BREAKING: Justice Breyer retiring from SCOTUS

After 27 years on the Supreme Court, Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring, NBC News reported. “Justice Stephen Breyer will step down from the Supreme Court at the end of the current term, according to people familiar with his thinking.”

Justice Breyer is one of three liberal justices and shares that leftist ideology with Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. Now alleged President Joe Biden will have the chance to appoint a successor and the split between conservative and feelings-based will remain 6-3 respectively.

The Left has been calling for Breyer to retire by progressive activist Marxists and Democrats in Congress so that Biden can pick a replacement while he's still claiming to be lucid.

“Progressive group Demand Justice launched a new ‘Breyer Retire’ campaign Friday urging U.S. Supreme Court Stephen Breyer to ‘retire now’ from the high court, putting more pressure on the liberal-leaning justice to step down while Democrats narrowly have Senate control after Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death resulted in President Donald Trump choosing her successor,” Forbes reported in April, 2021.

Demand Justice Executive Director Brian Fallon said that Breyer's retirement is "the only responsible choice," and evidently Breyer now agrees.

“We are now firmly in the window when past justices have announced their retirement, so it’s officially worrisome that Justice Breyer has not yet said that he will step down,” Fallon had said in the past.

Justice Breyer, now 83, is a San Francisco-born liberal who has been reluctant to ride off into the sunset but has finally decided that it's time to go.

DNC chair Perez hopes to overload SCOTUS

"Feces, I tell you, feces"
Democratic National Committee chairman Tom "Potty Mouth" Perez spoke at a Demand Justice event. Leftist activist hawked proposals such as stuffing the Supreme Court with as many Democrats as possible in order to have judicial rulings that favor their power and provide the left with even more ability to drive the nation into the ditch of history.

Demand Justice is run by former Hillary Clinton's spokesman Brian Fallon. The group was created in early 2018 and designed to influence political decisions of America's courts by supporting leftist judicial nominees and opposing conservative and right-of-center nominees. They use media to get their point across as well as identity politics and lies. They strongly opposed the confirmation of now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

The group hosted a Wednesday night discussion on solutions to fix a "court in crisis" now that Donald Trump has gotten two justices confirmed to the SCOTUS in his first two years in office.

Fallon introduced Potty Mouth Perez with a speech on how proposals to "meaningfully reform the Supreme Court" need to be part of the Democratic presidential primary discussion.

Democrats have never been able to accept the fact that they lost to Trump and that elections have consequences. Now that the Supreme Court is a bit conservative-heavy, they can't tolerate it and want to change the rules, like a child who threatens to take his ball home if you don't allow him to be "safe" at first base.

"We must look at ideas like expanding the number of justices on the Court, to ensure that a future Democratic president might have the chance to fill two or more seats," Fallon cried, because it just isn't fair the way he sees it. "Some sort of reform must be part of the 2020 discussion, and we're hoping to start that discussion today."

Perez did not specifically argue for the proposal to pack the court or other recommendations such as impeaching Kavanaugh or installing term limits for justices, but he did characterize the "reform proposals" that were being offered during the event as "practical suggestions."

Impeach Kavanaugh for what?

"What I'm not going to do tonight, because there's a panel of remarkable experts to do it, is get into the critical minutia of what we do from here," Perez said to the crowd of liberal activists coming down from their highs.

"I'm confident you'll come away from here with a blueprint of practical suggestions," Perez added. "I've been in many foxholes with all of you, and I'll get in a foxhole with you all any day of the week."

Perez has never been in a real foxhole, or in a real combat situation in his life, but it sounds macho and makes him feel like a man.

Then a panel followed Perez's macho display featuring Todd Tucker [which brings to mind a limerick, which I cannot post here].

Last month Tucker released a report calling for "adding justices to the bench through Court expansion." He has been a longtime advocate for court packing, when it suits his party's purpose.  In June he claimed that court packing would be the best response to the "conservative majority’s support of Trumpism."

Others also spoke and advocated for court packing because the current SCOTUS favors the GOP.

Perez and the DNC have not state publicly whether he is for or against packing the Court if Democrats are able to gain power in 2020. The DNC did not respond to a request for comment on whether it views court packing as a winning issue for the party this election cycle, but it certainly shows the level at which they are sore losers.

Fallon also did not respond to an inquiry into whether he had discussed court packing with Perez.

The full event can be viewed on Demand Justice's Facebook page.

Watch it and learn who the left really is.

The fix Is in: our questions go unaswered

Just as I expected, FBI Director James "Throw the Book Away" Comey, told America that although Hillary Clinton was "extremely careless" with how she handled her classified emails, she is above the law.

The definition of  "extremely careless" is the same as "gross negligence" and whether or not she intended to give away America's secrets, including the names of CIA operatives in the field, gross negligence is all it takes for an indictment for everyone else but the Clintons.

Comey said that "Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." He's got it butt-backwards. There is enough evidence based on what was recovered and what was destroyed to merit an indictment.

Hillary's spokesgenderneutral windbag Brian Fallon issued a written statement:
"We are pleased that the career officials handling this case have determined that no further action by the Department is appropriate. As the Secretary has long said [he meant screeched] it was a mistake to use her personal email and she would not do it again. We are glad that this matter is now resolved."

Donald Trump, finger on the Tweet button said:

FBI director said Crooked Hillary compromised our national security. No charges. Wow!

I just wish Trump would have left off the "Wow."

Although Comey didn't recommend that the letter of the law be respected, he did say a few strong words about Hillary's stupid actions. It was at that moment when the nation may have believed he was going to recommend indictment, but that was just to throw us off. He probably made a deal with her that he would rebuke her if he got her off the hook.

So Comey said that the FBI found 110 emails sent or received on her private server that contained classified information. He mentioned that there were seven email chains at the "Top Secret/Special Access Program level." That level of secrecy could put CIA operatives in mortal danger because such emails often includes their name and other information.

He mentioned that it was possible that hostile actors to the United States had gained access to her personal email account.

"Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."

Then Comey went on to say that "There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton's position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation."

If that isn't blatant incompetence, stupidity, arrogance and grounds for her to drop out of the presidential race, then we might even one day see John Kerry running for president.

The coincidences of this issue are legion. We have Loretta Lynch 'accidentally' running into Bill Clinton at the airport. We have an investigation that ended just before the Democratic National Convention. And we have Comey meeting with Hillary for three hours just days ago.

As far as the law is concerned, there is absolutely no reason not to indict Clinton. The public information alone is enough to indict her.

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) said that Comey's decision defied explanation and that "No one should be above the law."

Grow up, Paul--everyone knows that Hillary and Bill are above the law. She has every right to circumvent government systems to shield her daughter's wedding planning from the public, or to keep from inconveniencing herself from having to use a fancy government server.

C'mon, man, she's Hillary Rodham Clinton!

After long review, it was discovered that over 2,000 emails on her server had information now deemed classified, although they weren't marked that way at the time. But marking them such is irrelevant--she should know what's classified and if she didn't, that's more proof of her incompetence.

Comey took no questions from the press when he finished his statement. So he didn't have to answer questions like:
"You said Clinton's handling of top secret material by her and her aides was "extremely careless." Lawyers would agree that this is the same thing as "gross negligence," and that statute calls for prosecution of anyone who allows classified information to be mishandled, whether or not it falls into the wrong hands. So, what's the difference between the two terms and is there an actual legal difference?"
Another question they would have likely asked:
"You said that some of the emails were marked classified when Hillary Clinton handled them. Isn't that the definition of "gross negligence" and shouldn't that mandate prosecution of those mishandling sensitive information?"
Another:
"You mentioned that anyone in Hillary's position would have faced sanctions of some kind for their behavior. What sanctions have been used on the past and would you think that someone like Hillary Clinton would be granted a security clearance after such serious violations? If so, why is that?"
More:
"What would you say to those who, prior to your decision, have been prosecuted for mishandling classified materials through gross negligence given you decision not to prosecute Hillary?"
The final question I would like to ask:
"How is the other FBI investigation going that's looking at possible corruption involving the State Department and the Clinton Foundation? Did any of the emails recovered from her server have any bearing on the Clinton Foundation investigation? Do you think that investigation will be concluded before Americans vote for our next president?
The amazing thing about our society of late is not just the level of corruption, but the level of acceptance of the corruption as long as it comes from the 'right' person.

The fix is in.

Hillary on Libya: "Nobody died"

People are upset with Hillary Clinton when she said the "U.S. didn't lose a single person" in Libya during her time as secretary of state. She was wrong--Chris Stevens was the only single person killed in Benghazi, Libya--the remaining men who died there were married.

So, thanks to Hillary, we've only one single man--the Ambassador, but she obviously forgot about him, like she forgot about the others.

Clinton was in Illinois when she hollered that gaffe, as she was defending her desire for regime change in Libya, speaking at a town hall hosted by MSNBC, the far left network with tingles up their legs.

Ms. Clinton, who is more than likely a felon, guilty of espionage, yelled: "Now is Libya perfect? It isn't." She was comparing her approach in Libya with the greater bloodshed in Syria's civil war, but somehow she forgot to mention Benghazi and her "what difference does it make" approach to sending help for our Americans under attack.

Clinton yelled, "Libya was a different kind of calculation and we didn't lose a single person . . . We didn't have a problem in supporting our European and Arab allies in working with NATO."

The House Select Committee on Benghazi headed by Trey Gowdy (R- SC) believes they will be concluding their investigation on the Benghazi mega-screwup by this summer. Hopefully Ms. Clinton will be wearing an orange jumpsuit (or pantsuit) when this is all over, but with her royal status and tons of bucks, I doubt that justice will be served.

On Sunday evening the former First Lady of Falsehood spoke at a CNN town hall and addressed coal jobs. "I'm the only candidate which (sic) has a policy about how to bring economic opportunity using clean renewable energy as the key into coal country because we're going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business."

Several top people on the Clinton campaign wet their skivvies and one had to be taken to a local hospital with the vapors after such a stupid comment that was perhaps the first truthful thing she has said all year.

As you can see, she cares as much for coal miners and their families as she did for the four Americans in Benghazi who died due to her ongoing and blatant incompetency.

The campaign scrambled with this statement: "Coal will remain a part of the energy mix for years to come."

Spokesman Brian Fallon (no relation to Jimmy, or is there?) said, "no candidate in this race is more devoted to supporting coal communities than Hillary Clinton," adding "any suggestions otherwise are false."

Fallon worked for Chuck Schumer and will be Clinton's press secretary if she doesn't go to prison and wins the presidency.

Yeah, Hillary and her minions never lie. It's only those of us who accuse her of lying who lie.

The only thing Hillary Clinton cares about is Hillary Clinton and her lust for political power. She will say anything and do anything that needs to be done for that power, and if anything, or anyone stands in her way, she will destroy it by any means necessary.

"Emails, shmemails," Hillary said smugly

Hillary Clinton's email woes began when an email from a top Clinton adviser contained classified military intelligence while another from her top Islamic aide, contained classified information about the Benghazi Islamic terrorist attack. The FBI began to look into the former secretary of state's emails.

Those emails, along with a mother lode of additional emails on Hillary's personal, unsecured, server, located in a bathroom closet in a building in Colorado, were released to the Benghazi select committee in May (you cannot make this stuff up).

For the first time, Fox News was able to ID which of Clinton's aides sent them and what the subject matter was contained within them.

While all this was being revealed, Hillary poo-pooed Ed Henry of Fox News when he asked her if she wiped the server clean of data.

"What, like with a cloth or something?" the wife of Bill Clinton said. "I don't know how it works digitally at all," she added, using ignorance and incompetence as an excuse.

It's difficult to know when Hillary is telling the truth about anything. When she wakes up and says "Good morning," she's lying.

Two of the Benghazi-related emails on Hillary's private, unsecured server, were deemed classified when they were originally sent. That is, they were born classified

Email One was forwarded by Huma-Weiner-Wife-Abedin, a woman with family connections to the Muslim Sisterhood through her mother, and the Muslim Brotherhood through her brother. This email contained classified material from military intelligence sources. Sent in 2011, it sends a warning how then-Ambassador Chris Stevens was "considering departure from Benghazi" due to the deteriorating conditions in a nearby town, a stones throw away, if you know what I mean.

This email was mistakenly released by the clowns at the State Department and now is declassified.

Email Two was sent by Jake Sullivan, a Clinton aide. This email contained classified information and sensitive law enforcement information on Benghazi.

You guessed it: Abedin and Sullivan are now a Hillary Clinton campaign comedy act.

Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon claims the information was not classified at the time the emails were sent, but it is unclear how he would know that, unless Hillary told him: "Good morning. The emails were not classified when they reached my private server."

A State Department spokesclown said they shared Fallon's faith in Hillary.

Hillary tells a bad joke. She sounds like a funeral director who's looking to lighten the mood of the service. She joked about how she should have used Snapchat because the contents get deleted right away. She joked about wiping the server with a cloth.

The trouble is, Hillary is a joke. If she had never married Bill Clinton, she likely would have been chasing ambulances in a small town where everybody knows your name.

In an interview by Dan Calabrese of Jerry Zeifman, the chief counsel to the House Judiciary Committee during the Watergate hearings, Hillary worked for Zeifman. He claims that he fired Hillary for "unethical behavior" and said that she conspired to deny Richard Nixon counsel during the hearings. He also refused to give her a letter of recommendation, something he had only done 3 times in his 17 year career.

Hillary has a long history of lies. She did not, in fact, come under sniper fire in Bosnia. That was probably Brian Williams. She lied. In fact, she was presented with flowers at the plane ramp.

She lied about Chelsea who, she claimed was jogging around the World Trade Center back on 9-11. Turns out Chelsea watched it in bed.

She lied when she said that she didn't know her brother was being paid to acquire pardons from then-President Bill Clinton.

She lied when she claimed she and Bill were "dead broke."

Hell, she even lied when claiming she was named after Sir Edmund Hillary--she finally admitted it when realizing he climbed Mt. Everest when she was five years old.

(For a more complete list go to the Liberally Conservative blog and check her out.)

The FBI is hopeful they can recover a good portion of Hillary's emails and are holding her private server in protective custody. She told reporters that she was "very comfortable that this will eventually get resolved and the American people will have plenty of time to figure it out." Maybe she will also have plenty of time to figure out a lot of things .  .  .  in the slammer.

So will the arrogance of Hillary Rotten Clinton finally be assuaged with a big serving of humble pie? Or will her admitted incompetence as secretary of state get her elected Queen of America?
