Report: AG Pam Bondi Fired

Fox News Digital has been informed by two sources that PresidentTrump had already fired Bondi on Wednesday before he gave his speech on Iran.

Bondi met with the President in the Oval Office Wednesday night ahead of his speech to the nation on the war in Iran, where she reportedly was informed of her ouster, according to two anonymous sources familiar with the meeting. Anonymous, eh? You know what that could mean, but that tends to be more of a Democrat problem than a Republican one.

One of those anonymous sources said that by the time Trump took his place behind the podium for the address, Bondi already lost her job and was on her way back to Florida.

Trump is reportedly considering replacing Bondi with Environmental Protection Agency Director Lee Zeldin, according to the sources familiar with the matter. Trump held a meeting with Zeldin at the White House Tuesday to discuss wildfire and prevention, where talks of the transition also unfolded, according to an individual familiar with the meeting. This means, of course, that if Zeldin gets the gig, he will likely not be making more appearances on the Gutfeld! Show on Fox News,

That source relayed to Fox News Digital that Zeldin would be a plausible replacement, adding that Trump could change his mind at any point.

Bondi’s firing follows months of fallout from a contentious appearance before the House Judiciary Committee in February. Her performance during the hearing sparked speculation that she might not be in the position for much longer.

The most explosive moments centered on the DOJ's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files and its partial release tied to Epstein, a convicted sex offender. Democrats pressed Bondi on the redactions, arguing that they protected powerful people, including Trump's associates and other elites. They also attacked her for lack of new prosecutions or indictments of named co-conspirators or perpetrators. And also went after her over transparency issues and treatment of survivors, some of whom were at the hearing.

It was her responses to lawmakers' questions whereby she faced criticism over sealed indictments against Democratic lawmakers and the fed's response to protests. Democrats accused her of dodging questions and using the hearing to make political attacks void of clear answers to their questioning.

While the sources intimated that Zeldin could be Trump’s choice to replace Bondi, the president has not announced a decision yet. This story continues to develop.

Compromised News Network "reporters" hugged and cried after Trump nominated Matt Gaetz for AG

CNN's chief legal affairs writer Paula Reid indicated that so called journalists were seen consoling each other in the hallways of the network after learning President-elect Trump had nominated Matt Gaetz for his Attorney General. She revealed this during a segment in the laughingly named "The Situation Room" with Wolf 'Take-a-Breath' Blitzer.

Ole Blitzer asked the panel what they thought about Trump's nomination as to what it would mean for the Justice Department. Reid then pointed out that due to Gaetz's current investigations by the House Ethics Committee, Trump's selection is controversial.

"But just because you‘ve been investigated, right, Hillary Clinton has also been criminally investigated, but not charged, it doesn‘t mean you can‘t be attorney general," she explained.

Reid then revealed how some so called journalists, who are supposed to be politically neutral, handled the news.

"But he‘s not going to receive a very warm welcome from the career folks there (the DOJ)," Reid added.
OMG LMAO 🤣🤣🤣

CNN says reporters were seen crying and hugging after learning of Matt Gaetz' nomination. pic.twitter.com/I3BE4xsrqm— Rusty (@Rusty_Weiss)
Gaetz, not known for holding back on his rhetoric aimed at the Left, created a mental health issue among the CNN operatives.

"We‘ve seen people today, our fellow reporters crying, hugging in the hallways," Reid said. "I‘ve gotten sources — text messages from sources, Trump Administration, the Biden Administration, no one is endorsing this.”

Trump still has the Left living in his head.

Kickin' butt, takin' names: VA's new AG Jason Miyares announces major investigation

Newly sworn-in Attorney General of Virginia, Jason Miyares, within hours of raising his hand to take the oath of office, announced his opening undertaking effective immediately. There will be investigations into the Virginia Parole Board and in the Loudoun County Public Schools.

Leftists and miscreants are quaking in their sushi.

Miyares gave the statement on Saturday after he and Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) were sworn in. He explained his reasons for the investigations in a statement:
"One of the reasons Virginians get so fed up with government is the lack of transparency - and that’s a big issue here. The Virginia Parole Board broke the law when they let out murders, rapists, and cop killers early on their sentences without notifying the victims. Loudoun Country Public Schools covered up a sexual assault on school grounds for political gain, leading to an additional assault of a young girl."
Heads need to roll.

The catalyst for Youngkin's run for governor started when former crappy Gov. Terry McAuliffe said that parents ought not to be involved in what their children are being taught in school. And then, when a 14-year-old male rapist who identifies as nonbinary and has been found guilty of raping a female student was simply transferred to another school where he 'non-binarilly' raped another female student 'allegedly,' that was it for Youngkin. His last straw broke and he ran and beat McAuliffe.

The district was accused of a cover-up of the crime which ended in the father of one of the victims getting arrested at a school board meeting.

The nonbinary rapist student has been placed on the sex offenders registry for life as part of his sentence but remains nonbinary.

Along with the investigations, Miyares also duly notified  around 30 staff members and told them that they will no longer be employed by the office of the attorney general. Virginia State Senator Louise Lucas lied and tweeted that Miyares fired the "entire" civil rights division. While he has the right to do so, he told Fox News that Lucas is incorrect [aka lying].

"This is incorrect information," Miyares spokeswoman Victoria LaCivita said. "There are 12 individuals who work in the Office of Civil Rights - only two personnel changes were made."

Apparently, Miyares has a different ideology than the former attorney general Herring. Miyares actually respects the U.S. and Virginia constitutions and believes in law and order.

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. Actually, there are three: one's a woman named Winsome Sears, and you know the other two. But don't expect free handouts.

Boston Marathon bomber wants leniency and might get a stimulus check

Convicted murdering jihadi who killed 3 and injured over 260 people at the Boston Marathon in 2013 Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has now revised his $250,000 lawsuit against the federal government! This piece of human excrement is suing the U.S. taxpayer because he is suffering  from "psychological injury, emotional distress, and destruction of my family relationships," the Boston Herald reported.

What is the world coming to?

The scumbag is appealing to Biden's anonymous advisor's pick, incoming Attorney General Merrick Garland to grant him additional privileges in his maximum-security prison in Colorado.

In an amended, handwritten complaint, the 26-year-old POS said he was suffering "psychological injury, emotional distress, and destruction of my familial relationships."

Part of that familial destruction occurred when his brother Tamerlan was shot and wounded, but in an effort to escape the law, Dzhokhar ran him over with a getaway vehicle which killed him.

Now the crap weasel has appealed to Garland to intervene, claiming the Federal Correctional Complex Florence is stopping him from sending photos to his beautiful [terrorist] family and hobby crafts to his lawyers, WHDH also reported.

Tsarnaev reportedly whined that he is forbidden to communicate [and possibly indoctrinate] with his younger nieces and nephews. His phone calls are monitored and his mail is "censored," to ensure he isn't making any plans that might harm others.

He wants to be moved to a Level 2 security level and requested that the $2,300 currently on hold in his prison canteen account be released to him, according to reports.

Speaking of money, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), claimed that Tsarnaev would receive the second $1,400 stimulus check under President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID relief package approved by the Senate Saturday without any Republican support. Sources say Biden is not aware of that, or much else.

"Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Bomber, murdered three people and terrorized a city," Cotton tweeted Saturday. "He'll be getting a $1,400 stimulus check as part of the Democrats' "COVID relief" bill."

Besides the killings, the pressure cooker bomb he and his brother set off, permanently maimed so many others who will have to deal with their injuries and scars for the rest of their lives, while taxpaying Americans pay for Tsarnaev's "3 hots and a cot."

Cotton, as well as Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), and Ted Cruz (R-TX), offered an amendment on the Senate floor Saturday to block checks from prisoners. It failed on a party-line vote, 49-50, with Democrats showing sympathy for murderers like Tsarnaev and others like Dylann Roof.

Sen. Dick [coincidence or could momma read the future] Durbin (D-IL), argued that prisoners' children could be affected by withholding the money from them. Except Tsarnaev and Roof have no kids, and that argument makes no sense.

"Dylann Roof murdered nine people. He's on federal death row," Cotton also tweeted. "He'll be getting a $1,400 stimulus check as part of the Democrats' ‘COVID relief’ bill."

Seriously, what is this world coming to?

BREAKING: AG Barr authorizes federal prosecutors to go after "Substantial allegations" of voter "irregularities"

U.S. Attorney General William "Bulldog" Barr has reportedly decided to look into voter fraud and has authorized prosecutors to pursue "substantial allegations" of possible irregularities from the 2020 presidential election before results are certified. [H/T Daily Wire]

According to the Associated Press, Barr said in a memo to U.S. attorneys that investigations  “may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”

One can only imagine how disturbing this is to many U.S. attorneys who wanted to see Joe Biden beat President Trump, but Barr is having none of it and has decided to get to the bottom of this, where the dregs are.

There will be more to follow as this is a breaking story.

Trump still has an outside shot.

Barr meets with Democratic media--UPDATE

11:05 am -- The Mueller report has been released to the public.

Attorney General William Barr presented his finding in more detail and spoke to the mostly anti-Trump press Thursday morning. Barr confirmed that the Mueller investigation found no evidence of collusion between any members of the Trump campaign, nor "any American" during the 2016 presidential election. He is expected to release the full, redacted report to the public later today.

During a highly anticipated press conference at the Justice Department on Thursday, Barr, joined by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and some guy with a beard, outlined the findings from Mueller's investigation and explained their process for review and their decisions to redact certain material in the report.

"After nearly two years of investigation, thousands of subpoenas, and hundreds of warrants and witness interviews, the Special Counsel confirmed that the Russian government-sponsored efforts to illegally interfere with the 2016 presidential election but did not find that the Trump campaign or other Americans colluded in those schemes," Barr said. He added that Mueller's report also went on to "consider whether certain actions of the president could amount to obstruction of the Special Counsel investigation."

It appears at this time that Democrats and the mainstream media are going to have difficulties implicating the president of committing collusion, but Adam Schiff believes he can indict the president for lying to an FBI agent by saying "Good morning" on a rainy, somewhat miserable day.

Barr said he would release the report to chairmen and ranking members of both the House and Senate Judiciary Committees late Thursday morning, and following its transmission to those congressional leaders, would release the report to the public through the Justice Department's website.

President Trump is meeting with the Wounded Warriors organization and it might be wise for him to not address the Barr presser. But we're talking about Donald Trump and he will do what he wants to do.

Will Judge Jeanine replace Jeff Sessions?

The rumor mill is working overtime in the Trump administration. The latest scuttlebutt is that Judge Jeanine Pirro of the Fox News Network is looking to return to jurisprudence but not in any courtroom, in the role of attorney general replacing Jeff "I Recuse Myself" Sessions.

According to a report by Politico released Thursday, Pirro, a former Westchester County, New York district attorney and judge wants to replace Sessions who heads the Justice Department. The report states that she has repeatedly told President Trump's aides and advisers for the past year and a half that she is interested in taking over as the country's top law enforcement official, as stated by four people familiar with the conversations.

"Trump has dangled the possibility of giving her a top appointment. During a November meeting in the Oval Office, the president raised the possibility of nominating Pirro to a federal judgeship, according to a former administration official, though this person added that Trump was more likely engaging in flattery than seriously considering putting  Pirro on the bench."

Her colleagues at Fox evidently "laughed" at the idea of her getting a senior position within the Trump administration, but the way the president appears to operate, I wouldn't put it past him.

Even Politico mentioned that Trump has "demonstrated a penchant for bringing cable news stars into his administration--most recently tapping CNBC commentator Larry Kudlow to be his top economic adviser."

And let's not forget that Trump used Kim Kardashian West as his prison reform adviser.

Trump has been publicly critical of Sessions over his recusal with the Russia investigation and being the catalyst for the Mueller clown car act. Most recently, Trump made it once again clear that he wouldn't have chosen Sessions if he had known about his meetings with then-Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak.

Who are we kidding--Trump loves theater and Jeanine Pirro would be an added attraction to his administration. So don't count her out, in spite of the blowback Trump may get from many Republicans.

Remember, Sessions was a staunch Trump supporter due to his immigration stance, and he gave up his seat in the Senate to join his administration. A seat he would have likely held until retirement but which fell to the Democrats in the Roy Moore washout.

In a way, I hope Pirro stays put--Trump has more important things on his Big Mac.

POTUS again knocks Session, calls him 'beleaguered'

President Trump seems to be signaling that he's ready to dump his Attorney General Jeff Sessions for a replacement who will better serve his needs. The problem is that Attorneys General are appointed to serve the needs of the people by upholding the law.

On Monday, Trump again knocked Sessions over the Russian investigation, calling the AG "beleaguered."

If POTUS is fully innocent of the Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign, and I believe he is at this time, then Sessions having recused himself should not be an issue of disloyalty.

"So why aren't the Committees and investigators, and of course our beleaguered A.G., looking into Crooked Hillary's crimes & Russia relations?" Trump tweeted.

While President Trump is set on blaming Jeff Sessions for the appointment of special investigator Robert Mueller in the Russian meddling, it's actually his fault that Mueller was picked. Had he not fired Comey when he did, Sessions would have likely remained on the case.

Monday's statement by Mr. Trump is just the latest in a long list of high-profile criticism he has leveled at Sessions, and it appears undeserved.

Last week, Trump went after Sessions in a New York Times interview on the Sessions self-recusal from the DoJ probe. Trump said he would not have selected Sessions for the job had he known then that he would recuse himself.

It seems to me that you don't select an AG based on one case.

The White House insists that Trump still has confidence in Sessions, and Sessions said he plans to stay in his job "as long as that is appropriate."

This likely means that Sessions' days as AG are numbered.

New Acting AG will enforce immigration order

Former acting Attorney General Sally Yates has been fired and replaced with a new acting AG Dana J. Boente. He has pledged to "defend and enforce" the laws of the land. Isn't that special?

When Yates refused to enforce Trump's lawful order, he did what he is known for: he fired her. And he was perfectly in his right to do so since she refused to do what she was sworn to do. An Attorney General doesn't get to pick and choose which laws (s)he wants to uphold.

She learned of her firing Monday evening in a hand-delivered note from the White House Office of Personnel, just hours after she directed the Justice Department lawyers not to defend the executive order. She wasn't convinced it was lawful or consistent with the agency's "obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right."

Trump said in a statement that she "betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States."

He fired her faster than a first-round loser in 'The Apprentice.'

Sean Spicer said in a statement that "Ms. Yates is an Obama administration appointee who is weak on borders and very weak on immigration."

According to The New York Times, Boente was sworn in at 9 p.m. ET.

"I am honored to serve President Trump in this role until Sen. Sessions is confirmed. I will defend and enforce the laws of our country to ensure that our people and our nation are protected," Boente said in a statement.

The executive order faced condemnation from executives at top companies who might be upset that they cannot hire illegal immigrants to perform cheap labor. Both Goldman Sachs and Coca-Cola are among those companies, both of which threw tons of money at the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.

An Obama spokesman said the former incompetent president is "heartened" by the protests [if he only had a heart].

It is highly probable that Obama will not go away because he doesn't have the class of a George W. Bush. If it was up to Obama, there would be no borders, no fixed genders, no Israel, and America would be 'about average.'

But it isn't up to him.

Trump's executive order temporarily halts the U.S. refugee program and bans all entries from the same Muslim-majority countries that Obama first mentioned. The ban is only for 90 days but Soros-funded protesters are acting as if it's forever.

Speaking of Soros, have you noticed that since Hillary lost the election, the Soros-funded Black Lives Matter people are no longer relevant?

The entire refugee program is to be paused for merely 4 months and there is an indefinite ban on all people from war-torn Syria. But federal judges in several states, including New York, issued orders that temporarily block the government from deporting those with valid visas who arrived after the travel ban took effect. That seems to be a reasonable thing to do.

In spite of the chaos that ensued from the ban, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said: "You now have a president who really takes seriously the tremendous threat of international terrorism and is prepared to take steps that are very tough-minded and that are going to inconvenience some people."

The American people are behind President Trump and his tactics for keeping America safe. But leftists, like George Soros and Barack Obama are apparently going to do everything they can to get in his way for their own agendas.

Arrogance and Coke

Bloomberg Gay Hitler Pride
In New York City it's illegal to sell 16 oz. sodas but not illegal to smoke pot.  In Congress, Eric Holder is being questioned about his role in operation Fast and Furious where Brian Terry, a Border Agent, was murdered with a gun that the DoJ allowed to "walk" over the border to Mexico.Holder has been holding out in the investigation and refused to turn over tens of thousands of emails that might implicate people he doesn't want implicated.

In the White House, President Obama said that the Walker-Barrett recall election ended as a bold statement in which the left has made against the conservative right. Actually, the opposite is true. In fact, some wussie libtard broke down is sissy tears and said the Walker victory was a blow to democracy and the undoing of America.  Of course, this is my interpretation and paraphrasing of his words, but you get the gist.

What this all seems to point out is the arrogance of the left.  These touchy-feelers cannot even agree with the facts when it is posed to them. For example, Obama's "Four million jobs," is a ludicrous claim that has no bearing with reality, but liberals feel it's true and want to believe it, and their wants and feelings dictate their beliefs.

Now we have the investigation of the leaks of highly confidential intelligence information that seems to have benefited Obama by distracting from his miserable failures and make him look like a hero. Could it possibly be that our very own President allowed highly sensitive information, security leaks that put people in great jeopardy and potentially damaged our relationship with Israel, be leaked to the public in order to benefit his re-election bid? It's hard to believe that anyone else could have benefited from these leaks, but we currently have no proof Obama's people were involved. Who's going to trust the USA anymore?  It seems like the left has urinary tract problems with all these leaks.

Eric The Red Holder and Politics

Eric Holder should be impeached.  The role of Attorney General is clear: uphold the Constitution of the United States and represent all Americans as AG. Holder does neither aspect of the job and is nothing more than a politician, and a crooked one at that.  Holder acts more like MSNBC's liberal flunky, Mister Ed, the Talking Horse's Butt, than a man of law who is supposed to maintain a balanced approach. And worst of all, he`s a divider, not a uniter. One could forgive him if he didn't act like the racist he accuses conservatives to be, but he keeps pulling out the race card every chance he gets.  Remember when PMSNBC declared back in 2008 that if you didn't vote for Obama, you were a racist?  Well, I believe that if you do vote for him again, you have to be crazy, stupid, or delusional.

I cannot remember a time when the Attorney General of the United States of America was on the campaign stump for the President who appointed him. Maybe my memory isn't perfect, but if you can recall an AG like Holder, getting politically involved, please inform me with a comment here. (I also wouldn't object to you checking out any of my blog ads as it helps defray the cost of eating).

Fast and Furious, the DoJ debacle that helped cause the death of Border Agent Brian Terry, has become a non-news item, even for much of the conservative media. Sure, Fox has reported on it in brief, but there are other issues that have more of the interests of the right currently at play; specifically, the Wisconsin recall election and Obama's re-election bid.  Obviously, there's a lot at stake for both parties and tomorrow's race will be almost as important to the USA as the presidential race. It's looking good for Scott Walker, but I never count chickens when people are throwing eggs.

Anyway, have a good Monday.  If you like reading suspense fiction about what I see as a clear and present danger facing the Western nations, you might want to check out my novel, Jihad Joe.  It's available in both ebook form (almost free) and at Amazon, (not so free, but there's a lovely photo of me on the back cover).  I've posted the links below.  Peace out.

Dumber and Dumbest

I have no idea to what you're referring
Operation Fast and Furious could just as easily been named Operation Dumb and Dumber. But the point of the operation itself was not dumb, it was political. And the result of the operation was the death of two American law enforcement agents and over 150 Mexican nationals, along with the loss of well over a thousand rifles of the AK 47 variety and many thousands of live rounds of ammunition. The stated purpose for this botched operation was to allow straw purchasers to buy guns at legal U.S. gunshops, telling the shops to sell these guns in spite of their reluctance to do so, and then to trace the guns to the "Big Nacho Cheeses" across the border. Of course, since it was a government operation, the guns got lost within the first few hours, and there were no stand-out "Big Nacho Cheeses."

ATF Special Agent Vince Cefalu, one of the "whistleblowers" of Operation Fast and Furious, stated that Kenneth Melson, Acting Director of the ATF, was simply protecting his own ass when he testified before the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on July 4th.  For Agent Cefalu, he was given a notice of termination from the ATF just one day after Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) and Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA) sent a letter to the ATF warning them not to retaliate against agents who came forward to testify about the operation. This is approximately the same day that things at the ATF building started taking on a peculiar odor, and Attorney General Eric Holder developed a severe case of amnesia, a chronic condition for Holder who has experienced these symptoms several times before.

Emails revealed that certain people at the top of the food chain were aware of the operation. Specifically, Melson, Assistant Attorney General (Criminal Division no less) Lanny Breuer, Acting Deputy Director of the ATF William Hoover, DEA Administrator Michele Leonhart and Director of the FBI Robert Mueller all knew about it. Of course, Holder was kept in the dark because either they thought he was a moron whose incompetence is only exceeded by his poor judgment, or that memory problem of his was getting worse.

And since this was an operation involving national security, heaven forbid Janet Napolitano would know anything, nor would Hillary, since there are serious international implications in a cross-border operation. So these lovely ladies are innocent, I'm sure.  Just like Holder .  .  .  and Obama are innocent. Why would Obama know? He's so busy doing the budget each night before bedtime--It's like a homework assignment for him.

I'm sure the New York Times could explain the real truth behind the operation. Like the unsigned editorial this rag printed on July 13th:  "These guns have no legitimate place in civilian life and were banned outright for 10 years until Congress and two successive administrations failed to fight for the ban's approval."  Of course if you actually refuse to believe everything you read in the Times, and you should, you would know this is a lie. ANational Gun Act in 1934 did this job and as it turns out, only 2 homicides in all these 77 years since, resulted from an automatic weapon. But this is the disgusting story of how a federal agency, an agency your tax money funds, has misused this money, all $10 million of it, for a scheme devised to make you believe that gun control is a necessary evil.  Well it's evil all right, and that's because our founding fathers knew that one day a smooth-talking socialist would convince you that he can change things and that things needed to be changed.

The left is all about change. "Change is good." That's because they cannot be happy in their own skin, much less be happy with a government that allows for opposing points of view. They see the Constitution as flawed rather than as a document that is perfect because it can be amended, but only with the proper checks and balances. They see Obama as hope, and the right sees Obama as an imperialist who sees nothing special about America and therefore has no right to govern her.

Holder is just a symptom of the administration. He is a fraud, much like Obama and his ilk. Charles Rangel recently spoke about morality and Jesus--what a joke coming from a guy who tried to screw the government out of $75 thousand in rent. Like Rangel, Obama is all talk and all smoke and mirrors. Tim Gaithner is another tax cheat and this guy runs the IRS. One day they're going to make a comedy out of this administration.

Cefalu said that the operation was never about making arrests--it was about getting the ATF in the media, getting the anti-gun legislation on the table, and perpetuating the Democratic talking points about guns. Much like Obama's talking points about corporate jets, legal guns do not cause the catastrophic results the Obama administration would like you to believe. Just like he would have you believe that his mother's health was compromised because of the health care restrictions she had to undergo for her cancer--more lies. Why doesn't anyone call him on it?

Maybe it'll be a good thing if the government actually shuts down and these government agencies see that the American people are fed up about funding their waste. Of course this will likely not happen because most of Obama is not to be trusted--Mr. Transparency.

Holder: Should He Stay or Should He Go

Eric Holder, the 82nd Attorney General of the United States, is the first African-American to serve in this position. But who is he, and does he have a clue about what he's doing? You make the call.

How'd they find out?
Holder is from the Bronx, New York, where he went to Stuyvesant High School and Columbia College. He was a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, was a US attorney and also a Deputy Attorney of the US. He worked at the Covington and Burling law firm in Washington D.C. and in 1997 was the Deputy Attorney General under the lovely and talented Janet Reno.  Holder was the Senior legal advisor to B. Hussein Obama during his presidential campaign.

Holder's first controversy that I will address is when he was involved with a Bill Clinton decision to reduce the criminal sentences of 16 members of the Boriqua Popular Army, which was categorized as a terrorist organization by the FBI.  Holder's clemency request was originally opposed by US Pardons Attorney Margaret Love in 1996m but in 1997, after there was no Love to be found, he proposed clemency to Clinton with a report from then US Pardons Attorney Roger Adams, whose opinion was neutral where Holder's was to allow for clemency of these terrorists. Clinton, feeling benevolent, granted clemency, which, under the circumstances, was unusual because the FBI, the federal prosecutor, and the victims of these 16 terrorists were against clemency.

Perhaps this can be explained by better understanding the Boriqua Popular Army, just in case they somehow got a bad reputation, or as they might say, "a bad rep."

The Boriqua Popular Army, aka Los Macheteros, or The Machete Wielders, was formed in Puerto Rico and they support PR's independence from "Colonial US rule." In 2007, one source reported they had about 5700 members, and many non-member supporters, perhaps even Holder, but there is no proof of that, other than his apparent support in court. The members of the Boriqua Popular Army pass the time writing letters to the government, reading law in order to make change, and helping old ladies cross the busy streets of San Juan before rescuing kittens from trees. Just kidding--they blow stuff up, attack US military targets, and commit armed robberies.
Their leader, fugitive Filiberto Ojeda Rios, died of a gun overdose in 2005. Holder, as far as we know, did not attend his funeral.

February 2009, Holder, a brave black man, gave his famous speech during Black History Month in which he called the US, "a nation of cowards," when it came to dealing with racial issues. This should explain why slavery was abolished, blacks have the right to vote, go to school, hold any job they are qualified to hold, and become President of the United States, and why Saudi Arabia doesn't even allow women to drive cars, go to school, hold any job, etc. Forget what they do to Jews, Bibles, and Christians trying to build churches in Saudi Arabia. Obama, in his infinite political wisdom toward the next election said of Holder's remark, "I think it's fair to say that if I had been advising my attorney general, we would have used different language." Doesn't this make you smile and realize that our president has an incredible set of brass balls? How much stronger could a president possibly rebuke his AG? How indirect can he get? "Are you hungry?" "Well, I'm not starving."

May 2009: The DoJ ended a civil suit originally begun with the Bush administration against the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation due to their conduct during the 2008 election. Two men of the New Black Panthers were dressed in paramilitary uniforms, one holding a club, and both yelling racial insults at white voters and blocking their entrance to the voting booths inside the building.  None of the defendents appeared in court, but hey, why inconvenience them since they figured that Holder was going to drop the charges due to "lack of evidence." Evidence evidently doesn't include Youtube video that half the country viewed shortly after this disgusting incident in which the civil liberties of people were taken away from them. Some contend that the real reason Holder dropped the charges was because the DoJ is unwilling to prosecute minorities over civil rights violations.  In fact, during a House subcommittee discussing these issues, Holder argued that his behavior with the New Black Panther Party was not comparable to historical voter intimidation against minorities, "When you compared what people endured in the South in the '60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subject to that with what happened in Philadelphia . . . I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people."  So if he sees any group that's smaller than all of America as "my people" then why is he a United States of America Attorney General?
Does he CAIR?

And now we have the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) an unindicted co-conspirator to the Holy Land Foundation trials, being let off the hook by Holder. He has refused to prosecute and this keeps the US open for further terrrorist attacks.

CAIR has been shown to be an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in the US. The documents recovered by the feds prove that CAIR, ISNA, MAS, and many more Islamic organizations are terror-tied in this country. But Holder, who in November 2009, spoke at a dinner for a group of community organizations, one of which was CAIR, and it appears he is siding with the wrong people.

It's obvious that Holder refuses to do his job, but the latest story to float to the top of the toilet is Operation Fast and Furious, or Gunwalker. You are probably aware that ATF officials have been allowing the "bad guys" to buy illegal weapons for the Mexican drug gangs and that the DoJ is part of the equation. Since the start of the operation, ATF Special Agent, Brian Terry, was killed with one of the weapons sold to the gangs. Since it's inception, about 150 agents have been shot at or killed.

Gunwalker violates Federal Law Title 18 Section 922 that states that only a licensed dealor or manufacturer can engage in interstate or foreign firearms commerce. It's also a federal offense for a person to buy a weapon for another (straw buyer). Since this operation began, several agents have resigned from the ATF, and Special Agent John Dodson blew the whistle, but nothing was done about it and he was told to keep his mouth shut.

Did Holder know about Operation Gunwalker? Maybe; but if he didn't, and he is the Attorney General, what does that say about his competency? See the photo to the left . . . the far left.
