. And how incredibly convenient that her hard drive was also gone. If Lerner was not trying to target  conservative groups, then why is the left making excuses rather than being angry over a government agency acting inappropriately? But questions are asked by congress and they only get five minutes each to question the suspects who then filibuster without really answering anything of substance.

The Associated Press and the James Rosen scandals? Let's not go there now--freedom of the press deserves more than a paragraph here.

We are no longer the nation we once were. We are no longer a nation of clear laws when political interests are involved. And we need to demand from our representatives that they do a better job stopping the lawlessness of the administration. We obey and protect our Constitution, not shred it like somebody's emails must have been.

IRS's Koskinen Holds a Clinic on Arrogance

John Koskinen, the new arrogant leader of the IRS (Irritating Ridiculous Scumsuckers) was grilled in a congressional hearing today. The result of the grilling was a shouting match that sounded more like a Mexican cock fight than a group of gentlemen trying to get to the bottom of the controversy of how the scumsuckers lost thousands of emails that would have likely put Lois Lerner behind bars. As of this writing, Ms. Lerner still walks amongst us and is receiving her salary in full. Not a bad gig.

Paul Ryan (R-Wis) sparred with Koskinen, "This is unbelievable," he said. "That's your problem, nobody believes you."

Koskinen responded, "I have a long career; that's the first time anyone's said I don't believe you."

Ryan shot back, "I don't believe you."

When asked by the House Ways and Means Committee to apologize, the bald-headed stooge said that he didn't feel he had to apologize for the agency that takes our money and squanders it on idiotic "training videos," expects us to have years of our own records intact, and then loses the only ones that are relevant in the case against Lois Lerner. That, boys and girls, is arrogance.

"I don't think an apology is owed," Koskinen said. "We haven't lost an email since the start of this investigation."

Well lah dee dah. The problem isn't that the IRS hasn't lost emails since the investigation; the problem is they "lost" the emails that are the only ones that are important to the investigation. Oh, and then you destroyed the hard drive. That is so unbelievable as to be ludicrous.

It is likely that those emails are still available in the cyber world. They are probably on a server and certainly they have to be on the recipients' servers. I say check the White House server and see what's what.

Coincidences and Coverups

Ahmed Abu Khatalla is captured after 2 years since his involvement with the Benghazi 911 attack that killed our ambassador and 3 Americans. Hillary Clinton gets interviewed by Fox News Network practically at the same time we learn of this. Coincidence?

The IRS loses 2 years of emails that would have clarified the involvement of Lois Lerner and perhaps Barack Obama in the scandal that targeted conservative groups, keeping them from obtaining their tax exempt status. Then 6 more IRS officials had "the dog eat their emails."  Another coincidence?

Obama trades 5 Taliban terrorists for a lowly Army deserter. This happens at the same time when he is planning to close the Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility. Now there's talk of him releasing scores more of these dangerous thugs. Yet another coincidence?

We had the Fast and Furious scandal, Benghazi, Bergdahl, Solyndra, the IRS, AP, NSA, James Rosen, and the New Black Panthers voting suppression scandal, lest we forget. One administration, so many "phony scandals." 

We have to ask ourselves the question: what are the chances we will ever get the hard evidence, the communications, emails and the like, about these scandals? Probably about as much chance as catching Jay Carney being totally truthful about Obama.

According to the Associated Press, the Obama administration last year cited "national security" 8,496 times to withhold information requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This is a 57% increase from the previous year. In fact, 36% of FOIA requests made in 2013 were either censored or denied, and in 196,034 other occasions, the "dog ate the homework" excuse was used--that is, they simply could not find the records requested.

So "the most transparent administration ever" is exactly the opposite of that claim. It should give you pause to wonder what other lies have they told, and what are they not telling us.

Obama's "Look! Squirrel" Strategy

It should have occurred to you by now that Obama and his team of crafty incompetents have been playing a game of "Mental Three Card Monty" on the American people. There is a strategy they are using and it seems to be working.

When a scandal breaks, and this only seems to happen once a week or more, the first thing they do is to tell the public that this is the first they heard of it. Good thing Obama was watching MSNBC at the time or, wait, not MSNBC, let's say Fox News, when they heard about Fast and Furious, or the IRS, or the Associated Press, or Benghazi, or Veterans Administration scandals. Had he not seen it on the tube, he would have been in the dark just like MSNBC.

Next, Obama and his peons tell the public that he/they are as outraged as they are and come hell or high water, they are going to get to the bottom of this doggone thing.

Then they wait long enough for another crisis to come along that gets the public's attention. I call this the "Look, Squirrel" strategy.

Now they tell the public that they've looked into the first scandal and found this to be a phony one. Nothing to see here, folks.

But if that doesn't work, they dismiss the scandal by saying crap like, "Dude, that was two years ago."

Hopefully, you will not fall for Obama's strategies; most conservatives don't.
Most of us see how nothing Obama was outraged over was fixed. Nobody was really brought to justice, and nobody was held accountable.

Dr. Shahil Afridi, who is still in prison for helping us get Osama bin Laden was not helped by us after all he had done for our country. He is still in a Pakistani prison.

Eric Shinseki is still the Veteran Affairs Secretary in spite of the extraordinarily gross mismanagement of the agency--even with Obama's full knowledge since 2008--and even with all the outrage Obama "mustered."

Saeed Abedini is still in an Iranian prison for the crime of being a Christian in Iran. He is an American and has been tortured extensively to the point where he was recently hospitalized for two months and the bastards even tortured him in the hospital. Obama is outraged, but Abedini hasn't felt any less pain by all Obama has done for him. Nothing. Just outrage.

The IRS scandal outraged Obama until it no longer did. Lois Lerner is still walking free amongst us--her head held high; her bouffant proudly blowin in the wind. She pleads the Fifth Amendment and so far, she and Eric Holder have not been made to atone for their contempt of congress.

We have veterans dead because they couldn't get admitted to a VA hospital (now 26 are involved in the scandal at this time), but we have Bradley Manning, a convicted traitor, who demands a sex change operation from the same hospital system that allows our veterans to die, and it looks like he may get his way.

 What used to be called "Aiding and Abetting the Enemy" is now called "Foreign Aid."

The Scandal Vandals

To say the Obama administration gets its people from Craigslist is an insult to Craigslist. The targeting of conservative groups by the IRS is looking into the emails of Lois Lerner and hoping to prove that she was doing the targeting, not some doofus in Cincinnati. So far, Lois, who had previously plead the Fifth Amendment, may be forced to testify because prior to he plea, she made claims of her innocence. She is a lawyer who should have known better, but perhaps her arrogance got in the way of her judgment.

The left wants the IRS targeting investigation to go away, but according to a Fox News poll, almost half of America believe the IRS was involved in the targeting. The public doesn't want it to go away--they want it pursued. One would think that both sides of the aisle would be concerned about an arm of government serving one party while attacking the other, but Democrats don't care about this while they're in power. Hopefully, this will change soon.

Benghazi is another issue the public sees as a cover up. Fully 61% of Americans across the political spectrum believe that what happened there on September 11, 2012 was incompetence mixed with a generous portion of cover up. There seems to be no doubt that Obama et al knew almost instantly that an anti Muhammad video had nothing to do with the attack. Certainly Hillary knew this when she lied to the families of the victims and told them that justice will be served when they incarcerate the poor slob who made the movie about the pedophile prophet of Islam. 

Hillary Clinton's words may continue to haunt her in 2016--one can only hope.  She knew it wasn't just a bunch of guys going out for a walk, and she knew it made a difference.

A New York reporter, is captured by Islamist terrorists who demand the release of three Gitmo prisoners in exchange for him. If the president refuses their demands, they plan to behead the reporter and videotape it for the Internet. Contempt for Lois Lerner to be Decided

Lois Lerner  testified on her own behalf again this past March. Now a House committee will meet next week to determine whether she should be held in contempt of Congress. You see, you can't say that you're innocent of the charges brought against you (in this case, the charges were targeting the Tea Party and conservative organizations) and then refuse to answer questions to question that claim. In other words, you can't testify and then say you refuse to testify.

Hey, I'm a Liberal: Fool Me 87 Times, Shame on Me

Another Obamacare delay, but Kathleen Sebelius says it isn't a delay and like a bunch of Democrats swore, there would be no more delays. So of course they delayed the mandatory sign-up to mid-April. So Sebelius et al, lied to the American public about the fact that there were to be no more delays.

People will save, on average, about $2500 a year under Obamacare, our illustrious president said. The complete opposite is true, and in many cases people will spend thousands more to get coverage, and the deductibles are astronomical in many cases. This was a lie to the American public and still, nothing has been done about it.

If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, period; but the truth is only if he or she takes your new coverage. That did not work out well for tens of thousands of people. A lie, if there ever was a lie.

If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan; period. Tell that to the tens of thousands who lost their healthcare plan.

We were told that Benghazi was a spontaneous attack spurred on by an anti-Muhammad (peas be up in him) video. Hillary said this, Obama said this, Susan Rice said this, and others tried to say this but were unable to speak due to the location of their heads in respect to their butts. Big liars all.

Fast and Furious, where Eric Holder of the DoJ allowed weapons to be brought into Mexico, where straw buyers got them into the hands of drug cartels. Some ended up killing Agent Brian Terry, but Eric Holder said he was unaware of the scheme. I have no doubt that Holder ordered the scheme, and unfortunately no proof, that he's lying.

Lois Lerner and people high up in the Democratic food chain in the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups and groups with the word "patriot" in their title. Obviously, this shows that people like Lerner, and those Democrats she schemed with, do not like patriots and thereby do not like patriotism, and our nation, one might surmise. At least not our nation as it has stood for two plus centuries (and not the 400 years of Constitutional law that Sheila Jackson-Lee believed).

Harry Reid (D-UT) allegedly gave $1500 in campaign money to his granddaughter, which he denies. While trying to make this scandal go away, he is accusing the GOP of being the reason Putin took Crimea. I believe Reid should be made to apologize to the GOP for the slandering he tried to give them, and he should be made to release all documents regarding his granddaughter's contributions. Then I believe he needs to write 1000 times "I am a girly-man with a girly-man's voice."

Obama warned Syria that if they crossed his "red line" there would be terrible consequences to pay. They crossed for free. What a lie.

Obama warned America that the IRS scandal, when it originally made the news, was totally unacceptable and he was going to get to the bottom of it. He also pledged to get to the bottom of the Fast and Furious crime. In all cases, there was no bottom to get to.

I could go on and on and on, but you get the idea. Liberals lie all the time. When they say, "Hello," they're lying. 

How many times does a liberal have to get lied to before becoming aware they are lies? The answer is simple--there is no number of times because the liberal couldn't tell a lie from the definition of what 'sex' is, and what 'is', is.

A Dozen Questions by a Conservative

1. If Starbucks can refuse service to gun owners, why can't a photographer refuse service to people they don't want to serve? What about bakery owners? Starbucks is anti-gun and believes that they have the right to refuse people service, even the police who may be carrying guns and simply want a cup of bitter coffee. 

On the other hand, a Catholic parade, Saint Patrick's, lost the sponsorship of Diageo, the parent company of Guinness and Heineken, and Sam Adams Beer, in New York City and Boston, respectively. The parade organizers refused to make the parade an endorsement for gays advertising their sexuality and the beer companies rescinded their sponsorship. Gay banners announcing sexual orientation have nothing to do with the parade.

2. Why do people who attack God, symbols of religion, and Christianity more specifically, fail to attack Islam, and even defend it in some cases? I suspect the answer is simple: our Judeo-Christian practices are peaceful and make for easy targets. Islam, on the other hand, is not so peaceful, especially when even mildly criticized. But maybe I'm misguided. What do you think?

3. How has president Obama's policies made America stronger, safer, and respected by the world community?

4. Why is there no outcry from women's organizations like NOW, against the treatment of women in Islamic countries?

5. Why hasn't gay or lesbian groups like GLAAD spoken out against the treatment of gays in Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and other Muslim nations? They complain like hell when we refuse them the chance to march in our straight parades, but maybe if we did the same thing they do in Iran, hang them from public scaffolding for their crime against Allah, they'd sing a different tune. Maybe a show tune.

6. Why do liberals say the discussion is over about climate change? And why did they change the term to "global warming?" All of the facts are not in, and much of what we know is only theory.

7. Why hasn't congress done anything of substance to Hillary, Holder, and Lerner?

8. Why isn't there a real outcry, a livid response, about the fact that a number of people of the Muslim Brotherhood have visited our White House and met with Obama and nothing was revealed about the substance?

9. Why don't conservatives boycott companies that espouse anti-American and/or anti-Constitutional sentiments?

10.Why do we allow politicians to skirt around the issues and refuse to answer questions?

11. Why do liberals think that blacks should only vote the way they would like blacks to vote? Do they believe that blacks should not have free will?

12. Has Jay Carney ever told the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? What about his boss?

Tainting the Fifth

Why does Lois Lerner want a delay on testifying in front of Congress? Does she need to make back room deals with people up at the top? Does she think she's Superman's girlfriend and can do whatever she wants because she`s protected? Or does she simply want to cut a deal for immunity?

My guess is immunity.

This is what arrogance looks like

When she testified before Congress and said she was innocent and then "took the Fifth," it seems pretty obvious that she testified on her innocence and disqualified herself.

If Issa and his committee allow Lerner to have immunity, I think that would be a travesty of justice. I say, no delays, no immunity, and no Fifth Amendment.
