St. Louis pizza driver kills robbery suspect

St. Louis, Mo. -- A pizza delivery driver shot and killed a 17-year-old miscreant who police said was one of two suspects trying to take his money during a delivery last week.

One scumspect struck the delivery driver on the head with a gun then ran back to his vehicle while shooting, police reported.

The driver returned fire with his own weapon and struck one which caused the other coward to run in terror, never expecting a fair fight.

The driver called police after returning to the pizzeria where he would wait for calls for pizza and then deliver them to the address the caller provided. He suffered a cut to his head from the fight.

The police said the fatal shooting appears to be kosher, that is, it was totally justified and lends credence to a person's right to defend him or herself.
