Illegal alien pleads guilty to sexual abuse of 7-year-old girl

Another illegal alien has been caught committing a heinous crime--first degree sexual abuse, this time with a 7-year-old girl.

Carlos Fernando Pinola Pop [no relation to Cornpop] is a 41-year-old scumbag living in Kingston, NY. He pleaded guilty to the sexual abuse, the Ulster County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday. He faces only seven years in prison, added to the sex offender registry, and being deported to the country in which he belongs.

On August 15, Pinola Pop entered a guilty plea in court before Judge James Farrell for the crime of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, which is classified as a violent felony under Class D. His sentencing is set for October 10. According to the District Attorney’s office, on September 25, 2023, Pop "subjected a seven-year-old child to sexual contact with his hands and his penis on her vagina." The young girl reported the incident to her mother, who then informed a member of their community. This community member subsequently contacted the police, leading to Pop's arrest on October 13 of the same year. Pop admitted his actions to the Kingston Police.
"The message of this case is clear," Jenna Hastings, special victims bureau chief for the district attorney's office, said in a statement. "A child should never be the target of a sexual act for anyone."

No kidding. Shouldn't sentencing for such horrible acts be as severe as murder sentencing? It affects the remainder of the child's life.

As the border crisis under the Biden-Harris administration rolls on, Democratic presidential candidate and present Vice President Kamala Harris has done a complete backwards moonwalk on the border wall issue. It seems she's now ready to whip out the nation's checkbook and spend millions on the very wall that Trump pitched like a used car salesman back in his 2016 campaign. Soon she may claim that she slept with Stormy Daniels.

Harris previously called the wall “un-American” while Trump was building it and a “medieval vanity project." Wow, has she changed her tune.

Illegal aliens are continuing to soak up city budgets like a sponge, especially in Democrat-run cities where they've been relocated from the southern border. And where are they staying, you ask? Why, in luxury hotels, of course, all on the public's dime! Meanwhile, over in California, they're gearing up to become the first state to offer illegal immigrants taxpayer-funded loans up to $150,000. Because nothing says "welcome" quite like a fat check with a side of avocado toast!

Former cop with gender dysphoria arrested for allegedly abusing children

A man who believes he's a woman was arrested in Citrus County, Florida last week for allegedly abusing multiple children sexually.

The man changed his name to Diana Elizabeth Guevara and is a 33-year-old former policeman from Inverness, Florida. He was arrested for transmitting harmful material to minors, unlawful sexual activity with minors, and lewd and lascivious battery, according to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) announced in a July 18 press release.

“Guevara manipulated the young victims in this case and then took advantage of them, ” Sheriff Mike Pendergast said in the press release, mistakenly, but 'wokefully' referring to Guevara as a female. “She was able to foster a relationship with one victim and identify her next victims through them, showing a pattern of predatory behavior. This conduct will not be tolerated in Citrus County, and the SVU detectives will work tirelessly to bring justice to these young victims.”

On June 30, a parent contacted the CCSO informing them that an unidentified minor was talking to another child who allegedly engaged in sexual activity with Guevara, who shares the same surname as another a-hole. The first child also told his or her parent that Guevara had sent them explicit photos and videos to them on social media.

Detective Tony Ricci investigated the case finding multiple minors who described sexual activity with Guevara his residence. Investigators also collected evidence of the accuser’s claims of sexual abuse and explicit images.

Guevara is currently being held at the Citrus County Jail on a $47,000 bond.

As The Daily Caller noted, the CCSO and multiple news outlets identified Guevara as a woman, but the outlet revealed that Guevara is, in fact, a man who has a mental illness known as gender dysphoria and even discussed the transition with the Miami Herald in 2017. Guevara was a member of the Miami-Dade police force until an injury necessitated leaving law enforcement.

With a lot of time to think, Guevara began to think he was born in the wrong body and is a woman.

“I knew I ticked differently, but I didn’t know how,” Guevara, who has XY chromosomes, produces sperm, has not uterus and thus cannot get pregnant but can impregnate women,  told the Herald at the time. “Then I figured it out. ‘Oh! I’m trans.’”

Trans, of course, is not a thing that a person is--it's what a person does, changing their outer appearance, and sometimes have gender mutilation performed upon themself, to look like the opposite sex. In Guevara's case, he is simply a pedophile and therefore a piece of human excrement, if the allegations are true. And they certainly sound as if they are, but we need to wait and see.

Guevara underwent physical changes to appear as a woman. While allegedly sexually abusing minors, he claimed to be 23 years old, instead of 33 because not only is he mentally ill, he's also a liar.

It is not known whether or not Guevara still has his penis or if he had it mutilated and skin grafted to look like a clitoris.

MSNBC leftist Joe Scarborough says of Epstein's death: 'How predictably ...Russian'

The execrable MSNBC host Joe Scarborough was blown away by Jeffrey Epstein's apparent suicide and suggested that there was some kind of conspiracy behind it. Perhaps Trump. Perhaps Russia. Probably both.

"A guy who had information that would have destroyed rich and powerful men's lives ends up dead in his jail cell," the excessively hair headed Scarborough said on Saturday regarding the now dead pedophile. "How predictably... Russian," he added, attempting to sound edgy, while perhaps trying to link Epstein's death somehow to Trump. Or perhaps Russia. Probably both.

Scarborough seemed to be alluding to the many mysterious deaths with suspected connections to the Russian government that he would like to tie to both Putin and Trump. "Powerful Democratic and Republican figures breathing a huge sigh of relief—as well as a Harvard professor or two," he tweeted, the latter reference being Alan Dershowitz, who denies any untoward connection to the now dead pedophile scumcrumpet.

Dershowitz, along with former President Bill Clinton, was named in flight logs obtained as part of civil suits against Epstein. One of Epstein's alleged victims also claimed that he forced her to have sex with Dershowitz when she was underage.

Dershowitz has denied her claims and a person is considered innocent unless proven guilty, except for conservatives, Trump and his supporters and Alan Dershowitz who the left now considers a traitor for going on Fox News as a contributor.

In another tweet, Scarborough said it was "bull---t" to believe that Epstein was able to kill himself after reportedly trying to commit suicide just weeks prior. Of course Scarborough is only speculating while pretending his words are facts. He wasn't there and doesn't know how Epstein died.  

The 66-year-old pedophile pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges but could have faced up to 45 years in prison, a veritable life sentence, unless he lived to be 112, which he didn't.

"The rich and powerful get away with raping young girls...again," Scarborough said in another tweet, his anger fueled by Epstein's refusal to invite him to "Orgy Island" with his Democratic friends.

Some on Twitter criticized Scarborough's suspicions but he wasn't the only one to ask questions about the billionaire's death, and there is some sense to his thinking, but that should be the quiet part until we know the facts.

Newsweek columnist Seth Abramson, for example, said on Twitter that "there's a reasonable likelihood that this is the most suspicious death in federal custody in years, if not decades."

No question, Abramson is correct in his assessment. 

But the facts are not in, and I suspect they will be as believable as MSNBC's news reporting on the Trump administration.

R. Kelly investigation by Feds allegedly uncover over 20 sex videos

Federal prosecutors uncovered over 20 videos of 52-year-old singer Robert Sylvester Kelly [aka R Kelly] having sex with minors. The POS was indicted on 18 federal charges earlier in the week, including production of child pornography, and raping a minor [aka child] on camera.

If true, and it appears quite likely it is, Kelly should be chemically or physically castrated before giving him a lethal injection.

The tapes in question were handed over to investigators by members of Kelly's inner circle. They show him engaged in sex acts with multiple children, Gerald Griggs, an attorney for the family of alleged victim Joycelyn Savage, told TMZ.

The alleged pedophile was indicted by a federal grand jury in New York on Wednesday, and on Thursday officers with the New York Police Department along with Homeland Security agents detained him outside his Trump Tower apartment building in Chicago.

Like Roman Polanski, Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein, Kelly is a wealthy liberal who believes the law doesn't apply to him, or at least thinks he was too smart to get caught.

Because the accusations come from the federal government, they add a new dimension to the allegations against the alleged pedophile, who was already facing sexual abuse charges brought by Illinois prosecutors earlier this year.

One federal indictment in Chicago said Kelly arranged for a girl and her parents to travel overseas to prevent them from talking with police prior to his 2002 indictment on 21 counts of child pornography. At least he didn't have them "offed."

The R&B artist allegedly later instructed them to lie to a grand jury about the case. Kelly was acquitted in 2008 of the charges, which accused him of recording a video of sex acts with the girl, who was 12 or 13 when they met in the mid-1990s. If true, he should be given a free ride on "Old Sparky."

Joycelyn Savage

A separate indictment filed in the Eastern District of New York included charges of racketeering, kidnapping, forced labor and the sexual exploitation of a child.

It said Kelly and his managers, bodyguards and other assistants picked out women and girls at concerts and other venues and arranged for them to travel to see Kelly. [Shades of Jeffrey Epstein, right?]

They also set rules the women and girls had to follow, including not leaving their rooms - even to eat or go to the bathroom - without Kelly's permission, calling the singer 'Daddy' and not looking at other men, the indictment alleges. [Shades of Sharia law, right?]

The allegations have swirled for years around Kelly, whom federal prosecutors said Friday was 'emboldened by his fame and the lack of any real consequences.' The charges come after two documentaries and a series of news articles about the accusations, as well as pleas from prosecutors who have urged new victims and witnesses came forward.

Kelly was arrested Thursday evening while walking his dog 'Believe' in Chicago. It is believed that 'Believe' took a dump by a group of homeless folks which Kelly allowed to ripen as he went on his merry way.

He appeared in court Friday, standing before the judge in an orange jumpsuit, his hands clasped behind his back, and the only words he spoke during the 15-minute hearing were 'yes, ma'am.'

He will remain in federal custody at least until Tuesday, when he's scheduled for a detention hearing. Prosecutors want him held without bail.

Kelly's smart, Jewish lawyer, Steven Greenberg, [his mother was so proud when he graduated from law school] said the latest charges were "not a surprise" and that Kelly should be allowed to post bail [and perhaps "do a Polanski" and flee the country.]

"It's the worst kept secret he was going to get charged federally, and he hasn't fled," Greenberg said following Friday's hearing.

He also accused the federal government of "piling on" with the new charges [even though they may be accurate and the children he had sex with have the right to justice] and described his client as unflappable despite a series of indictments in recent months. What a freaking hero is R Kelly, with his flaps being kept in check.

"I'm amazed he hasn't had a complete breakdown in the face of all of this pressure," Greenberg said. He questioned if the victims referenced in the indictments were actually victims, or fictional characters in the make believe videos.

"They've charged him in New York with enticing people and encouraging people to have sex with him," Greenberg said. "I don't think people accidentally have sex so I'm not really sure what the criminal activity is there." But there's this little thing call age of consent, which children have not as yet obtained BECAUSE THEY'RE CHILDREN!!!

The Chicago indictment charges Kelly with child sex crimes, including producing child pornography, and conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government. It also names Kelly's business manager, Derrel McDavid, and another employee who, if guilty, should be made to sit in Kelly's lap when "Old Sparky" gets-a-sparking.

It says Kelly recorded himself engaged in sex acts with several minor girls and went to great lengths to recover the videos when he realized some were missing from his 'collection.' Kelly allegedly made some victims and witnesses take lie-detector tests to ensure they had returned all copies of the videos.

Kelly was arrested in February on 10 counts in Illinois of sexually abusing three girls and a woman. He pleaded not guilty to those charges and was released on bail.

Then on May 30, Cook County prosecutors added 11 more sex-related counts involving one of the women who accused him of sexually abusing her when she was underage.

Kelly is being held in federal custody at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago.

Epstein paid $350 K to potential witnesses in sex trafficking case

According to a report by the Associated Press, alleged billionaire Jeffrey Epstein paid $350,000 to two potential witnesses that were to testify against him in his sex trafficking case, New York federal prosecutors alleged Friday in a bid to keep the 66-year-old behind bars until his trial.

According to prosecutors, the alleged pedophile wired the money late last year, following a report the Miami Herald published, the first in a series of articles, that explored a plea agreement he reached with federal prosecutors in 2008. The secret agreement wound down a sex abuse investigation involving at least 40 teenage girls that could have, and probably should have, landed him behind bars for life.

Alexander [aka:"Not Jim"] Acosta, who approved the plea deal as the then-U.S. Attorney for South Florida, resigned as labor secretary earlier Friday, or was quietly fired by President Trump, depending on what you believe.

The government's filing, citing financial records, said that Epstein sent $100,000 on Nov. 30, 2018, to "an individual named as a possible co-conspirator in the [plea agreement]." Three days later, the filing says, Epstein wired $250,000 to "another individual named as a possible co-conspirator ... and also identified as one of the defendant's employees."

It sounds like a really bad idea to have worked for Jeffrey Epstein.

"This course of action, and in particular its timing, suggests the defendant was attempting to further influence co-conspirators who might provide information against him in light of the recently re-emerging allegations," the prosecutors said.

Epstein was arrested Saturday at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey as he arrived on a flight from Paris. He has pleaded not guilty [LOL] to charges alleging he recruited and abused dozens of underage girls at his mansions in New York and Palm Beach, Fla., in the early 2000s.

His attorneys have said the charges will not stick because Epstein is protected by the terms of the 2008 plea agreement. Under the terms of that deal, Epstein served 13 months in jail, but was free six days a week to work and return to the slammer at night. He was also required to reach financial settlements with dozens of his alleged victims and register as a sex offender--a pay as you go deal.

In their argument for bail Thursday, Epstein's lawyers argued in favor of house arrest with electronic monitoring at his $77 million Manhattan mansion, where prosecutors say some of the sexual activity took place. The defense argued that their client had long lived with the fear that federal prosecutors might pursue sexual abuse charges against him again, but had never sought to flee the country--what a guy.

Prosecutors argued that the house arrest proposal "does nothing to mitigate his [Epstein's] flight risk."

"Each of the relevant factors to be considered as to flight risk—the nature and circumstances of the offense, the strength of the evidence, and the history and characteristics of the defendant—counsel strongly in favor of detention," the filing said.

The guy owns a private plane.

Prosecutors also said that several of Epstein's alleged victims supported his detention until trial, claiming that they feared "harassment and abuse by the defendant." So if he is, indeed, a pedophile, he isn't a very nice one.

Earlier Friday, U.S. District Judge Richard Berman ruled that Epstein's lawyers could file documents related to his finances under seal, preventing them from being made public. Prosecutors had complained to Berman Thursday that the defense hadn't filed the paperwork, making it impossible to "meaningfully respond" to their argument for bail.

And nobody seems to know how Epstein made his fortune.

In Friday's filing, prosecutors said Epstein's net worth was "more than $500 million" and claimed that "his token effort to account for his finances makes painfully clear the need for detention."

And maybe a chemical castration would help resolve some of his problems.

Meanwhile, the media is trying their best to keep Bill Clinton out of the picture and somehow implicate President Trump's administration. It's amazing how a big Democratic donor and alleged sex trafficker can still be a problem for Republicans.

James Gunn gone, now let's forget him

James Gunn was not only the director of the film "Guardians of the Galaxy," but a person who was hawking himself to be the guardian of what is right and pure about leftism.

But, like many "holier than thou" leftists [google Harvey Weinstein, Anthony Weiner, and Kevin Spacey for starters] he has been outed by The Daily Caller OAN correspondent and conservative commentator Mike Cernovich for being a major scumcrumpet.

Deleted tweets have been uncovered where Gunn joked about rape, pedophilia, the Holocaust, AIDS, and even 911.

Gunn apologized, sort of, for his offensive tweets after he was fired by Disney, saying that he used to make offensive jokes but doesn't anymore, but if you look at some of his recent posts, whereby he 
vehemently opposes Trump and others in the GOP, you can see the hypocrisy of his apology and witness him as the same piece of human garbage he's always been.

One of his deleted tweets dug up Thursday by his critics said, "I like when little boys touch me in my silly place."

Another read: "The best thing about being raped is when you're done being raped and it's like 'whew this feels great, not being raped!'"

Gunn's excuse was that he saw himself as a "provocateur" making "jokes" that were "outrageous and taboo."

His apology is as believable as an Obama promise about health care. "As I've developed as a person, so has my work and my humor," Gunn said. "It's not to say I'm better, but I am very, very different than I was a few years ago; today I try to root my work in love and connection and less in anger. My days saying something just because it's shocking and trying to get a reaction are over."

If you've read his tweets just prior to Disney firing him, you'll know the definition of hypocrite.

Gunn is one of those.

He has deleted his personal website since the firing as well.

I was going to put up a screen grab on Gunn's disgusting language and imagery in his tweets, but I suspect Google will admonish me or delete my account.

Carlos Danger wants a pen pal

Former honored Rep. Anthony Weiner (aka Carlos Danger, and now disgraced) has reported to prison on Monday to begin a 21 month sentence for sexting a 15-year-old child.

To pass the time, Danger is looking for a pen pal, preferably of the female persuasion so that he will have something to do with himself to beat the loneliness off and fight the boredom of prison life.

Danger's away message on his personal email addresses give clear instructions on how to stay in contact with him while he yammers in the slammer.

"Thanks for reaching out," the message begins. "Starting November 6th, I'll be away for a while but I would love to stay in touch. As quaint as it may sound, the best way to reach me is by sending a letter. When you write, I'll get you the information about how email might work.

"So please include your full mailing address here and of course include it when you write. And although you didn't ask--yes, you may send me books via Amazon. (No crockpots or washers/dryers though)."

He then provides contact information via the "Federal Medical Center" in Massachusetts.

So girls, (and I do mean 'girls') you may need to get in line to score a famous pen pal like Anthony Weiner. My advice is if you really want to write to this creep, enclose a photo.

But I don't think it's a very smart thing to do.

MS-13 gang-banger deported 4 times, stabbed 2 women, abused baby

A member of MS-13 street gang who was deported four times, stabbed two women and sexually assaulted a 2-year-old baby girl in Nassau, Long Island a New York City suburb.

Tommy Vladim Alvarado-Ventura, (no relation to Jessie) is a 31-year-old alleged scumwafer who attacked the baby Tuesday in the town of Hempstead while the baby's mother was at work and he was babysitting, according to Nassau County Police.

He later attacked a woman outside a bar early Wednesday after getting into an argument over purchasing marijuana. He punched and stabbed her in the back, thigh and mouth before running away like a scared kitty cat. She is hospitalized with a collapsed lung.

After he returned to the apartment, he got into an altercation with his girlfriend when she noticed her 2-year-old had "suffered severe injuries that were inflicted by him," said the police. 

So he allegedly punched her and stabbed her "multiple times," according to police, before she was able to contact authorities.

"This is, in 28 years, probably the most heinous criminal act I've ever seen," Nassau County Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter told CBS New York. "It really is nauseating."

Alvarado-Ventura was deported to El Salvador four times between 2006 and 2011. It isn't known when he sneaked back into the country.

The dirtbag pleaded not guilty Thursday and is being held without bail. He only faces life in prison, which is definitely not enough for someone who would harm a 2-year-old. 

One hopes the prison population takes what he did into consideration as to what they do when he's incarcerated.

Illegal immigrant suspected of sexually attacking 5-year-old

Illegal immigrant from El Salvador, Rigoberto Arevalo Cubias, 30, is on the run and is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl! 

After an investigation, Fullerton police said the suspect is believed to have engaged in sexual intercourse of sodomy with a child under the age of 10-years-old. Authorities believe Cubias might possess a fake California driver's license, but who knows, in California, apparently not much is illegal.

The illegal scumcrumpet has an outstanding $50,000 arrest warrant from a 2014 DUI.

The alleged pedophile goes by a number of aliases, including: Jose Cubias, Jose Cubias Arevalo, Jose Riberto Cubias, Jose Alfonso Cubias Arevalo, and Jose Can You See By The Dawn's Early Light, Man."

Investigators believe he may have ditched his car and cell phone in an attempt to make a getaway.

In a news release, police said: "Detectives believe that Cubias now knows he is wanted by police and he is on the run from law enforcement. He has discarded his previously owned vehicle and cellular phone in what Detectives believe is an attempt to elude capture."

Cubias is a Hispanic man, 5 ft. 7 inches short, weighing about 185 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.

Michael Moore, Food Terrorist, Attacks Half of USA Population

Michael Moore never met an animal he wouldn't eat, and now he's attacking about half of America with his mouth. Specifically, he's attacking Trump voters, calling them "legal terrorists."

So what are Trump voters really, a basket of deplorables or legal terrorists?

The corpulent American-hating filmmaker used the term in an interview with Rolling Stone to describe "any" supporters of Donald Trump, coming right after the Democratic nominee made her assessment for which she later apologized because she wants our vote.

"[Voters] can go on there and, even though you're not necessarily in favor of Trump and you don't like him that much and you know he's a little crazy, you also know he's going to blow up the system," Moore, whose documentaries constantly criticize 'the system' said as he gobbled down four cheeseburgers and a big bag of fries with a diet Coke.

"The system that took your job and house away from you. You get to get back at the system now and blow it up and this is the only day you can do it legally."

Moore was in bed with Bernie Sanders when he was running, but swallowed his ethics by backing Clinton. Now that he's making another leftist documentary, "Michael Moore in Trumpland," he's doing his best to self-advertise. After all, capitalism isn't such a bad thing-attacking it made Moore more big. 

Hillary

"I wrote a chapter in my very first book 20 years ago called 'My Forbidden Love for Hillary," Moore said, referring to Sir Edmund Hillary, the first person to climb Mount Everest and climb into the bulbous Moore's heart. "I was for Hillary before Hillary was for Hillary," Moore admitted. It wasn't so much that Moore was afraid of "coming out of the closet," he just couldn't push his way past the door.

But seriously, Moore is a disgusting human being. He not only called his supporters "legal terrorists," he compared Trump to a child molester.

"You have to protect the population from him like you do with a child pedophile," he said in that redundant way he has with both talking and eating. "A pedophile doesn't need to be in prison; they're sick. They have to be separated from us so they don't hurt children. But you have to treat it that way."

You have to protect the population from Moore like you do with an ice cream man selling drugs to children from his truck.

Nidal Hasan is no Vidal Sassoon

We're in the third day of the trial of the Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Hasan. I refuse to refer to him by his rank just like I refuse to refer to Al Sharpton by his honorific. Thus far, the terrorist only cross examined two of his victims. 



Many believe Hasan actually wants the death penalty. I disagree. People want to have life ever after--they want to go to whatever they think is the kind of afterlife that follows our time here on earth. Hasan wants to go to Paradise, get his virgins who never lose their virginity because, I suppose they have self-repairing hymens, (the koran doesn't specify, or does the hadith), and drink from rivers of wine, which they're not allowed to have while on earth. Makes sense they'd want to go elsewhere for their fun.

What we also know is that Joe Paterno, ('Joe Pa,' as Penn State football fans lovingly refer to him) was aware of Sandusky's behavior but did nothing to stop it from continuing, thereby allowing this piece of garbage to continue molesting children. Paterno "regrets" this, but I bet the parents of those eight children regret it a lot more. 

Angry but not angry enough

What could a bystander like Paterno say to himself to justify not doing anything to stop the asssaults? "He's too damn good of a coach to let this get in the way of our winning"? or "They'll get over it and forget about it in time, like nothing happened"? I'm not sure that there is anything that justifies saying nothing when you know something terrible is happening to young innocents.


Mike McQueary, another team coach, saw Jerry Sandusky rape a young boy in the shower several years ago. McQueary is not going to be coaching the game this weekend because the college is afraid for his safety. But why is the school firing Joe Pa but not McQueary? It sounds weird . . . in fact, it sounds queer.

Whatever you think of Joe Paterno, he is, after all, just a man. There is no question that he should have reported the abuse of the boys as soon as he knew it occured--to withhold it from the authorities, is akin to sanctioning it, and it makes Paterno culpable. How incredibly sad that a guy Paterno's age, who has led such a wonderful and long career in college football coaching, should end it this way. How sad a man like Joe Paterno, who saw and did nothing, cannot be prosecuted for his lack of action when it could have saved at least 7 kids from sexual trauma that they will have to live with for their entire lives. McQueary is no better and deserves the same punishment if the facts are real, and that Paterno and he were aware of Sandusky's disgusting behavior.


The mob at Penn State is protesting Paterno's firing. The mob always takes the wrong side, which is why they are a mob--think Occupy Yadda Yadda. The mob has become the voice of the left. It is a voice of empty thought and false emotion. If your child was the ninth child getting raped by a pig like Sandusky, how would you feel about Paterno and McQueary?
