Palestinian terrorist executes 2 Jewish coworkers

Jerusalem -- Shortly before 8 a.m. on Sunday morning, two Israelis were executed and another person was injured in an act of jihad in the Barkan industrial area in the West Bank.

This is an area where Israelis and Palestinians work side-by-side in what is known as a "coexistence" industrial zone.

The zone is home to 160 factories employing thousands of Jewish and Palestinian workers.

The man and woman died at the scene and a third victim, a woman in her 50s, was seriously injured and taken to a nearby Israeli hospital and is in stable condition, according to Magen David Adom.

The dead woman was identified as Kim Levengrond Yehezkel, 29, from Rosh Ha'ayin in central Israel. The dead man was identified as Ziv Hajbi, a 35-year-old father of three. He was from Rishon Lezion in central Israel. The victims were both tied up and shot at close range for no other reason than they were Israeli Jews.

This attack is reportedly the first of its kind in the Barkan Industrial Park. It certainly isn't the first of its kind elsewhere.

The jihadi used an assault rifle and reportedly knew both victims. He was caught on security cameras leaving the factory where he shot them. He was employed there for several months and had a permit to enter Barkan for work but it isn't known how he was able to get a weapon past security.

He reportedly left a suicide note with a friend, indicating that his actions were religiously motivated.

The Israel Defense Forces launched a search for the jihaidi, who was identified as a 23-year-old Muslim Palestinian from the village of Shweika near Tulkarem, a West Bank city.

"This was not only an attack on innocent people going about their daily lives, it was also an attack on the possibility of Israelis and Palestinians co-existing peacefully," Israeli President Reuven Rivlin said in a statement. "I call on the Palestinian leadership to condemn this murderous attack and to use the forces at their disposal to capture the terrorist and those who aided him."

Yeah, fat chance of that ever happening. They will probably give the bastard a reward with money once handed to them by the United States.

At least the Trump administration is putting an end to that ridiculous idea.
