SCOTUS reinstates death sentence for scumcrumpet Boston Marathon bomber

The Supreme Court of the United States ruled against a federal appeals court and supported the reimposing of the death sentence for the surviving Boston Marathon bomber.

NBC News reported “the 6-3 decision rejected defense claims that the judge at [the bomber’s] 2015 trial improperly restricted the questioning of prospective jurors and was wrong to exclude evidence of a separate crime two years before the bombing.”

This is what happens when you have a Supreme Court that isn't ruling with its ideology but ruling by the law instead.

In 2013, two brothers who along with their family immigrated to the U.S. from Chechnya became Islamic jihadis. They attended the Boston Marathon and covertly placed a homemade pressure cooker bomb near the finish line of the race beside a child and others standing there as runners passed by. The brothers walked away and the blast that followed killed three people, including the boy, and seriously injured hundreds of others nearby. Some had lost limbs and had other injuries.

The brothers ran from the cops, killing one in his attempt to escape. 

One brother was shot and killed by police and pronounced dead at the hospital. The surviving brother fled but later apprehended when he was found hiding in a boat in a backyard of the boat's owner in Watertown, Massachusetts. 

He was tried in court, found guilty and sentenced to death. His attorney argued that although he was an accomplice, “he was easily manipulated by his brother, who they called the mastermind,” NBC News reported. The bomber’s lawyer argued the judge in the original case acted improperly in several ways:

The three-judge panel of the far-left U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit ordered a new sentencing hearing, ruling unanimously that U.S. District Judge George O’Toole Jr. failed to allow enough questioning of potential jurors about how closely they followed extensive news coverage of the bombings.

The appeals court also said the judge should have allowed [the bomber’s] lawyers to bring up a 2011 triple homicide in the Boston suburb of Waltham that investigators suspected was committed by [the elder bomber]. The defense wanted to use that crime to show that the younger brother [bomber] was dominated by his violent older brother and therefore was less responsible for the bombings, because of his influence.

So if your older sibling tells you to kill someone and you do, that's not as bad as you getting the idea all on your own.  

However, the Justice Department under both Presidents Donald Trump and our current houseplant in office argued that the death sentence was appropriate and that the earlier evidence purportedly showing a pattern of violent abuse from the older brother should be inadmissible.

“The Justice Department said the evidence of who committed the Waltham killings was unreliable,” NBC News reported. “[The older bomber] and another man suspected of having been at the crime scene were both dead by the time of the bombing trial, so there was no way to know for certain what happened."

Likewise, the DOJ “argued that holding a new sentencing hearing would further traumatize the Boston community,” according to NBC. Attorney General Merrick Garland, a far-left hack, has placed a moratorium on executions but surprisingly did not apply that order in this case.

Now, [the bomber] will sit on death row at a Colorado maximum-security prison for twenty years or so because it takes forever for justice to be served.

Boston Marathon bomber wants leniency and might get a stimulus check

Convicted murdering jihadi who killed 3 and injured over 260 people at the Boston Marathon in 2013 Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has now revised his $250,000 lawsuit against the federal government! This piece of human excrement is suing the U.S. taxpayer because he is suffering  from "psychological injury, emotional distress, and destruction of my family relationships," the Boston Herald reported.

The scumbag is appealing to Biden's anonymous advisor's pick, incoming Attorney General Merrick Garland to grant him additional privileges in his maximum-security prison in Colorado.

In an amended, handwritten complaint, the 26-year-old POS said he was suffering "psychological injury, emotional distress, and destruction of my familial relationships."

Part of that familial destruction occurred when his brother Tamerlan was shot and wounded, but in an effort to escape the law, Dzhokhar ran him over with a getaway vehicle which killed him.

Now the crap weasel has appealed to Garland to intervene, claiming the Federal Correctional Complex Florence is stopping him from sending photos to his beautiful [terrorist] family and hobby crafts to his lawyers, WHDH also reported.

Tsarnaev reportedly whined that he is forbidden to communicate [and possibly indoctrinate] with his younger nieces and nephews. His phone calls are monitored and his mail is "censored," to ensure he isn't making any plans that might harm others.  

He wants to be moved to a Level 2 security level and requested that the $2,300 currently on hold in his prison canteen account be released to him, according to reports.

Speaking of money, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), claimed that Tsarnaev would receive the second $1,400 stimulus check under President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID relief package approved by the Senate Saturday without any Republican support. Sources say Biden is not aware of that, or much else.

"Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Bomber, murdered three people and terrorized a city," Cotton tweeted Saturday. "He'll be getting a $1,400 stimulus check as part of the Democrats' "COVID relief" bill."

Besides the killings, the pressure cooker bomb he and his brother set off, permanently maimed so many others who will have to deal with their injuries and scars for the rest of their lives, while taxpaying Americans pay for Tsarnaev's "3 hots and a cot."

Cotton, as well as Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), and Ted Cruz (R-TX), offered an amendment on the Senate floor Saturday to block checks from prisoners. It failed on a party-line vote, 49-50, with Democrats showing sympathy for murderers like Tsarnaev and others like Dylann Roof. 

Sen. Dick [coincidence or could momma read the future] Durbin (D-IL), argued that prisoners' children could be affected by withholding the money from them. Except Tsarnaev and Roof have no kids, and that argument makes no sense.

"Dylann Roof murdered nine people. He's on federal death row," Cotton also tweeted. "He'll be getting a $1,400 stimulus check as part of the Democrats' ‘COVID relief’ bill."

If Joe Biden said that he would not go along with having the Dzhokhar Tsarnaev undergo the death penalty for killing three people and severely injuring over 260 others in the 2014 Boston Marathon bombing, I wouldn't agree with him at all, but I would respect his views on capital punishment. But his refusal to take a position on the issue shows us just what a coward he is.

His silence to say whether he believes Tsarnaev needs a new trial in order to have the scumbag executed tell us a lot about his leadership ability. Imagine if this gasbag becomes President.

The vacating of Tsarnaev's death sentence is a Biden unmentionable since the Friday ruling. His cowardly campaign also did not respond to inquiries made by the Washington Free Beacon who asked them directly as to whether Biden would pursue the death penalty, as President Trump affirmed that he will ask for a "do-over" trial for the young man who made it on the cover of Rolling Stone rag-azine.

The ruling and Tsarnaev's crime also went unmentioned in Biden's Sunday remarks on the anniversary of the El Paso Walmart shooting. 

According to the text of his comments from that event and released by his campaign, Biden emphasized the need to fight white supremacy, which if elected, would make him top white supremacist.  He would also push for gun control, but the coward failed to discuss specific penalties for shooting perpetrator Patrick Crusius, who is currently facing multiple capital charges.

His silence on the issue is a marker of how Biden—who supported the death penalty throughout his time in the Senate—has shifted left on both capital punishment and criminal justice during his latest run for the presidency, because he doesn't hold any actual beliefs other than the fact the Boost is as good as Ensure Plus, but not as effective as Metamucil.

Tsarnaev would need to be retried only for the second part of the two-phase death penalty trial, in which a jury distinct from the one that determined his guilt rules on whether his crime merits execution. A new trial would be at the discretion of Justice Department. If there is no new trial, the jihadi scum will still face multiple life sentences at a federal "supermax" high-security slammer in Florence, CO.

Trump has made clear his disdain for Tsarnaev, whom he called on Friday "the animal that killed so many people during the Boston Marathon." According the Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi, Trump calling Tsarnaev an animal is gives animals a bad name and he should apologize.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was willing to help prosecutors to avoid death penalty

You remember the cute little kid whose face was all over Rolling Stone Ragazine. He's known as the Boston Marathon Bomber [aks Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. What a sweetheart, if you think a cold blooded killer for Allah is sweet.

Tsarnaev (DT) was convicted of 30 federal charges in the 2013 bombing at the marathon finish line. Three people were killed and over 260 received life-changing injuries, but somehow the left still romanticized the scumbag just like they do with Che Guevara, another scumbag murderer who pleaded for his life before he was finally caught and shot.

DT wanted to plead guilty and cooperate with prosecutors to get life in prison rather than the death penalty, but they rightly turned the coward down, court documents that were unsealed Wednesday reportedly said.

The government "consistently rejected Tsarnaev's conditional offers" and a deal never transpired, according to NBC News who obtained the court documents. DT "offered to provide certain kinds of cooperation and assistance, in the course of plea negotiations," the documents say.

The Rolling Stone cover boy was sentenced to death in 2015. He and his even scummier brother, Tamerlan [who was blown away in a shootout with police, who had better aim than him] were responsible for the murders and injuries of innocent Westerners having fun at the marathon.

Prosecutors said in the filing that TD's attorneys wanted to include statements that he didn't want to kill any innocents.

But of course, if you are not a Muslim, refuse to covert to Islam or pay a tax known as jizzya, you are not considered to be an innocent and are ripe for the slaughter via jihad--they didn't mention that part.

The filing also explained why the FBI rushed to interview DT while he lay injured and unable to speak in his hospital bed after he was caught.

"Of the two remote-control detonators used during the Marathon bombings, only one was recovered, suggesting that the Tsarnaevs (or someone else) had retained the other one for possible use with additional bombs," the document stated.

DT had been shot in the head, face, throat and jaw. He was answering questions by writing the answers down.

On the other hand, DT's lovely mom, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, while back in her native Russia, affirmed her belief that her guilty son was innocent and called the American authorities "terrorists."

"Tell everyone that I will never forget their support. May the creator bless them all for their support of my precious boy," her note read, which was given to Vocativ andalso posted to the group  "Help for Dzhohkar" on the Russian social networking platform VKontakte.

Then the sweet hearted woman continued: "America is the terrorist and everyone knows it! My son in the best of the best. I embrace everyone and thank you!"
