Leftist immigration judge fired by Trump: "It was political"

An immigration judge hired by the Biden administration for her political views on immigration, abortion, the Palestinian cause, and LGBTQ+1MNO~P+FU was fired by President Donald Trump and said that it was only because "it was political." Her name is Kerry Doyle and she has a bone to pick with this administration.

Ya think?

Doyle, who worked in the liberal state of Massachusetts, was merely one of more than 20 leftist immigration judges fired in recent days without explanation because none is required. Of course, it's obvious why she and her Biden-appointed ilk are gone and that is due to their totally permissive stance on illegal border crossing that favor illegal aliens over Americans.

Doyle said she got an email last week from the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR, not to be confused with a Winnie the Pooh character). It said the agency had "determined that retaining" her was "not in the best interest of the agency." And certainly not in the best interest of legal immigrants who had gone through the system the correct and honest way and didn't depend on the government for everything.

The good news is that administrative judges like Doyle do not have the same protection from firing as federal judges, who are nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate to fill lifetime terms. So what Biden hath sown, Trump hath plucked.

Nevertheless, Doyle told WGBH in an interview that Trump’s decision will undermine faith in the nation’s immigration system. Naturally she would say that because she's directly affected by the decision.

"If you start making it political, it really does blow the system up and blow up people’s faith in the system," said Doyle, who previously helped lead a court challenge against Trump’s 2017 travel ban for people from multiple Muslim-majority countries. "None of us were there to drive a political agenda. We were there to do our jobs."

No Kelly; it was Biden's administration [because Biden was personally disinterested in making presidential decisions--he just wanted to be president] who made it political.

TX state police terminate another Ranger for his Uvalde shooting response

Texas Ranger Christopher R. Kindell is seen in the bodycam still photograph above during the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas on May 24, 2022 during which 19 people were killed by a lone gunman. Of the dead, there was 17 children and 2 adults.

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) decided to fire Kindell due to his response to the mass shooting. [H/T The Texas Tribune]

DPS Director Steve McCraw wrote in a letter Thursday that Kindell's actions following the shooting “did not conform to department standards.”

“You should have recognized the incident was and remained an active shooter situation which demanded an active shooter response rather than a barricaded subject situation,” McCraw wrote in the letter obtained by the newspaper.

When asked for comment, Kindell only said that he intends to appeal his firing (and he has five days in which to do so).

Kindell’s suspension in September caused ripple effects through the criminal justice system in South and West Texas. Prior to the Uvalde incident, Kindell was lead investigator on 50 high-profile cases, including murders, public corruption, and sexual assaults.

However, law enforcement experts and the Uvalde County district attorney are asking whether DPS is merely covering their collective butts and retroactively punishing a handful of officers for disregarding policies that did not actually exist at the time of the shooting.

Among their concerns: By firing  a few officers, DPS and other law enforcement agencies will avoid serious analysis of how hundreds of police from multiple agencies stood by for more than 70 minutes while children and teachers lay shot in a fourth grade classroom.

In response to a request under the Texas Public Information Act, DPS said it does not have a written active-shooter policy. Instead, the agency said at the time of the Uvalde shooting that DPS relied on guidance from the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Center at Texas State University. Known as the ALERRT doctrine, it’s considered the premier active-shooter training program in the state.

Hanging outside the classroom where shots were being fired and victims were crying out were also not in the guidelines.

In July, McCraw sent an agency-wide memo telling DPS officers the agency “will continue to embrace the ALERRT doctrine, but with one important addition.”

“DPS Officers responding to an active shooter at a school will be authorized to overcome any delay to neutralizing an attacker,” McCraw wrote. “When a subject fires a weapon at a school he remains an active shooter until he is neutralized and is not to be treated as a ‘barricaded subject.’ We will provide proper training and guidelines for recognizing and overcoming poor command decisions at an active shooter scene.”

In October, McCraw terminated Juan Maldonado, a DPS sergeant who’d also responded to Robb Elementary on May 24. Maldonado opted to retire rather than appeal his firing.  In fact, the word "firing" apparently scares the crap out of him.

The shooting in Robb Elementary School give credence to the notion that trained personnel, particularly teachers, be allowed to carry or keep a firearm on hand to protect students and themselves, like the Second Amendment calls enumerates.

Fredo plans to sue the Compromised News Network because he was fired

The Compromised News Network (CNN) is gearing up for a legal fight with fired host Chris "Fredo" Cuomo over his $6 million annual contract, according to reliable sources.

You would think a news network would get the scoop on one of their own and would not only know that Cuomo was helping his embattled brother, then- Democratic Gov. Andrew "Handy Andy" Cuomo, in the latter's sexual harassment suits by a dozen women, but how he was helping.

Fredo, 51, has hired lawyers and is preparing to file suit against CNN if it doesn’t honor the remainder of the four-year contract he signed last year, sources familiar with the matter told The Post on Monday.

The deal is reportedly worth $6 million annually, so if you do the math, CNN would owe the block of wood $18 million. But according to a reliable source, the network has “no intention of paying [Chris] Cuomo a penny.”

“If he gets a settlement, there would be uproar,” the reliable source added.

Another reliable source said, “CNN has a standard morality clause in their contract that says if the employee does anything of disrepute, they can be immediately fired.” In Fredo's case, he is alleged to have grabbed some butt on admitted to inappropriate touching in another case.

Fredo was finally dumped after four days of being suspended over information contained in documents released by governor wannabe and state Attorney General Letitia James from her investigation into the sexual harassment allegations that forced Handy Andy to resign in August.

Lawyers from Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a prestigious firm often associated with upper-class elites, told CNN that they have the legal grounds to fire Fredo for contacting "sources" about planned news reports regarding his brother, and trying to dig up dirt on at least one of Handy Andy's accusers, a reliable source said.

Brian Stelter, who alleges to be a cis gender man, seems ready and willing to take the prime time slot that Cuomo is vacating.

The law firm's stance actually preceded a planned internal CNN probe into an unspecified sexual misconduct allegation against Fredo that the network received last week and which dates to his time working for ABC News, reliable sources said.

Cuomo’s spokesman has insisted, “These apparently anonymous allegations are not true.”

On Sunday, a spokesman for Chris Cuomo told the Wall Street Journal that CNN President Jeff Zucker knew “about the details of Mr. Cuomo’s support for his brother,” adding, “There were no secrets about this, as other individuals besides Mr. Cuomo can attest.”

In response, CNN blasted Fredo saying, “He has made a number of accusations that are patently false.”

“This reinforces why he was terminated for violating our standards and practices, as well as his lack of candor,” the network added.

So whether you believe Fredo or Jeff as to what CNN knew and when did they know it, it doesn't matter. They both suck and CNN is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the left, while Fredo is allegedly a sexual predator.

NY's largest private health care provider fired 1,400 employees who refused the Fauci jab

Some people have religious objections to the Covid vaccine; some already had the virus and their immune systems protect them from the virus better than vaccines; some just want to exercise their God-given [as opposed to government given] rights to not take the vaccine and take their own chances of dealing with Covid. People under 40 with no medical pre-conditions are not at all likely to die from Covid and younger folks and kids, have almost a zero to negligible chance of being hospitalized or dying.

But to listen to Reverend Fauci,  a guy who has made all recent medical decisions based on the politics of an administration headed by an old man probably suffering from senile dementia, you would think that we must remain in a pandemic mindset until the last case of COVID-19 is wiped off the face of the Earth. Forget it--COVID-19 is likely here to stay forever and we just need to get on with our lives.

Northwell Health, New York's largest private health care provider, fired 1,400 employees who refused the vaccine--they used the term "had to exit" as opposed to "fire," because they want to sound like movie theater ushers.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed Monday that it fired the 1.400 employees and can now brag that all of their skeleton crew is fully vaccinated.

"Northwell regrets losing any employee under such circumstances, but as health care professionals and members of the largest health care provider in the state, we understand our unique responsibility to protect the health of our patients and each other," the spokesperson ironically said. "We owe it to our staff, our patients, and the communities we serve to be 100% vaccinated against COVID-19."

The spokesperson bullsh***ed that having a fully vaccinated staff will allow Northwell to "provide exceptional care at all of our facilities, without interruption and remain open and fully operational," personal liberties be damned.

Isn't it interesting how health care staff were heroes when they provided care without being vaccinated, but now that they chose not to get vaccinated, when their patients can, they get fired. If the freaking vaccine works for the patients,  and masks work for staff, what's the problem?

Rosenstein reportedly will resign in anticipation of being fired

Rosenstein in his pencil-neck geek pose
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein informed White House Chief of Staff John Kelly that he will be resigning in anticipation of being fired by President Donald "You're Fired!" Trump, Axios reported Monday.

He is currently on his way to the White House so we shall see how this plays out.

Rosenstein, who allegedly said he would wear a wire to record Trump in order to get him removed under the 25th Amendment, expects the president to fire him over the recent New York Times report about the wire tap statement.

Some conservatives believe that firing Rosenstein would be a mistake, but it definitely should be done if the story is true about wearing a wire for such covert anti-administration behavior.

Trump threatens to cancel press briefings

In an atomic Tweet Bombing on Friday, President Trump warned his newly-fired FBI director not to leak anything about their conversations and also suggested that he might cancel future press briefings over the firing of Comey.

"As a very active President with lots of things happening, it is not possible for my surrogates to stand at podium with perfect accuracy!" Trump exclaimed in writing. "Maybe the best thing to do would be to cancel all future "press briefings" and hand out written responses for the sake of accuracy???"

Three question marks? That's like 'very, very, very.'

In response to a private dinner conversation between Trump and Comey as reported by The New York Times, Trump warned the former FBI director: "James Comey better hope that there are no 'tapes' of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!"

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said that Trump fired Comey after he received a written recommendation (written the same day as the firing) from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as well as a letter from Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The Rosenstein memo citied Comey's mishandling of Hillary Clinton's private illegal email server as the main reason for his termination.

"That was a DoJ decision," Spicer said.

Then Vice President Pence got into the act as he spoke at the Capitol on Wednesday and also pointed to Rosenstein and Sessions for the firing.

"Let me be very clear that the President's decision to accept the recommendation of the deputy attorney general and the attorney general to remove Director Comey as the head of the FBI was based solely and exclusively on his commitment to the best interests of the American people and to ensuring that the FBI has the trust and confidence of the people of this nation," Pence said.

Then Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders got into the act saying that the president was merely following the guidance of his top advisers.

"I think it's real simple," Sanders told MSNBC. "The Deputy Attorney General . . . made a very strong recommendation. The president followed it and he made a quick and decisive action to fire James Comey."

And finally came the spoiler, President Trump himself. In an interview with NBC, he said that Comey was a "showboat" and "grandstander." He then claimed that he had made up his mind to fire Comey long ago, no matter what Rosenstein and Sessions told him.

"I was going to fire regardless of recommendation," Trump said rather ungrammatically.

Trump's interview aired less than an hour before Sanders led the White House press briefing, with reporters upset that what they were led to believe on Wednesday was not what Trump said on Thursday. She denied the information she received was inaccurate and claimed the narratives matched closely and added that the White House wasn't trying to blame Rosenstein for Comey's firing.

Fodder for the Democratic machine. The leftists want a thorough review of what happened.

It is totally the president's prerogative to fire an FBI director--it was done before, by Bill Clinton, no less. Although they are to serve for ten years, they serve at the pleasure of the president in office.

Simply put, the Democrats are trying to make something out of nothing, other than Trump being Trump.

Kim and Obama Two Sides of the Same Coin

George W. Bush may have not been the best president we've ever had, but he certainly wasn't the worst. At least "W" had a genuine respect and love for our military and in his tenure only fired 2 Generals in his two terms.

Barack Hussein Obama is a slightly different story.

It's almost as if Obama is trying to fire the top brass in the military to make room for the U.S. Green Energy Society and Dance Team. In a frightening 2013 posting on the  Investment Watch Blog, one can see how our so-called president is working feverishly to rid us of our testosterone-laden military leadership.

In 2013 alone, there have been 22 U.S. Naval officers fired. This has been going on since Obama's rule began, just when the word 'patriot' would get a liberal's child a mouth-washing with organic soap.

Some of those military leaders Obama felt were unable to perform their duties, up to his satisfaction, have over 25 years of service with awards and honors that Obama wishes he had to go along with his "Nobel Prize for Being Elected While Black."

On the other side of the "Divide and Conquer Coin" is North Korea's cherubic Morohna, Kim Jong Un, who also gets rid of his military leaders if they don't agree with him, have bigger testicles, or fall asleep when he drones on about his sexual conquests with a factory worker-slave.

Falling asleep can get a General killed in the most miltary way--being blown up by field artillery.

Kim recently dismissed several top dudes after the recent posturing between him and South Korea, the media reported on Friday. The personnel changes seem to suggest that Kim was holding these officials responsible for the confrontation that "developed in a way he did not expect," reported the AP.

The North and South Koreas threatened military strikes before they finally agreed to measures to reduce the anger, which again began when Seoul resumed loudspeaker propaganda broadcasts after two of their military were allegedly maimed by S. Korean land mines.

The broadcasts were, for the first time in 11 years, critical of Kim's authoritarian rule and totally pissed off Pyongyang who threatened to destroy the loudspeakers with sophisticated high-powered death machines.

N. Korea denies having planted the land mines and ISIS wasn't around to take the credit, thus the South pointed fingers at the only enemy within range.

So while Pyongyang gave no reasons for the military dismissals, some believe the reaction by the South rattled Kim's delicate cage causing him to have a severe and thunderous volley of air bagels (see Urban Dictionary).

Kim is as fearful of personal criticism as he is of gerbils in his toilet, believing that any negative criticism of the fearless leader would weaken his leadership and give his nation of prisoners second thoughts.

But Obama is no Kim Jong Un, you gotta give him that.
How Obama sees the military

Obama isn't upset with the military for screwing up, as Kim seems to be. No, Obama is upset because our military doesn't screw up and is a strong force that gets the job done (when they're allowed to do so).

Obama is upset with military leaders when they tell him he's wrong about his pusswat tactical decisions (see Urban Dictionary). Instead of discussing alternatives, or making his case, Obama fires the opposition.

This is why the liberals are making our nation and the world less safe. The Iran deal is the best example of this.
