US federal judge dismisses jihad 'lawfare' suit by 'clock boy's' father

You probably remember "Clock Boy," the then 14-year-old jihadi who made a mock-up of a bomb and called it a clock. Hoping to make some money out of the case, due to all the anguish and yadda-yadda, the kid's Islamist father sued his son's Irving, Texas school.

The kid brought the device to school and refused to say what it was when he was asked. His teacher did the right thing by alerting authorities, and the little skid-mark was arrested.

But ha! the judge dismissed the case. Too bad they can't charge the father with a frivolous lawsuit.

U.S. District Judge Sam Lindsay dismissed the suit filed against the city of Irving, Irving Independent School District and a number of other defendants after finding Ahmed Mohamed's civil rights weren't violated in September 2015. He was arrested at MacArthur High School at the time.

The device included batteries, a printed circuit board, a transformer, wires and a display panel with an alarm bell. Sure, just your typical clock that looks like a bomb. Officials at school warned the young jihadi about the "clock" before he was sent to the principals's office.

Mohamed's father, Mohamed Elhassan Mohamed (because they don't have much imagination when it comes to names) filed a lawsuit in August 2016 on behalf of his [Mohamed] son, alleging that he was discriminated against because of his race and religion.

These lawsuits are often referred to as "law-fare" because it's a form of jihad that tries to penalize non-Islamic organizations by piling on with litigation. When this happens to the ordinary non-Islamic citizen, it can tie them up in court for years and cause great financial damage.

Many of the suits are funded by the Council of Islamic-American Relations (CAIR) an organization tied to the Muslim Brotherhood.

A statement by the city was "extremely pleased by the court's ruling, which supports the justifiable actions taken by the officers in the matter. We remain committed to ensuring the safety of all Irving residents and schoolchildren."

It seems the "Clock Boy's" time has run out.

BOOM!

'Clock Boy' . law-fare suit tossed in Federal Court

Ahmed Mohamed, aka 'Clock Boy," lost his bid to rake in the money for tricking his teacher with a fake bomb that he called a clock.

A federal court has tossed the civil rights lawsuit filed by the family in their law fare jihad of the Irving, Texas kid.

The suit alleged that the city of Irving and the Irving school district discriminated against Mohamed at Irving MacArthur High School in September 2015, when the young jihadi was a mere 14 years old.

He brought a homemade clock to school that he ripped off a Radio Shack clock (which meant the clock itself wasn't homemade). He showed the device to his engineering teacher.

The device went off in his English class and the teacher confiscated it, much like Mr. Baxter did when he took my Spalding ball from me and Cecil in History class when he caught us tossing it around just as he entered the room. To get my ball returned to me I was told I had to write "Cecil is a meatball" on it, which I gladly did.

The English teacher sent Mohamed to the principal's office where he was not waterboarded.

"A.M. never stated the device was anything other than a clock, never threatened anyone with harm, never claimed to have made a bomb, and never attempted to scare or cause alarm to anyone. When he asked for his parents, he was told that he could not speak with them because he was in the middle of an interrogation," his lawyer said, according to the court ruling.

The lawsuit claims the kid's civil rights were violated when he was interrogated without his mommy and daddy present and then arrested on hoax bomb charges.

He didn't even scream "Allahu Akbar!"

When his poppa finally arrived several hours later, he supposedly "tried to explain to Officer Howman [who likely had a hard time with his name as a kid] that A.M. was interested in robotics and creating things, but she was unwilling to listen to his explanations."

Police initially said the kid kept his mouth shut and the school was concerned that the device was possibly the infrastructure for a bomb, which was a wise precaution to protect students and faculty. Officers acted in an abundance of caution they said.

"It was a very suspicious device. We live in an age where you can't take things like that to school. Of course we've seen across our country horrific things happen. We have to err on the side of caution," Irving Police Chief Larry Boyd said to Fox4 in 2015.

The charges against the kid was dropped but he was suspended for 3 days which gave his father, a known troublemaker, enough time to figure out that he could make a different kind of killing on this jihad.

This isn't the first time Clock Boy has tried to make money off this scam. The family is notorious for law fare--or a jihad that uses the law and court system in the West to push their agenda.

"Clock boy' case explodes in court--has to pay attorney fees

Dallas -- Daily Wire Editor-In-Chief Ben Shapiro will not have to pay the Muslim Jihad Lawfare family off for exercising his First Amendment rights. It turns out that Texas isn't Saudi Arabia after all.

A Texas court ruled that Shapiro did nothing wrong in questioning the motives of Ahmed "Clock Boy" Mohamed, a Muslim student who built a "clock" to look like a bomb, and was detained by police over school concerns that the bomb was real.

A Dallas County District Court judge dismissed the defamation lawsuit filed against Shapiro by Mohamed's father, Mohamed Mohamed (no relationship to Sirhan Sirhan) over Shapiro's comments about the September 2015 incident at MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas.

The little jihadist Ahmed Mohamed, a ninth-grader at the time, came to class with what he called an "invention," which was a disassembled clock that was sloppily reassembled in a pencil box.

The little tyke showed the contraption to his science teacher and was asked to put it away.

Later in the day, the clock began beeping in his English class and his teacher, worried that it looked like a bomb, took action. Mohamed was detained and questioned by police and briefly charged with possessing a hoax bomb, though the charge was later dismissed.

Mohamed Mohamed, Ahmed Mohamed's father, a politically active jihadist with ties to terrorist-sponsoring foreign regimes, took his kid on a world tour of Islamic jihad where he was photographed with wanted war criminal and Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir.

Upon noting the father-son ties to Islamic jihad, the two scum-buns were invited to the White House by Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama, you may recall, tweeted support for Ahmed as police investigated the situation, before the outcome was known, supporting "Clock Boy" before supporting the school staff.

The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), an arm of the un-indicted co-conspirator Muslim Brotherhood in the Holy Land Foundation case, accused officials of Islamophobia, a term used to shut people up who see something and say something. In this case, it was Ben Shapiro, the Center for Security Policy, Glenn Beck and Fox News along with other news media investigated and discussed Mohamed's story and believed it to be an example of "civilization jihad" promoted by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Shapiro told Megyn Kelly formerly of Fox News, the incident "was a setup and  . . . President Obama fell for it because it confirms a couple of his pre-stated biases against police and against people who he perceives to be Islamophobic."

"Within the first forty-eight hours it was clear that this was a bit of a setup and it was clear that the story didn't hold together," Shapiro said.

He went on to explain that Mohamed "took the guts out of an old clock, you can see people do it on YouTube. He literally took the guts out of an old clock, the wiring, and he put in inside of a pencil box and proceeded to bring that into the school and this is not the first family incident that has been like this. His sister had an incident in 2009 that was somewhat similar."

The little jihadist soon moved to Qatar after receiving a full scholarship to attend a school in Doha where he majored in Taqiyya. But Mohamed and his father Mohamed Mohamed made a special trip back to Texas where they hoped to scam some infidels out of a lot of money as they filed a $15 million federal lawsuit against the city of Irving, the school district, and MacArthur High School Principal Daniel Cummings.

Mohamed Mohamed also filed a defamation lawsuit against Ben Shapiro and other conservative commentators for having opinions that exposed their scam.

On Thursday, Shapiro tweeted the court order on his motion to dismiss the case, which was "well taken and should be and is in all respects granted."

But the real beauty of it all is that "Shapiro is entitled to recover his attorneys' fees, court costs, and other expenses in bringing his Motion to Dismiss and defending against Plaintiff's claims," the order read.

Kurt Schlichter, Shapiro's attorney told Townhall: "Ben Shapiro has always been a steadfast advocate of the First Amendment and there was never any doubt he was going to stand up for his right to speak freely. I'm very grateful that the state of Texas takes the First Amendment seriously, I only wish my own state of California would do the same, especially after the fiasco at Berkeley yesterday."

Schlichter was referring to the campus riots that occurred at UC Berkeley, when Milo Yiannopoulos was to speak there and his First Amendment rights were denied by a crowd of anarchists who destroyed property and ironically called him a fascist.

Thank you, Texas.

Clock Boy sues: money for nothing

Mohamed X2, (aka Mohamed Mohamed) father of Ahmed Mohamed, aka "Clock Boy," aka "Clockmahd" sued Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro, Fox News and Glenn Beck for defamation among other things. In fact, I need to be careful he doesn't sue me for my freedom of speech, but the little diaper dump needs to find me first.

Back on September 14, 2015, when the young Islamist was a mere 13-years-old, he brought a clock to school which he claimed he "built." That was a lie, but when you're Islamically inclined, you call it taqiyya and Allah will forgive you.

By the way, ever notice how it's generally okay to be satirical about Allah but never about Mohamed? They kill you for even drawing a playful cartoon of the pedophile.

Anyway, the clock looked a lot like an explosive device, kind of like it was planned to look and it scared school authorities enough to call him out of class and call the police.

It was found to be merely a clock, not a bomb. Clock Boy claimed he designed it himself, but it was later learned that he lied and got the clock from Radio Shack. He had no real skills other than lying.

The police temporarily held the kid, worried that he had constructed a "hoax bomb," before releasing him.

In spite of the lie, Clock Boy made a big stink with the help of his father Mohamed Mohamed (or Mohamed X2) and cried Islamophobia. Because it was about a Muslim person, it got Obama involved and he had the liar to the White House as his personal guest.

Now Mohamed X2 is suing multiple media companies and personalities for defamation and in order to make some easy money.

Included in the suit as mentioned is Ben Shapiro. Ben appeared on Fox News' The Kelly File, where he said the entire incident was "a hoax, this was a setup and that President Obama fell for it because it confirms a couple of his pre-stated biases against police and against people who he perceives to be Islamophobic." He also added that Obama was "constantly shooting first and asking questions later" regarding the police, and that "the story didn't hold water from the beginning. Within the first forty-eight hours it was clear that this was a bit of a set-up and it was clear that the story didn't hold together."

Shapiro figured that Mohamed "literally took the guts out of an old clock, the wiring, and he put it inside of a pencil box and proceeded to bring that into the school and this is not the first family incident that has been like this. His sister had an incident in 2009 that was somewhat similar," he said, referring to a Breitbart News report that "the sister of the boy who brought a suspected hoax-bomb to his Texas high school said she was suspended from a school in a prior bomb scare.

The suit against Shapiro, Fox News and other commentators demands an apology. But the family also sued the city of Irving, Texas and the school district for about $15 million and apologies.

In a similar incident at the Sandy High, Oregon High School, a student named Levi Frunk was suspended and will miss playing in his homecoming football game, because he invented a homemade phone charger and used it in school. He was suspended for not being Muslim, but instead is Jewish. I'm not suggesting they suspended him because he is Jewish, but if he was Muslim, I have a suspicion the school would have let it slide.

Ironically, hate crimes against Jews is about 60% while it's about 11% for Muslims.

Ironically, Frunk didn't take a digital clock apart (like Ahmed admitted in an interview) he actually invented something.

Unlike Ahmed with his checkered school record, Frunk had an exemplary record. He was at the top of his class, considered one of the brightest kids.

Frunk cooperated with school authorities and answered all their questions. Ahmed did not cooperate--he suddenly went mute.

But unlike Ahmed, Levi didn't get to meet with President Obama.

What's wrong with this picture?

Clock Boy Sues for $15 million

Ahmed Mohamed, the 14-year-old Muslim kid with the clock that looked like a bomb, wants to make money from his staged event. It's his way of waging jihad, I suppose.

The little creep and his scumcrumpet family want $15 million in damages and also demand that several school officials bow down and kiss the youngster's butt in Macy's window just because Mohamed brought a homemade "clock" to school. A teacher, concerned about the welfare of non-Islamic human life, flagged the device because it looked as much like a clock as Mohamed looks like a prophet.

Naturally, our so-called president, Barack Hussein Obama, invited Ahmed to the White House with his "clock," and the Secret Service was able to determine upon close inspection that it was safe to bring into the same room as our fearless leader.

A letter was sent by one of Ahmed's fee-chasers to the school district saying "As American citizens, all of us--even the ones with 'Muslim-sounding' names like Ahmed Mohamed--are entitled to have public officials with whom we come in contact to respect our rights."

Nobody disrespected this kid's rights. If he were white, the school staff would have done the same thing--in fact, they have done so in the past in the state of Texas; nothing new there.

The kid was detained and held on suspicion and suspended by MacArthur High School. So, was he detained for his name of the device?

After Obama tweeted the kid, saying that he liked the clock's design, the kid contended that he built it to show his love of electronics. Of course it turns out that he purchased a pre-built clock and the whole thing was to gain attention just as his father has done in the past, with cries of Islamophobia.

The young jihadist's Tom Sawyers claim that the kid's name and likeness will be "forever associated with arguably  the most contentious and divisive socio-political issue of our time," but they have not counted president Obama's divisiveness, which clearly wins the prize.

After meeting with our Islamophilia POTUS at the White House, the kid's family said it was leaving the U.S. for Qatar, where spreading jihad is the national pastime.

Mohamed's shyster lawyers issued demand letters on Monday seeking $5 million from the Irving Independent School District and $10 million from the City of Irving. The also demand written apologies from the Irving ISD and the city's mayor and police chief.

(Many Muslims love to play the victim as they behead you for all the misery you cause in the world.)

The letter also claims that little Ahmed suffered "severe psychological trauma" and was harassed by officials, but the only trauma he really suffered comes from the religion of peace (like when your vest fails to work properly). That's why the funniest part of the mouthpiece's letter was the mention that Ahmed's "reputation in the global community is permanently scarred."
Here, have some clocks

Are you kidding me????

Ahmed now has street cred with all the jihadists around the globe. The only reputation that's scarred is his reputation of being a patriotic American. Why else would Obama invite this little jihadist to the White House? He never celebrates our patriots and their heroism--he blames them for all the misery in the rest of the world.

Ahmed Mohamed wasn't singled out because of his name for bringing a strange looking device to school and refusing to explain what it was. He was no more treated as a threat as anyone standing in the middle of a shopping mall and screaming "Allahu Akbar!"

That's Arabic for "cut and run."
