USA's first Antifa terrorism trial has a verdict

Nine North Texas Antifa cell fascists just got hit with major guilty verdicts in federal court on Friday for their roles in the violent July 4 attack last year on the Prairieland ICE Detention Center in Texas.

One of the fascists was convicted of attempted murder.

The jury convicted the nine fascists on a range of serious charges, including rioting, providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use and carry an explosive, and using and carrying an explosive during what prosecutors described as a coordinated North Texas Antifa Cell assault that left a local Alvarado police officer shot in the neck.

FBI Dallas Special Agent in Charge R. Joseph Rothrock called the incident a "coordinated attack" on the facility holding illegal immigrants ahead of deportation.

Two individuals were also convicted of conspiracy to conceal documents.

According to the Department of Justice, Benjamin Song was pegged as the attack's leader. He handed out firearms and recruited participants for the operation. Song was convicted of attempted murder of federal officers for the unlawful attempt to kill with malice aforethought the Alvarado Police Officer and for unlawful discharging of a firearm in the attempted murder of two correctional officers and an Alvarado Police Officer, since he was the shooter who hit the officer in the neck.

Song bolted from the scene like a roach when the lights come on, but he got nabbed on July 15, 2025, while most of the other suspects were arrested shortly after, per the DOJ.

Song now faces up to life in prison, with a mandatory minimum of 20 years, the Department of Justice press release noted. Seven others could see only 10 to 60 years, and Daniel Rolando Sanchez Estrada might get up to only 40 years.

"These guilty verdicts and convictions rightly reflect the vicious, armed attack that these Antifa cell members planned and executed against law enforcement and detention center officers on the night of July 4 last year," U.S. Attorney Ryan Raybould said in a statement.

"Their terrorist acts, attempted murder, vandalism, and explosives launched at a detention facility were a far cry from some peaceful protest or First Amendment expression. Because of the prompt action of first responders that night and tenacious work of our law enforcement partners in tandem with the prosecutors in my office, sixteen people have been brought to justice for these violent acts and their attempts to conceal them. We will continue in this mission to hold others accountable who perpetrate such violence and fund these ANTIFA groups in the Northern District of Texas."

Notably, the attackers used monikers in their group chats to plot the riot. They also set off fireworks and trashed the place, including spray-painting "F*ck You Pigs" on a building. How mature.

This was no spontaneous outburst. It was a calculated ambush on law enforcement, and the jury saw right through any claims otherwise. Justice served.

3 Antifa fascists arrested in Portland after damaging at least 10 businesses

Portland, OR -- Police arrested three scumwafers early Thursday morning after it was reported that vandals were smashing windows and spraying graffiti on buildings.

The Portland Police Bureau  posted a press release Thursday describing the crime, writing that police responded to multiple call around 1:22 a.m. reporting a group “breaking windows and spraying graffiti.” 

Callers reported that the weasels were dressed in black [Antifa style] and moving west along Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard.

“Police arrived and found a group near Southeast 37th Avenue and Southeast Harrison Street matching the description and carrying evidence connecting them to the vandalism,” police reported. “Officers canvassed the neighborhood, spoke to witnesses, and found damage to at least ten businesses between Southeast 41st Avenue and Southeast 33rd Avenue along Southeast Hawthorne Street, in both the Sunnyside and Richmond neighborhoods. Some of the damage was sufficient to provide access to the interior of retail stores so officers contacted responsible parties and stood by while contractors or employees boarded up windows. Grocery stores, banks, an auto service center, a package distribution and mailing center, and local business storefronts were damaged.”

Police arrested 24-year-old Chester "The Jester" Hester, 38-year-old Nicole "Manuel" Noriega, and 23-year-old "Beetle" Bailey Willack. Each Mc crap-muffin was charged with 10 counts of Criminal Mischief.

“Officers found one adult in possession of a semi-automatic pistol. That person was referred out of custody to the district attorney’s office for potential weapons charges. One juvenile was detained and referred to the court for crimes related to property damage,” police noted, without saying whether the person with a pistol was one of the three named suspects. “Based on witness statements, it is likely that more people were involved in these crimes and police will try to determine their identity through further investigation."

The former conservative Fox News reported that authorities “estimated the group caused ‘thousands’ of dollars in damage but weren't specific about the estimated amount. 

Portland has been plagued with Black Lives Matter rioting over the summer and with Antifa violence for years. 

This is just the latest incident in a city marred by riots over the summer and years of Antifa violence. 

Just one day after the 2020 general election, and after months of allowing violent rioters to go unchecked as Portland police were ordered to stand around with their hands in their pockets and their minds above their waists, Oregon's totally useless Gov. Kate Brown (D) finally authorized the National Guard to help the deteriorating town,

Unified Command on National Guard activation: Widespread violence is occurring in Downtown Portland. In the interest of public safety, Governor Kate Brown, under advice of the Unified Command, has activated the use of the Oregon National Guard to assist local law enforcement in responding to any acts of violence, and to maintain public order and ensure community safety. Guard members are trained in crowd control and will be riding with local response teams.

They are dressed in military style garb, which is their uniform. Oregon National Guard members are civilian community members helping to protect us. We don’t take this decision lightly. Under the Governor’s Order, we continue to work together and share our resources and information to address any public safety concerns. Our goal is to keep our community safe. We encourage demonstrators to gather peacefully.

You have a better chance of seeing a Saudi Arabian bar mitzvah than seeing a peaceful Antifa/BLM protest. 

It's time to put an end to the violence, looting and destruction of property. But if Joe Biden assumes the presidency, you have a better chance of being struck by a meteor at 5 a.m. in Times Square in January and then get hit by lightning before your glowing body hits the ground.

Comrade de Blasio: 'If they get too close, turn 'em in--we'll do the rest'

Storm Trooper und New York City Mayor, Herr Bill de Blasio, ordered his city troops to do what they can to fight for the cause. If they catch a traitor come within 5.95 feet of another citizen, they are to take their smartphone and photograph the miscreant "und text der photo to der authorities, und ve vill know vat to do from dere. Can I get a 'heil de Blasio!'"

These orders come in light of his fellow Communists in China regarding the Chinese Communist Wuhan Coronavirus and the need for social distancing.

“Now it is easier than ever to vat I call doink der right ting," he said on his Twitter account. “Vhen you see a crowd, und vhen you see a line dat’s not distanced, vhen you see a zupermarket dat’s too crowded -- anytink -- you can report it right avay zo ve can get help dere to fix the problem, if you know vat I mean.” 

He then adjusted his monocle and shot a reporter who was asking too many questions at a propaganda presser.

New York City is the nation’s largest COVID-19 hotspot, with more than 131,000 confirmed cases and more than 13,000 deaths as of Saturday afternoon, topping the entire state of New Jersey, which ranks second with over 81,000.

The city’s social distancing orders mandate standing at least 6 feet apart from other people under penalty of who-knows-what. In March, Comrade de Blasio announced that violators could be fined up to $500, and now it is unclear what will happen to those poor individuals who stray too close to their loved ones.

Of course, these rules do not apply to Comrade de Blasio because he is in the public eye and therefore must go to his gym to stay in shape to lead his troopers. He can be a kind leader and praise the masses for following orders. But don't cross him if you know what's good for you.

  

Lifting his right arm, with open hand to the ground in salute, he said: “Dank you everyone who’s done it the right vay, aber ve shtill know dere’s zum people who need to get der message,” he shouted in the video. “Und dat means, zometimes, making sure the enforcement is there to educate people, if you know vat I mean.”

To turn your friends, neighbors or parents into the authorities, simply “Text der photo to 311-692 und action will ensue,” Comrade de Blasio said.

Those who turn in three or more American citizens will be admitted into the Party, no questions asked.

Portland cops remove their heads from nether regions over Antifa masks

If a person walks into a bank with a mask on, the alarm bells figuratively sound, warning that a problem may exist. The same should hold for protest demonstrations in which people wear masks--they don't want to be identified and trouble is likely to take place.

On Saturday in Portland, Oregon, Andy Ngo, a journalist, was assaulted and suffered a bleeding brain injury, as well as other injuries, inflicted upon him by Antifa, a far-left fascist organization that pretends to be against fascism. On Wednesday, Police Chief Danielle Outlaw finally got her head out of her nether regions and called for anti-mask laws.

“We cannot allow people to continue to use the guise of free speech to commit a crime," Outlaw said.  "A lot of people are emboldened because they know they can’t be identified.’’

Ya think?

The problem is, the police stood down and did nothing when Ngo was being assaulted and others were videotaping the attack. Then when Ngo finally got away and approached police along the fringes of the protest for medical assistance, they told him he would have to walk through the Antifa crowd and make his way to the police station. 

In other words, it wasn't only about masks; it was about being told to stand down as the mayor, Ted Wheeler, is alleged to have ordered.

At a press conference, Outlaw “called for laws that would bar masks worn by demonstrators, allow police to fully videotape protests and give authorities greater control of protests by groups with a history of violence,” according to Oregon Live. She stated, "We have to do something differently … There were entities that planned a brawl in the city of Portland and no one seems to be upset about that. … Entities came here for a fight. … I don’t even know what they were protesting against.’’

Entities even knocked some buildings down in New York City back on September 11, 2001.

On Tuesday, the Portland Police Bureau noted, “There is no current law or ordinance prohibiting covering of the face in a protest and commission of a crime, which makes it more difficult for investigators to identify perpetrators of violence. This is exploited by criminals who engage in acts of violence. Per Oregon Revised Statute, 181A.250, law enforcement is unable to record demonstration events unless there is criminal activity occurring.”

The useless police chief dismissed accusations from Portland’s police union president that Mayor Ted Wheeler, who is also the city’s police commissioner, has “handcuffed’’ the police response to demonstrations. But if not Wheeler, then who? And why would the police union president lie? Cops don't want to stand-down and stand by as crimes are being committed--it isn't how they roll.

Ngo's lawyer, Harmeet Dhillon told Fox News on Tuesday that she was "going to sue everybody who the facts and the law support being sued,” adding, "The situation on the ground in Portland and policing is so bad that the sheriffs of the adjoining counties have refused to send mutual aid to Portland because they don't want their own officers to be attacked. Portland has been consistently understaffed these types of incidents, and there have been many incidents. They knew they were aware that this was going to happen and they did nothing to prevent it."

And if you don't believe Wheeler is behind the stand-down, you aren't paying attention.

On Wednesday, Outlaw addressed the issue of recording demonstrations. Oregon Live reported, “Outlaw also pushed for changes in the law that would allow police to continually record protests, instead of only when crimes are committed, which she said slows police investigations because they only have snapshots of what occurred.” Oregon Live noted that local civil rights groups have opposed such a move.

Sarah Armstrong, a spokeswoman for The American Civil Liberties of Oregon, a useless group of leftists, protested the implementation of an anti-mask law, saying, "A policy that prohibits wearing a mask to a protest will have police focusing on the wrong issue. Behavior is the issue, not the mask. It could be argued that the mask is an important symbolic part of a protester’s message...There are many legitimate reasons people wear ‘masks,’ including political and religious reasons.''

If you believe in a cause, why would you have to hide your identity? And if you believe in a cause so strongly that you hide your identity and bring along a crowbar with nothing to crow, maybe you shouldn't be allowed to hide your identity.

Journalist beaten at Portland riots: his lawyer has tough message to Antifa

Harmeet K. Dhillon, the attorney representing journalist Andy Ngo [pronounced 'No'], who was attacked and beaten Saturday afternoon by members of Antifa at a Portland demonstration (that predictably turned into a violent riot) warned the far-leftist criminals that she plans to sue them "into oblivion." That, of course, is even worse than simply taking them to the cleaners.

“Goodnight everyone except Antifa criminals who I plan to sue into oblivion and then sow salt into their yoga studios and avocado toast stands until nothing grows there, not even the glimmer of a violent criminal conspiracy aided by the effete impotence of a cowed city government,” Dhillon wrote.

Ngo, a Quillette editor, was viciously assaulted while he was covering Antifa protesters. In a video posted online, he was kicked, punched, and had milkshakes laced with quick-drying cement thrown on him by the cowardly masked punks.

Soon after the attack, Dhillon informed the public that Ngo “is being admitted to the hospital overnight as a result of a brain bleed.”

“You sick ‘journalists’ and other hacks gloating about this should be ashamed,” she added. “As for the rest, please pray for [Andy Ngo] who we need back in health — brave man!”

Later that night, the lawyer said that he “has been cleared to leave the hospital.”

“He’ll have more to say in coming days about what happened to him & others yesterday in Portland,” Dhillon promised. “He is very thankful for the overwhelming support from decent people, especially [Michelle Malkin] & donors.”

Malkin, a conservative commentator and investigative journalist, set up a GoFundMe account for Ngo in the wake of the attack; as of Monday morning, over $135,000 has been raised.

Dhillon has been at the forefront in high-profile cases concerning political bias and has appeared on Fox News numerous times.

In addition to the potential lawsuit by Dhillon, at least three Antifa fascists were arrested during the violent demonstrations, but it isn't known if those arrests were in connection to Ngo's assault.

Most mainstream media outlets haven't reported in any real detail about the attack on Andy Ngo, but people are slowly becoming cognizant of the violence Antifa and others on the left have been perpetuating against our Constitutional rights for years.

Antifa fascists caught planning 'armed rebellion' at US border

According to a new report, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was looking into a possible plot by "anti-fascist activists" [aka Antifa] in the area of Tijuana, Mexico, along the U.S.- Mexico border.

On Monday, the San Diego Union-Tribune posted a story it said was based upon an FBI report. A Dec. 18, 2018, document was obtained by the newspaper.

The FBI report grew out of concerns that Mexican drug cartels planned to sell weapons to protesters, according to the paper.

The Antifa anarchists sought to “stage an armed rebellion at the border,” the FBI report said, according to the newspaper.

Meanwhile, Chris Cuomo of the Comedy News Network (CNN) alluded to the idea that Antifa is simply a bunch of guys just doing what they can to stop the violence instigated by the right by using violent words.

The document warned of “anti-fascist activists,” saying they “planned to disrupt U.S. law enforcement and military security operations at the US/Mexican border.”

Although the document was unclassified, the paper said that it was only meant for law enforcement's eyes.

It said the FBI  document was shared on the condition that only part of it be used because the investigation referenced within it was still ongoing.

The law enforcement report said one goal of the project was to create training camps where activists could become “community defense militias, also known as autodensas.”

Chris Cuomo was unavailable for comment.

“Organizers planned for the camps to be used as staging platforms from which five person units would form to train anarchists in fighting, combat, and conducting reconnaissance, and then launch to disrupt U.S. government operations along the border,” the FBI report said, according to the newspaper.

“This is an information report, not finally evaluated intelligence,” the report cautioned.

“Receiving agencies are requested not to take action based on this raw reporting without prior coordination with the FBI.”

In other words, law enforcement must wait for them to throw the first "punch," so to speak.

The newspaper said that two people named in the report, alleged cartel associate Ivan Riebeling and American border activist Evan Duke, both denied any connection to any possible plot.

Chris Cuomo believes them.

Woman who lost her job for harassing elderly MAGA hat-wearer has gone missing

A thing of beauty is a joy forever

A 46-year-old fascist who lost her job earlier this month for harassing an elderly Trump supporter in a Palo Alto Starbucks [where wearing a MAGA hat is an act of bravery] has gone missing, police say.

Rebecca Parker "Hanky-Panky" Mankey had verbally attacked 74-year-old “Victor F.” for wearing a Make America Great Again hat in public. Being proud of her bravery over the elderly, she posted about it online.

Mankey posted photos and described the incident on her Facebook page. The backlash over her abuse of the man caused her to lose her accounting job at a music shop.

“This crazy woman came over and started raving at me. She turned to the rest of Starbucks and said, ‘Hey everybody, here’s this racist over here. He hates brown people, he’s crazy, he’s a Nazi,’ and so forth,” Victor told KPIX 5.


The female fascist with the culturally appropriated hairdo had been screaming at the man that he is a “Nazi,” which he found particularly hurtful because he is a religious Jew and wears a yarmulke underneath his MAGA hat. The tendency for fascists to call people "Nazis" is mainly due to their incredible lack of historical knowledge and the irony of being fascist.

Now, police are seeking help finding the angry woman, who is believed to be in the Aberdeen area of Washington, yelling at squirrels and whoever else will take her seriously.

The Aberdeen Police Department is assisting Lake County Sheriff's Office in attempting to locate Mankey.

Anyone with information about Mankey’s whereabouts are being asked to call the Aberdeen Police Department at (360)533-8765.

Hopefully she is okay--she doesn't deserve to be injured or worse for being an A-Hole.

Reporter assaulted by Antifa at #HimToo rally

It's time to declare Antifa a hate group or perhaps even a terrorist organization. They don't get to determine what is fascist, racist or hate speech. They, in fact, tend to be the fascists, not the people they protest against.

On Saturday a #HimToo demonstration was crashed by violent far-left Antifa members. They berated and physically assaulted a journalist, Andy C. Ngo, who was covering the demonstration. Ngo is also the editor of Quillette Magazine.

"I was assaulted by a mob of masked individuals in black. They also targeted my equipment. They called me a fascist and Islamophobe. They said my parents & grandparents would be ashamed of me," he said, adding, "It feels surreal to be treated this way by people who don't even know me."

The #HimToo demonstration was organized by a local activist Haley Adams. Its purpose was to bring awareness to male sexual assault victims and the falsely accused. By the end of the demonstration, six people were arrested.

"I feel a bit rattled by the experience. I've had things thrown at me before but today I was surrounded, cursed, and pushed by antifa," he said. He also pointed out that Portland police officers merely "stood by."

Ngo arrived at the rally around 2 p.m. and was met by Antifa fascists who started pushing him and telling him he was unwelcome. "I was accosted and pushed around by masked agitators," he said.

"You are not welcome in this park; not by me, not by any of us," a female fascist told him. It was discovered that the park was not hers nor did it belong to any private group but was a public park.

"That's okay. I don't need your permission to be here," Ngo properly responded, who then asked her several times to stop touching him.

"Get out of my walkway," she lied. "How about you get the f*** out of here, Andy!"

Then the fascists tried to shame him with their own shameful behavior: "Your parents would be embarrassed by you--and your grandparents--who have been oppressed by white men throughout history. You should be ashamed of yourself," said a masked white, self-loathing fascist.

At one point, Ngo was accosted and scumwafers sprayed his expensive camera equipment with Silly String©️which wasn't funny at all. Then they played music and laughed, but still it wasn't funny.

Ngo wanted to file a harassment report with Portland Police but the assailants were masked, and this is something that needs to be addressed right away.

And, without evidence, the fascists told Ngo that Portland "f***ing hates" him and said he's "a loser with no friends" and an "Islamophobe."

They make crap up.

Ngo said that when the rally was over, Antifa "chased down people trying to get to their cars and fought them."

It's time to put an end to this garbage.

Happy Birthday Maxine Waters: still crazy after all these years

She blew out her 80 candles after the smoke detectors and sprinklers went off, and screamed that her birthday wish was to "Impeach Forty-five! Impeach Forty-five!"

But "Forty-five" [aka: President Donald J. Trump] was unfazed by her bile and wished Rep.[ulsive] Maxine Waters (Dummy--Calif.) a happy birthday. Trump wants Waters to be viewed as the  face of the Democratic Party, because Waters is not just a cranky old woman with bad dentures and a socialist with bad ideas, she's a person who's sure to help the GOP whenever she opens her mouth.

"Happy Birthday to the leader of the Democrat Party, Maxine Water!" he tweeted, misspelling her last name on purpose, just to piss her off.

Waters turned 80 on Wednesday and said her "biggest birthday wish" is to get Trump impeached and out of office.

"I would wish that we could remove [Trump] from office," she told the MSNBC communist host this week. She added that if this didn't happen, that "2020 is coming up," and she hopes to make it.

The big reason she wants Trump out of office is because "He doesn't even know the words to the 'Star-Spangled Banner.'"

It turns out, neither does she, but she isn't the president and doesn't need to know them. "He needs to know the words, he don't know them. He don't know them words, I know he don't. He needs to go! Impeach Forty-five! Impeach Forty-five!"

The crowds around her cheered and some were even able to feed themselves.

Trump and Waters have slammed each other for months, with Waters calling for his impeachment between her trips to the toilet.

In June, she encouraged her fellow fascists to confront Trump Cabinet members publicly and shame them over their Trump Cabinet jobs and their beliefs that people should have equal opportunity but not necessarily equal outcomes. She is also angry over Trump's policies, for example: there should be a border keeping illegal immigrants out; tax reduction; smaller government; stronger military; more jobs for blacks and Hispanics; and that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.

How dare he.

"If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them and you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere," she screamed into a low-budget microphone.

This disgusting request came after White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders and her family was told to leave a Red Hen restaurant in Virginia.

And don't forget, Waters was voted the most corrupt member of Congress four times!

Maxine Waters calls for violence against Trump team

Rep[ulsive] Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) called for her mob on the left to go after everyone in the Trump administration for having a different opinion than hers.

"I have no sympathy for these people that are in this administration who, you know, know it is wrong what they are doing on so many fronts but they tend to not want to confront this president or even leave," Waters, who is a hundred air miles short of takeoff said on MSNBC Saturday.

She called on leftists to deny people [who believe the border laws should be followed in the same manner that all laws are to be] their right to go out in public without being harassed. That's the bottom line.

"And I want to tell you, for these members of his [Trump's] cabinet who remain and try to defend him, they are not going to be able to go to a restaurant, they are not going to be able to stop at a gas station, they are not going to be able to shop in a department store," the lunatic on the left continued. "The people are going to turn on them, they are gonna protest, they are gonna absolutely harass them until they decide that they are going to tell the president 'No, I can't hang with you. This is wrong. This is unconscionable. We can't keep doing this to children.'"

Waters was referring to the law that separates children from their parents who illegally bring them over the border and must remove them from their parents' who are placed in detention within 20 days. This was a law that originated in the Bill Clinton administration and carried through the Obama administration.

Waters is calling for those who uphold the law to be harassed. Does she think that harassment will stop with mere words? Or does she realize that this is a possible call for violence?

How is this woman allowed to remain a public servant when she refuses to abide by the laws designed to protect the public?

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders was asked to leave a Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, Virginia last week. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was screamed at in a Washington D.C. restaurant by protesters.

And Maxine Waters, who was charged with three ethics violations in 2010, supports the anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan, and is calling for people to harass those in the current administration. 

And she has the gall to call the administration unethical and wants Trump impeached on grounds she has yet to explain.

She is calling for fascistic political violence and needs to be investigated on those grounds or this is not going to end well.

Antifa fascists storm Patriot Prayer rally

Portland -- Antifa fascists stormed a Patriot Prayer rally and attacked the attendees. Ironically, Antifa stands for 'anti fascist.' It is anything but anti fascist.

The fascists hurled bottles and fireworks and some had knives and other weapons. Portland police encouraged people to get out of the area "for their safety."

Some of the Antifa leftists hurled bottles and fireworks at police and most of the scumwafers wore black and had their faces covered. The laughable irony was that some protesters said they were demonstrating against police brutality.

One schmuckling held a sign that read "F**k the police." Mommy must be proud.

The group Patriot Prayer bills itself as a peaceful First Amendment advocacy group. They organized the rally, "Tiny's Freedom March," which was a going-away event for Tusitala John Toese, who is close friends with Joey Gibson, the group leader. The event was scheduled for 5 p.m.

The Rose City Antifa scheduled a counter-protest for 4 p.m. "to show Patriot Prayer, just as we showed them last year, that their violence and hatred has no place in Portland."

Of course, the violence and hatred is exactly Antifa's bread and butter. They always call people they don't agree with fascists, but it's Antifa that actually uses fascistic tactics to shut people up. So, in truth, it's Antifa whose violence and hatred that has no place in Portland or anywhere else.

Last year's violence sparked by Antifa led to 14 arrests.

Police said Sunday that the city respects "the right to assemble," but anyone caught with weapons or involved in violence, was subject to arrest.

It's unknown if Sunday's demonstrations resulted in any arrests, but there are videos and photos posted on social media showing protesters fighting and some were probably doused with pepper spray.

Perhaps it's time to label Antifa as a hate group. And anyone demonstrating with a covered face should be made to remove their mask.

Pro-life student group wins settlement over 'professor'

A so-called professor in California tried to censor pro-life students drawing with sidewalk chalk and now has been ordered to undergo First Amendment training and pay $17,000 as a result of a court settlement.

It doesn't get any better than that.

Fresno State University public health professor Dr. Gregory Thatcher recruited students from his class to assist him in erasing the Fresno State Students for Life (FSSL) sidewalk chalk. (See video below.)

Professor Thatcher allegedly harassed and intimidated the group and accused them of chalking outside the free speech zone on campus--a zone that hasn't existed since 2015.

The pro-life club's president, Bernadette Tasy, told Fox News, "What the professor did was wrong, and the only permit a student needs to speak on campus is the First Amendment."

The chalk messages simply encourage students to seek pro-life health care options.

On the video, Thacher is heard saying to Tasy, Free speech is free speech in the free speech area. It's a pretty simple concept, okay? This does not constitute a free speech area. Okay?"

What an anal sphincter, okay?

Even after Tasy told the moron her group had permission from the university, Thatcher started erasing the chalk with his shoe.

"You have permission to put it down, and I have permission to get rid of it. That is our part of free speech. College campuses are not free speech areas," the commie b***ard said. "Do you understand? Obviously you don't understand."

Obviously Thatcher is a fascist.

As part of the court settlement, Thatcher will pay $1,000 to Tasy and $1,000 to another student, Jesus Herrera, and some attorney's fees. The so-called professor is also required to undergo First Amendment training to be provided by Alliance Defending Freedom, the group that represented FSSL.

Thatcher, arrogant scum crumpet that he is, told Fox News that he won't have to pay any money from his own pocket because he has a**hole insurance. "Nyah nyah."

"I did not, in any way, admit to any wrongdoing," the fascist said. "I did agree to sit through a training seminar because I love to learn others' thoughts and opinions [and he believes he has the right to eradicate those opinions that he disagrees with]."

He makes it sound like he had a choice to attend First Amendment training or not--he had no choice. He was just trying to save face because he lost and the U.S. Constitution won.

Tasy said the case wasn't about the money. "The important thing is that Dr. Thatcher won't be able to interfere with our expressive activities again."

Tasy said she was "really shocked" that a professor would act that way--especially at a public university.

Travis Barham, ADF Legal Counsel, described Thatcher as being "in a league of his own" with such a flagrant violation of the First Amendment.

"This is a particularly extreme case because you have a professor trying to wipe away the chalk himself," Barham said. "Far too often university officials try to play the role of speech police and try to restrict what can be said and where it can be said on campus."

Antifa fascists nationwide protest flops

Anti fascist fascists and other leftist Trump haters plan to overthrow his "regime" with "continuous protests." They were to do this in over a dozen U.S. cities on Saturday but it turned out to be a limp noodle. That didn't stop organizers who claim that this is just the start of something big.

An oxymoron-named group Refuse Fascism's spokes-thing Isabel Cardenas, said on Saturday that Trump needs to be removed onnaconna he and his "regime" like divide the people and promote white supremacy. Cardenas was unable to give an actual example of how it is Trump, not Obama or Clinton or anyone else, who divide the people and promote white supremacy and stuff.

Antifa, who name ironically stands for 'anti fascism' had hoped for a million unwashed, women-attacking stooges at gatherings in large cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Honolulu, New York City, Portland, Austin, Boston and Philadelphia. 

It appears they fell short by almost a million unemployed leftists. Some cities attracted about 1,000 anarchists and others only a handful of demonstrators.

The plan was to make Saturday an "Antifa apocalypse" but it was more like an "Antifa debacle." There were only a few arrests and a lot of unused George Soros-funded signs.

The group plans to keep giving it the good ole Revolutionary Communist Party try until President Trump is illegally overthrown.

Wednesday is the one year anniversary of Trump's election win over known felon, Hillary Clinton. Refuse Fascism plans to collectively "scream at the sky helplessly."

Later in the evening, the group plans to do drugs, have unprotected sex, and publicly defecate on police cars.

Clueless Antifa violence confuses the left

A man named Ken Farr provided me with an interesting analogy regarding what appears to be taking place in the U.S.A. 

He compared the nation's hatred of President Trump, the rioting that we see with the ideology-less Antifa and other intolerant leftist mobs, and the general malaise of our country, to a forest fire.

In order to have growth in the forest, fire must destroy the trees, which, in Farr's analogy, are symbols of the past. Once the trees are destroyed, they are eventually replaced with seedlings that slowly sprout and grow stronger trees and a more verdant forest.

Therefore, using this line of thinking, our country will grow stronger and freer  only after we suffer the 'slings and arrows' imposed upon us by the hatred we witness today, to wit, Antifa violence.

An example of Antifa's mindless violence happened in Berkeley, Calif. Approximately 100 black-clad terrorists (called 'activists' by the leftist media) carrying homemade shields and clubs descended on the town over the weekend and attacked a small group of protesters. 

Antifa often attacks smaller groups or women because they fight like baby kangaroos.

The left-wing terrorists kicked and punched demonstrators who had fallen in the street. They swung batons at others still standing and threatened to destroy cameras of anyone documenting their violence.

Antifa, short for Anti-fascist, have increasingly made their violent presence known at counter-protests and progressive demonstrations. They have attacked alt-right groups and violated the First Amendment of other speakers and appear to have no actual ideology other than the idea that if they don't approve of what you're saying, they will attack you.

The irony, of course, is that such behavior is fascism. And now the left is questioning whether Antifa is causing more harm than good, which begs the question: name one good thing Antifa has done.

The violence of Antifa plays into the hands of white supremacist groups such as the neo-Nazis and the KKK.

In spite of Antifa tracing its roots back to militant anti-fascists in Nazi Germany in the 1930s, the current members are mostly comprised of radical anarchists who focus more on physically fighting far-right ideology than pushing forth pro-left policies. 

Again, the ideology of Antifa is non-existent other than to fight anyone whose ideas they don't approve of. 

The left was generally mute over Antifa violence, as witnessed in Charlottesville, Virginia, in which they only criticized the alt-right white nationalists, neo-Nazis and KKK, then went after Trump for being too slow to criticize the alt-right. 

Instead, President Trump rightly criticized both sides, although he should have immediately gone after the white supremacists and singled them out along with Antifa.

Since Trump's election, Antifa has become more active. They were quite possibly to blame for most of the destruction in Washington D.C. on Inauguration Day.

The anarchist group also clashed with police and right-wing activists in cities across the country, and even went to the G-20 summit site in Hamburg this year. 

In February this year, about 150 masked and black-clad Antifa anarchists rampaged through Berkeley and caused $100,000 worth of damage and forced the University of California to cancel a speech by Milo Yiannopoulos, a far-right scumcrumpet.

The forest is burning and the seedlings have appeared: in addition to conservative lawmakers and far-right activists, who are targeted by Antifa, some mainstream politicians and even some editorial boards of large leftist newspapers, are beginning to harshly criticize Antifa for promoting violence. Some politicians are even calling for the group to be labeled a 'terrorist organization'.

Normally a poster girl for senile dementia, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said in a statement on Tuesday that Antifa's violent attacks in Berkeley "deserve unequivocal condemnation, and the perpetrators should be arrested and prosecuted."

The Los Angeles Times editorial board called Antifa "traitors to the thousands of peaceful demonstrators who gathered in Berkeley's Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Park to counter a 'No to Marxism in America' rally" and they even called the group's actions "thuggery, not activism."

So on a bright note, Antifa is causing the left to be honest.

Regarding Pelosi's statement, Antifa posted a response saying that the congresswoman has a lower approval than Trump and added that they don't care what she thinks.

In spite of the condemnation of the movement in the wake of Sunday's violence, the anarchists still have numerous anarchist cheerleaders in academia.

Mark Bray, a visiting professor at Dartmouth University, defended Antifa's use of violence during many TV interviews. 

"I think that a lot of people recognize that, when pushed, self-defense is a legitimate response to white supremacy and neo-Nazi violence." Bray is the author of "Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook." 

He has not suffered property loss or physical assault for his ideas by anyone on the right.

Cornel West, a Communist and Harvard University professor claimed that "If it hadn't been for the antifascists protecting us from the neo-fascists, we would have been crushed like cockroaches."

But there is no evidence the neo-Nazis or KKK actually initiated the violence--there are some witnesses who say that Antifa started it. And Cornel West hates America.

Militant leftist arrested for violence in 2016 Sacramento scuffle

The militant leftist fascist Yvette Felarca was finally arrested earlier in the week on charges stemming from a violent altercation last year between white nationalist groups and counter-protesters.

Felarca, whose real name is Yvonne Capistrano Felarca, according to public record, has been identified as the leader of the fascist group By Any Means Necessary. They actually believe they are 'anti-fascist' and use fascist methods to shut people up.

Felarca, 47, was taken into custody in Los Angeles on Tuesday on charges of inciting and participating in a riot, and assault likely to causes great bodily injury, the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office said Wednesday.

The charges against the fascist come after an 8-month investigation.

Felarca is among several fascists arrested this week in connection to the wild fighting that broke out at the state Capitol in June 2016. 

Over 300 counter-protesters (aka bullies) confronted about 30 members of the Traditionalist Worker Party, which has been called a white nationalist group.

Felarca is a middle school teacher in Berkeley. She was captured on video hitting a member of TWP, calling him a Nazi then punching him in the stomach repeatedly while shouting for him to "get the f**k off our streets."

It was later learned that the streets weren't 'theirs' anymore than they were anyone else's. They turned out to be public streets and Felarca was violating the assault victim's constitutional rights given to all Americans under the First Amendment.

The DA's office said many of the counter-protester-fascists wore masks, making it difficult to bring charges--including in connection with numerous stabbings and an assault on a Sacramento TV station's news crew. Fourteen people had stab wounds, cuts and bruises, with two of the injured surviving critical stab wounds. 

The following day, an anonymous threatening letter was sent to Berkeley's Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School where Felarca indoctrinates students with her leftist ideology and she was put on administrative leave. She returned 6 weeks later.

Felarca has been a prominent fascist at several other events involving the Occupy movement and recently between Trump supporters and other conservative leaders.

She was also among the violent protesters at Milo Yiannopoulos' appearance at UC Berkeley earlier this year. 

Porfirio Paz and Michael Williams, both fascist protesters were arrest as well.

The DA's office rejected dozens of lesser charges such as illegal assembly and possession of illegal signs and banners.

"Our role is to investigate the incident and make recommendations to the district attorney's office," highway patrol spokeswoman Fran Clader said Wednesday. "Ultimately it's up to the district attorney's office to determine who should be arrested and face charges."

Personally, I would charge anyone who violated anyone's Constitutional rights.

Berkeley students threaten to sue over Ann Coulter's right to speak

Students at the University of California at Berkeley are threatening to sue the school if they do not find the time and a proper venue for conservative commentator, Ann Coulter, to speak next week. 

All I can say is that it's about time.

Harmeet Dhillon (who doesn't sound at all like a privileged white guy) represents the Berkeley College Republicans. She wrote in a letter, sent Friday to UC Berkeley's Interim Vice Chancellor Stephen Sutton and chief attorney Christopher Patti, that if Coulter isn't allowed to give a speech on campus April 27th, she will file a lawsuit in federal court because the university is in violation of the student's constitutional right to free speech.

"It is a sad day indeed when the birthplace of the Free Speech Movement, is morphing before our eyes into the cemetery of free speech on college campuses," she wrote.

According to school officials (aka fascists) told the Berkeley College Republicans on Tuesday and Bridge USA, a nonpartisan group which coordinated the event, that Coulter's speech was being cancelled due to security concerns.

Security concerns has become the liberal veto of conservative speech.

Chancellor Nicholas B. Dirks (aka Comrade Dirks) said the police have "very specific intelligence regarding threats that could pose a grave danger to the speaker," her audience and protesters if the event goes ahead next Thursday.

Whatever happened to: "I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to my death your right to say it?"

School fascists offered the afternoon on May 2nd, when they can provide an "appropriate, protectable venue" because school is out that week--there are no classes at Berkeley the week of May 2nd. That week is known as Dead Week--a time when students are studying for final exams.

Coulter spoke on "Hannity" Thursday and said that "You cannot impose arbitrary and harassing restrictions on the exercise of a constitutional right. None of this has to do with security."

In the past, it seems quite probable that campus officials in schools across the country are telling campus police to 'stand down.' This past February, Milo Yiannopoulos was scheduled to speak at Berkeley but rioters smashed windows, set fires and shut him down.

Just last week, the Berkeley College Republicans said threats of violence forced the cancellation of a speech by David Horowitz, another conservative writer. 

Charles Murray's speech appearance at Middlebury also saw riots in March and Heather Mac Donald, who wrote The War on Cops, was to speak at Claremont McKenna College but protesters blocked the door of the venue. She streamed the speech online in spite of that.

We have become a divided nation, thanks in large part to the last administration, race baiters and far-left fascists who refuse to allow free speech to exist. These aren't merely snowflakes, they are socialists whose strings are pulled by people such as George Soros.

And it looks like it's going to have to get far worse before it gets better.

Pro-Trumpers fight back at anti-Trump cowards

The left still cannot get over the loss they suffered at the hands of Donald Trump over the platform-less Hillary Clinton and her Russian ties. They came to start trouble at a Southern California pro-Trump rally at Huntington Beach on Saturday, and it turned violent when they tried to deny First Amendment rights to pro-Trumpers.

Pepper spray is their weapon of choice and they even sprayed the eyes of Jennifer Sterling, one of the organizers of the rally. Yes, big strong men with a weapon attacked a woman because they are either paid to do harm to people on the right, or simply disagree with their politics and believe they have the right to do harm and deny them their Constitutional rights.

Using pepper spray is not a new thing for these cowards; they used it on attendees of a Milo Yiannopoulos event in Berkeley in February. And while I don't particularly like Milo, he has the right to speak.

The Huntington Beach violence lead to four arrests.

The march had about 2,000 Trump supporters who waved American flags and wore MAGA hats. (Anything pro-America is apparently hated by the left.) About a dozen leftists hiding behind black masks formed a wall blocking the marchers as they made their way to Bolsa Chica State Beach.

Things began to intensify as the masked scumcrumpets began yelling and Jennifer Sterling and other women got pepper-sprayed. That's when some of the cowards ran away.

Travis Guenther's wife was one of the women pepper-sprayed and he, along with some others, chased down the maggot and struck him with a flag he was holding.

"I hit him five times with the flag over his head," Guenther said. When the police detained the pepper-spray puke, Guenther asked him "How is your head?"

Hopefully, the shock to the man's skull will have jarred some stupidity from his underdeveloped brain.

Capt. Kevin Pearsall said two people suffered minor injures but didn't require medical treatment.

Jennifer Sterling said the purpose of the patriotic rally was, in addition to show support to President Trump, was to also celebrate first responders, military veterans, and the vice president. 

How horrible of her.

Four people, all scumwafers, were arrested following the fighting that went on for about 30 minutes.

Three were arrested for illegal use of pepper spray and the fourth for alleged assault and battery, Capt. Pearsall said.

Fox News said the anti-Trumpers were trying to stop the march by creating a "human wall" and "appeared to be looking for trouble." This "bird dogging" by agitators has been going on for over a year.

There were 40 additional events affiliated with the Huntington Beach event but this was the only one marred by anti-Trump violence.

I think Russia is behind it.

Snowflakes plan a fun blockage on Trump trump of Clinton

The snowflakes want to crash the inauguration party. The anti-Trump group plans to disrupt the inauguration with "blockades" at security checkpoints to a "dance party" by VP-elect Mike Pence's house.

They call themselves #DisruptJ20 and they held a press conference Thursday announcing their various plans to kill the fun and wreak havoc on Trump's January 20 inauguration as well as the days leading up to it, which would be now.

A conservative group shared with FoxNews.com what they claimed was a #DisruptJ20 meeting at a Washington church. It was recorded by Trevor Loudon with Capital Research Center, and it details a member of the group detailing plans to "do everything we can to try and stop people from being able to access the inauguration."

The audio discusses how on January 18, there is to be a "pure dance party at Mike Pence's house. "It's his last few days living in Chevy Chase before he moves into the vice presidential residence, and we're going to send him off with a bang," the woman on the audio says.

She goes on to say the group will turn its attention to the pro-Trump "DeploraBall" on January 19. She describes the event as an "alt-right neo-Nazi . . . party to celebrate Trump."

"We're gonna crash it," she brags.

On inauguration morning, which is the following day, members say they plan to block entrance points, transportation and roads leading to the inauguration.

"We're going to be doing blockades," the woman says. "We're going to [be] blockading checkpoints into the security zones. We're also going to be blockading roads and other modes of transit into the city."

On inauguration day, the fascists group plans an "anti-Capitalist [a term coined by Karl Marx], anti-fascist bloc" that "will be an unpermitted [sic] march that will be leaving from Logan Square."

Defending the group's agenda the woman on the audio said: "We're exercising our freedom of speech and really want to set a tone for the next few years that there's a massive body of people . . . who are very concerned about the dangerous direction Donald Trump is taking our country in."

Imagine what's going to happen when Trump is actually the President, not just a person waiting to take over the job from the most divisive incompetent president we've ever had. A president who lead this country from behind and always finding something racist about every white person not marching to the beat of his drum. A president who would quicker defend a thug like Michael Brown, or a phony "Clock Boy" over those who defend us against them.

One #DisruptJ20 member described plans to blockade checkpoints and he hope to "turn the inauguration into as big of a clusterf*** as possible."

If #DisruptJ20 impedes on the rights of people to attend the inauguration they need to be stopped. They have the right to protest, but supporters of Trump have the right to enjoy his inauguration.

A fascist is a dictator with complete power, forcibly putting down opposition and criticism. Trump has a U.S. Constitution that prevents that from happening, and I believe he's aware of this. 

Insofar as him being a racist, there is nothing he has said that supports that claim, but that's always the left's claim about everyone they don't like, because that's all they've got.

Having the vote of a moron (and plenty of them voted for Obama) does not make the candidate a moron, anymore than it make Trump a racist because racists support him. 

If a rabbi supports Trump, does that make him Jewish?

Hitler was a vegan, does that make all vegans Nazis?

Bill de Blasio: fascist, socialist, man about town

You may not like Donald Trump, perhaps you do, but in any case, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is using his power as mayor to go after him by "reviewing" his city contracts in light of what he said about Mexican immigrants. 

This is what fascists do when they don't like what you say.

De Blasio, a socialist and an Al Sharpton fan club president, doesn't care if what he is doing goes against the First Amendment--it's just a piece of paper, as far as he's concerned and in spite of Trump's inarticulate words, he has every right to say what he did, and the mayor has no right to abuse his office by going after his businesses.

Even Alan Dershowitz, a liberal attorney and Harvard's most distinguished civil liberties law professor, is against de Blasio on this and said, "This is not the American Way. De Blasio seems to put himself directly, squarely in conflict with the First Amendment," he told the Daily Caller, in an interview. He called de Blasio's actions "plainly unconstitutional," and said that "He would have a fairly open and shut case if they deprived him of any contract."

Trump said of Mexican immigrants that they are "bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they're rapists, and some, I assume, are good people."

De Blasio fired back: "Donald Trump's remarks were disgusting and offensive, and this hateful language has no place in our city." His press secretary then said that the city was reviewing all of Trump's contracts.

De Blasio's words almost echo Obama's statement that "The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."

In a 1996 Supreme Court ruling, they ruled overwhelmingly that it was unconstitutional to tie government contracts to a person's beliefs. This is exactly what de Blasio is doing, and not that different from what the IRS has done with conservatives.

UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh also told DCNF that "The statement by the Mayor is a real danger to public debate," saying that it would set dubious precedent for all future city contracts.

I hope Trump sees fit to fight de Blasio and go after him personally. Besides the fact that he is in violation of Trump's civil rights, the Mayor is the embodiment of all that is wrong with the left.

In fact, de Blasio is handling the City of New York in much the same way that Obama is handling ISIS: with great bluster and total impotence.
