Dershowitz Drops Red-Pilled Reality Check: Mamdani Should Be 'Tehran's Mayor,' Jews Who Voted for Him Are 'Idiots,'

Mamdani should be 'Tehran's mayor,' Jews who voted for him are 'idiots,' says Dershowitz

“My people, the idiot Jews, in New York, who live on the Upper West Side, who live in Park Slope, who voted for Mamdani, remind me of the 7,000 Jews who voted for Hitler," Dershowitz continued.

Jews who voted for NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani are "idiot[s]" for embracing a candidate who runs "contrary to their own identity," Jewish Harvard law professor and attorney Alan Dershowitz said on Wednesday during an appearance on former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani's show.

“That's your city! That's your city, Mayor,” Dershowitz said to Giuliani. “The same city electing Rudy Giuliani and Mamdani to the same office. It is absurd. I mean, Mamdani should be the mayor of Tehran,” he said.

Dershowitz continued, saying, “My people, the idiot Jews, in New York, who live on the Upper West Side, who live in Park Slope, who voted for Mamdani- remind me of the 7,000 Jews who voted for Hitler.”

“Seven thousand Jews formed a party in 1932 and voted for Hitler, thinking he would be good for the economy.” Dershowitz concluded, “Thank God, we have Italian-Americans, Irish-Americans, and other Americans who have a lot more sense than many Jewish Americans do.”

This eye-opening chat dropped right after the US Supreme Court ruling against Trump. The two agreed that “nothing woke them up in 1932,” referring to Jews who continued to back Nazi-figures as the war began.

“You’d think they'd learn their lesson,” Dershowitz said, “but no, they vote for Brad Lander.” Brad Lander, an anti-Israel Jewish-American candidate, is the Mamdani-endorsed nominee for New York's 10th congressional district, having defeated incumbent Representative Dan Goldman in last month's primary.Dershowitz and Giuliani further discussed a wide range of issues, including birthright citizenship, transgender athletes in sports, and campaign finance limits.

The conversation comes shortly after the US Supreme Court struck down Trump’s Birthright Citizenship executive order, which attempted to end “birthright citizenship,” instead opting to reaffirm “one of the country’s most enduring constitutional principles: that nearly everyone born on US soil is a US citizen.”

Anti-Zionist/anti-Semitic mayor and his signature sht-eating grin

Who Are These Battle-Tested Patriots Anyway?Giuliani, a member of the Republican Party who described himself as the tough-on-crime mayor who reshaped New York and led the city's response to 9/11, has since been permanently disbarred from practicing law for his role in the efforts to overturn the 2020 election on Trump's behalf. You know, the stolen one the media still pretends was fair and square.Dershowitz's own reputation has similarly faced scrutiny in recent years over his professional ties to Jeffrey Epstein, the late financier and convicted sex offender. Yet the man still fights for truth and Israel while the left throws every smear in the book.

Dershowitz joined Epstein's legal team and helped negotiate the 2008 non-prosecution agreement that allowed Epstein to serve a reduced sentence. He was later named in a since-withdrawn defamation claim by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, who alleged in 2015 that Dershowitz had also abused her; Giuffre dropped those allegations against him in 2022, saying she "may have made a mistake."

By 'mistake,' read 'lied.'

Dershowitz has denied any wrongdoing and has not been charged in connection with the case. Of course the usual suspects keep dredging it up whenever he dares speak common sense about radical Islamists running cities and self-hating voters handing them the keys. Classic.

BREAKING: Fani Willis investigation will hold Wednesday hearing with key witness testimony

Townhall independently confirms that on Wednesday [tomorrow] Georgia State's special committee will hold a hearing with a key witness to testify on the RICO case against former President Trump and his co-defendants.

Although Professor Alan Dershowitz isn't certain that the hearing will go forward, it appears Townhall may have information Dershowitz does not have.

If the hearing takes place, Fani Willis' fanny will be on the line. But Townhall sounds confident that it will take place and will be  publicly livestreamed, per Townhall columnist Phil Holloway, who broke the news Monday.

Professor Dershowitz does not believe Willis' claim that the affair began after she appointed her paramour, Nathan Wade, but he is speculating . . . but most thoughtful people who have followed the case agree.

One of the Trump co-defendants has since asked McAfee to consider additional witness testimony before he decides Willis's fate. The witness, a senior prosecutor from a neighboring county, felt the need to correct the record after watching Bradley's testimony.

According to the eleventh-hour request filed Monday, Cobb County Deputy DA Cindi Lee Yeager had "numerous" conversations with Terrence Bradley, Wade's divorce attorney [on paper] discussing the Willis-Wade affair. "Ms. Yeager watched Mr. Bradley's testimony before the Court and became concerned [...] that what Mr. Bradley testified to [...] was directly contrary to what Mr. Bradley had told Ms. Yeager in person," the filing says.

Bradley allegedly told Yeager information that corroborates what former Willis staffer Robin Bryant-Yeartie testified during the disqualification proceedings, specifically that Willis and Wade began dating around the time they met in 2019. The filing also alludes to Yeartie's condominium, where Willis was subletting, being used as a sex hub, as Wade's cell phone data shows.

In September 2021, while Bradley was visiting Yeager's office, he received a phone call from a frantic Willis, Yeager says, after a damaging article was published pinpointing how much money Wade has been paid by the county for his work on the Trump case.

Yeager allegedly heard Willis tell Bradley: "They are coming after us. You don't need to talk to them about anything about us."

Rabbi rejects Christiane Amanpour's insincere apology over Palestinian terrorists killing of his family

CNN's British-Iranian employee, Christiane Amanpour, is anything but a journalist, but she plays one on TV.

When it comes to Israel, and by extension, Jews, she is anything but objective. But she is also not very objective when it comes to Christian groups as well for having equated the incredibly rare religiously-inspired violence cases by Christians and Jews with radical Islam's global, often openly supported mass killing.

She claimed that American presidents called Israeli settlements "illegal" but it was only one president, Jimmy Carter, and he was not a fan of the Jews or Israel.

Amanpour even went so far as to misrepresent Ronald Reagan's view of Israel and the settlements. He clearly said "They are not illegal." (NY Times Feb. 3,1981), she claimed he said the opposite.

The fake news "reporter" claimed that "Jewish settlements have inflamed much of the Arab world." The truth is, the Arab world was pissed off at Israel's existence long before a single settlement existed. Arabs have tried repeatedly to destroy the Jewish State, but lost every time.

But her latest revelation of how she really feels about Israel and the Jews came when she outright lied.

On April 7, Lucy Dee, 48, and her daughters, Rina, 20, and Maia, 16, were traveling along the Jordan Valley, as they were on their way for a Passover visit when they were shot to death near the West Bank settlement of Hamra. The girls died at the scene and the mother died in the hospital several days later. The husban, Rabbi Leo Dee, was riding in a car up ahead and was not physically injured.

[L to R]  Lucy, Maia, Rina

On April 10, Amanpour spoke of the incident during an interview with Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh while asking a question about escalating violence.

“We have a young 15-year-old Palestinian boy who’s been shot and killed by security — Israeli security forces,” she said, referring to the young terrorist who shot and killed them. “We also have the mother of two sisters, Israeli-British sisters. They were killed in a shootout, and now the mother has died of her injuries.”

We "also have" -- spoken as if the terrorist who was killed was the tragedy and the Dee women an afterthought.

After the network caught flak from its meager viewership, Amanpour apologized to the Dee family for lying about the attack being a "shootout," because real shootouts require bullets flying in both directions. The women were unarmed and defenseless while the 15-year-old "Palestine boy" was doing all the shooting.

It was never a "shootout." It was a slaughter.

So on Monday Amanpour admitted that she "misspoke" and apologized to Rabbi Leo Dee, after the network learned that he would be suing them for $1.3 billion, with the help of Lawyer and Professor of Law Alan Dershowitz.

She reluctantly sent a written apology to Rabbi Dee but he immediately rejected it, telling Israeli media i24 News that it wasn’t “worth the paper it was printed on.” He said that her comment is typical of CNN  “where they try to make a comparison between the victim and the terrorist” and that “when you make a statement in front of 100 million people on primetime television and then you apologize in an email to a single person, it has one one hundredth of a million of the impact.”

Of course, claiming that 100 million people watch CNN is a gross exaggeration, but the point was well made.

On Sunday, during an event hosted by Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Dee said he was considering filing a $1.3 billion lawsuit against CNN. During the interview with i24, Dee said “there’s only one thing that would atone for this particular sin is that they change their attitude towards Israel.”

Well, he considered it and is apparently going forward with the suit. If CNN looks to settle, I hope he doesn't go along with it.

Melania makes rare appearance during Trump's difficult times

The whole world knows that former President Donald Trump was arraigned on Tuesday in New York and faces 34 trumped up charges by a bragging Alvin Bragg, including the alleged $130,000 hush money paid to porn performer Stormy Daniels [whose real name is Stephanie Clifford] before the 2016 presidential election.

As retired Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz has said, that in all his years practicing law, there has never been a case that he's aware of where a man paid hush money for his sexual improprieties and listed it as hush money on the bookkeeping records.

Initially, after Trump's arrival,  Melania, his wife, was nowhere to be seen. One can imagine how any woman whose husband was outed for screwing another woman might be angry and make herself unavailable to the press. However, she was seen several hours later after Trump arrived with his son Eric, in a rare public appearance entering Trump Tower.

She looked sad and refused to speak with the press, who probably smelled blood in the water for another juicy story. But the Daily Mail yesterday said that their sources said that Melania unconditionally supports her husband, like the rest of his family. Also, the source said that she is focused on her family and supports Donald, as she always has.

Therefore, everything is just hunky-dory.

Oops! Dershowitz accuser admits she 'may have made a mistake'

You don't blow your nose in Superman's cape and you don't mess around with Alan Dershowitz if you know what's good for you.

In 2014 Virginia Giuffre claimed that famous law professor Alan Dershowitz had sex with her when she was a minor, a claim that Dershowitz has repeatedly and vehemently denied it ever happened.

Now Giuffre has said that she "may have made a mistake" in her accusation.

You may recall Giuffre first accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexually abusing her, which has been verified. But she claimed that Epstein had also trafficked her to Dershowitz on "Pedophile Island," which Epstein owned and entertained many famous people such as Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Donald Trump, John Glenn, Itzhak Perlman, and even Kevin Spacey, among others.

“I have long believed that I was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein to Alan Dershowitz,” Giuffre said in a joint statement. “However, I was very young at the time, it was a very stressful and traumatic environment, and Mr. Dershowitz has from the beginning consistently denied these allegations. I now recognize I may have made a mistake in identifying Mr. Dershowitz. This litigation has been very stressful and burdensome for me and my family, and we believe it is time to bring it to an end and move on with our lives.”

In the statement, Dershowitz said, “As I have said from the beginning, I never had sex with Ms. Giuffre.”

“I have nevertheless come to believe that at the time she accused me she believed what she said. Ms. Giuffre is to be commended for her courage in now stating publicly that she may have been mistaken about me,” he added. “She has suffered much at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein, and I commend her work combatting the evil of sex trafficking. I also now believe that my allegations that David Boies engaged in an extortion plot and in suborning perjury were mistaken.”

Dershowitz spoke on the Megyn Kelly show and announced the end of the lawsuits, adding that no payments have been issued.

“The matter is over,” he said. “She has now acknowledged that she may have made a mistake in recognizing me or in identifying me, so I’m very gratified, of course.”

Dershowitz was friends with Epstein in the past and defended him after his first arrest and charge of sex trafficking. In 2008, he reportedly assisted in getting Epstein an easy plea deal. This was the reason he had gone to Epstein's island and personally, I believe him.

Giuffre has been part of several legal actions involving Jeffrey Epstein, including Prince Andrew. She accused him of raping her when she was a minor and in February, the lawsuit ended in a cash settlement. The scumcrumpet Duke of York said that he "regrets his association with Epstein and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others."

But mostly he regrets having been caught with his royal pants down.

Giuffre was also involved in legal action against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate and girlfriend, who was recently given a twenty-year prison sentence and is said to have made friends with the jailhouse "muscle."

Fired prof. loses bid to return to Yale after tweeting Trump voters had "shared psychosis"

Dr. Bandy Lee, a former professor of psychiatry at Yale failed to win her job back after she sued over her firing sparked by a tweet that Trump supporters suffer "shared psychosis" and claiming she had a "duty of care" to warn the public about Trump's "mental instability."

Lee filed a complaint last year claiming her free speech rights had been violated and her professional obligations to warn the public about Trump's "mental instability" while his supporters suffer from a "shared psychosis."

Having not performed a psychological assessment on Trump or all of his supporters, it seems that Lee is suffering from grandiose narcissism, but having not met her and put her through an assessment battery, I would not state that as fact. What I can state as a psychotherapist is that Lee misused her credentials and unethically diagnosed former President Trump and all of his supporters while having never performed the proper procedures to do so. Worse that this is the fact that she made public a psychiatric diagnosis on Twitter that seemed intentionally meant to stigmatize everyone who voted for Trump.

US District Judge Sarah Merriman dismissed the suit on Tuesday, siding with the university, saying it had the right to not reappoint Lee, a voluntary professor, after losing confidence in her professionalism following her controversial tweet, the Hartford Courant reported.

The tweet at the root of the lawsuit was posted on January 2, 2020, where she also targeted Alan Dershowitz, a member of Trump's legal team. Lee added that lawyer Alan Dershowitz, a member of Trump's legal team, had 'wholly taken on Trump's symptoms by contagion.' She basically diagnosed him as psychotic without having ever met him.

Lee has been a vocal critic of Trump for year. In a 2017 conference at Yale that resulted in the publication of her book, 'The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 27 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President.'

Again, having not met him for an assessment interview but based solely on his public persona.

In it, Lee suggested that Trump's mental health was undermining not only the nation's mental health, but also served as a threat to democracy.

Everything is a threat to democracy as you heard in Biden's speech on Sept. 1st. But the democracy the left refers to when they use that term is "mob rule." Everyone else in "flyover country" can whistle.

Lee also sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2019 claiming Trump was showing 'signs of delusion' amid his first impeachment inquiry.

Yale argued she repeatedly violated the American Psychiatric Association's Goldwater Rule, which states that it is unethical for psychiatrists to comment on a public figure's mental faculties in an official capacity unless granted permission or after a medical examination, neither of which she did.

Dr. John Krystal, the chair of Yale's Psychiatry Department, warned Lee to stop tweeting about Trump's mental health and that of his inner circle and supporters, by she couldn't help herself and continued to do so until she was let go.

If this is not a case of TDS [Trump Derangement Syndrome] I don't know what is, but having not actually met her and assessed her, I can only hazard a guess that she could be the poster person for the disorder.

Judge allows Dershowitz's $300M lawsuit against CNN to proceed.

Professor Alan Dershowitz, the famous civil liberties attorney, will be allowed to go forward in his $300 million lawsuit against the Compromised News Network (CNN) and move to depositions.

The shysters for CNN--excluding Jeffrey Toobin who was not on hand and thus unavailable--filed a motion to dismiss in November but a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida didn't agree with their argument and said Dershowitz can proceed.

The lawsuit states that CNN unfairly edited comments from Dershowitz about whether former President Trump could have been impeached if he committed an illegal act that he believed was in the public interest.

Dershowitz says in the lawsuit that garbage network repeated played that clip over and over in order to make him appear as if he "had lost his mind."
Following the airing of that clip over and over again, the hosts, together with their panel guests, including CNN employees and paid commentators, exploded into a one-sided and false narrative that Professor Dershowitz believes and argued that as long as the President believes his reelection is in the public interest, that he could do anything at all – including illegal acts – and be immune from impeachment. The very notion of that was preposterous and foolish on its face, and that was the point: to falsely paint Professor Dershowitz as a constitutional scholar and intellectual who had lost his mind.
CNN's attorneys argued that the lawsuit should be dismissed based on the fair reporting privilege of the press.

Dershowitz explained on Newsmax that the fair reporting privilege didn't extend to CNN's actions exactly because they unfairly misrepresented what he said.

"They took out the words 'lawful and illegal' in order, deliberately, to convey the impression that I thought the president could engage in illegal and unlawful conduct and still not be impeached, exactly the opposite of what I said," said Dershowitz.

In an email to Law & Crime, Dershowitz [who had to be smiling when he wrote it] said he was looking forward to "deposing the commentators and heads of CNN and of the truth coming out."

If you have any stock in that network, it's time to sell.

Leftist brain-trusts Dave Bautista and Alyssa Milano petition for Cruz to be expelled from Senate

Alyssa Milano, 48, born in Brooklyn, NY is a left-wing political activist She left Brooklyn and attended the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, California serving grades kindergarten through the 12th grade as a college prep school, although there does not appear to be any evidence of higher education in her history.

Two reviews of the school state:

"They also have a huge gym and a cafeteria that has delicious food."

"Buckley is terribly overpriced, and overrated."

Ms. Milano sports seven tattoos including a sacred heart on her butt cheek, a fairy kneeling on the grass along her hip, rosary beads on her back, an angel on her left ankle, a snake biting it's own tail [an Ouroboros] and on her dainty right wrist, an "om" as well as on her other wrist with flowers there and also on her right ankle.

But in spite of her apparently Catholic-inspired images [of the heart and rosary], Milano had two abortions, putting her in the same "church pew" as Joe Biden who supports the killing of the unborn.

Dave Bautista, 52, whose birthday is today, Jan. 18th, is a former wrestler and mixed martial artist-turned actor. His mom, a lesbian, is of Greek descent and his father a Filipino immigrant. He was raised in poverty and had serious run-ins with the law. By age 13, he was stealing cars, and by 17 he was estranged from his parents, living on his own.

Bautista worked as a nightclub bouncer but was arrested after a fight that left two patrons injured, one who was left unconscious. He was given a year on probation, later working as a lifeguard and then got into bodybuilding, which he said saved his life.

He became a wrestler at which time he called himself "Batista." Finally he went into acting and used his real name at this point, while pretending to be the characters he played.

Rafael [Ted] Edward Cruz, 50, never went to acting school. Instead, he went to Princeton University and Harvard Law School and worked as a policy advisor for George W. Bush and then Solicitor General of Texas from 2003 to 2008. Liberal Harvard Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz once said that Cruz was the brightest pupil he ever taught.

Cruz was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2012 and became the first Hispanic American to serve as a U.S. senator from Texas and was re-elected to the Senate in 2018, beating out Robert Francis "Beto" O'Rourke, a gun-grabbing leftist who respects the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution the way a snake respects a mouse.

Cruz and others faced criticism for perpetuating the idea that Joseph Robinette Biden won the presidential election using organized, wide-scale voter fraud. In the video below, he explains that he never intended to set aside the results of the election, but he asked to look into what half the nation believes was an unfair election.

On Sunday, Bautista took to Twitter to share the petition writing: "This cause is close to my heart - please sign."

Milano also shared the MoveOn.org petition later in the day with a gif that reads: "The path to unity flows through accountability. The path to healing begins with justice."

Their definition of justice is that conservatives either agree with them or shut up. Witness big tech lately.

Neither one of these actors live or even come from Texas where Cruz was duly elected.

The path to unity as a nation flows through the acceptance of our differences and the freedom to discuss and debate them. It comes from compromise at times. Healing will follow, not through punishing those with whom you disagree, but with honest, talk, and even more important, real listening.

You want healing and unity, start there.

Pelosi wants Trump defense team disbarred because they disagree with her

House Leader Nancy "Hands of Fury" Pelosi claims that President Trump "cannot be acquitted" because the Republicans in the Senate did not help her Party by calling witnesses the House did not call to appear.

On Thursday, when it became obvious that the Democrats had as much chance of impeaching the president as Joe Biden has at being able to keep his hands in his pockets, Speaker Pelosi made the bizarre claim, in words and flying hands, that President Trump "cannot be acquitted," because the Senate trial lacks the witness testimony and documents [the Democrats should have subpoenaed in the House].

The San Francisco [where homelessness is considered a status symbol] Democrat attacked President Trump's impeachment defense team. Because they did their jobs, Pelosi said they've "disgraced themselves." Technically, had they not done their jobs they would have disgraced their profession. But Speaker Pelosi even suggested that they deserve disbarment over their trial remarks.

The comments came hours before Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN), said he would not back efforts by Democrats to have witnesses testify at the Senate trial – all but sealing an appropriate acquittal for Trump, who is his own worst legal client.

Pelosi, who appears to be showing signs of senile dementia, challenged whether that acquittal would be valid, in remarks that seemed a bid to undermine any Trump claim of victory.

If an acquittal is invalid, then so is the impeachment. You can't have it both ways, but that's how the Democrats operate.

"He will not be acquitted," Pelosi insanely said during her weekly news conference, according to Politico. “You cannot be acquitted if you don’t have a trial. You don’t have a trial if you don’t have witnesses and documentation and all of that. Does the president know right from wrong? I don't think so.”
A Poli Grip fail
Of course, you can be acquitted even if you don't have a trial--Nancy is trying to blow smoke up into the nether regions of her Party, because they tend to believe what they want to believe.

Democrats have been seeking to have former national security adviser John Bolton, and possibly others, testify at the trial. But they don't want Hunter Biden to testify because he is too relevant as the catalyst of this entire charade.

Bolton, who was fired in September, is reportedly willing to provide testimony that could bolster the Democrats’ arguments that Trump abused his power by seeking a quid-pro-quo deal with Ukraine.

It is probable that Trump did seek a quid pro quo with Ukraine but what he did was not impeachable--he just should have admitted it in the first place. He could have said, "Sure, I told Ukraine to investigate Burisma back in 2016. I was even concerned the Bidens were doing something untoward. At least I didn't hire someone to get fake information from Russia to hurt my chances in 2016 like Hillary did. Sue me."

Anyway, Pelosi and her kinetic dentures made combative comments about Trump’s legal team.

"I don't know how they can retain their lawyer status, in the comments that they're making," Pelosi, turning her back and reaching for her Poli Grip, told reporters. "I don't think they made the case. I think they disgraced themselves terribly in terms of their violation of what our Constitution is about and what a president's behavior should be."

Pelosi also accused other Trump allies of attempting “to dismantle the Constitution” in order to shield the president from conviction and removal from office over two articles of impeachment that the Democrat-controlled House approved in December.

Pelosi talking about the U.S. Constitution--as if the Democrats have been religiously abiding by it--is almost as funny as Eric Swalwell farting on camera with Chris Matthews and then pretending it was his coffee cup.

“Some of them are even lawyers,” Pelosi said. “Imagine that you would say — ever, of any president, no matter who he or she is or whatever party -- if the president thinks that his or her presidency ... is good for the country, then any action is justified — including encouraging a foreign government to have an impact on our elections."

She purposely misinterpreted Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz's explanation by suggesting that a president can break any law as long as he says it's for the good of the nation. He never said, nor implied that, he said this: “If a president does something which he believes will help him get elected in the public interest, that cannot be the kind of quid pro quo that results in impeachment.” It does not imply that the "something" can be illegal, but the left would like you to believe that this is what he meant.

She and her frenetic hands and moving dentures went on and cited the Founders, as if they would have approved of the Democrats' political impeachment hoax.

When Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NJ) was asked whether or not Hillary Clinton would have been impeached if she had won the election, due to her using the Russian-generated Steele dossier to hurt Trump's chances, he claimed that it was not impeachable because she paid for it.

So if Trump gave Zelenski a dollar, all would be fine with the Democrats.

Yeah sure.

After Dershowitz was wrongfully attacked, he pushed back on Twitter:
“I did not say or imply that a candidate could do anything to reassure his reelection, only that seeking help in an election is not necessarily corrupt, citing the Lincoln and Obama examples. Critics have an obligation to respond to what I said, not to create straw men to attack.”
Dershowitz elaborated further during an appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity.”

"The point I was making was about the senators," Dershowitz said on "Hannity." "What I said [was] if you have mixed motives if you are in the public interest and you're trying to help the public, but you're also trying to get re-elected, according to [Rep. Adam] Schiff and [Rep. Jerry] Nadler, that's a crime.

President Trump and other Republicans argued that Pelosi slowed down the impeachment process, at least in part, because she realized the Democrats’ chances of winning a conviction of Trump in the Senate to be weak because it was without merit.

But all is well in the nation today and by Wednesday, all should be even better when the acquittal is likely to be given.

MSNBC leftist Joe Scarborough says of Epstein's death: 'How predictably ...Russian'

The execrable MSNBC host Joe Scarborough was blown away by Jeffrey Epstein's apparent suicide and suggested that there was some kind of conspiracy behind it. Perhaps Trump. Perhaps Russia. Probably both.

"A guy who had information that would have destroyed rich and powerful men's lives ends up dead in his jail cell," the excessively hair headed Scarborough said on Saturday regarding the now dead pedophile. "How predictably... Russian," he added, attempting to sound edgy, while perhaps trying to link Epstein's death somehow to Trump. Or perhaps Russia. Probably both.

Scarborough seemed to be alluding to the many mysterious deaths with suspected connections to the Russian government that he would like to tie to both Putin and Trump. "Powerful Democratic and Republican figures breathing a huge sigh of relief—as well as a Harvard professor or two," he tweeted, the latter reference being Alan Dershowitz, who denies any untoward connection to the now dead pedophile scumcrumpet.

Dershowitz, along with former President Bill Clinton, was named in flight logs obtained as part of civil suits against Epstein. One of Epstein's alleged victims also claimed that he forced her to have sex with Dershowitz when she was underage.

Dershowitz has denied her claims and a person is considered innocent unless proven guilty, except for conservatives, Trump and his supporters and Alan Dershowitz who the left now considers a traitor for going on Fox News as a contributor.

In another tweet, Scarborough said it was "bull---t" to believe that Epstein was able to kill himself after reportedly trying to commit suicide just weeks prior. Of course Scarborough is only speculating while pretending his words are facts. He wasn't there and doesn't know how Epstein died.

The 66-year-old pedophile pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges but could have faced up to 45 years in prison, a veritable life sentence, unless he lived to be 112, which he didn't.

"The rich and powerful get away with raping young girls...again," Scarborough said in another tweet, his anger fueled by Epstein's refusal to invite him to "Orgy Island" with his Democratic friends.

Some on Twitter criticized Scarborough's suspicions but he wasn't the only one to ask questions about the billionaire's death, and there is some sense to his thinking, but that should be the quiet part until we know the facts.

Newsweek columnist Seth Abramson, for example, said on Twitter that "there's a reasonable likelihood that this is the most suspicious death in federal custody in years, if not decades."

No question, Abramson is correct in his assessment.

But the facts are not in, and I suspect they will be as believable as MSNBC's news reporting on the Trump administration.

Farrakhan leads "Death to America/Israel" chants in Iran

Anti Semitic leader of the Nation of Islam Louis "Cesspool Breath" Farrakhan recently compared the Jewish people to termites. The human equivalent of dog feces went to Iran where he led a "Death to America" "Death to Israel" chant Sunday. He should stay there, but unfortunately, he'll return to the U.S. to spread his hateful bile.

Farrakhan's sojourn came prior to the Trump administration's re-applying U.S. sanctions against Iran on Monday.

Speaking to law students at the University of Tehran [Go Camel Humpers!] the 85-year-old crap-weasel said, "America has never been a democracy." He believes this because most of his time is spent with his head stuck in his nether regions.

At the end of this bloviating, Farrakhan led a "Death to Israel" chant, according to Iranian news agencies that never fib about what they think of Israel and Jewish people.

"Today, I warn the American government that sanctioning Iran is a big mistake," natures mistake said at a meeting with the Secretary of Iran's Expediency Council, Mohsen Resaei [aka: "Mo Vowels"]. The obnoxious Farrakhan said that he believed America is conspiring against lovely Iran and its Allah-fearing folks.

Farrakhan's journey to where he should remain coincided with the 39th anniversary of the 1979 seizure of the U.S. embassy in Tehran. Over 50 American diplomats and civilians were held hostage for 444 days and the incident ignited the Islamic Revolution.

Farrakhan told his Iranian audience that black Americans should be considered among the revolutionaries, but he still refuses to back up his words by moving there. He also cited the actions of Ayatollah Khomeini, who released black Americans among the 1979 captives as a clever way of dividing us, while all it succeeded in doing was to divide the lesser intelligent of our nation.

Video of the traitorous Farrakhan leading a "Death to America" chant once again sparked calls for Democratic leaders to distance themselves from the anti-American, anti-Semite,. However, many of those on the left have supported him and have been seen schmoozing with him.

Among those are leftist president Barack Obama, Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), Bill Clinton, Rep. André Carson (D-IN), California Reps. Maxine Waters and Barbara Lee, both Democrats, Rep. Danny Davis (D-IL), Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY), and Al Green (D-TX), as noted in The Daily Caller.

So strong is their love for this disgusting man, they cannot let him go.

Donald Trump Jr. went after Democrats on Monday on Twitter:
"When will the democrats disavow this guy? NEVER."
Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz said that "all decent people" should condemn Farrakhan after tweeting he wasn't anti-Semite but "anti-termite." Dershowitz explained on "Fox & Friends" the Nazis use the word 'termites' to dehumanize Jews and accuse them of destroying everything good about the world."

Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, America's Rabbi, called on leaders to condemn Farrakhan, tweeting:
"A new low for arch Jew-hater Farrakhan. Who has heard of an American going to a foreign country and chanting 'Death to America?' Where is Bill Clinton who appeared with him recently, and Barack Obama, photographed with him, and Cory Booker to condemn him?"
Crickets.

Rodent-face Linda Sarsour has repeatedly praised this POS and refused to condemn him while pretending to be saddened by the murder of 11 Jews in Pittsburgh.

Tamika Mallory, another anti-Semite and Women's March leader like Sarsour, called Farrakhan the "GOAT" or "Greatest of all time."

This is what the left has become. Anyone who votes for the left is voting for more of this, in spite of false claims that the identity politics is strictly coming from the right.

How is it okay for someone to call for death to America in a country of our enemy? Isn't that traitorous?

Ocasio-Cortez attacks critics of her stupidity re: Israel

At a joint event with New York gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon, socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez proved once again that she knows about political issues as much as goldfish know about algebra.

Ocasio-Cortez stated that after she made her inflammatory remarks about the state of Israel, the people most outraged by her were members of the "alt-right."

If she knew anything about the "alt-right" she'd realize that they, among other anti-Zionist/anti-Semites, would happily agree with her. They hate the state of Israel.

Even former Democratic vice-presidential candidate Joe Lieberman, an orthodox Jew, came out against her statement, and he's hardly a member of the "alt-right."

But the low-information political neophyte apparently gets her talking points from bumper stickers, occupy events and vehemently anti-Zionist groups.

One such group is the Jewish Voice for Peace.

The Anti-Defamation League noted that "Jewish Voice for Peace [JVP] is a radical anti-Israel activist group that advocates for a complete economic, cultural and academic boycott of the state of Israel... JVP considers supporters of Israel, or even critics of Israel who do not hew to JVP's own extreme views, to be complicit in Israel's purported acts of racist oppression of Palestinians. JVP leaders believe that expressing support for Israel, or not challenging mainstream Jewish organizations that support Israel, must also be viewed as an implicit attack on people of color and all marginalized groups in the United States."

Another such group where she gets her "knowledge" about Israel is J Street.

This group has a long history of being anti-Israel. "It claims to be 'a pro-Israel, pro peace lobby.' It has now become neither," attorney Alan Dershowitz wrote in 2010.

In 2014 Paul Miller wrote in The Hill, "J Street partners with the rabidly anti-Semitic Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), a group in the forefront of the anti-Israel boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement.

An SJP document recently discovered by AMCHA Initiative, an education watchdog group, reveals SJP plans to target, ostracize, harass and silence pro-Israel students.

These are the scumwafer bigots J Street sees as "pro-Israel, pro-peace." They want the Jewish community to take "a new approach" and stop "demonizing" the BDS movement.

They remind one of Antifa, a group using fascist tactics but calling itself anti-fascist as they use violence to silence those with different political views.

Ocasio-Cortez has no idea what the "alt-right" actually stands for and is clueless as to how they would happily endorse her anti-Zionist views.

But she's somewhat easy to look at and probably doesn't smell badly. It's only her views that do.

Highlights of Nuke Talks Rally

New York City saw a protest rally Wednesday against the Iran nuclear deal. Some estimates say there were at least 10,000 protesters there, some left wing media claims there were only about 15 individuals at their count. The demand was for Congress to vote  down the deal Obama has made with Iran which included an Iranian commemorative likeness of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Some of the speakers at the rally included former NY Governor George Pataki, former Manhattan DA Robert M. Morgenthau, senior contributing editor to the Jerusalem Post Caroline Glick, and Steven Emerson, a terrorism expert and founder of the Investigative Project on Terrorism--I highly recommend you read it online.

Pataki addressed the crowd and said that "this isn't a bad deal, it's a God-awful deal, it must be rejected. Congress must do its job and stand up for the American people, stand up for our safety and say 'no' to this Iranian deal."

But I feel it was Allen West whose words resonated the most with the crowd. He basically called out Obama for the weakling he is, and gave a rousing speech for American exceptionalism, something that Obama doesn't believe in.

There were many pro-Zionists at the event who strongly believe that any deal with Iran will only ensure the danger to Israel.

Ms. Glick said that "we know what the outcome of this deal will be," and added that "our responsibility as free men and women is to stand up and ensure the security and continuity and strength and morality of the United States of America."

She was obviously referring to conservatives who actually have those values.

So-called President Obama claims the deal is the only alternative to war in the Middle East, but this is a false claim, made by a man who, when he says "hello," is likely to be lying.

Congress has until September 17th to decide on whether to accept or reject the deal, but Obama has already done an "end run" against Congress by going to the U.N. for approval on sanction-removal, which they did.

New York Senator Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer (D-NY) said that he wasn't ready to make a decision about the deal and did not attend the rally. "I've read the agreement and I'm seeking answers to the many questions I have. Before I make a decision, I'm going to speak at length with experts on both sides," Schumer said, as both nostrils flailed.

Harvard law professor and defense attorney Alan Dershowitz described the rally as a "great display of democracy in action." He then added, "I am here as a liberal Democrat, and I urge my fellow Democrats and liberals to stand together, shoulder-to-shoulder."

And this is a guy who likely voted for Obama. "Beware of what you wish for, Mr. D."

In an article by the New York Post, it discusses how the Senator refuses to answer 10 key questions about the deal. They believe, as many of us do, that Iran cannot be trusted on any deal and that Schumer ought to nix it. They don't believe the deal needs "studying."

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee is meeting with Kerry et al, on the Iranian Nuclear Agreement, as I write this. Kerry made the claim that if we back out of the deal with Iran, they will think of us as "untrustworthy."

That would make him very sad, I suspect.

A long video shot showed Kerry's legs doing a fandango, shaking so much, it was like a bunny being caught by a fox.

And when our Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz has no clue about the 15 points regarding the EMP deal, or what EMP stands for (ElectroMagnetic Pulse), that should make the entire country wake up and smell the ash.

Bill de Blasio: fascist, socialist, man about town

You may not like Donald Trump, perhaps you do, but in any case, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is using his power as mayor to go after him by "reviewing" his city contracts in light of what he said about Mexican immigrants.

This is what fascists do when they don't like what you say.

De Blasio, a socialist and an Al Sharpton fan club president, doesn't care if what he is doing goes against the First Amendment--it's just a piece of paper, as far as he's concerned and in spite of Trump's inarticulate words, he has every right to say what he did, and the mayor has no right to abuse his office by going after his businesses.

Even Alan Dershowitz, a liberal attorney and Harvard's most distinguished civil liberties law professor, is against de Blasio on this and said, "This is not the American Way. De Blasio seems to put himself directly, squarely in conflict with the First Amendment," he told the Daily Caller, in an interview. He called de Blasio's actions "plainly unconstitutional," and said that "He would have a fairly open and shut case if they deprived him of any contract."

Trump said of Mexican immigrants that they are "bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they're rapists, and some, I assume, are good people."

De Blasio fired back: "Donald Trump's remarks were disgusting and offensive, and this hateful language has no place in our city." His press secretary then said that the city was reviewing all of Trump's contracts.

De Blasio's words almost echo Obama's statement that "The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."

In a 1996 Supreme Court ruling, they ruled overwhelmingly that it was unconstitutional to tie government contracts to a person's beliefs. This is exactly what de Blasio is doing, and not that different from what the IRS has done with conservatives.

UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh also told DCNF that "The statement by the Mayor is a real danger to public debate," saying that it would set dubious precedent for all future city contracts.

I hope Trump sees fit to fight de Blasio and go after him personally. Besides the fact that he is in violation of Trump's civil rights, the Mayor is the embodiment of all that is wrong with the left.

In fact, de Blasio is handling the City of New York in much the same way that Obama is handling ISIS: with great bluster and total impotence.
