The U.N.'s allegations claiming Israel committed sexual violence totally debunked

Hamas, the terrorist outfit that’d rather lob rockets than build schools, is getting a standing ovation from the U.N., our ivory tower universities, and—get this—the International Criminal Court, which had the gall to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Meanwhile, the media laps up Hamas’ propaganda like it’s a happy hour special, helping these scumcrumpets win the PR war. It’s enough to make your blood boil.

Now, let’s talk about the latest U.N. pile of dog crap—a report from the so-called “Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory and Israel” (COI, because acronyms make nonsense sound official). It’s titled “More than a human can bear: Israel’s systematic use of sexual, reproductive and other forms of gender-based violence since 7 October 2023.”

Sounds like a horror movie, right? Rape, sexual slavery, forced sterilizations—you’d expect a laundry list of war crimes. Spoiler alert: much like Joe Biden's skivvies, it's a load of crap.

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) dove into this dumpster fire of a report, and their conclusion? It’s a blatant attack on Israel’s sovereignty, a sleazy attempt to smear a nation defending itself against Hamas, an “internationally recognized terrorist organization.”

The report’s title is pure clickbait, promising evidence of atrocities but delivering zilch-point-balderdash. Instead, it twists the collateral damage of war—much of it caused by Hamas’ own tactics—into “intentional” acts of “sexual, reproductive, and gender-based violence.”

Take this gem: the COI claims that any attack impacting a hospital’s maternity ward is “reproductive violence.” Never mind that Hamas uses hospitals as terror HQs—apparently, Israel’s supposed to tiptoe around them. They can fire at the, you know, Jews, from schools, hospitals and mosques, but Israel can't fire back.

Destroyed roads to hospitals? Also “reproductive violence,” because women need those roads. Shortages of menstrual pads or healthy food for pregnant women? You guessed it—“reproductive violence.” One woman had to eat canned tuna because there was no flour, milk, or eggs. Another used a cloth for her period. Heartbreaking? Sure. War is hell. But calling these “reproductive violence” is like calling a paper cut attempted murder. And guess who started this war? Hint: it wasn’t Israel.

It gets dumber. The COI accuses Israel of “systematic use of sexual violence” because Israeli officials dared to mention Hamas’ actual sexual crimes on October 7 to justify their military response. So, pointing out Hamas’ atrocities makes Israel the bad guy? That’s mental gymnastics worthy of a gold medal.

The report even blames Israel for Palestinian cultural issues—like fathers forcing daughters into veils or early marriages—that predate this conflict by decades. Perhaps the U.N. staff who makes these crazy claims need to read the Koran and Hadith and see how it's part of Islamic culture.

Apparently, Israel’s bombs are causing toxic masculinity now.

Strip searches of detainees? The COI calls them “egregious,” ignoring that they’re standard practice when terrorists hide bombs under their clothes. And while Israel’s investigating 74 cases of potential misconduct by its own forces—showing accountability—the COI claims there’s a “clear culture of impunity” in the IDF. Pot, meet kettle. But people believe what they were taught and want to believe.

Here’s the kicker: actual sexual and gender-based crimes under international law—rape, forced prostitution, sexual mutilation—aren’t even remotely supported by the COI’s examples. The one alleged rape case they mention is under investigation by Israel’s military court, proving Israel takes it seriously. Yet the COI spins this into a vast conspiracy of state-sanctioned violence. Unreal and they get away with this garbage constantly.

The worst part? The oxymoronic International Court of Justice, Amnesty International, and other NGOs treat this garbage like gospel, citing it without a shred of skepticism. The COI’s reports are political weapons, not justice, and they’re diluting the real suffering of victims—like the women Hamas raped and mutilated on October 7.

War sucks, no question. But equating a lack of sanitary pads with deliberate sexual violence is not just wrong—it’s dangerous. The U.N.’s COI is a biased joke, and the ACLJ is fighting back, demanding the U.N. Secretary-General and Human Rights Council shut it down. They’ve fired off legal letters to the U.N., ICC, and Security Council, calling out this farce and urging a focus on Hamas’ real crimes.

The U.N.’s anti-Israel circus needs to end. Israel’s fighting for its life against terrorists, and we’ve got to have its back. Sign the petition, folks—let’s show Hamas and their U.N. cheerleaders we’re not buying their lies.

Maryland senate Dems. propose legislation that allows for infanticide up to 28 days

The Maryland state Senate has proposed legislation that allows babies to be murdered, that is, left to die, for up to 28 days after birth. This legal analysis comes from a pro-life attorney.

Under this evil proposed law, Senate Bill 669 could be interpreted to allow for infanticide through the first month after the baby is born, according to LifeSiteNews. The bill is also known as the Pregnant Person's Freedom Act of 2022 and demonstrates how the left's language can make chocolate ice cream out of feces.

They still refer to a mother as "person" to keep in line with the woke garbage that men can be women and vice versa and thinking can make it so. And they call us science deniers.

Senator William Smith, a Democrat of course, sponsored the legislation, which was scheduled to be heard on March 15 but has been canceled for now.

“[T]he bill also proposes a revision of the fetal murder/manslaughter statute that would serve to handcuff the investigation of infant deaths unrelated to abortion,” American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) attorney Olivia Summers wrote in her analysis. Thus, the legislation prohibits investigations and criminal prosecutions for women and medical professionals for a “failure to act” in relation to a “perinatal death.”

“In other words, a baby born alive and well could be abandoned and left to starve or freeze to death,” Summers wrote, “and nothing could be done to punish those who participated in that cruel death.”

Of course the Democrats will try to convince you that they would never perpetrate such a vile act, but they also used to tell us that abortions should only be "safe and rare." They were and are never safe for the baby and they are not rare. In fact, more black babies in New York City are murdered by Planned Parenthood than are born.

Summers explained that the language used in the proposed legislation is unclear, so the law could be interpreted to “prevent investigations into the death of infants at least seven days AFTER their birth, and may extend to infants as old as four weeks!”

The Maryland Code does not define “perinatal,” Summers said. A 2020 law does define “perinatal care” as the “provision of care during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum and neonatal periods.”

Summers, with the ACLJ, noted in her analysis that the state already has a safe haven law that allows parents to leave a newborn baby with a responsible adult without fear of prosecution.

“Under the Safe Haven law, a distressed parent who is unable or unwilling to care for their infant can safely give up custody of their baby, no questions asked,” the Maryland Department of Human Services explains. “Newborns can be left at hospitals or law enforcement stations.”

“There is absolutely no reason for Maryland Senate Bill 669’s attempt to prevent someone who lets their baby die from being investigated,” she said. ”This bill just further exposes the complete lack of regard abortion advocates have for innocent human life.”

“If they truly want to protect life and women, then legislators could simply extend the length of the safe harbor provision already in place,” Summers added.

The IRS Plot Thickens, Bosserman and the Media Sickens

Barbara Kay Bosserman has been slated (no pun intended) to head the IRS Tea Party Targeting investigation, Stephen Dinan, of the Washington Times. reported on Wednesday.

Babs is a trial lawyer who maxed out her legal campaign contribution allowance to Obama in both the 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns, donating to the tune of over $6000. She has also given generously to the Democratic party. While she is perfectly allowed to do this, it shows a clear political bias which, if she were being honest, would cause her to not accept the position. That's what honest lawyers do--they recuse themselves from cases in which there has been prior involvement; but Babs is the gift that keeps on giving.
