30 plus killed by gunmen posing as medics in Afghan military hospital

Kabul -- Gunmen dressed as medics attacked a hospital in the Afghan capital Wednesday. They battled security forces for hours, killed more than 30 people, wounding dozens more. The Islamic State claimed responsibility.

A suicide psychopath blew himself apart at the rear of the Sardar Mohammad Daud Khan hospital, which is located across from the heavily fortified U.S. embassy. Three scumcrumpets with automatic weapons and grenades entered that complex, security officials said.

All three gunmen were killed, according to Defense Ministry spokesman Dawlat Waziri.

Security forces swept the hospital buildings and found at least 30 dead and 50 wounded, including doctors, patients and hospital staff, in addition to the three Muslim jihadis who thought they'd get to pass blow and collect 72 virgins.

Islamic State's Amaq News Agency said its fighters attacked the hospital, while an Afghan Taliban spokesman denied responsibility, saying the Islamist insurgency had "no connection" with the attack, knowing how scum-worthy attacking a hospital sounds.

Many in the mainstream media are working feverishly to find a way to connect the carnage to President Trump, but have yet to report on the connection. Thus far, Mr. Trump has not announced his policy for Afghanistan, but I'm certain he's aware that there are some bad dudes there. A top U.S. commander has said thousands more international troops may be needed to maintain stability from the growing threat by the "JV Team" and others.

This latest attack on a hospital that treats military casualties drew wide condemnation and President Ashraf Ghani said it "trampled on all human values."

"In all religions, a hospital is regarded as an immune site and attacking it is attacking the whole of Aghanistan," he said during a speech for International Women's Day in Kabul.

One witness described the scene at the hospital saying the gunman was dressed in a doctor's white coat and took out a concealed AK-47 and began shooting, killing at least one patient and a hospital worker.

"Suddenly gunfire broke out and a gunman was shooting at everyone," Zahir Khan said. He had hidden under a table and later escaped. "He was shooting at doctors, patients and visitors."
