Train carrying GOP lawmakers hits truck on tracks, 1 dead

Photo: Fox News
An Amtrak train carrying about 200 GOP members on their way to a Republican retreat, the Greenbriar Resort in West Virginia, slammed into a dump truck on Wednesday. One person in the truck was killed and at least one other person who was aboard the truck was treated on scene and taken away by helicopter and is in critical condition.

There were some minor injuries by those on board.

"It was a very high-speed collision," said Rep. Jeff Denham (R-Calif.) who was aboard the train, told Fox News. "There was no braking that was felt. We hit an immediate impact and went from 70 to zero very quickly."

Two Amtrak employees received non-life threatening injuries and were taken to hospital.

The train is now returning to Charlottesville and the lawmakers are planning to travel on to the retreat.

"There is one confirmed fatality and one serious injury. There are no serious injuries among members of Congress of their staff," White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement. "Senior Administration officials are in regular contact with Amtrak and state and local authorities. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone that has been affected by this incident."

The extent of the injuries is unclear but mainly are minor.

As this is being posted, the train has arrived in Charlottesville and the passengers will be taken via bus to the retreat.

Amtrak is run by the government and has a history of screw ups. Perhaps this one belongs on that list but we will see what comes out of an investigation.

Hamas founder shoots himself in the head: remains in critically dead condition

He was considered by many the world's most prestigious anti-Semite since Adolf Hitler. Imad al-Alami (aka "Mad Al") critically killed himself by accident when his personal weapon was pointing at his head when it went off.

Fawzy Barhoum (aka Lousy Fawzy) spokesman for the terror group made the announcement saying the genius shot himself on January 9th. It turns out Alami never took a gun safety course with the NRA or any other group that offers them.

It was reported that the bullet went right through his zabiba, pierced the brain killing all 2,004 cells instantly, and sent Alami on his journey to Jannah to meet his virgins.

Al-Alami, 61, with a matching IQ was "inspecting his personal weapon in his home and is in critical condition," Barhoum said at the time.

The Hamasshole was rushed to a Gaza City hospital where a crack team of online medical school graduates worked on him with no success.

Dr. Mamoud M. Mohammad, one of the attending online medical school graduates said, "Al-Alami looked so peaceful as he lay there on the table, with the blood pouring out of the hole in his head. We did all we could to save him and tried to repair his brain, but we didn't have much to work with and poof, he was gone."

Al-Alami was considered one of the Gaza terror group's most important assets, due to his close ties with the Iranian government, a major sponsor of Hamas. He also had a very warm, very close relationship with Hezbollah head Hassan Nasrallah, another client of the Iranian regime.

In recent years, al-Alami operated out of Turkey. He had been receiving medical treatment there and was scheduled to undergo anger management class there, but killed the teacher and refused to go to another class.

He was considered to be a founding father of Hamas and returned to the Gaza Strip in 2012, where he previously served as deputy chief of Hamas' Political Bureau [aka "The Office of Deception"] and once chaired its "Intifada Committee."

In November, 2016, al-Alami was said to have been selected as Hamasshole chief Ismail Haniyeh's designated successor and camel driver.

The shooting incident fueled a number of conspiracy theories. Some blame the Jews because they always blame the Jews for everything they can. Some blame Donald Trump. Some even say Donald Trump is a Jew and this is why he killed Alami.

The truth is, this couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

Kim slays 'em

The one job more hazardous than being a New York City gypsy cab driver above 98th Street on the East Side, is being a political officer in North Korea.

The Hermit Kingdom is going full-guns on top political officers to prevent the regime from falling apart under incredible pressure caused by international sanctions, says General Vincent K. Brooks, the top commander in South Korea.

Speaking at the Wall Street Journal, Brooks said the people Kim is ordering as items for target practice are being accused of corruption. Recent reports suggest that a key figure of Kim Jong Un's inner circle was reportedly executed by death squad.

"We're seeing some increase in executions, mostly against political officers who are in military units, for corruption," Brooks said. "[The executions] are really about trying to clamp down as much as possible on something that might be deteriorating and keeping it from deteriorating too quickly."

Brook's comments came after rumors that Hwang Pyong-so, a vice marshal who held a top senior post in North Korea's military, was reportedly expelled and "punished" for "impure attitude."

Hwang hasn't been seen since Oct. 13. South Korea's spy agency reported back in March that Hwang and his deputy, Kim Won-hong, were killed according to Yonhap News Agency.

Kim Won-hong was supposedly sentenced to a year in a NoKo prison camp. As for Hwang, many of Kim Jong Un's latest actions indicate that the one guy Kim Jong Un trusted for around ten years, has been executed, possibly be the same firing squad that killed Kim's uncle, Jang Song Thaek.

Gen. Brooks said that North Koreans are defecting via routes that were rarely used before, such as crossing the Demilitarized Zone. Two North Korean soldiers have defected through the Joint Security Area in less than a year, which was a way rarely seen previously.

But you can be sure, in spite of the immense international sanctions place against North Korea, their leader, Kim Jong Un, is not starving, only his people are.

DACA pair arrested for human smuggling

San Diego -- Two DACA dudes, one who's under the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals program and the other whose DACA protection expired, were busted on suspicion of human smuggling in two separate incidents last week.

The program gave illegal immigrants who were brought here as children 2-year renewable permits protecting them from deportation and allowing them to take jobs away from Americans.

The thinking about these DACA recipients is that they're not responsible for the behavior of their parent(s). It's analogous to the idea that if your parent steals a computer from someone and gets caught and is sent to jail, his child gets to keep the computer.

President Trump announced in September the program would end in March 2018.

The first arrest occurred on Wednesday near Torrey Pines State Beach after border agents were sent there after a resident spotted what appeared to be a smuggling incident, federal officials said.

After further investigation, agents spotted a vehicle suspected of being involved and pulled it over on Interstate 5, near Dairy Mart Road around 12:00 noon.

Officers found three men inside: the driver, a 20-year-old DACA recipient whose status had expired, and two Mexican nationals, ages 21 and 22, suspected of being in the country illegally.

The driver and his cousin, the 22-year-old passenger, told federal agents they had been involved in human smuggling in the area. The driver, who may not have been aware that Barack Obama is no longer the President, was taken into federal custody.

The second incident occurred on Thursday around 8 a.m. Two folks were arrested by Border Patrol agents in East County on suspicion they were in the US illegally when the agents saw two suspicious vehicles on Buckman Springs Road in Campo.

The agents followed one of the vehicles, a blue Honda sedan, and stopped it at a checkpoint where they conducted an immigration inspection.

The drive, a 22-year-old Mexican national who lived in Riverside County as a DACA recipient, eventually admitted to agents that he and another driver were scouting the area to help a group of smugglers, federal officials said.

This man also committed other acts of human smuggling and is currently in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security and awaiting removal proceedings.

Agents later arrested another man, a 25-year-old US citizen, who is also suspected to be part of the smuggling scheme.

Israel linked to 2,700 assassination operations in 70 years

Armed drones, poisoned toothpaste, exploding Qurans and cellphones, and spare tires with remote control bombs. Killing enemy scientists and outing the secret lovers, male and female, of Islamic holy men.

A newly released book details these techniques and claims that Israel has carried out at least 2,700 assassinations in its 70 years of its modern day existence.

Although many attempts failed, such as toilet paper that bursts into flames when used [Middle Eastern people wash after they go, they don't use paper products for that purpose] the number of successes add up to far more than any other Western country, Ronen Bergman's book says.

Bergman, the intelligence correspondent for Yediot Aharonot newspaper, convinced agents from Mossad, Shin Bet and the military to tell their stories and the result is an expose of Israel's sponsored assassinations of those who were a danger to the Jewish State.

The book titled "Rise and Kill First," resulted from a thousand interviews and thousands of documents which resulted in over 600 pages. It makes the case that war was avoided by assassinating six Iranian nuclear scientists, for example, rather than launching a full-scale military attack.

It also makes a powerful case that Israel used radiation poisoning to dispose of Yasser Arafat, the longtime Palestinian anti-Semite who masterminded the attack on the Israeli soccer team at the 1972 summer Olympics, in Munich, Germany.

Eleven Israelis were taken hostage and eventually murdered, along with a German policeman. The group responsible, Black September, demanded that 234 prisoners jailed in Israel, and the German-held founders of the Red Army Faction be released.

Bergman said that Arafat's death in 2004 fit a pattern and had support, but he does not flatly assert what happened and added that Israeli military censorship prevents him from revealing what he knows, if indeed he knows something about the death of the scumcrumpet.

The title of the book comes from the Jewish Talmud admonition: "If someone comes to kill you, rise up and kill him first." Bergman said that of those he interviewed for the book, a majority cited that passage as justification for their work.

A military lawyer also said that such operations are a legitimate acts of war.

And let's face it, Israel likely prevented an all-out blood bath with their surrounding enemies by killing those who worked hard to kill them.

War movies anger leftists, especially emasculated men

The movie "12 Strong" opens this weekend and depicts the first military response to the Taliban in Afghanistan following the September 11, 2001 terror attacks on American soil.

It is a story about a dozen Marines who befriend members of the Afghan Northern Alliance and go to fight on horseback against an enemy that greatly outnumbers them.

The movie is about heroes.

Leftists don't like heroes because they feel threatened by them. This is why many leftist "men" wore pussy hats at the Women's Day March to oppose President Trump and the nation. In fact, these leftists want Hollywood to stop making war films because they promote "backwards" ideas and "glorify outdated models of masculinity."

Easy for lefties to say that since we aren't at war now in our homeland. Not on the scale as Afghanistan is at war. If we were, this would be a non-issue and these same leftists would do whatever they could to have someone else defend the nation so that they could go on complaining.

Thank God, our "toxic masculinity" stopped ISIS overseas, with the leader scurrying to save his own dirty butt into the recesses of Pakistan and destroying the Al Qaeda network of scum-wafers, the group that killed 3,000 Americans on that day in 2001. None of the leftists complained about our response by George W. Bush after those building came down--I saw it happen--I'm from the New York City.

According to The Intercept, [an ironic word describing a military action, often involving air combat, used by a media outlet made of snowflakes] it's time to end the glorification of heroics demonstrated in war.

"Hollywood has shown itself capable of making excellent war movies (think "Three Kings," "Paths of Glory," and "The Best Years of Our Lives"), but most are problematic," writes Peter Maass (the 'Ma' is silent). "Some of the biggest war movies of the post-9/11 era don't just show violence in ways that are often gratuitous and occasionally racist [he had to get that word in there somehow]. They model a cliched form of masculinity that veers from simplistic to monstrous."

Maass's criteria for a great war movie are totally met in "12 Strong," but the movie undermines his leftist ideology.

"In the same way that Hemsworth's assault weapon goes rat-tat-tat and the bad guys fall like bulleted dominoes, the scene itself checks off one born-in-Hollywood cliché after another: of the rugged gunslinger, the warrior in camo, good versus evil, the modern vanquishing the profane, a man at his fullest," Maass whimpers.

If we could all just hug it out, there would be no war.

Maass has reported on war and should know better, but his politics outweighs reality.

Clueless California teacher insults US military as 'lowest of the low'

A rather clueless California teacher, Gregory Salcido, doesn't realize that we live in a time when everyone has a mobile phone and most have the ability to video and photograph. If Salcido had this awareness, he wouldn't have ranted in the classroom against the armed forces of the United States, calling them "the frickin' lowest of the low."

A student caught it on video and it went viral.

The El Rancho High School history teacher, who also serves as an elected Pico Rivera city councilman and was once mayor (can you guess which party?), even said that those in the military overseas are failed students who had no choice but to serve."

By the way, the party in question is . . . Democratic! Good guess.

"Think about the people you know who are over there," the moron is heard saying on the video. "Your freakin' stupid Uncle Louie or whatever. They're dumb s***s. They're not high-level bankers. They're not academic people. They're not intellectual people."

"They're the freakin' lowest of our low."

Because this cow paddy is obviously an intellectual genius, one can easily freakin' see.

And he isn't intelligent enough to consider who in his class has a family member in the military, and who might, therefore, seek to complain or record him. In fact, this guy, if he ever served in the military, would probably get himself and his brothers in arms killed. In the Marine Corps, we refer to guys like him as 'sh**birds.'

This sh**bird is also heard questioning why military recruiters were allowed to visit the school.

I can answer that: because it gives morons the right to question why military recruiters were allowed to visit the school.

"We don't allow pimps to come into the school," he says, comparing military recruiters to his father.

The post on Facebook with the ranting videos had almost 1.5 million views as of Saturday, the Orange County Register reports.

District Superintendent Karling Aguilera-Fort told the newspaper that he hadn't spoken to the Salcido because the teacher is in New York, but would be disciplined upon his return.

The sh**bird posted a statement on his personal Facebook page from New York.
"The Salcido 3 just got out of an excellent musical, 'The Band's Arrival.' I turned my phone back on to unexpectedly see a storm. I don't think it's wise for me to make any specific comments, but I want my friends, family, and students to know we are fine and we respect the rights of free expression for all individuals."
But he actually did make a specific comment about the First Amendment. Great.

I hope he gets fired, ends up jobless, and has to enlist to make ends meet.

Pico Rivera Mayor Gustavo Camacho issued a statement that simply said the city was founded upon the "principles, values and sacrifices of our many veterans who when called upon, served with great pride and honor."

The student said he shot the video Jan. 19 in a government class at the Pico Rivera school. He took out his cellphone when Salcido began lecturing another student who wore a US Marines sweatshirt. "I was very angry," the student said.

He apparently shot the video surreptitiously from beneath his desk.

The student told the Register that the teacher went too far when saying those in the military were stupid and only joined as a last resort.

"It was so disrespectful to my dad and my uncles and all veterans and those still in the military," the student who shot the video said. His father was a Marine Corps veteran (pronounced 'Corpse' by Obama) and fought in Afghanistan, Desert Storm and Vietnam.

He said the video wasn't meant to go public but his mother shared it with her friends "and now it's this."

Salcido clearly isn't the swiftest lily in the stream.

In 2010 he was accused by a parent of making inappropriate comments about race to his summer school class, the Register reported. He denied the allegation and was suspended for the remainder of the summer session.

In 2012, he was accused of smacking one of his students who he said was disruptive.

I'd like to see that sh**bird try smacking a Marine . . . including a Woman Marine.

Let me just say, that I have met some of the brightest and most patriotic people in the military, having actually been in the military. I doubt that Salcido has ever served, nor actually knows anyone, knows them at a deep level, who has actually served.

The military is one of the very few branches of government that works efficiently, and they are willing to die so that sh**birds like Salcido can have the right to say whatever stupid things enter his small mind.

Jay-Z feeling hurt by Trump's word

Jay-Z feeling 'hurt' over Trump's word
"We have a President that comes and says every African country is a 'sh**hole country,' how does that land with you as a dad?" CNN's Van Jones, an avowed communist, asked the rapper, Jay-Z.

"It is disappointing and it's hurtful. It really is hurtful," Jay-Z said with feigned seriousness. "Everyone feels anger, but after the anger, it's really hurtful."

The rapper, a longtime pal of former President Obama, said Trump's comments were especially disappointing coming from the nation's leader.

As a dad, Jay-Z is simply appalled.

"Because it's looking down at a whole population of people and it's so misinformed because these places have beautiful people and beautiful everything. This is the leader of the free world speaking like this," he added somberly.

The rapper surmised that Trump's vulgarities toward African nations came from some of the same misconceptions that Jay-Z has about women, often referring to them as "Hoes" in his 'artistry.'

The song, "More Money, More Cash, More Hoes" is just one example of this. It's also a song with very violent lyrics. But check out the lyrics of most of his 'artistry' for yourself to get a sense of how hurtful he must feel over the word 'sh**hole.'

Jay-Z also refers to black people by the "N" word, a word only black can use, in spite of its repulsive past. And the rapper throws around "F bombs" like it's cool.

But referring to a country as a 'sh**hole' is "hurtful, very hurtful."

And he apparently doesn't like law enforcement very much.

But a guy who writes a song titled: "F**k All Night" shouldn't be talking about feeling hurt by what President Trump said. Not even "as a dad."

For the lyrics of some of his sensitive, pro-feminist and artistic "work," check him out.

Trump willing to sign revised Paris climate deal

Photo: AP file
President Trump said on Sunday that he would be willing to sign the Paris climate accord if the treaty undergoes major changes.

The President met with global condemnation last June when he said the United States was pulling out of the Paris climate accord. He called it a "bad deal" for our nation's economy and even said 'very, very bad deal' at one point.

Mr. Trump supposedly remains firm in his criticism of the Paris accord, possibly because it was signed by former President Barack Hussein Obama, a man believed to be born in Kenya, according to President Trump's previous statements. But whether Obama was or was not born in Kenya, as president, he acted as if he disliked the United States of America.

"The Paris accord, for us, would have been a disaster," Trump told Britain's ITV channel in a Sunday interview.

"If they made a good deal . . . there's always a chance we'd get back," he said mostly in monosyllables, and described the current agreement as "terrible" and "unfair" to the US.

But let's face it, even having the United Nations in the United States is unfair to the US. The unpaid parking fines alone, accrued by UN diplomats could run a small country. What we pay annually to the UN is far more than any other country, big or small.

The treaty was agreed upon by 197 nations in 2015 after tough negotiations in Paris. All countries pledged to make carbon-cutting moves running into 2030. In the meanwhile, countries can still pollute as they make industrial advances while the US and other nations have already cut back on carbon emissions.

"If somebody said, go back into the Paris accord, it would have to be a completely different deal because we had a horrible deal," Trump repeated.

"Would I go back in? Yeah, I'd go back in . . . I would love to."

In early January President Trump said the US could "conceivably" return to the deal under more favorable terms, raising the question as to whether he was bluffing about pulling out of the Paris deal in the first place in order to acquire more lax emission targets.

California, on the other hand, is making it a finable offense for a waitperson to hand out plastic straws to customers unless they ask for one.

Those straws are killing the planet along with fast food sandwiches, and President Trump is one of the biggest perpetrators of Big Mac pollution.

Taliban 'hostage' allegedly used rope in his sexual assault

Photo: Nathan Denette/The Canadian Press via AP
Taliban "hostage" Joshua Boyle, the Canadian who, in October 2012, along with his then-pregnant wife, went backpacking in Afghanistan [because that's a normal destination for backpackers, especially pregnant ones] is now facing a host of new charges including accusations that he carried out a sexual assault with ropes and one sexual attack with a broomstick, after he was freed from captivity by Pakistani troops.

Boyle, 34, who was arrested this month in Ottawa, is the hubby of 31-year-old American Caitlan Coleman Boyle. She bore three children while being held by the Taliban.

The specifics of the accusations against Boyle has not yet been released and a court order prevents publication of Boyle's alleged victim. But Boyle appeared on a video link from an Ottawa detention center in a courtroom. He is now facing an additional 19 charges after prosecutors dropped the original charges.

The CBC reported that one of the charges accused Boyle of administering the alleged victim with Trazodone, an antidepressant. Another accuses him of misleading police into believing someone was suicidal to divert suspicion away from himself.

During the conference, the judge ordered Boyle to undergo a full psychiatric examination. He was found fit to stand trial but his lawyer, Lawrence Greenspon, told the court that Boyle would benefit from a fuller assessment at a mental health facility.

Boyle, who may be an extremist sympathizer, is scheduled next to appear in court March 26th.

Cuckolding okay for gay men study claims, but CNN generalizes

In a fake news report by CNN, a study by David Ley, Justin Lehmiller and potty-mouth Dan Savage was cited that claims cuckolding can be positive for some couples.

They define the term "cuck" as shorthand for "cuckservative"--a so-called alt right insult aimed at men they view as 'spineless and emasculated.' "The slur has its roots in the concept of cuckolding, or having an adulterous partner."

However, according to the study, acting on cuckolding fantasies can be a positive experience for many couples, and "hardly a sign of weakness."

This so-called study was conducted using 580 gay men as study subjects. No women or heterosexual couples were used and no animals were hurt in the making of the study.

The results of the study, therefore, assume that no gender differences exist between gay men and heterosexual couples.

The Cuckold News Network (CNN) briefly discusses the literature and state that cuckolding existed "as early as the 13th Century, usually in the form of male characters who fear that their child has been sired by another man during an act of infidelity. Today, however, cuckolding has become fetishized into a powerful sexual fantasy for some men, who get aroused by the idea of their romantic partner engaging in sexual activity with someone else. Women also share this fantasy, but less so than men."

So again, CNN has generalized by implying that homosexual male couples are similar to heterosexual couples in the way they tend to behave psychosocially and sexually.

And these people call conservatives 'science deniers.'

By normalizing cuckolding, the left is working to destroy basic societal norms like marriage and traditional family values.
Silly Savage
Dan Savage, who co-produced the study, is a far-left LGBT writer who has previously expressed his desires that all Republicans "were f***ing dead." He also wished cancer on Sarah Palin and after the 2016 Orlando shooting at the gay Pulse Nightclub, he tried to blame the attack on "toxic masculinity" and guns rather than call out radical Islam for the attack.

Savage, whose surname is quite fitting, licked the doorknobs in GOP candidate Gary Bauer's campaign office, attempting to make him ill.

Dan Savage is a mentally ill liberal and any study he co-produces is infected with his bile and bias.

POTUS warns PA that we'll hold up aid unless they return to negotiating table

President Trump made it clear to the Palestinian leadership last Thursday that they better keep up the peace negotiations with Israel or risk losing hundreds of millions of dollars in financial aid [normally used by Hamas to buy rockets, bullets and weapons, and to pay off families of those who died killing Jews].

"We give them hundreds of millions of dollars in aid and support, tremendous numbers, numbers that nobody understands--that money is on the table and that money is not going to them unless they sit down and negotiate peace," Trump said after he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

When Vice President Mike Pence visited Jerusalem last week, Palestinian officials shunned him in response to President Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

The holy city of Jerusalem is at the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Israel sees Jerusalem as its eternal, indivisible capital, and has done so for thousands of years. Muslim countries cannot accept that fact because it's their duty not to.

Palestinians see East Jerusalem as the capital of a future Palestinian state, but underneath that is a burning desire to burn out the Jews from Israel, drive them into the sea, and "free" the land for Islam.

It's how they roll and have been rolling since Mohammad was raiding caravans and killing for Islam.

A spokesman for PA President Mahmoud Abbas responded to Trump's statement on Thursday saying that Palestinian officials would not meet with US officials until we withdraw our recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Other presidents said they would claim Jerusalem as Israel's capital, but only Trump delivered.

The Palestinians never wanted to actually negotiate peace with Israel. In the past, the PA was like Lucy, pulling back the football just as Charlie Brown was about to kick it. They are like North Korea, pretending to abide by global demands to stop their nuclear weapons program.

In other words, they lie.

Illinois judge accepts biology, rejects transgender science denier's request

An Illinois judge denied a mentally ill male who believes he's a female his request to change clothes with actual female students in the girl's locker room at a public high school.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois is representing Nova Maday, the male student at Palatine's Township High School District 211. The ACLU petitioned the court last year, arguing the student should be treated as if he's a girl and not be forced to deal with reality.

On Thursday, Judge Thomas Allen, who evidently got an "A" in biology, rejected the request to go along with Maday's delusion that he's a female. Perhaps the good judge believed it would do the poor young man no good to allow the lie to persist, and to subject high school girls to having to deal with him exposing his junk in the locker room.

The ACLU will consult with Maday on how he wants to proceed with the case.

"Clearly, we are disappointed in this decision. We continue to believe that the school is wrong to discriminate against our client. There is no exception under our nondiscrimination laws that allows a school to treat transgender students differently because of lack of understanding or discomfort about transgender people," said John Knight, LGBTQ policy director at the ACLU.

"To me, this is a simple question--am I going to be treated just like any other girl in my school. All I want is to be accepted by my school for who I am--a girl--and be able to take gym and use the locker room to change clothes like other [actual] girls in my class," Nova Maday said after the judge ruled in favor of reality.

The ACLU cited Illinois Human Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination. But Kellie Fiedorek, an attorney for the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), called it a "baseless" claim.

"That law specifically allows facilities like locker rooms to be reserved for girls, whose desire privacy is both important and understandable, particularly in the post-Weinstein era," Ms. Fiedorek said, referencing Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced notorious scum bag.

The ADF and Thomas More Society represented a group of concerned parents and students who intervened in the lawsuit.

"Schools should never be forced to give male students unrestricted access to areas where girls are changing clothes. Claiming a female gender identity doesn't change that," said Thomas Brejcha, chief counsel at the Thomas More Society.

ADF noted in a press release, that the transgender student continues to be allowed to change in the female locker room, but must do so behind a curtain.

And going along with his mental illness does him no favor. The suicide rate among transgender people, both before and after transition, is around 40 percent. And it has nothing to do with acceptance of the transition.

To help this group of people psychiatry must get involved and we must all stop pretending that biology is not the deciding factor of gender. That somehow a person can magically think he or she is a member of the opposite sex and therefore we must go along with it--this is asking us to lie about what is real, and this is what science denying is all about.

We need to treat people with gender dysmorphic disorder or gender identity disorder and stop pretending that it's other than that.

There was a time when a person who identified with being, say, Napoleon, was institutionalized. Now the ACLU wants us to call him Napoleon or "The Little Corporal," and treat him like the leader of the French armies.

Hillary Clinton shielded her top adviser accused of sexual harassment in 2008

Washington -- Burns Strider, a senior adviser to Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign, had been accused of sexually harassing a young subordinate. In spite of this, Hillary kept Strider on, according to four people familiar with the allegations, a NewYork Times article reports.

Even Clinton's campaign manager at the time, Patti Solis Doyle, recommended to Clinton that Strider ought to be fired, but Hillary kept him on anyway and merely docked him several weeks pay and ordered he undergo counseling.

The alleged victim, however, was moved to a new job.

Strider [not to be confused with Strider from "Paw Patrol"] was Clinton's faith adviser, a co-founder of the American Values Network, and provided her with scripture readings every morning during the campaign.

Hillary's "faith adviser" had strange American values, and he didn't get that from scripture, that's for sure.

Five years after the alleged harassment occurred, Strider was hired to lead an independent group that supported Clinton's 2016 candidacy, Correct the Record, which was created by none other than the "King of Smear," David Brock.

But Strider was fired after a few months for workplace issues, which included allegations that he harassed a young female aide, according to the leftist group's management.

A Clinton mouthpiece provided a statement from Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Partners, the law firm that represented her campaign in 2008. The statement said:
"To ensure a safe working environment, the campaign had a process to address complaints of misconduct or harassment. When matters arose, they were reviewed in accordance with these policies, and appropriate action was taken. This complaint was no exception."
The event had not been previously reported and until now, Clinton associates were not willing to discuss the events for publication. However, this all changed as a result of the #MeToo movement in which dozens of men across the nation, and across different professions, have been fired or suspended for sexual misconduct.

The Times account was based on interviews with eight former campaign officials and Clinton associates, and there is a chance that it may influence her decision as to whether she has a snowball's chance in hell of winning the nomination for the Democratic Party. [But they're hypocritical so there remains that possibility.]

Solis Doyle, and other senior campaign officials spoke with Clinton about the situation involving Strider and Ms. Clinton's response at the time. Some were troubled by her decision to allow Strider to remain on the campaign.

The complaint against Strider was made by a 30-year-old woman who shared an office with him. She reported to a campaign official that Strider rubbed her shoulders inappropriately, kissed her on the forehead and sent her suggestive emails, including one during the evening, according to three former campaign officials familiar with the events.

Solis Doyle took the complaints to Hillary Clinton and urged her to fire the Strider, who was married at the time. Clinton said she didn't want to fire him.

The alleged victim signed a nondisclosure agreement and has abided by it. Solis Doyle declined to comment. Hillary Clinton still smells of corruption and is perhaps the biggest hypocrite to ever be elected to public office.

Hillary Clinton still has possession of Harvey Weinstein's generous financial donations to her corrupt foundation.

Michael Wolff is having an affair with Michael Moore

Stupid in a suit
"Fire and Fury" author Michael Wolff is having a homosexual affair with famous fat man, Michael Moore. I can't prove it, but it rings true for me, so it has to be true, according to slime-ball Wolff's own words.

I am able to imagine Wolff and Moore cuddled up in a massive bed, all tangled up together in a disgusting knot of sweat and hair, Wolff blowing into Moores bulbous ear as he whispers, "You're my man."

It rings true.

Wolff is now accusing United States Ambassador Nikki Haley of having an affair with President Trump. That doesn't ring true to me and I believe he made that bull crap claim to sensationalize his book, a novel that has hardly any actual facts to substantiate any of Wolff's claims.

Nikki Haley, of course, flatly denied Wolff's gossip calling it "highly offensive" and "disgusting."

"It is absolutely not true," she said. And I totally believe her because it doesn't ring true.

When asked in an interview with Bill Maher regarding the evidence of Wolff's claim about Haley, he replied: "My evidence is the book. Read the book," Wolff said, hoping to make a few more dollars from it.

"If it makes sense to you, if it strikes a chord--if it rings true, it is true."

What utter nonsense. He's implying that if it feels true then it is. Very scientific, eh?

If you use Wolff's method of how you go about exacting facts, you can consider yourself an idiot or a liberal . . . but I repeat myself.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz poo-poos the thousand bucks tax savings

Former disgraced DNC head and current Florida congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz joined another Democratic brain trust, Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi, to poo-poo the $1,000 tax savings that resulted from the  Trump tax reform legislation.

An echo-chamber liberal audience at Florida Atlantic University watched Pelosi double down on her recent minimization of the cash bonuses given out by many companies such as Disney, AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, Wal-Mart, Wells Fargo, Fiat Chrysler, Southwest Airlines, Home Depot, Apple and Boeing.

The event was sponsored by a group called Not One Penny. Wasserman Schultz, who appeared with Pelosi, asserted that a thousand dollars doesn't go "very far for almost anyone."

She downplayed the impact that the bonuses and wage increases will have on middle-class families.

"Frankly, if you look at the bonuses, which I haven't heard of a corporate bonus more than $1,000 so far--which by the way is taxed, so it's not $1,000--and then you spread $1,000 over the course of a year, to think of about how much that is, of course they get it all at once. But I'm not sure that $1,000 (which is taxed, taxable) goes very far for almost anyone."

So the party that loves to tax is using the tax differential for the bonus to illustrate how little $1,000 is for "middle-class families."

Wasserman Schultz's net worth is around $972,000.

Nancy Pelosi's net worth is $196 million on a $193,000 senator's salary.

Why would they consider a thousand bucks significant for the average American? They are as out of touch with Americans as Harvey Weinstein.

Richards stepping down from the PP abortion mill

President of Planned Parenthood (PP) [aka Planned Childlessness] Cecile Richards, a woman who never met an unborn baby she wouldn't kill, is stepping down from the abortion mill, according to BuzzFeed

Richards is credited with increasing the number of babies killed by the organization by 11 percent, during her tenure beginning in 2006. Since then, they have killed an estimated 3,000,000 children, according to a Washington Free Beacon analysis.

In New York City, more black babies are aborted than born.

She must be very proud of her organization.

Her leaving comes at a time when the organization is under investigation. In 2015, a large number of PP employees and high-ranking officials told undercover ["real"] journalists, that PP was harvesting baby body parts, including heads. It sold the body parts to companies and universities.

The undercover videos were the catalyst for five congressional investigations and prompted PP to claim it stopped taking money for organ harvesting, which PP claims was completely legal [which, of course, is highly unethical].

Although the congressional investigations have stalled, the Justice Department confirmed this past December that there is an ongoing federal probe into Planned Parenthood's business practices.

So Cecile Richards is getting out while the getting's good.

California lawmaker's brilliant plan to prevent suicides

Well a California lawmaker has finally found a solution to protect honest suicidal people from blowing out their brains, reports The San Francisco Chronicle.

Assemblyman Rob Bonta (D-Calif.) introduced a bill [AB 1927] that bars honest people who are willing to admit that they plan to kill themselves via a gun, or are struggling with suicidal thoughts, from going out an purchasing said item.

If they already own a gun, well, that's another story.

According to Bonta, Californians who commit suicide after buying a gun usually do so within a week of purchase.

Under the proposed bill, people with suicidal thoughts can voluntarily submit their name to the state office responsible for background checks.

Brilliant!

The office would then alert licensed arms dealers that the person is prohibited from buying a gun, and he or she will not be permitted to cross high bridges, have access to a roof above two stories, purchase aspirins, Liquid PlumR®, bleach, clothesline, or knives, and will be prohibited from entering "Draw Mohammad" contests.

The bill will likely pass easily as it's California. They love gun control, even when it makes no sense.

Kerry becomes Abbas' foreign policy adviser' on Israel and their track team

Former Secretary of State John "Lurch" Kerry blamed the United States for Vietnam atrocities and blamed Israel for Muslim Jew-hatred and failure of the "peace process." Now he's telling Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas to "Stay strong. Trump will soon be out of office,"Maariv, the Israeli news outlet reported.

Kerry never once called upon the Palestinians to accept the Jewish state of Israel and he has a history of attacking Israeli Jews. He never recognized Israel's right to exist and has never admitted that the actual reason for the existence of the "Palestinians" was to destroy Israel.

As secretary of state, Kerry constantly attacked the Jews living in their homeland and he couldn't stop himself from deriding the tiny country in the Middle East that's surrounded by barbarians who want to destroy them, and said nothing while millions of Syrians were being slaughtered.

Kerry blamed Israel for the failure of the "two-state solution," in spite of the FACT that it was Israel that repeatedly offered peace deals and even offered Jerusalem in the bargain, which the Palestinians refused as they continued their terror campaign.

But Trump's sane, pro-Israel policies has Kerry advising the leader of the Palestinian terrorist state to "Stay strong," until the president is removed from office.

He has allegedly also bad-mouthed President Trump and told Abbas not to yield to Trump's demands.

How does Kerry 'know' that Trump will be out of office soon? Is he complicit in the attempts to undermine the presidency? Is he conspiring with the Palestinians? The Russians?

Interestingly, Kerry is also considering another coaching position for the Palestinians. He says that he would love to be the next coach of the newly formed Palestinian International track team, The Suicide Bombers

"Every season new runners apply for the team and it is their spirit and commitment to the goal of driving the Israelis out from the river to the sea that makes me want to help," Kerry said.

US kills 150 ISIS jihaidis without breaking a sweat

While the government was in shutdown, the US still managed to kill 150 jihadi scum crumpets in Syria. That's like fighting these lunatics with one hand and a leg tied behind our back. Well, maybe not a leg, but you get the idea.

The sorties took place over eastern Syria on Saturday, while the U.S federal government was shut down. It targeted one of the last remaining s***holes of ISIS control along the Euphrates River bordering Syria and Iraq, according to U.S. Central Command, although my Trump-like characterization was not mentioned.

So far, ISIS has lost 98 percent of its territory. The 2 percent remaining includes a pocket around the Syrian city of Al-Shaafah where the strike took place. U.S. military officials believe that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the head of ISIS and a PhD in Islamic studies, is hiding in this area because he wants his pawns to die while he lives on.

U.S.-backed fighters in the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) "assisted in target observation prior to the strikes," an official statement read.

The U.S. fighter jets targeted an ISIS headquarters having a "heavy concentration" of scum crumpets, who were getting ready to leave the area, according to the statement. The leader of U.S. commandos in Syria and Iraq shows that ISIS is still not defeated.

ISIS continues to "mass large numbers in its attempt to retain a stronghold in Syria," the statement added.

This should have happened years ago under Obama, but when you lead from behind, you tend to get behind in your results.

SCOTTeVEST's Scott Jordan calls Fox viewers 'f---ing idiots'

The not-so-bright founder of SCOTTeVEST, Scott Jordan, said on his Facebook page that his company advertises on Fox News because the viewers are "f---ing idiots."

Now who is the f---ing idiot who would go on social media with a statement that tarnishes his own company by insulting his customers? And what does that say about the product?

The f---ing idiot founded the company with his wife in 2000. It's a vest with a lot of useless pockets to carry all one's crap. Jordan failed to clinch a deal with his idea on ABC's Shark Tank with his "Technology Enabled Clothing" (TEC) patent in 2012, The Blaze reported.

Although the idiot stepped down from the company's management last year, the schmuck still holds the title of CEO.

The company disavowed Jordan on Wednesday after he publicly described an incident with someone who recognized him from the TV ads.

"I love meeting new people that recognize me and my company from all our television commercials," he posted and since deleted. Butt he post was on a screen grab by a "Shark Tank" fan blog. "I am on the ski lift and the following exchange just happened and happens often: I ask, 'What network they saw me?' Invariably people say Fox News.

"I laugh to myself, and tell them that we primarily advertise on Fox because we find their viewership to be extremely gullible and much easier to sell than other networks," Jordan wrote, admitting his vest sucks [as much as he does]. "The look on their face at that time is priceless. I am not kidding you. I get to tell them they are [f---ing] idiots while getting rich off them."

SCOTTeVEST posted a statement on its website calling Jordan's comments "offensive and inexcusable." I will not elaborate but you can imagine how freaked out the company must have been when they read how Jordan not only said what he did about their customers, but what he implied about the product.

Company spokesman Luke Lappala told The Blaze that Jordan had since deactivated his Facebook and Twitter accounts.

This idiot reminds me of Jonathan Gruber, the guy who said that the Democrats depended upon the stupidity of the voter in order to pass Obamacare.

Jordan apologized in a Medium post calling his words "incredibly rude and inaccurate."

You just have to believe the idiot was pressured by the company to make the apology.

The thing is, if anyone buys one of those vests, they'd be proving him right.

Media bias? Don't be ridiculous

Is Donald Trump a racist? Is Barack Obama an anti-Semite?

CNN likes to bring up the first question but wouldn't touch the second one for all the tea in China.

CNN actually asked that question about Trump to one of their guests. Look at the video below and watch the lunacy of the left. They would never ask a question like this to Obama, in spite of his negative policies toward Israel.

The guest, of course, is delighted to give his biased, uninformed opinion about Trump, who he doesn't actually know personally.

Trump is being called a racist because of his immigration policies but the truth is, Hispanics and blacks are the ones who would likely suffer most and his border plans are well received by these minorities.

In fact, according to a new poll, the GOP is trusted over Democrats to handle our border situation.

Breitbart writes:
A new poll shows the GOP is more trusted than Democrats to handle the hot-button immigration issue--and large percentages of Hispanic and African-American voters are backing President Donald Trump's "Buy American, Hire American" immigration policy.
The respondents were asked: "Who do you trust more to handle the following issue?" The answer for immigration was 40 percent for Democrats, 41 percent for the GOP and a huge 20 percent for "Don't know" or "No answer." That is a large percentage of non-answers, and likely hides a block of pro-Trump supporters who fear to respond truthfully.
The poll of 1997 registered voters was conducted by Morning Consult for Politico. The poll was taken January 20 to January 21, ensuring it includes some reaction to the Democrats' decision to filibuster the 2018 budget to win amnesty for illegals.
The poll also shows that Democrats only scored 44 percent trust among Hispanic registered voters. In contrast, the GOP scored 37 percent trust--and the Hispanic 'Don't knows' added up to 19 percent.
That is a huge turnaround for the Hispanic voters as the Democrats had them eating out of their hands for years. Now they're beginning to understand that Democrats have been using smoke and mirrors on them while conservative policies actually work.
Among African-Americans, the Democrats scored 63 percent in the trust question--but the GOP scored 20 percent, and 17 percent were "Don't knows.' That score helps explain rising support for Trump among black voters. The score may rise as Democrats continued to turn their attention away from blacks towards immigrants.
Trump only scored 8 percent of the black vote in the presidential election, so this is a significant increase of black voter support. He also had only 28 percent support among Hispanics so 37 percent support and 19 percent "Don't knows" is a substantial increase in Hispanic support and probable support.

People are getting wise to the lies of the media as they attack Trump from everything to whether he's a racist or whether or not he wears dentures.

I saw a great meme today showing the White House physician, Dr. Ronny Jackson being asked the President's weight. His reply: "He weighs 0.73 Oprahs."

Priceless.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has her own #MeToo too

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg confessed that she, like many other women, had her own brush with sexual harassment and gender inequality.

Of the #MeToo movement the 84-year-old Brooklynite said: "It's about time."

"Every woman of my vintage knows what sexual harassment is, although we didn't have a name for it," the elderly SCOTUS liberal told a crowd during a forum to promote her new documentary "RBG" at the Sundance Film Festival on Sunday. "The attitude toward sexual harassment was simply, 'Get past it. Boys will be boys.'"

Ginsburg told NPR's legal correspondent and longtime liberal friend Nina Totenberg, about an incident that she said occurred when she was a law student at Cornell University in the early 1950s, before most people were born.

Ginsburg spoke about her concerns with her chemistry teacher over her "abilities" ahead of an important exam. He comforted her and told her he'd give her a practice exam to make her more comfortable with the test.

"The next day--on the test--the test is the practice exam. And I knew exactly what he wanted in return," Ginsburg claimed. "That's just one of many examples," she added, without actually giving an example of what happened.

But Ginsburg refused to slough off the professor's inappropriate unexplained gesture. After the exam, she walked straight up to him and confronted him, she said.

"I went to his office and I said, 'How dare you! How dare you, you--" she said without clarifying what the end of her sentence was. "And that was the end of that."

When Ginsburg taught at Rutgers Law School in 1964, she quickly saw how she was treated differently than her male colleagues.

Because Rutgers was a state school in New Jersey, she knew she'd be taking a pay cut, but when the dean told her how big a cut, she was mortified. She asked a male colleague who had graduated from law school about the same time as her what he was being paid and the difference was quite substantial.

"Ruth, he has a wife and two children to support. You have a husband with a good paying job in New York," the dean responded.

That was the very year the Equal Pay Act had passed," Ginsburg said. "That was the answer that I got."

So the Women's March on Saturday was never about equal pay and equal rights for women--it's now law, just like protection from harassment in the workplace is law.

The Women's March was actually an anti-Trump march because that's the main issue women really care about.

Newly released text messages of FBI lovebirds

Nearly 400 pages of additional text messages between two FBI love birds were released regarding the Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials.

The newly released texts show that Peter Strzok and his mistress, the beautiful pretty little Ms. Lisa Page, knew that charges against Democratic presidential candidate and former failed secretary of state Hillary Clinton, would not be filed in spite of her illegal activities. And they knew this even before Clinton was interviewed by the FBI. They even knew it before over a dozen others involved in the case were interviewed.

So like our politicians who are exempt from the government shutdown, Obamacare and insider trading law, Clinton was exempt from the Espionage Act and people in the FBI were never going to prosecute her.

Strzok and Page were removed from the probe last summer [but not from each other's arms, much to the chagrin of their spouses] after it was discovered that their private messages between them included anti-Trump rhetoric and allusions to plans of undermining him in office if, God forbid, he got elected.

Which he did; sorry snowflakes.

One political love letter between the Strzok and Page, date July 1, 2016, discussed then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch's decision to accept the FBI's conclusion in the Clinton investigation. Her announcement came just days after it was revealed that Lynch covertly met with former President Bill "I Did Not Have Sex With That Woman" Clinton aboard her plane in Phoenix.

"Timing looks like hell," Strzok texted to Page.

"Yeah, that is awful timing," Page responded. She later added: "It'a a real profile in couragw [sic], since she knows no charges will be brought," alluding to the fact that they knew Hillary would be exonerated and the title of the book "Profiles in Courage" by John F. Kennedy, another philanderer.

Four days later, then-FBI Director James "Lordy-Lordy" Comey announced that no charges will be brought against Clinton.

Last month, the DOJ released hundreds of text messages that the FBI lovebirds traded before they joined the Mueller investigation. Many messages spoke to their observations of the 2016 election and also discussed the Clinton investigation. Based on the texts, GOP lawmakers contended the texts reveal the FBI and Mueller group to be politically biased and tainted against Trump.

Now the FBI should be made to prove that these missing texts between Strzok and Page are not an "obstruction" of congressional oversight or "destruction of evidence."

And with all of this mess, I suspect that nobody will be made to pay under the law.
