Patrick Kennedy allegedly 'pressured' FBI to declassify docs

New York -- Patrick Kennedy, a senior State Department official and Hillary Clinton 'bullet-taker' tried to get the FBI to drop its insistence that an email on her illegal private server she used while working as a failed secretary of state, contained classified information.

This was revealed by records of FBI interviews released on Monday after a year-long investigation into Clinton's sending and receiving classified government secrets with her illegal server.

Patrick Kennedy, by doing so, committed a felony. Period.

Robby Mook, her campaign manager, minimized the FBI interview summary, saying that it is "not uncommon for officials within a department to fight over classification."

The FBI refused Kennedy's request (which again, I remind you, is a felony just for asking) which poured gasoline onto the fire of the GOP's belief that the Obama administration bent over backwards to protect Clinton from criminal charges as she seeks to shove the country to the left as president.

James Comey recommended not to bring charges against her in spite of the overwhelming evidence against her.

Clinton said her use of a private server from 2009 to 2013 was a mistake and apologized for it. According to the law, however, it is also a felony and an apology is not a "Get Out of Jail" card. She should, at the very least, have been indicted but evidently the meeting Bill Clinton had with Loretta Lynch before jetting off smoothed things out for Hillary.

An unidentified FBI official told investigators that Kennedy repeatedly "pressured" various FBI officials to declassify information on one particular email about the 2012 Benghazi attack.

State Department spokesman, Mark Toner, who was not present when this all went down, said that Kennedy wasn't pressuring the FBI but simply trying to understand how their classification system worked.

Rainbows and unicorns.

The unidentified FBI official said the State Department's office of legal counsel called him to question the FBI's ruling that the email was, indeed, classified. Then soon after, the official got a call from Kennedy whereby he "asked his assistance in altering the email's classification in exchange for a 'quid pro quo.'"

This was followed by at least two discussions the official joined in which Kennedy "continued to pressure" the FBI about the email. He said that Kennedy appeared to be attempting to protect Clinton by minimizing the appearance of classified information in emails from her [illegal] server.

So Patrick Kennedy and Hillary Clinton have both 'skated' indictment for alleged crimes against the nation. James Comey and Loretta Lynch have allowed justice to fail us and incredibly, Hillary Clinton will probably be the next president, unless Donald Trump becomes 'more presidential' as he promised he would.
