Terror supporting organization labels Trump the "new Biden" because he supports Israel against terrorists

Well, well, well, look who’s back at it again—the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the perpetually aggrieved outfit that’s been moonlighting as a cheerleader for terrorist causes while pretending to “advocate” for Muslim Americans. This time, they’ve got their knickers in a twist over President Donald Trump, slapping him with the oh-so-clever label of “the new Joe Biden” because he’s dared to back Israel’s smackdown of Hamas in Gaza.

Yes, folks, in CAIR’s world, supporting an ally against a terrorist group is apparently a crime worthy of a Biden comparison. Duh.

CAIR, which has spent years dodging accusations of cozying up to some of the nastiest players in the terrorism game, is now clutching its pearls over the body count in Gaza. They’re wailing about Israel’s so-called “genocide”—a term they fling around like confetti—and demanding Trump yank all U.S. support for the Jewish state.

In their Sunday sob-fest, they whined, “As the minimum death toll in [Gaza] crosses 50,000, the Israeli government is completely out of control because Donald Trump is the new Joe Biden: a president who supports genocide and puts Israel first in violation of federal law and disregard for the wishes of the American people.”

Translation: Trump’s not bowing to the Hamas fan club, and CAIR’s feelings are hurt.

The terror-fans went on, practically begging: “President Trump must force [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu to permanently stop his self-serving genocide and accept the comprehensive ceasefire deal that frees all captives. If President Trump wishes to be remembered as a peacemaker and not Netanyahu’s poodle, he must act before the death toll crosses 100,000.”

Oh, the drama! You can almost hear the violins.

Meanwhile, the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry—because who doesn’t trust a terrorist PR firm?—claims 50,000 Palestinians have been killed. Naturally, they don’t bother sorting out how many were gun-toting jihadis versus actual civilians. And let’s not forget the pesky little detail that researchers have caught those numbers being inflated faster than a politician’s ego to smear Israel. Facts? Who needs ‘em when you’ve got a narrative?

Trump, of course, ran on a promise to stand by Israel, our incredibly important ally in the Middle East, while it pounds Hamas into the dirt—a stark contrast to Biden, who spent his term waffling under progressive pressure like a soggy noodle.

Just last month, the White House green-lit a batch of heavy bombs for Israel that Biden had held back, fretting over civilian casualties. Trump? He’s not here for the hand-wringing. He’s told Israel to “finish the job” against Hamas, and CAIR’s not taking it well.

For the past 17 months, ever since Hamas’s charming little Oct. 7, 2023, rampage across southern Israel—complete with rape, murder, and kidnapping—CAIR’s been on a tear, accusing Israel of “genocide” and “ethnic cleansing” at every turn. They even tried pinning “ethnic cleansing” on Israel’s limited ops in Syria after Assad’s regime took a nosedive in December. Then, last month, they screeched that Israel was “moving the genocide from Gaza to the occupied West Bank” during a counterterrorism op dubbed “Operation Iron Wall.”

It’s like CAIR’s got a Mad Libs book of atrocities, and Israel’s the only noun they know.

Since Trump strolled back into the Oval Office, CAIR’s been whining that his administration’s discriminating against Arab and Muslim Americans. They’re mad he’s cracking down on universities letting anti-Semitism fester on campus—calling it “unconstitutional” censorship and Islamophobia. They also flipped out when Trump moved to deport foreign students waving Hamas flags at rallies, branding it “anti-Palestinian.” Poor dears.

CAIR’s rap sheet isn’t exactly spotless, either, as I posted about here.

Back in the 2000s, they got tagged as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing case. Politico pointed out in 2010 that “US District Court Judge Jorge Solis found that the government presented ‘ample evidence to establish the association’” of CAIR with Hamas. The ADL’s noted some of CAIR’s bigwigs had early ties to Hamas affiliates, though CAIR swears up and down it “unequivocally condemn[s] all acts of terrorism,” listing off groups like al-Qa’ida, Hamas, and the Real IRA like it’s a Boy Scout merit badge.

But the mask slipped hard after Oct. 7. CAIR’s co-founder Nihad Awad took the stage at an American Muslims for Palestine convention in Chicago last November and the scumwafer couldn’t hide his glee.

“The people of Gaza only decided to break the siege—the walls of the concentration camp—on Oct. 7,” he gushed. “And yes, I was happy to see people breaking the siege and throwing down the shackles of their own land, and walk free into their land, which they were not allowed to walk in.”

Happy? Over the biggest single-day slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust? That’s not a dog whistle—it’s a foghorn.

So here we are: CAIR’s throwing tantrums because Trump won’t ditch Israel for their terrorist buddies. If they think he’s going to cave, they’ve got another thing coming. Pass the popcorn—this is gonna be good.

We dodged a bullet in this last election.

Former CAIR Director Shouts Anti-Semitic Rant in NY City: "F**k the Jew, F**k the Zionist"

The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has been defending terrorists and overt anti-Semites since 1994. It was initially located in Washington, D.C., and co-founded by Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad.

A word or two about Awad:
In a 1994 speech at Barry University, Awad expressed support for Hamas and the previous year, an FBI wiretap caught him verbalizing support for the terrorist organization which has been cited in the Holy Land Foundation legal proceedings. [Google it.]

Regarding the October 7, 2023 Hamas massacre on Israel, the scumcrumpet Awad described it as Gazans "breaking the siege" and was happy seeing people "throw down the shackles of their own land." Even then-President Joe Biden's anti-Israel White House condemned his remarks as anti-Semitic and Awad later walked his remarks back by condemning violence against civilians but holding on to the notion that the attack was merely Palestinian resistance to occupation, in spite of there no being a "Palestine" land until Yasar Arafat used the term "Palestine" after co-founding the Fatah movement in 1959.

Awad was also a central figure in CAIR's problems with sexual harassment. A former senior staffer alleged that he engaged in sexual harassment and there had also been additional accusations of a cover-up of sexual harassment by other CAIR leaders under his leadership.

Under his watch, Awad has influenced American politics, particularly for his advocacy against what he calls Islamophobia. Of course Islamophobia is a made up term to shut people up from criticizing Islamic terrorism. Phobias are irrational fears; but fear of Islamic terrorism is certainly not irrational. Awad suggested a creation of an "army" of Muslim lawyers, journalists, and scholars to influence public opinion and politics with the end goal of making Islam the only religion in the West.
The FBI stopped working with CAIR in 2008 over concerns with its ties to Hamas, which now brings us to today, when a former senior employee for the organization, Noora Shalash, was caught on camera launching a profanity-laden, anti-Semitic tirade at Jewish men in New York City. The video went viral on social media Thursday.

Shalash had worked as director of government affairs for CAIR's Kentucky branch and was seen harassing a "visibly Jewish man" and eventually getting arrested.

“F**k the Jew. F**k the Zionist,” Shalash ranted.

Shalash then said that she “loves Jesus” and claimed Jews “dishonor the Virgin Mary and call her a ‘whore.'” She also called the man recording the video a “b**ch” and swiped her hand at his cellphone. A security guard intervened and physically pulled Shalash away while she appeared to continue attempting to assault the man.

“This is what Jews have to deal with in New York City,” the man said.

— StopAntisemitism (@StopAntisemites)

A final word: Jews do not dishonor the Virgin Mary, Jesus, or anyone of other religions. We do not dishonor atheists because Judaism is a very tolerant religion. Unlike many religions, Jews don't seek out converts and in order to convert to Judaism one must be dedicated and serious. In order to become a Muslim, for example, all one needs to do is recite a few words and 'poof' you're a Muslim: La ilaha illallah [there is no god but Allah] then Muhammadur resulullah {Muhammed is the messenger of Allah].

Piece of cake.

Court kicks CAIR out of San Diego school district

Nihad Awad, a jihadi

“Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.” Muslim Brotherhood motto.
Finally, in a landmark case, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land terror-funding case that pretends to be a civil advocate organization, has been forced out of the San Diego Unified School District.

A lawsuit was brought against the district for partnering with CAIR and allowing the Islamist, Muslim Brotherhood affiliated organization to run a discriminatory, unconstitutional propaganda program in its schools. [Can I get an Allahu akbar!]

The court agreed with this assessment.

The program the Islamists used gave Muslim students special privileges and gave CAIR the power to change the district curriculum to make sure Islam was looked upon more favorably, in spite of its history.

Students and parents were made to watch biased videos, CAIR officials were allowed to teach students and teachers about Islam and students were trained “how to become allies with Muslims students.”

The program began in April 2017 and was based on false evidence that, in the wake of President Donald Trump’s electoral victory, Muslim students were subjected to “Islamophobic” bullying--examples were never given by CAIR and state records indicated there was absolutely no evidence of such bullying in the district’s schools.

The court ruled that the program was unconstitutional as it violated the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause by favoring one religious group over another and mixing government with religion.

Under the terms of the ruling, the school district is required to permanently drop the program and prevented from allowing CAIR to be involved in school activities in the future, stifling their future goal to destroy our "miserable house from within."

Further, school officials must correct the pro-Muslim student bias and disproportionate emphasis on Islamic history in its curriculum, which were both instituted through the program.

The court further gave the following guidelines to the schools:
“Educators should treat each religion with equal respect, with the time and attention spent discussing each religion being proportionate to its impact on history.”
“Educational material on religious subjects must be neutral and may not be presented in a manner that promotes one religion over another.”
“Educators or other staff sponsoring guest speakers at District events must ask them not to use their position or influence on students to forward their own religious, political, economic or social views and shall take active steps to neutralize whatever bias has been presented.”
“Guest speakers from religious organizations are not permitted to present to students on religious topics.”
“This is a tremendous victory, because CAIR intended this plan to be a pilot program for a nationwide rollout,” said Daniel J. Piedra, executive director of the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund (FCDF), the organization which brought the suit against the school district.

The FCDF said that other school districts similarly affected by CAIR are Seattle Public Schools, Minneapolis Public Schools, Cajon Valley Unified School District and Gilroy Unified School District.

Who are the useful idiots allowing this infiltration and brainwashing into our children's schools?

“This settlement agreement will serve as a warning to politically correct school boards nationwide to think twice about partnering with CAIR,” said Charles LiMandri, chief counsel for FCDF.

LiMandri called the court’s decision a “victory against radical Islamic indoctrination in America’s schools.”

The FBI and the Justice Department have both banned CAIR as an outreach partnerbecause of its Islamist agenda and ties to Hamas and terror funding.

CAIR was listed by the U.S. government as being among “individuals/entities who are/were members of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee and/or its organizations.” The Palestine Committee was a secret body set up by the Brotherhood to advance the Brotherhood/Hamas agenda in America.

A secret meeting of the committee held in Philadelphia in 1993 was wiretapped by the FBI. Nihad Awad, co-founder and executive director of CAIR participated in that meeting where members agreed that a new “neutral” entity for influencing U.S. policy and opinion was agreed upon.

Awad founded CAIR the following year and the scumcrumpet is still allowed to be in a country that he hates and hopes to convert us or destroy those who refuse.

Rep. Omar holds secret fundraisers with terror-tied Islamist groups

Freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is not merely an anti-Semitic, anti-Zionist hater, she has been holding a series of secret fundraisers with terror-tied groups that are closed to the press and hidden from public view.

The content of her speeches, given to predominately Muslim audiences and sundry anti-Semites, remains unknown, but you can bet that if the public isn't being allowed to hear it, she's going full-throat Jew hater with her rhetoric.

Omar recently spoke in Florida at a private event hosted by Islamic Relief, a "charity organization" with deep ties to groups that advocate terrorism against Israeli Jews.

Over the weekend, she will appear at another private event in California that is hosted by CAIR-CA PAC, a political action committee affiliated with the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial for funding terrorism.

Omar's appearance at these closed-door forums is raising eyebrows in the pro-Israel world due to her repeated and unapologetic public use of anti-Semitic tropes accusing Jewish people of controlling foreign policy and politics. With Omar's popularity skyrocketing on the pro-Hitler left, it appears her rhetoric is translating into fundraising prowess.

The Washington Free Beacon reports:
Islamic Relief has come under congressional investigation for what lawmakers have described as its efforts to provide assistance to terrorist group such as Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. The charity has been banned by some countries as a result of these ties
In 2017, Congress sought to ban taxpayer funds from reaching the charity due to these terror links.
On Sunday, Omar will hold another meet and greet in Irvine, Calif., for CAIR-CA PAC. Those wishing to hear Omar spew her bile are being asked to donate anywhere from $50 to $250 dollars, according to a flyer for the event. No Jews need apply. All proceeds will likely go to Hamas.

The CAIR event also appears closed to the press.

CAIR, a Muslim advocacy group with abhorrent anti-Israel positions, was named by the U.S. government as part of a large network of groups known to be supporting Hamas.

CAIR has been cited by the Anti-Defamation League, or ADL, for using its network of supporters to promote an "anti-Israel agenda." Omar is hoping to become their poster girl.

Hamas-CAIR oppose nomination of Heather Nauert, proving she's right fo the job

Both CAIR and Hamas oppose President Trump's decision to make Heather Nauert the UN Ambassador and these organizations laughingly believe they have a say in how the United States operates. And let's be clear, if these terrorist groups oppose her, she is definitely the right person for the job.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is a Hamas-linked group that is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Justice Department hearings and is a known terrorist-funding group. They are presented in the mainstream media as a civil rights organization, but they constantly encourage Muslims not to cooperate with Western law enforcement and the media never talks about it.

Heather Nauert should be proud that CAIR opposes her nomination.

Read all about it from CAIR's statement here.

Anyone that believes that Nauert is Islamophobic, does not know Islam, nor why the term ever came into existence. [Hint: to shut you up by making you believe you're a racist.]

Obama let slide huge terror-funding case

If you follow what's going on in the world of Islamic terrorism, you're probably aware of the Holy Land Foundation case--the largest terrorism-financing case in U.S. history. This one with the Obama administration was potentially bigger.
And, if it resulted in prosecutions, there would likely be an incredible domino effect  that would impact a whole host of other Islamist organizations in America and around the world.

But then, near the end of Obama Administration in 2016, the Justice Department declined to prosecute.

Federal agents were stunned and no real reason was given. The investigation into Islamic Relief continued, but the criminal case presented by the three government agencies would not move forward.

Did the administration lack the political will to take on the case, or is there something more sinister involved?

The proverbial fan being hit by excrement from the blowback would have had a huge impact at home and abroad had the case resulted in prosecutions.
Islamic Relief Worldwide, with headquarters in the U.K., has 16 branches including Islamic Relief USA and 26 field offices

Islamic Relief Worldwide boasted a $156 million budget in 2016 and its U.S. arm listed $115 million in total revenue. Evidence implies it has gotten even stronger financially and has all the resources it would need to fight back in the press, in the courts, and, to influence voters. Federal investigators would likely have been labeled as Islamophobic.

One of Islamic Relief’s senior officials admitted his organization was founded by Muslim Brotherhood ideologues. Extensive ties to Islamist extremists remain, including those linked to terrorism. The U.S. wing of Islamic Relief overlaps with organizations that the Justice Department has identified as affiliated not only with the Muslim Brotherhood but also Hamas, which is listed by the State Department as a foreign terrorist organization, and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Islamic Relief has received tens of millions of taxpayer dollars from the West, including more than $700,000 from the U.S. government. The State Department even cheered Islamic Relief as a partner in a July 2017 announcement. The charity was advising the U.S. Agency for International Development and State Department at the very same time that Israel banned the group for funding Hamas, saying that Islamic Relief "funnels millions of dollars a year to Hamas institutions.”

The United Arab Emirates has also banned the self-described charity as a terrorist entity, but here in the U.S., not a single charity has been blacklisted for having links to terrorism since the earliest days of the Obama Administration.

A DHS whistleblower has finally come forward with his story about the purging of important intelligence records, including those related to this Islamist network. We have learned about how the Obama administration allowed Hezbollah’s drug trafficking operation in America “off the hook” for the sake of the nuclear deal with Iran.

Finally, last year, then-Rep. Ron DeSantis wrote legislation to forbid the sending of taxpayer money to Islamic Relief Worldwide.

DeSantis argued that,  broadly speaking, taxpayer money shouldn’t go to any groups affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood. The fact that he had to try putting something like that into law should wake us all up to the depths at which Islamic terror-funding organizations have their claws buried into us and we look the other way.

Congress should investigate Islamic Relief, even if the DOJ won't, to uncover why it received taxpayer money despite its well-documented history of involvement with terrorist groups, and to find out why the Justice Department dropped a criminal case that could have been one of the biggest terrorism-related prosecutions in our history.

Vox defends Islamist and calls Duncan Hunter a 'racist' while spouting racism

Vox.com, the website that pretends to help low-functioning readers "understand the news" has defended Ammar Campa-Najjar, the left-wing grandson of a legendary Palestinian terrorist who has taken donations from CAIR, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Relief and Development for terror-financing, against attacks by Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA).

Vox is calling the voters of the district racists because most would rather vote for a man who quit his job after the September 11 attacks and joined the United States Marine Corps, graduated from Officer Candidates School and served as a field artillery officer in the 1st Marine Division after the 2003 invasion of Iraq, completed a second tour in Fallujah, Iraq in 2004, then after his honorable discharge in 2005, remained in the Marine Corps Reserve, and served a third tour of duty during the War on Terrorism, than vote for the other guy Vox is promoting.
Rep. Duncan Hunter
Now there's a run-on sentence that you can sink your teeth into.

Campa-Najjar is challenging Hunter in the 50th District of California, a district that's traditionally Republican, which, in the obfuscated eyes of Vox writers, has therefore got to be racist, in spite of the fact that it isn't and that it has become more competitive since Hunter and his wife were indicted for alleged misuse of campaign funds.

Hunter vehemently protests his innocence and has called Campa-Najjar a "security risk" and ran a controversial ad accusing him of attempting to "infiltrate" the government. This has drawn criticism from the left and a variety of local and national media outlets, because the media is biased to the left and Hunter is a Republican.

Whipping out the trusty old race card, Vox's Tara Golshan defended Campa-Najjar writing that Hunter is using "the same kind of race-baiting Republicans have retreated to over and over again when they feel under siege."
Golshan coddles up to Bill
Then Golshan added: "This is the part of California where you see Confederate flags, and where many people only socialize with people who look like them."

So Golshan [who may have changed her name from 'Golsham'] cited zero evidence for her anti-White, racist claim, other than her stating that "Volunteers for Campa-Najjar's campaign will tell you they find themselves explaining that their candidate disavows terrorism."

No kidding. What else would one expect from a guy running for the House who has his background, his curious name changes, and his refusal to return the CAIR money or money from a Palestinian diplomat.

Explain that, please.
We need to read the writing on the wall
Apparently Golshan is unable to see the irony of her stereotyping hundreds of thousands of people as racists due to their geography--Southern California's wealthy coastal communities, while accusing Hunter of racism.

And Islam is not a race--it's a misogynistic, anti-Semitic, war-inciting ideology. The very fact that Campa-Najjar accepts campaign financing from CAIR and a Palestinian diplomat is very, very troubling.

Jeh "Inshallah" Johnson gets down with ISNA

US Homeland Security Chief 'got his Islam on' at the annual Islamic Society of North America conference, (ISNA), a Muslim Brotherhood-linked organization.

Yes, it was the "US" Homeland Security Chief, not the  Saudi, Syrian or Hamasshole one to which Johnson gave an "impassioned speech" over the weekend. The purpose of his words, as
The Washington Post described, was to empower ISNA's participants--as if they need his words, not the Koran's to feel empowered and justified.

Jeh Johnson, who is known to his secret friends as "Inshallah Jey," told the crowd of terror fans "Your story is the quintessential American story."

No, it isn't any kind of American story.

ISNA and the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) is the quintessential story of centuries of Islam's attempts at creating a world caliphate where the only people on earth believe that Allah is the only god and all who don't are no longer converting oxygen into carbon dioxide.

The Muslim Brotherhood is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror-funding trial. The Holy Land Foundation was, coincidentally (LOL) based inside the ISNA building where ISNA deposited checks into its account. Checks that were made out to the "Palestinian Mujahedeen [jihadi fighters]," the name used for the Hamasshole military wing. The money was transferred to the Holy Land Foundation.

And our very own Jeh Johnson spoke to these people.

But "Inshallah Jeh" wasn't the only speaker at the terrorist convention. This year's speakers included Jamal Badawi, founder of another MB entity, the Muslim American Society.

Badawi openly praised Hamas and preached his support of "combative jihad." His name was personally listed in a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood directory.

Another conference speaker was Nihad Awad, the founder and executive director of the Council on Islamic American Relations (CAIR), a MB entity and another unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land terror financing case. Awad has the distinction of serving on VP Al Gore's Civil Rights Advisory Panel to the White House Commission on Aviation Safety and Security, but I don't know too many Americans or Israelis who would want to fly on a plane he inspected.

To learn more about Awad, click here. But if you go to Wikipedia, you won't find out who he really is.

The Post described Johnson as the "highest-ranking U.S. official to address an ISNA conference," obviously not counting Barack Hussein Obama's 2013 address to the ISNA convention in which Obama praised the terror-linked group for its partnership with his administration. That convention had a roster of terror-linked speakers as well.

Obama doesn't just speak highly of the MB and its affiliates, he uses their input for policy formulation. That's like having a crack addict arrange the drugs in your pharmacy.

Rather than working with anti-Islamist Muslims, Obama embraces the Islamist-loving ones.

What's wrong with this picture?

Even Muslim-Americans do not choose ISNA as a group most representing their needs. In a 2011 Gallup poll, only 7% of females and 4% of males chose ISNA for that purpose. CAIR and other Islamist organizations generated similar numbers in the polls.

Obama pretends these organizations represent mainstream Muslim thought, but the good news is they don't. The good news is that Muslim-Americans are generally not looking to overthrow the American way of life, which is exactly what the MB has stated as their goal. The MB and its sister organizations want sharia governance and this goes against our Constitution and our way of life.

Islamists only work with us to use our democratic principles to implement their political goals (sharia) and this goes against our principles of free speech, freedom or religion, and all of our rights.

The Islamist ideology needs to be totally discredited and delegitimized by not allowing their high-ranking officials any voice in our government.

Perhaps once Obama is out of office this will happen, but only if Hillary Clinton does not take his place.

CAIR charged with racketeering and fraud--who'd a thunk?

The un-indicted co-conspirator organization known as CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) is going to stand trial on charges of fraud and cover up for alleged crimes against hundreds of victims, according to a new ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

The original case against CAIR was dismissed by a federal judge but but was then unanimously overturned by the appellate court. Two cases are involved in the suit and have since been consolidated into one. Both involved racketeering, a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) crime.

The lawsuit claims that CAIR National knew that Morris Days, their "Resident Attorney" and "Manager for Civil Rights" at CAIR-Maryland/Virginia chapter in Herndon, Virginia (which is now defunct) was not an attorney and that he failed to provide legal services for clients who came to CAIR for legal representation.

The suit claims that CAIR knew of this fraud and intentionally conspired with Days to prevent their CAIR clients from learning that their legal matters were being mishandled or not handled at all. The complaints also allege that, according to CAIR's internal documents, there were hundreds of victims of the fraud scheme.

The original federal judge ruled that Days and CAIR's Virginia chapter were liable for fraud, but that CAIR National wasn't responsible for his conduct. The appeals court found upon review of the evidence, however, there was a direct relationship between CAIR National and Days.

How surprising coming from such a above-board organization that only wants the best interests of the Muslim community and the United States to be served . . . or not.

David Yerushalmi, senior counsel for the plaintiffs and co-founder of the American Freedom Law Center, said that "CAIR engaged in a massive criminal fraud in which literally hundreds of CAIR clients have been victimized."

Yerushalmi also represented Pamela Geller in her cases against lawsuits initiated by CAIR against her First Amendment rights. Regarding the current case he added, "In his ruling, Judge Friedman [the original judge] inexplicably ignored material facts that establish CAIR National's liability and then engaged in a transparently disingenuous 'weighing' of the factual evidence he did address . . . We are thankful that the appeals court has rectified the trial court's errors. Now, at long last, our clients will go before a jury and get their day in court."

Anyone who follows the news and refuses to stick their head in the sand, or in other places, knows that CAIR has a long history of Islamist extremism. They have links to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood (as does Barack Ohama), and the U.S. Justice Department labeled CAIR as an "un-indicted co-conspirator" in the Holy Land Foundation trial that revealed Hamas-funding by the Muslim Brotherhood and that CAIR is a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity.

CAIR was officially designated a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates in 2014 and listed by the U.S. Department of Justice as part of the Muslim Brotherhood's covert "Palestine Committee" to support Hamas in the USA.

For more on these morons, check out the Clarion Project Factsheet that explains CAIR in greater detail.

The Citadel: the 'Religion of Special Needs' loses

The Citadel is Dixie's West Point and has been so since 1842. Located in Charleston, South Carolina, it is one of six Senior Military Schools in the country. It has 17 academic departments, 19 major subjects and 36 minors. Students are required to live on campus for their 4-year bachelor's degree.

The Citadel is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The school combines physical challenges, academics and military discipline.

The South Carolina Corps of Cadets is one of the largest uniformed student bodies in the United States and all members are required to participate in ROTC.

The mission statement of The Citadel reads:
To educate and develop our students to become principled leaders in all walks of life by instilling the core values of The Citadel in a disciplined and intellectually challenging environment. A unique feature of this environment for the South Carolina Corps of Cadets is the sense of camaraderie produced through teamwork and service to others while following a military lifestyle.
Note the operant words "uniformed," "military" and "camaraderie."

An American Muslim student admitted to the class of 2020 Corps of Cadets requested permission to wear a hijab, or Islamic headscarf. Religious headscarfs are against the uniform regulations of The Citadel and therefore the young woman was denied permission.

Citadel President Lt. General John Rosa released a statement explaining that the decision to reject the request came from an "essential" need to standardize the appearance of the cadets regardless of their religious requirements.

Thus, Jews cannot wear yarmulkas, Sikhs cannot allow their hair to grow beyond a specified length nor wear their traditional turban, and Amish cannot wear their straw hats and black coats.

And so on.

But Islam always presents itself as "the religion of special needs," and wants the rest of the world to accommodate them, rather than the reverse. An example of this occurred at Catholic University in Washington D.C. where Muslims requested that offensive crosses be removed from the school because it distracts them from prayer.

The use of uniforms, particularly at a military academy, is to bring a sense of camaraderie and instill a singleness in purpose.

"This process reflects an initial relinquishing of self during which cadets learn the value of teamwork to function as a single unit. Upon graduation, The Citadel's graduates are prepared to enter a life committed to principled leadership in military service and civilian careers," Rosa said in the statement.

Rosa made it clear that in spite of the rejected request, religious beliefs are respected at The Citadel and freshman cadets meet with many faith-based organizations. The school also offers places of worship as well as the accommodation of dietary and prayer requirements.

What they don't offer is Sharia compliance, but the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is doing its best to break that barrier and force all American institutions, private and governmental, to become Sharia compliant or face consequences in the future.

CAIR is an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial that linked the Muslim Brotherhood to terrorist organizations such as Hamas.

A spokesman for the family of the Muslim future student says the prospective cadet is disappointed over the rejection of being Sharia compliant.

Ibrahim Hooper spoke with the woman to tell her the hijab is off, but Hooper said the woman will not attend The Citadel this fall unless they give in to Sharia law.

And CAIR, as is their 'go-to' move, will be suing the school.

Why we allow organizations with terrorist ties in our country is beyond belief. All they want, as the Muslim Brotherhood goals show, is to "destroy [their] miserable house from within."

Just look at Europe and Sharia--this is their goal and "Democracy can go to hell."

That Dem Sanchez criticized for her statistical analysis of literal Islam

Currently a member of the House, and running for U.S. Senate vacated by Barbara Boxer, California Democrat Rep. Loretta Sanchez was criticized Friday after saying that as many as 2 our of 10 Muslims would employ terrorist tactics to establish a caliphate.

She may be slightly overestimating but she probably isn't far off as many pundits believe the number is somewhere between 5 and 20 percent.

But like most liberals, she retreated when the going got tough and responded to the criticism by saying the estimate she gave didn't reflect how she views the American Muslim community, and that most Muslims around the world are committed to peace.

"I believe that Muslim Americans are fully committed to the security and prosperity of our country," she said in her U-turn statement. "I stand with them as my fellow Americans. They are law-abiding citizens who love our country."

And yadda, yadda, yadda.

She made the original statement in a Larry King's "PoliticKING" interview, saying that between 5 and 20 percent of Muslims want a strict Islamic state, or caliphate, and would use terrorism to impose their views. Ironically, Larry King, who is Jewish, is probably hated by 90% of Muslims throughout the world simply due to his religion--it's in the Koran.

This was Sanchez's second political screw-up, but at least this one occurred because she told the truth about Muslim sympathies.

The other incident happened earlier this year after a video she made became public showing her making a war-cry referencing Native Americans (who used to be called 'Indians'). Fellow Democrats were appalled at her lack of political correctness and attacked her viciously.

But back to the caliphate thingy--she said that Muslims "desire for a caliphate and to institute that in any way possible, and in particular go after what they consider Western norms, our way of life. They are willing to use and they do use terrorism, and it is in the name of a very wrong way of looking at Islam."

Spokesman Haroon Manjlai, of the Los Angeles chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood and an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trials linking that organization to terrorism funding, called Sanchez's statement harmful and perplexing.

It certainly would be harmful to CAIR if not only conservatives, but Democrats as well, took an honest, hard look at the growing problem with the literal practice of Islam in the United States.

Manjlai said that "Using inaccurate polls that reinforce false stereotypes about the Muslim community, at a time when right-wing bigots are calling for fascist measures against Muslims, is inexcusable."

Sanchez, who sits on the Armed Services Committee, said she was referring to estimates derived from limited data and limited research.

All research is limited. You cannot possibly poll every Muslim in the United States, just like you can't poll every voter prior to an election. However, the greater and varied demographics of the population polled, the greater the accuracy of the estimates. That's just basic statistics. The Pew Research group is one such organization known for its accurate polling.

In a recent Pew Research poll, it was found that Muslims "mostly say that suicide bombings and other forms of violence against civilians in the name of Islam are rarely or never justified, including 92% in Indonesia and 91% in Iraq." But in the United States, a 2011 survey found that only "86% of Muslims say that such tactics are rarely or never justified."

That means there is 14% of American Muslims who do believe that terrorist tactics against the United States is justified. With around 1.8 million Muslim adults, that translates into 18,000 people across our nation who are sympathetic to the use of tactics used by organizations like ISIS and al Qaeda.

That is a big freaking number, folks!

CAIR leader blames Americans for jihad attacks

They never point their bloody fingers inward, only outward. Blaming the victims of their evil attacks. They've been blaming their victims since Mohammad told Omar to go out and lie in order to kill someone who said something negative about him.

According to Hussam Ayloush in a CNN interview, we Americans bear some of the blame for the wave of Islamic extremism causing the terror attack in San Bernadino last Wednesday.

Yes, America, it's all your fault. You made us kill you because, well, we don't like the way you refuse to do what we demand.

Why we give these CAIR dirtbags a national voice is beyond all comprehension. Wait, I almost forgot, it's CNN, aka Certainly Not News.

CAIR, as you probably know, is an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB). The MB is a known terrorist organization that our president refuses to acknowledge and even has them over at the White House for tea and crumpets. (See Holy Land Foundation trials for more information on CAIR and the MB).

Ayloush said that American foreign policy has helped fuel the rage that drives Muslim radicals to kill in the name of their faith. Perhaps it would be more accurate for the scumcrumpet to have admitted that it's jihad itself that is doing the driving.

"Let's not forget that some of our own foreign policy, as Americans, as the West, have fueled that extremism," Ayloush told "New Day" host Chris Cuomo, a hard-line liberal who cannot even understand how a photographer's religious beliefs would be violated if he were forced to work a same-sex wedding. "After all, it's not like the photographer is being asked to marry another man. In an article in The Federalist, Cuomo comes across as an asshat when trying to trip up Marco Rubio on the abortion issue.

But getting back to Ayloush; he said that U.S. support for repressive regimes in the Middle East, including Egypt, "push people over to the edge."

"Then they become extremists. We are partly responsible. Terrorism is a global problem, not a Muslim problem. And the solution has to be global. Everyone has a role in it," added Ayloush, making full use of Taqiyya, or the act of lying for the benefit of Islam.

When Ayloush says "we" he is pretending to be an actual American is spirit. That's a load of camel excrement--he sees himself as a Muslim first and an American last--even after Lebanon, his country of origin.

Cuomo didn't challenge him on the claim that American foreign policy triggered terrorism, but that's probably what Cuomo believes as well. He apparently isn't the brightest light on the "holiday trees." (Of course I mean Christmas tree.)

The Daniel Pipes Middle East Forum had an interesting comment submitted by David Campbell back in September 2006, where he discussed how he had been corresponding via email with Ayloush and believes he and his CAIR soulmates are in "a constant state of denial," as CAIR calls the U.S. government the "New Saddam."

It's about time we stop giving credence to these haters of the West. Since 9/11 we should know better, we should know who they really are. Not that CNN ever will until it bites them on their butt.

Designating Obama's lunch buddies terrorists

Why are the only members of Congress who are attempting to designate the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) a terrorist organization, Republicans? No member of the party on the left, the party that uses an ass as its symbol, wants to make that leap. While Congress has been as impotent as a eunuch, at least they are now making an attempt at calling a terrorist, a terrorist .  .  .  in spite of Obama.

The pro-Israel blog Stand With Us clearly depicts the true goals of the MB and illustrates the danger it presents to the non-Muslim world. It leaves us with no doubt as to the true intentions of the MB and their willingness to employ terrorism to obtain their goal.

The five Middle East countries that aren't afraid of making the terrorist claim regarding the MB should shame us for failing to be honest and proactive simply to avoid insulting a group of Islamists whose founder said:
"It is the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet." MB founder Hassan al-Banna
Hamas' own charter describes itself as "one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood." But perhaps Obama doesn't view Hamas as a terrorist organization either. He certainly shows no love of Israel as our ally and would have it be destroyed if they went along with the borders Obama prescribed they regress back to from 1967.

But even more, the MB calls for jihad against "the Muslim's real enemies, not only Israel but also the United States. Waging jihad against both of these infidels is a commandment of Allah that cannot be disregarded." These are the words of the MB Supreme Guide Muhammed Badi, Sept. 2010.

At least some in Congress on the right side of the aisle are taking an active stance over designating the MB a terrorist organization. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is leading the charge in the Senate while Mario Diaz-Belart (R-FL) is doing the same in the House and they have introduced a bill.

Cruz spoke hard truth:
"We have to stop pretending that the Brotherhood are not responsible for the terrorism they advocate and finance. We have to see it for what it is: a key international organization dedicated to waging violent jihad . . . Congress owes it to the American people to tell them the truth about this threat. This bill puts the lie to the notion that the Muslim Brotherhood is a peaceful political organization that can be a legitimate partner for America. In 2008 the Justice Department successfully prosecuted the largest terrorism-financing trial in American history arguing that the Muslim Brotherhood directed U.S. affiliates such as the Holy Land Foundation to provide 'media, money and men' to Hamas. That support was used for terrorist attacks against Americans and our allies in the Middle East. When they are capable they will try to do the same thing here."
Now it's up to the State Department and other government agencies to call it like it is and designate the MB a terrorist organization by passing the bill. Sen. Cruz wisely added this language to the bill that "if the Secretary of State determines that the Muslim Brotherhood does not meet the criteria," it must then submit to Congress "a detailed justification as to which criteria have not been met."

That should put Obama's bloomers in a twisted ball.

If the bill passes, it would be nothing short of a miracle on Capital Hill because it will put an end to the American-based "front groups" the MB operates in the USA and will deal with the government infiltration of these scumcrumpets and leave Obama with fewer "folks" with whom to share lunchtime chatter.

But don't hold your breath.

Jeb! Bush: 5 things to consider about him before voting

Now that Jeb! is throwing his hat in the ever-enlarging campaign ring, we should get to know his views. Jeb Bush has name recognition, but not everyone knows how he stands on national security, specifically Islamic terrorism.

1. Jeb Bush has said, ""[Islam has] been hijacked by people who have an ideology that wants to destroy Western civilization, and they're barbarians. And so that part, which is the part that we need to confront head-on, is clearly not a religion of peace."

Nobody has "hijacked" jack squat. Islam is Islam. Islamic scripture, like Judeo-Christian scripture, has good parts and bad parts. But in Islamic scripture, i.e., the Koran, the good parts are abrogated by the bad parts. That is, the earlier Koran written by Mohammad's scribe while in Mecca, was peaceful because Islam was weak. The latter Koran, written by the scribe because Mohammad was never able to read or write, was written in Medina, when Islam was powerful. And the Medina Koran abrogated (that is, negated) the earlier, peaceful Koran.

To call Islam a "religion of peace" is ridiculous, if you follow what the religion of peace is doing in the world. Their definition of peace is that state of being in the world when only Allah is worshiped and the Jews and all non-believers are destroyed. Only then will there be peace.

2. Jeb believes that the way to fight radical Islam is to concentrate more on security and less on promoting Western values. "Am I the same as my brother? Of course not. I'm not. I think, for example, our foreign policy ought to be grounded in not just the export of our own values and nation-building. These are good sentiments, but first and foremost is security and peace."

Jeb really seems to be working hard at not being his brother, but his take on how to fight this ideology is naive.

Security is important, of course. Nobody denies that. But if you want to put an end to this 1400 jihad, you need to change the way many Muslims think of their so-called religion.

The Islamic State is winning the hearts and minds of young people on the Internet. They are convincing people to kill and die for them. Now that must be one hell of a powerful message.

We need to do the same. We need to convince young people that Western civilization is desirable and not evil. We need to also use shock and awe to rattle their now-secure cages. They need to know soon that they are going to lose, and once they know that, they just might listen to reason. If not, we keep killing them for national security.

3. Jeb has Jordan Sekulow as a top adviser to his "Right to Rise" PAC. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR, pronounced "go to hell") demand that Bush drop Sekulow, the executive director for the American Center for Law and Justice from the PAC because they claim he's "anti-Muslim." Sekulow, a lawyer, has written a pamphlet entitled: "Shari'a Law: Radical Islam's Threat to the U.S. Constitution."

CAIR is an un-indicted co-conspirator with the Holy Land Foundation--a group that funneled money to Hamas and supports terror. Why they are allowed to operate in the United States is a mystery--you might ask Obama.

Having Sekulow on board with Jeb is a good thing--Jordan isn't fooled by CAIR or Islam and perhaps can show Bush why he needs to rethink his take on the religion of peace.

Jordan Sekulow has been referred to by the leftist magazine, Salon, as an "evangelical attorney." They call Jeb's acquiring of Jordan as "a major coup." If Salon attacks Sekulow, you know he's good--it's scaring them like crazy.

4. Jeb criticized Obama for pulling his support for Egyptian President Mubarak and now thinks the U.S. should be more friendly towards President El-Sisi.

Bingo. I am in full agreement with Bush on this one. El-Sisi's speech was incredibly courageous when he said that Egypt needs to be less reliant on the old ways of Islam and more accepting of the values of the non-Islamic world.

They will probably try to kill El-Sisi for this.

5. On Iran, Jeb opposes a nuclear deal but isn't sure if he supports a regime change at this time. He believes, however, that we should align ourselves with those Iranians who oppose the current regime.

Again, I believe he is spot on regarding the so-called deal. Iran is going to develop a bomb and probably go after Israel.
"Once we're done with Israel, just you wait"

Obama hates Israel and likes Islamic nations, based on his track record. He is basically handing Iran the bomb and Bush is fully aware of that.

5. On ISIS, Jeb is not so fully aware. In fact, he's kind of an idiot.

He has shown the same level of knowledge regarding ISIS as Obama showed regarding the number of states in the union. (Remember, our "Genius in Chief" said there are 57 states.)

In a foreign policy speech made last February, he said that our government estimated ISIS has 200,000 fighters. In fact, the estimate was 20,000 to 30,000. He mispronounced the terrorist group, Boko Haram, in spite of the fact that it had been all over the news.

He also called Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi "the guy that's the supreme leader or whatever his new title is--head of the caliphate."

Jeb needs to do some research.

Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood

The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) was founded in 1928 by Sheikh Hassan Ahmed Abdel Rahman Muhammed al-Banna (seriously), a guy with a very long Muslim name, and a guy who was a great admirer of Adolf Hitler.

Al-Banna was a Muslim cleric, a so-called man of Allah.

Doesn't it seem strange that a "religious" cleric would admire a Jew-hating butcher like Hitler?

Well, it shouldn't.

Islam prides itself on its antisemitism. After all, the so-called prophet of Islam, Mohammed, hated Jews more than cars love Shell gasoline. Mo honed his beheading skills with 600 to 900 Jews from the Banu Qurayzah tribe. He killed and directed the killing of all males who had reached puberty, then he took the women as sex slaves for his band of merry Muslims. (See also ISIS.)

The MB motto remains the same today: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope."

In 2004, a federal grand jury in Dallas, Texas charged the Holy Land Foundation (HLF), a purported Islamic charity organization, and its largest in the world, with providing material support to Hamas and other related offenses. Included in the charges were five former HLF officers and employees.

After a partial acquittal of one defendant and a hung jury, in 2007, a retrial in 2008 found all defendants guilty on all counts.

An official document was entered into evidence, written in Arabic and translated in part as follows:

Page 4: "Enablement of Islam in North America, meaning: establishing an effective and a stable Islamic Movement led by the Muslim Brotherhood which adopts Muslim causes domestically and globally, and which works to expand the observant Muslim base, aims at unifying and directing Muslims' efforts, presents Islam as a civilization alternative, and supports the global Islamic State wherever it is."

Page 5: " . . . the Movement must plan and struggle to obtain 'the keys' and the tools of this process in carry out [sic] this grand mission as a 'Civilization Jihadist' responsibility."

Page 7: "The process of settlement is a 'Civilization-Jihadist Process' with all the word means. The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and 'sabotaging' its miserable house by their hand and the hands of the believers . . . "

"[W]e must possess a mastery of the art of 'coalitions', the art of 'absorption' and the principles of 'cooperation.'"

The MB's Spiritual Leader, Yusuf al-Qaradawi added to the motto: " . . . is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and 'sabotaging' its miserable house . . . so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions."

What part of al-Qaradawi's statement does Barack Obama not understand? Why did he meet with Muslim Brotherhood leaders in the White House, our house, the house of Western civilization?

Journalists tried to obtain the list of names of White House visitors who are connected to the MB but were stonewalled at first by the White House.

The list was finally released in February of this year and it was obvious who these people are.

The Clarion Project mentions Azhar Azeez, who represented the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and met with President Obama.

ISNA was identified as a MB front group in a declassified FBI document. The U.S. Department of Justice (pre-Eric Holder) listed ISNA as one of the "individuals/entities who are and/or were members of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood."

Azeez is currently the senior National Director of Islamic Relief USA, which is the American branch of Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW). Guess what, the UAE lists IRW as a terrorist organization. No surprise there.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is purported to be a charitable Islamic organization but it too is a MB front group and was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the HLF trial. The UAE lists CAIR as a terrorist organization and Azeez is the founder and past president of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of CAIR.

Another man, Imam Mohamed Magid met with Obama at our house. Magid is President of the ISNA and like  Azeez, he met with Barack Hussein Obama. This imam heads the All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS).

ADAMS was investigated by the FBI for terrorism funding and was raided in 2004.

And so on with the rest of the visitors who met with the president behind closed doors, with Obama.

Finally, does it make sense as to why Obama is treating Israel and Netanyahu with obvious contempt?

See above.
