Another Preventable Tragedy: Illegal Immigrant Released by Sanctuary Policies in Fairfax County Allegedly Murders Man One Day Later

Here we go again. In yet another glaring example of how Democrat-run sanctuary policies put American lives at risk, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador with a rap sheet longer than a Porto-San line on Octoberfest was cut loose by authorities in Fairfax County, Virginia, only to allegedly commit a murder the very next day.

Marvin Morales-Ortez, a 23-year-old illegal alien and suspected MS-13 gang member, was in custody on Tuesday facing charges of malicious wounding and brandishing a firearm. But thanks to the office of Soros-backed Commonwealth's Attorney Steve Descano, those charges were dropped, and he walked free. 

By Wednesday, a man was found shot dead in his Reston home, and Morales-Ortez was the prime suspect. After a manhunt involving drones, K-9s, and helicopters, he was tracked down and arrested on second-degree murder charges.

"The charges were nolle prossed due to insufficient evidence to move forward with the criminal case," a spokesperson for the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office, headed by George Soros-backed Fairfax County Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano, told Fox News Digital. "The victim told police that they had moved out of the country and would not be coming to court to cooperate in proceedings, regardless of timing. Sadly, without the victim’s necessary testimony, we could not move forward."

Court records paint a disturbing picture: Morales-Ortez has been charged with at least seven crimes in Fairfax County since 2020, including a previous first-degree murder charge that was also dropped (someone else was later convicted). He's only been convicted once, for theft, and was fined $300, which he still hasn't paid.

Both the police and Descano's office pointed fingers at the sheriff's office, led by Stacey Kincaid, for handling ICE detainers. And sure enough, ICE had lodged a detainer, but Fairfax County's sanctuary policies meant it wasn't honored, unless there's a judicial warrant, which ICE didn't provide in this case.

"The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office follows all local, state, and federal laws when determining whether a person is subject to release from the ADC. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is automatically notified any time a person is booked into the ADC. In this instance, ICE was aware of Morales Ortez’s incarceration and elected not to seek a judicial warrant to ensure he remained in custody," Fox News Digital was told. "Accordingly, and consistent with our policies and the law, once the court issued an order dismissing his cases, Mr. Morales Ortez was released. "The Department of Homeland Security wasn't having any of the blame-shifting.

"This is nothing more than sanctuary politicians trying to pass the blame for their REFUSAL to protect American citizens," the spokesperson said. "To honor a detainer, officials do NOT need a judicial warrant. The sanctuary politicians of Fairfax have blood on their hands. They should have turned this serial criminal illegal alien over to ICE law enforcement--instead they chose to RELEASE him back into Virginia neighborhoods."

Critics like Sean Kennedy of Virginians for Safe Communities piled on, calling out Descano's track record.

"For Steve Descano’s office, letting violent criminals out to commit more crimes isn’t a bug, it’s a feature. But he bungles so many cases you can’t always tell where the incompetence ends and the ideology begins," Sean Kennedy, Virginians for Safe Communities president, told Fox News Digital. "That a dangerous offender would go free and create more victims is so commonplace in Fairfax that may have become numb to it. Descano exploits that."

This isn't some isolated screw-up—Fairfax County has long been criticized as one of the nation's most egregious sanctuary jurisdictions, routinely ignoring ICE detainers and prioritizing "trust" policies over public safety. Under the incoming Trump administration, ICE arrests in Virginia have surged, highlighting some of the "worst of the worst" criminal aliens recently nabbed. But tragedies like this one show the deadly cost of local officials playing politics with immigration enforcement.

How many more Americans have to die before these sanctuary politicians finally put citizens first?

ICE deports MS-13 leader who tried to 'game our immigration system' under Biden, DHS says

Oh, look at this, another shining example of why the Biden-Harris open-border circus was the greatest gift ever handed to MS-13 on a silver platter.

Meet Wilmer Alexy Garcia-Manzanarez, proud MS-13 "terrorist gang leader" wanted for murderer back in El Salvador. He was deported three times before Biden's crew decided, "Nah, let’s keep this charmer around," because nothing says "compassionate immigration policy" like giving a violent gangbanger with an outstanding murder warrant yet another bite at the American apple.

Here's the DHS laying it out plain:

"The Biden administration let this MS-13 gang member and wanted murderer claim fear of returning to El Salvador despite having a final order of removal and three prior deportations. Of course, a wanted murderer does not want to return to his country to face justice for his crimes," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

And then the money line: "Thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem, this criminal illegal alien is OUT of our country," she added. "The days of the world’s criminals indefinitely remaining in our country are over."

Cue the angelic choir and harp strings.

This walking felony résumé illegally strolled across the Canadian border in 2001 (yes, the northern one, because why not make it a bipartisan border failure?), got caught, got released, got ordered removed, then treated our immigration laws like a revolving door at Macy's. Three deportations between 2007 and 2012, then he waltzes back in for a fourth illegal entry because, hey, fourth time’s the charm, right?

While he was here enjoying Biden's catch-and-release spa treatment, he racked up burglary, menacing with a weapon, DUI, property damage, driving without a license, basically the full Central American gangster starter kit.

But fear not, patriots. On November 3, 2025, this scumbag was finally stuffed onto a plane and shipped back to El Salvador, where I'm sure President Bukele has a lovely concrete suite waiting for him in CECOT with the rest of the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 alumni.

Moral of the story? Eight years of Democrat "asylum for everyone who can spell the word fear" nonsense almost turned us into the world’s largest halfway house for murderous illegal aliens. Thank God that nightmare is over.

DHS Set to Ship MS-13 Suspect Abrego Garcia to Liberia—Because Apparently, One Botched Deportation Wasn't Enough for the Left's Sob Story

Oh, the humanity. Just when the Trump administration is cranking up the deportation machine to levels the open-borders crowd can't stand, here comes another chapter in the endless saga of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran illegal immigrant who's basically become the poster boy for why due process shouldn't mean a free pass for gangbangers.

According to a fresh Department of Homeland Security filing dropped Friday, Abrego Garcia could be on a one-way flight to Liberia, the West African nation, as early as Halloween. Why Liberia? Because they've cut a deal with the U.S., and apparently, it's the perfect spot to enforce that long-standing deportation order that's been gathering dust since 2019.

Remember, this guy's story is a total mess courtesy of bureaucratic bungling: He got shipped back to El Salvador in March by mistake, despite a 2019 protection ruling and a court order saying "nope, not there." It has turned into this epic showdown between Trump's zero-tolerance deportation blitz and the Democrats' endless parade of legal stalling tactics for future Democrats. And now, after he's somehow boomeranged back stateside, the feds are ready to try, try again.

The filing lays it out plain: Abrego Garcia's lawyers threw a Hail Mary pass, listing over 20 countries where he claims he'd face the big bad wolf, prosecution, torture, you name it. 

Maryland mom, who he allegedly abused

"Liberia is a thriving democracy and one of the United States's closest partners on the African continent," the filing boasts. English is their official language, their constitution's got "robust protections for human rights," and they're all in on "the humane treatment of refugees." DHS even scored diplomatic assurances from the Liberians that no one's getting waterboarded on arrival. Sounds like a solid Plan B after the El Salvador clusterfrack.

But wait, there's whining! Abrego Garcia's legal dream team is crying foul, calling this whole thing "political retribution" and part of some "pattern of punitive deportation tactics. After failed attempts with Uganda, Eswatini, and Ghana, ICE now seeks to deport our client, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, to Liberia, a country with which he has no connection, thousands of miles from his family and home in Maryland," attorney Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg cried in a statement, via The Associated Press.

And get this gem: "Costa Rica stands ready to accept him as a refugee, a viable and lawful option," the lawyer added. "Yet the government has chosen a course calculated to inflict maximum hardship. These actions are punitive, cruel and unconstitutional."

Really? Coming from the folks who want to keep alleged MS-13 affiliates lounging in Maryland on the taxpayer dime? Spare us.

Enter the cavalry: Maryland's own Sen. Chris Van Hollen, the Democrat who's made Abrego Garcia his personal cause célèbre. This guy's been all in, flying down to El Salvador in April for a photo-op prison visit and leading the charge to spring him. On Friday, he unloaded on the filing like it was personal.

"The Trump Administration has been desperately shopping for faraway countries they can ship Kilmar Abrego Garcia to in order to deny his constitutional due process right to defend himself against the charges they have brought," Van Hollen thundered in a statement.

He kept going: "Clearly, Trump’s cronies want to avoid answering for the claim that they are engaged in a vindictive prosecution against Abrego Garcia, after a federal judge concluded earlier this month that his prosecution ‘may stem from retaliation by the DOJ and DHS due to Abrego’s successful challenge of his unlawful deportation in Maryland.’ Kilmar must be allowed his day in court to fight for his rights," the woke senator said.

Look, facts are facts: Abrego Garcia snuck into the U.S. illegally back in 2011, got slapped with a deportation order in 2019, and two judges pegged him as likely MS-13 affiliated. Trump officials owned up to the deportation screw-up in court, but let's be real, some of the bigwigs are still saying he belongs in the gang category, error or not.

Former federal prosecutor Katie Cherkasky broke it down on 'Fox News Live,' chatting about Abrego Garcia's pending boot to Liberia, Trump's D.C. crime crackdown, and the rest of the circus. Smart money says this is Trump drawing a line in the sand: No more sanctuary for gang suspects, no matter how much the left clutches their pearls.

If Democrats like Van Hollen spent half this energy on actual American victims of MS-13 instead of jet-setting for sob stories, maybe we'd all be better off. Deport him, close the book, and let's get back to securing the border. October 31 can't come soon enough.

Baltimore’s MS-13 Nightmare: Three Thugs Nailed for Blood-Soaked Crimes

The concrete jungle of Baltimore just got a little safer, but not before three MS-13 savages left a trail of blood and terror that will haunt the city for years. A Maryland federal jury slammed the gavel on Wilson Arturo Constanza-Galdomez (aka Humilde, aka Marco Saravia, 26, from El Salvador), Edis Omar Valenzuela-Rodriguez (aka Little Felon, 24, from Honduras), and Jonathan Pesquera-Puerto (aka Truney, 24, from Honduras) for a rampage of racketeering, murders, and attempted murders that turned neighborhoods into killing fields. These crimes were a middle finger to humanity, capped by the gut-wrenching slaughter of a woman stabbed 143 times.

Court records read like a horror script. MS-13, the notorious transnational gang rooted in Central American immigrant communities, operates like a death cult. Its members, grouped in "cliques" like the Carlington Locos Salvatrucha and Huntington Criminales Locos Salvatrucha, climb the ranks by spilling blood. The rulebook’s simple: hunt and kill rivals—called "chavalas"—whenever you can. In Baltimore City and County, MS-13's beef with the 18th Street Gang fueled a vicious cycle of machetes and body bags.

"Over the course of a few short months, these defendants – seeking to be promoted within the ranks of the designated foreign terrorist organization MS-13 – spread fear through the streets of Baltimore by committing brutal and heinous acts, including the murder of two young women," said Acting Assistant Attorney General Matthew R. Galeotti of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. "Today's verdict demonstrates the Department of Justice’s unwavering commitment to prosecuting MS-13 members to the fullest extent of the law in order to eradicate the transnational street gang, obtain a measure of justice for their victims, and restore the safety and security of our communities."

Constanza-Galdomez and Pesquera-Puerto ran with the Carlington crew, while Valenzuela-Rodriguez repped the Huntington clique. From June 2019 to at least October 2021, these guys were neck-deep in MS-13's dirty work: two murders, four attempted murders, and witness tampering to keep their reign of terror airtight.

"The MS-13 gang continues to show a total disregard for human life," said U.S. Attorney Kelly O. Hayes for the District of Maryland. "These defendants’ commitment to carrying out multiple vicious attacks and murders, including the killing a 16-year-old girl, is unconscionable. Members of this ruthless, international gang thrive on murdering and terrorizing others, and in this case, did so to advance their standing within this lawless organization. We, along with our law-enforcement partners, are committed to relentlessly pursuing and prosecuting those who commit these despicable crimes and dismantling the violent criminal organizations that terrorize our communities."

The carnage kicked off on April 25, 2020, when Constanza-Galdomez, Valenzuela-Rodriguez, and their MS-13 brothers targeted a man they pegged as a rival. They hunted him down in Baltimore, hacking at his face and arm with machetes, leaving him scarred but alive.“The defendants convicted today engaged in excessive and brutal violence as members of MS-13, a transnational criminal organization that routinely shows contempt for the rule of law,” said Assistant Director Jose A. Perez of the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division. "We are proud of the work that has taken these individuals off the streets so that they can no longer harm the community of the greater Baltimore area, and we will continue our nationwide efforts in thwarting MS-13."

On May 29, 2020, the gang's depravity hit a new low. They lured 16-year-old Gabriela Gonzalez-Ardon to a secluded spot near Loch Raven Reservoir in Cockeysville, Maryland, suspecting she was cozy with rival gang members. There, Constanza-Galdomez, Valenzuela-Rodriguez, Pesquera-Puerto, and their crew hacked her to death with machetes, her young life snuffed out to score points with MS-13's shot-callers.

A week later, on June 5, 2020, the same crew set their sights on Michelle Tenezaca, a woman they thought was a rival snitch. They lured her to the CSX Bayview Train Yard in Baltimore, where they unleashed hell—stabbing her 143 times and leaving her body by the tracks. Like clockwork, they bragged to MS-13’s higher-ups, chasing clout in their twisted world.

The horror didn't stop there. On June 6, 2020, Constanza-Galdomez, Valenzuela-Rodriguez, and their gang cornered a man and his girlfriend—the sister of one of their murder victims—at a Baltimore library. They ordered younger MS-13 members to drag the woman to the same train yard where Tenezaca died, where they stabbed her over 70 times. Meanwhile, the man was forced at knifepoint to Dundalk, where the gang tried to finish him off with a flurry of knife wounds. Miraculously, both survived.

The jury didn’t flinch. Constanza-Galdomez and Valenzuela-Rodriguez got hit with conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise and two counts each of murder in aid of racketeering. Pesquera-Puerto was convicted of conspiracy and one count of murder in aid of racketeering. All three face mandatory life sentences, with a federal judge set to finalize their fate based on U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.

The FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, Baltimore City and County Police, and U.S. Marshals Service cracked this case wide open. Trial Attorneys Grace Bowen and Christopher Taylor, alongside Assistant U.S. Attorney James Wallner, are prosecuting, determined to bury these gangsters under the weight of justice.

This bloodbath is part of a bigger fight; Operation Take Back America, a nationwide DOJ push to crush cartels, transnational gangs like MS-13, and the violent crime tearing through our cities. These convictions send a message: no matter how sharp your machete, the law's reach is longer.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s Back in the Ring, Swinging for Asylum and Ducking Uganda

Kilmar Abrego Garcia: a dad, a Minnesota Man, a basic scumcrumpet

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran guy who's been duking it out with Uncle Sam’s immigration machine, is throwing fresh punches. He's gunning for asylum in the U.S. again, while telling the feds to shove their plan to ship him off to Uganda. His counteroffer? Costa Rica, which has apparently rolled out the welcome mat.

Court papers dropped Tuesday say it all: "At 5pm yesterday, Petitioner filed a motion to reopen before an immigration judge pursuant to 8 C.F.R. §1003.23(b)(4)(i), to seek asylum in the United States pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1158." Kilmar's not going down without a fight.

This all comes after ICE nabbed him Monday at one of their facilities. A video making the rounds on X, courtesy of the Department of Homeland Security, caught Kilmar spitting fire, yelling "gobierno corrupto" that's "corrupt government" for those not fluent in the language of shade.

In a filing called "Notice of Fear of Removal to UGANDA," Kilmar didn't hold back, [like when he beats his wife]: "I, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia … hereby state that I fear persecution in UGANDA on account of my race, nationality, political opinion, and membership in a particular social group." 

He's also sweating torture at the hands of Ugandan officials,  or worse, getting ping-ponged back to El Salvador, where he says he's already been through hell. Poor baby.

"I also fear torture by or at the acquiescence of a public official in that country. Finally, I feat [sic] that country will refoul me (re-deport me) to EL SALVADOR, where I also fear persecution on account of the above-mentioned protected grounds and torture by or at the acquiescence of a public official, and where I have been tortured in the past."

Costa Rica, though, that's his pick? They're down to take him, and Kilmar's all in for the Central American vibes over Uganda's uncertainty.

Rewind to earlier this year: Kilmar got the boot to El Salvador after a 2019 immigration judge ruling shot down his asylum bid but gave him a partial win with withholding of removal. Sadly, it didn't stick, though as the U.S. sent him packing. Fast-forward to some legal cage-fighting, and Florida's Attorney General Pam Bondi stepped into the spotlight, declaring Kilmar had "landed in the United States to face justice." Apparently, the U.S. waved an arrest warrant at El Salvador, and they handed him over.

What's he facing? A grand jury slapped him with an indictment earlier this year, charging him with "Conspiracy to Transport Aliens" and "Unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens." Kilmar’s response? A big, bold "not guilty," in spite of his human trafficking antics being seen on video.

Abrego Garcia, aka 'Maryland Man' was member of Biden-backed group calling for abolishing ICE

Well, isn’t this a plot twist? Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the so-called “Maryland man” lionized by Democrats, turns out to be a suspected MS-13 gang member and human smuggler. Oh, and he was a card-carrying member of CASA, a far-left group that’s been cashing Biden administration checks while loudly demanding ICE be sent to the scrap heap. Awkward.

CASA, a leftwing outfit that lobbies for illegal aliens, isn’t shy about its radical agenda. They call ICE a "rogue agency" that’s "caused immense harm to our communities." Their self-serving mission is to abolish ICE, block local cops from working with federal immigration enforcement, and shield folks like Abrego Garcia from deportation. 

And the Biden administration? They’ve been happy to funnel over $5 million to CASA since 2022, including a cool $250,000 from DHS for "innovations in citizenship preparation." Because nothing screams "citizenship prep" like defending a suspected MS-13 smuggler, right?

"CASA is outraged that ICE deported CASA member Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia in violation of a court order and at grave personal danger," the group huffed in a statement. 

They’ve doubled down, falsely claiming "the Trump administration disappeared Kilmar Abrego Garcia." Funny, last I checked, Trump hasn’t been in office for years. But facts aren’t exactly CASA’s strong suit. They admitted Abrego Garcia was one of their own in an April statement, and they’ve stayed in the fight, with CASA reps cozying up to his punching bag wife at a recent Nashville press conference.

CASA’s got a slick operation with offices across the mid-Atlantic, including Maryland, where Abrego Garcia called home before ICE sent him back to El Salvador. They offer membership tiers with perks like legal defense against deportation, vocational training, and citizenship application help, all for a monthly or annual fee. We don’t know which tier Abrego Garcia signed up for or what services he tapped, but it’s safe to say he wasn’t just there for the free coffee.

And it’s not just about services. CASA’s pushing a hard-left agenda, including Maryland legislation to stop local law enforcement from sharing information with ICE, making it harder for feds to track down illegal aliens. Their sister group, CASA in Action, brags about "mobilizing Black, Latine, Afro-descendent, Indigenous, and Immigrant voters" to elect "progressive change leaders."

Biden’s Border Disaster: ICE Rounds Up Murderers and Child Rapists in Boston While Sanctuary Policies Shield Criminals

In a shocking display of what open-border policies have unleashed, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin embedded with ICE in Boston, where agents are taking down some of the worst criminals and illegal immigrants, including an alleged murderer and child rapists. 

This comes as the Trump administration faces pushback from left-wing officials hell-bent on protecting their sanctuary city status over the safety of Americans.

Operation “Patriot,” the largest ICE sweep since President Trump’s return to the White House, is closing in on 1,500 arrests of dangerous illegals. Among them is a Salvadoran scumbag convicted of child rape, deported in 2017, who was caught living right next to a children’s playground. 

If that doesn’t make your blood boil, how about another illegal from El Salvador, on Interpol’s Red Notice for aggravated murder, kidnapping, and robbery? Fox News captured both arrests on camera, exposing the grim reality of Biden’s border legacy. 

So where are the other legacy news outlets?

“It’s not unusual. Due to the open border policies, we are finding that plenty of people who have been previously deported and committed heinous crimes and were removed from the country are now back here, just living among us,” said Patricia Hyde, head of ICE Boston. “And now that’s our job to go round them up.”

ICE deployed 19 teams across Massachusetts, pulling in agents from across the country to clean up the mess left by sanctuary policies in Boston and beyond. About 70% of those nabbed have convictions or pending charges for heinous crimes. ICE also arrested a Colombian illegal facing charges for sexually assaulting a child and a Dominican drug trafficker now peddling fentanyl. Then there’s the Guatemalan illegal charged with aggravated child rape and a Honduran charged with rape—both released from state custody by Massachusetts’ soft-on-crime officials.

“We’re not going away. It might take us longer. It might be harder, but we’re not going away, we’re here,” Hyde declared. “We know what the American people voted for. We understand that we work for the American people and we’re going to be here until we send everyone home.”

But here’s the problem: local ICE activists and sanctuary city policies are making it harder for agents to do their jobs. 

On Thursday, activists tried to physically interfere with an arrest, grabbing a handcuffed illegal. In another case, a crowd blew ICE’s cover while agents staked out a murderer’s home. Hyde didn’t mince words: “I think the lack of cooperation is getting worse and worse, and it’s putting law enforcement lives in danger.”

This is the direct result of Democrat-run sanctuary cities like Boston thumbing their noses at federal immigration laws. As Border Czar Tom Homan surges ICE into these lawless zones, the left’s obsession with protecting criminal illegals over American citizens is on full display. Meanwhile, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin is left scrambling to defend the indefensible as the Trump admin’s deportation agenda kicks into high gear.

The American people have had enough, and ICE is finally delivering the justice they voted for. But with activists and local officials actively working against law enforcement, how many more child rapists and murderers are still roaming free?

Well, folks, chalk up another bloody mess to the open-border lunacy of the last administration. Three Virginia correctional officers were stabbed in a vicious attack by MS-13 gang members—illegal aliens, mind you—who shouldn’t even be breathing American air. 

This isn’t just a prison brawl; it’s a screaming indictment of a broken immigration system that lets violent thugs waltz across the border and wreak havoc, even behind bars.

The carnage went down Friday at Wallens Ridge State Prison in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Six inmates, five of them card-carrying MS-13 scumcrumpets from El Salvador, decided to play shiv roulette with the guards. The sixth? A Sureño 13 gangbanger, because apparently, we’re running a multinational crime syndicate convention in our prisons now. All of them are here illegally, courtesy of the "come one, come all" border policies we’re still paying for thanks to the Biden administration and whoever was handling Sleepy Joe.

The Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) laid it out: “Each have been convicted of violent crimes including aggravated murder, first and second degree murder, and rape.” Let that sink in. 

These aren’t misunderstood dreamers; they’re walking nightmares. Five officers were rushed to the hospital after the attack. Three are out, two with minor injuries, but the fact that this happened at all is a disgrace and should serve as a wake up call to us all.

VADOC Director Chad Dotson didn’t mince words: “This senseless attack should never have been in the country in the first place.” No kidding. He added, “Every single day, our officers put their lives on the line to ensure public safety for the more than 8.8 million people across the Commonwealth. This attack is an example of the dangers they face when they show up to work every day. Our officers are heroes, and I commend the team at Wallens Ridge for their swift response.” 

Damn right they’re heroes—too bad they’re dodging blades from foreign gangsters who should’ve been deported years ago.

This is what happens when you let the border turn into a turnstile. Van Hollen moonwalks backwards as his El Salvador showboating backfires

Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) stepped in a steaming pile, big time, and now he’s scrambling to wipe the mess off his shoes after his El Salvador stunt went full dumpster fire. The guy who thought he’d play hero by “rescuing” a deported MS-13 thug is now moon-dancing away from the wreckage of his own making, and it’s a glorious train-wreck to behold.

When Van Hollen touched down in San Salvador, he was strutting like a peacock, ready to flex his virtue for the X crowd. “I just landed in San Salvador,” he crowed on April 16, 2025, acting like he was about to save some innocent soul named Kilmar Abrego Garcia from “illegal abduction.” Check the receipts:

Two days later, he’s still milking the photo-op, gushing about his heart-to-heart with Kilmar like it’s some Hallmark moment that's reminiscent of Tampon Tim waving on stage. “I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love,” he posted on April 18, 2025.

But oh, how the mighty have fallen. 

Turns out, Kilmar isn’t some wrongfully deported saint—he’s an MS-13 gangbanger with a rap sheet that includes human trafficking and domestic abuse, according to the Trump administration’s receipts. Van Hollen’s grand plan to dunk on Trump’s immigration policies? Yeah, it backfired so hard it’s practically a self-inflicted knockout.

Now, instead of owning the "L", Van Hollen’s out here spinning a conspiracy yarn so wild it could headline a Reddit thread. At a frantic press conference, he tried to dodge the fallout with a story about—get this—“Margaritagate.” No, really. He claims the whole thing was a setup by El Salvador’s President Bukele to make him look like a fool, as if he couldn't accomplish that without help.

Here’s the senator in full damage-control mode:

“I just want to take a moment—I hadn’t planned to do this,” Van Hollen said during a hastily arranged press availability. “But as I was landing on the airplane, I got a transcript of some questions President Trump was asked at the White House today about what I would call ‘Margaritagate.’ I don’t know if you guys have been following this…”

He’s got the nerve to claim the viral photo of him and Kilmar with what looked like margaritas was a Salvadoran government sting operation. “When I first sat down with Kilmar, we just had glasses of water on the table, I think maybe some coffee,” he whined. “And as we were talking, one of the government people came over and deposited two other glasses on the table with ice and I don’t know if it was salt or sugar around the top. But they looked like margaritas.”

Spoken like a politician caught by a traffic cop for a DUI stop.

But no, he’s not done yet. He’s out here playing CSI: San Salvador, analyzing the glass rims like he’s cracking the Da Vinci Code. “If you look at the one they put in front of Kilmar, it actually had a little less liquid than the one in front of me, to try to make it look, I assume, like he drank out of it,” he said. “Let me just be very clear. Neither of us touched the drinks that were in front of us.”  

“If you look at the video or the picture I sent out from the beginning of our meeting, you’ll see there are no glasses on the table,” he said. “So you’ll see in later videos, they are on the table, but they made a little mistake… If you sip out of one of those glasses, some of whatever it was—salt or sugar—would disappear. You would see a gap. There’s no gap. Nobody drank any margaritas or sugar water or whatever it is.”

By the time he’s done, he’s pointing fingers at both Presidents Bukele and Trump, accusing them of orchestrating this whole debacle to humiliate him. He doesn't realize that he just isn't that important.

“This is a lesson into the lengths that President Bukele will go to deceive people about what’s going on,” he fumed. “And it also shows the lengths that the Trump administration and the president will go to, because when he was asked by a reporter about this, he just went along for the ride.”

This isn’t just a far-left politician eating grasshoppers in hopes to run for President in a few years—it’s a five-star Michelin meltdown. 

Van Hollen’s team is in overdrive, trying to memory-hole his “humanitarian” crusade now that Kilmar’s MS-13 ties are out in the open. This tiny oversight by Van Hollen's team may qualify them for another gang: IQ-13.

What started as a smug attempt to shame Trump has turned into a diplomatic clown show, with Van Hollen as the ringmaster. Next time, maybe check the guy’s rap sheet before you book the flight, Senator. He makes George Floyd look like a boy scout.

Latest on Chris Van Hollen's trip to El Salvador

In my previous post I wrote about Sen. Chris Van Hollen's (D-MD) trip he took to El Salvador in order to see Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an MS-13 gangbanger who was also an illegal alien and was deported to his native El Salvador along with fellow scumcrumpets who are a blight on the USA. 

President Trump had a mandate to deport dangerous illegal aliens as part of his campaign pledge, and he has done so, but Van Hollen obviously saw this as an opportunity to virtue-signal and fly to El Salvador on taxpayer's money, and make a show of seeing Abrego Garcia.

But wait! The El Salvador government said no to the senator's request Wednesday to see Abrego Garcia and they have the right to do this.

Van Hollen traveled to El Salvador allegedly to “check on [Abrego Garcia’s] condition — and remind him that we won’t stop fighting until he’s home.”  Yes, the Democrat senator is going to fight for the MS-13 guy because Democrats will stand behind guys like him, and others who shoot healthcare CEOs in the back, and universities that support pro-Hamas students who keep Jewish students from attending classes, and have even committed violence on them.

The leftist senator said he spoke to Salvadoran Vice President Félix Ulloa and asked why the government is holding Abrego Garcia in a high-security prison for terrorists, Axios reported.

“His answer was that the Trump administration is paying El Salvador, the government of El Salvador to keep him,” Van Hollen said. 

It seems to be fair that we help El Salvador deal with our problem with dangerous people, and based on the dangers they pose on our society, it's actually cost-effective.

Karoline Leavitt, White House Press Secretary, spoke about this issue today, Wednesday, and made it clear that Abrego Garcia is an illegal alien, not simply "a Maryland father," as the Left and the media likes to depict him. 

He [Abrego Garcia] is "an MS-13 gang member and foreign terrorist," and when he was first caught, he was wearing a sweatshirt and had on him rolls of money with the eyes, ear, and mouth of the president on the bills covered, symbolizing: "see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil." She pointed out that Democrats still refuse to accept the will of the American people.

Ms. Leavitt also revealed that Abrego Garcia's wife petitioned for two orders of protection against him, court documents revealed. This occurred in May 2021, where he punched her, ripped off her shirt, and bruised her, in one instance.

Van Hollen said that Ulloa told him that he must make earlier arrangements to visit Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo, or CECOT, as the prison is called. When Van Hollen asked if he could speak to Abrego Garcia over the phone, Ulloa said that a phone call must be arranged through the American embassy.

Van Hollen was blasted by the Trump administration for his trip to El Salvador on the taxpayer dime. National Security Adviser Mike Waltz wrote on X, “Democrats miss Biden’s open borders so much they are flying to El Salvador to personally try and bring violent criminals to the United States.”

Tom Homan 'disgusted' by theshowboating Dem Senator's trip to bring home alleged MS-13 gangbanger

Border czar Tom Homan came out swinging Wednesday, unloading on Democrats while Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen jetted off to El Salvador, desperate to drag back suspected MS-13 thug Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Van Hollen’s crying foul, claiming the guy was “wrongfully abducted” from the U.S. Homan? He’s not buying that sob story for a second.

“He wasn’t abducted. He’s an MS-13 gang member, classified as a terrorist that was removed from this country, so we got rid of a dangerous person,” Homan told Fox & Friends, probably while sipping coffee strong enough to wake a coma patient. “An El Salvadoran national was returned to the country of El Salvador, so he’s home.”

Homan’s doubling down, channeling the Trump crew’s line that Abrego Garcia’s a “public safety threat.” His deportation? “Exactly what should have happened,” Homan says, ready to throw hands with anyone trying to sneak this guy back into the States.

But what’s got Homan’s blood boiling is Van Hollen playing superhero for an MS-13 suspect while illegal immigrant crime festers back home—yep, even in Maryland. “I’m disgusted,” Homan fumed, pointing to the murder of Rachel Morin. “Listen to the testimony and listen to the mother on ‘Hannity’ last night. If you’re not human... your heart wasn’t broken. It [happened] in his state, but rather than taking care of the constituents in his state, the victims of illegal crime in his state, he’s going to run to El Salvador to protect MS-13 terrorists.”

This drama’s heating up after President Trump’s Oval Office powwow with El Salvador’s Nayib Bukele, and Van Hollen’s begging for his own face-to-face with the Salvadoran prez to spring Abrego Garcia. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court’s stirring the pot, upholding an order last week that’s got the government scrambling to “facilitate” Abrego Garcia’s release from El Salvador’s clutches and treat his case like he never left. Good luck with that.

Democrats and Abrego Garcia’s lawyer are pushing back, swearing up and down he’s not tied to the gang. But Trump’s team and Bukele? They’re on the same page, saying there’s no way this guy’s waltzing back into the U.S. Bukele put it bluntly: “How can I smuggle a terrorist into the U.S.? I don’t have the power to return him to the United States.” Translation: Nice try, but no dice.

SecState Rubio: 17 more MS-13, Tren de Aragua gangbangers sent to El Salvador

These are some of the worst scumcrumpets we know. These are gangs that murder, steal, rape, torture that the Biden administration gave a wink-wink and allowed them to enter the country. But on Sunday, the U.S. military sent 17 of these suspected Tren de Aragua (TdA) and MS-13 gang members away. Gone. Sent to prison in El Salvador, according to Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

“Last night, in a successful counter-terrorism operation with our allies in El Salvador, the United States military transferred a group of 17 violent criminals from the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 organizations, including murderers and rapists,” Rubio wrote on Monday.

“In order to keep the American people safe, @POTUS designated the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 as Foreign Terrorist Organizations. These criminals will no longer terrorize our communities and citizens. Once again, we extend our gratitude to @nayibbukele and the government of El Salvador for their unparalleled partnership in making our countries safe against transnational crime and terrorism,” he said.

El Salvador’s president, Nayib Bukele, issued a statement as well — informing Americans and the Salvadoran people that “all individuals are confirmed murderers and high-profile offenders, including six child rapists.”

Kevin Jesus Arrecheder Vasquez [don't let his second name fool you] is allegedly one of the Tren de Aragua gang leaders who were deported in the military operation, according to reports. 

The deportations were enacted through Title 8, rather than the Alien Enemies Act — in which previous deportations utilizing the act were halted by a federal judge. Put that in your crack pipe, Judge Boasberg. President Trump continues to push against this leftist judge.

President Donald Trump has continued to rail against the “radical left” U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg for ruling against the Trump administration’s utilization of the Alien Enemies Act to deport violent gang members and rapists.

Additionally, President Trump responded to the most recent deportations. He thanked Bukele for housing the gang members, “for a fee,” in the country’s infamous terrorism confinement center.

“Thank you President Bukele, of El Salvador, for taking the criminals that were so stupidly allowed, by the Crooked Joe Biden Administration, to enter our Country, and giving them such a wonderful place to live!” Trump wrote on Monday.

Trump has hundreds of Venezuelans deported against court orders

The absurdity of the modern world continues unabated. A plane carrying over 200 Venezuelans, unceremoniously deported by the United States, has touched down in El Salvador. This, we are told, is in apparent defiance of a US judge's order prohibiting the Trump administration from carrying out such an act. 

One can almost hear the collective tut-tutting of the liberal establishment from here.

El Salvador's president, Nayib Bukele, took to social media to announce the arrival of 238 members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua and 23 members of the Mexican gang MS-13 on Sunday morning. Their appearance in this Central American nation came mere hours after a federal judge blocked President Trump from invoking a wartime law dating back to 1798 to justify the deportations. Bukele, with a wry smirk no doubt, later posted: "Oopsie... Too late."

The detainees, Bukele informs us, were promptly whisked away to El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center "for a period of one year" - a stint that is, apparently, "renewable." One wonders if they will ever see the light of day again. "The United States will pay a very low fee for them, but a high one for us," he added, a statement dripping with implication.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed the alleged gang members' arrival and thanked Bukele, dubbing him "the strongest security leader in our region." High praise indeed. Yet hours before, on Saturday evening, US District Judge James Boasberg had ordered a halt to deportations covered by Trump's proclamation invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 - a law allowing the government to detain and deport those threatening the nation's safety without due process. After hearing planes with deportees were taking off, Judge Boasberg demanded they be turned back, according to the Washington Post.

A video accompanying one of Bukele's posts shows lines of shackled individuals, hands and feet bound, escorted by armed officials from the plane. Some are bundled into the back of armored vehicles. In January, Trump signed an executive order declaring Tren de Aragua and MS-13 foreign terrorist organisations. And so the great game of nations continues, with the lives of the wretched caught in the middle.

Trump cuts aid to Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador over caravan border assaults

This is why President Trump is in the White House. The United States was sick and tired of the bull puck rhetoric, promises made, promises forgotten. He is cutting aid to Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, those South American countries that have allowed hordes of their people to head north, overwhelming the Mexican-US border in hopes to get free stuff from the taxpayers.

People who seek actual asylum are supposed to ask for it in the first country at which they arrive. In these cases from South America, that would be Mexico.

On Friday Trump announced, "We were paying them tremendous amounts of money, and we're not paying them anymore. Because they haven't done a thing for us. They set up these caravans."

And they're not sending us their best. They're sending us their Democrats and socialists, but I repeat myself.

"At the Secretary's instruction, we are carrying out the President's direction and ending FY 2017 and FY 2018 foreign assistance programs for the Northern Triangle," a State Department spokesperson said, according to the Comedy News Network. "We will be engaging Congress as part of this process."

Mexico Daily News reported on Wednesday that Olga Sánchez Cordero, the Mexican federal interior secretary, said that the "mother of all caravans" was forming in Honduras and that it contains an estimated 20,000 Democrats.

Even Obama-era DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson said this week that the situation on the southern border is so dire that "we are truly in a crisis." Coming from an Obama puppet like Johnson, that's big news.

"On Tuesday there were 4,000 apprehensions," Johnson said. "I know that 1,000 overwhelms the system and I cannot begin to imagine what 4,000 a day looks like."

A separate report from this week found that if the "current rates of Catch and Release, border crossings, and visa overstays pan out," then the U.S. will add nearly 1.5 million illegal alien Democrats to the welfare and other entitlement roles this year.

CNN reported this last week that data they obtained from Customs and Border Protection (CBP) showed that the number of unaccompanied minors arriving at the southern border "is expected to surpass the levels during the 2014 unaccompanied minor crisis." That was the year that then President Obama had kids locked up in cages and it somehow got blamed on Trump.

The crisis has exploded in scope since Democrats forced an exemption into the massive omnibus spending bill that was passed in February that prohibited "DHS from detaining or deporting a sponsor, potential sponsor, or household member of an unaccompanied minor."

Trump, who has been exonerated on the Russian collusion probe, has repeatedly slammed Democrats and Mexico over the last few days for the ongoing crisis on the southern border.

"Mexico must use its very strong immigration laws to stop the many thousands of people trying to get into the USA," Trump tweeted Saturday afternoon. "Our detention areas are maxed out & we will take no more illegals. Next step is to close the Border! This will also help us with stopping the Drug flow from Mexico!"

"It would be so easy to fix our weak and very stupid Democrat inspired immigration laws," Trump added, using simple words. "In less than one hour, and then a vote, the problem would be solved. But the Dems don’t care about the crime, they don’t want any victory for Trump and the Republicans, even if good for USA!" he concluded with an exclamation point, a punctuation mark that should only be used twice every 100,000 words, according to the late Elmore Leonard.

"The DEMOCRATS have given us the weakest immigration laws anywhere in the World. Mexico has the strongest, & they make more than $100 Billion a year on the U.S. Therefore, CONGRESS MUST CHANGE OUR WEAK IMMIGRATION LAWS NOW, & Mexico must stop illegals from entering the U.S through their country and our Southern Border," Trump tweeted on Friday, overlooking the period after the 'S' in the abbreviation: U.S. [Ever wonder why the word 'abbreviation' is so long?]

"Mexico has for many years made a fortune off of the U.S., far greater than Border Costs. If Mexico doesn’t immediately stop ALL illegal immigration coming into the United States through our Southern Border, I will be CLOSING the Border, or large sections of the Border, next week. This would be so easy for Mexico to do, but they just take our money and “talk.” Besides, we lose so much money with them, especially when you add in drug trafficking etc.), that the Border closing would be a good thing!" [Again with the exclamation mark. It's incredible!]

Prior POTUSes before Trump have closed the border.  Both Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan closed the border over drug issues. George W. Bush closed the border after the 9-11 attack and Lyndon Johnson closed it when JFK was assassinated. The world didn't come to an end and nobody died over the closings.

I don't believe Trump is bluffing and neither does Kellyanne Conway, Trump's adviser.

The gang that scares the pants off MS-13

His gang buddies call him "Yo Mayng Sup" and he's one tough dude. He said in his bold, somewhat incomprehensible broken English that he "ain't got no fears wit Trump or da joint, }but he does "gots da fear of La Somba Negra."

Basically, MS-13 doesn't fear prison or Donald Trump. They don't even fear death but La Soma Negra gives them the "Willies."

Spanish for "The Black Shadow," La Sombra Negra is a paramilitary organization that is highly mysterious, part death squad, part vigilante group and dedicated to responding in extreme kind to MS-13's ruthlessness.

In cases where La Sombra Negra has captured MS-13 gang members, they purportedly sexually tortured them and dismembered their bodies before ending the pain with a bullet. Their bodies were left to be found by family or fellow gang members.

The gang is believed to be comprised of police and military members. And while they aren't active in the U.S., they have proven to be a major deterrent to their scum-baggery in its homeland. President Trump, I suspect, would welcome them.

La Sombra Negra first showed itself in the early 1990s after the El Salvado civil war. They tend to resurface now and then and they have put the heebie-jeebies on MS-13.

It was in 2014 when they last emerged, their graffiti popping up around the country and an anti-gang Facebook page thought to be linked to the group appeared online.

The MS-13 gang members were found dead.

In January 2014, armed men dressed in dark uniforms and carrying M-16 assault rifles entered a house near the town of Suchitoto. Seven MS-13 members were watching either a movie or cartoons and the armed men opened fire. 

Three of the gang members escaped and the four others were beaten and left with a bullet to the head--La Sombra Negra's signature salutation.

"Most of the victims were blindfolded, their hands or thumbs tied behind their backs, and they had received tiros de gracia (a coup de grâce), shots to the base of the skull at close range by weapons such as assault rifles and machine guns," a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services report on the group's tactics noted.

Several days after the incident, flyers appeared in towns across El Salvador signed by "La Sombra Negra." The flyers contained a list of gang members and added "nothing will stop us."

Thirteen gang members soiled themselves, which is how MS-13 originally got its name. They used to be called "The Not Very Nice Guys With Facial Tattoos."

In the spring of 2014, El Salvador human rights officials were able to identify 10 homicide cases connected to La Sombra Negra, the deadly 'Robin Hoods' of their country. 

Last March, La Sombra Negra drove to a small town of San Antonio Silva, forced four notorious gang members into the back of a pick-up truck and drove to a soccer field where they executed them at point blank range.

Their work has become legend.

Now that MS-13 has gone into other countries in Central America, La Sombra Negra has also gone international. There have been reports from Guatemala where the group pulled people off local buses to carry out their "cleansings."

MS-13 has become so frightened of their own medicine that some of them have gone so far as to remove their tough guy tattoos, stopped using gang signs and, in some cases, asked judges in the U.S. to grant them asylum out of fear for their miserable lives if they return to their home country.

Liberal judges probably will grant them asylum--the poor dears.

The pressure on MS-13 has been made worse by copycat groups of La Sombra Negra and their violent tactics of combating crime. A death squad known as Los Exterminio is apparently responsible for no less than 40 murders of MS-13 scum in 2016--including the execution-style elimination of seven MS-13 members on an El Salvador country road.

El Salvador's Attorney General Douglas Meléndez noted that whenever vigilante groups like La Sombra Negra and Los Exterminio kill MS-13 gang members, the violence in the region goes down. It's simple math, but he added that it's still up to the law to dispense justice.

Except they apparently suck at it.

"After the killings that Los Exterminio were doing, things have been quiet," he told local media. But added that "it is the judges, the police, the prosecutor who must apply the law, not extrajudicial groups, because in the area gang members are killed, but so are people who are not. We are not going to allow our country to become the Old West."

MS-13 gang-banger deported 4 times, stabbed 2 women, abused baby

A member of MS-13 street gang who was deported four times, stabbed two women and sexually assaulted a 2-year-old baby girl in Nassau, Long Island a New York City suburb.

Tommy Vladim Alvarado-Ventura, (no relation to Jessie) is a 31-year-old alleged scumwafer who attacked the baby Tuesday in the town of Hempstead while the baby's mother was at work and he was babysitting, according to Nassau County Police.

He later attacked a woman outside a bar early Wednesday after getting into an argument over purchasing marijuana. He punched and stabbed her in the back, thigh and mouth before running away like a scared kitty cat. She is hospitalized with a collapsed lung.

After he returned to the apartment, he got into an altercation with his girlfriend when she noticed her 2-year-old had "suffered severe injuries that were inflicted by him," said the police. 

So he allegedly punched her and stabbed her "multiple times," according to police, before she was able to contact authorities.

"This is, in 28 years, probably the most heinous criminal act I've ever seen," Nassau County Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter told CBS New York. "It really is nauseating."

Alvarado-Ventura was deported to El Salvador four times between 2006 and 2011. It isn't known when he sneaked back into the country.

The dirtbag pleaded not guilty Thursday and is being held without bail. He only faces life in prison, which is definitely not enough for someone who would harm a 2-year-old. 

One hopes the prison population takes what he did into consideration as to what they do when he's incarcerated.

Two illegal immigrants violently rape 14-year-old child

Rockville, Md. -- A 14-year-old girl at Rockville High School was violently raped, sodomized and forced to perform oral sex in a school bathroom stall by two male students. At least one of them is an illegal immigrant, the other's status isn't known.

Henry E. Sanchez-Milian, 18, from Guatamala and Jose O. Montano, 17, from El Salvador were charged with first degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense after they allegedly attacked the child at 9 a.m. Thursday.

The Montgomery County Police said in a statement "The victim was walking in a school hallway when she met two male students, identified as Montano and Sanchez. Montano asked the victim to walk with him and Sanchez. Montano asked the victim to engage in sexual intercourse. She refused."

The statement went on: "Montano asked the victim again and then forced her into a boy's bathroom and then into a stall. Montano and Sanchez both raped the victim inside the bathroom stall."

These young men are young and they still deserve to be either castrated or executed. Then their bodies should be deported in garbage bags to the other side of the Mexican border.

Okay, okay, I'm just very angry. Castrating them would be fine.

Court records describe the brutal assault and merciless rape and they allegedly carried it out multiple times, vaginally, orally and sodomizing her. Blood and male body fluids were recovered from the scene by a forensic expert, according to court records.

The victime knew one of her alleged attackers.

Detectives from the Montgomery County PD Special Victims Investigations Division arrested the pair of scumbags after school officials reported the incident.

Sanchez-Milan was stopped in August 2016 in Rio Valley Grande, Texas by a U.S. Border Patrol agent and determined he entered the country illegally from Mexico.

Sanchez-Milan was ordered to appear before an immigration judge but the hearing had not yet been scheduled. But he had no previous Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) encounters and nothing was done to deport him. 

ICE has now lodged an immigration detainer against Sanchez-Milan now that local criminal charges have been placed on him and they can take custody of him once he's released from local custody.

Montano is just a 17-year-old puke, so only his name can be released due to privacy restrictions as he is a minor, according to an ICE official.

But The Washington Post reports Montano arrived in the U.S. 8 months ago and is a citizen of Guatemala.

The attackers and the young girl are in the 9th grade. Neither attacker speaks English and are therefore placed with much younger children, which is the dumbest damn thing imaginable.

The judge who oversaw the bond hearing refused to release them on bail because they are both "dangerous and flight risks."

Ramon Korionoff of the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office said "These are very serious allegations carrying a life sentence. The potential of life in prison would be available as we prosecute these individuals." 

Both POSs will be tried as adults.

Jessica Vaughan, the director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington D.C. said of the horrible, devastating incident that it's "disturbing on so many levels."

Vaughan said the Obama administration, and it's "disastrous handling" of the surge of illegal aliens coming from Central America, is partially to blame, noting that one or both of these scum-wafers were part of that surge.

"The surge of Central American kids has become a significant problem in many of the school districts where they are allowed to resettle," she said.

In Rockville H.S., about one in three students speak no English. This is a burden on the teachers, the school and the students who have to learn at a slower pace to accommodate the illegal aliens.

Vaughan explained that Montgomery County has one of the "more notorious sanctuary policies," and the police deliberately do not cooperate with ICE.

Perhaps if the poor young girl was the daughter of the Police Chief, things would be different.

"The result is that many gang members and other thugs and miscreants are allowed to remain in the county in defiance of immigration laws and causing problems like this," Vaughan said. And the city of Rockville want to adopt its own sanctuary policy--parents are meeting as I write this.
