The same is true about Russian military jets flying in a provocative manner to our military ships at sea and in the air.
In the latest, but certainly not the last, incident, a Russian fighter jet flew dangerously close ot one of our reconnaissance aircraft over the Baltic Sea in international waters, the European Command reported on Saturday.
Our bird is a converted Boeing 707 designated as a U.S. Air Force RC-135, and at no time did it cross into Russian territory, the Navy said. It was flying a routing operation when a Russian Su-27 fighter jet intercepted in an "unprofessional manner," Capt. Danny Hernandez told Fox News.
Our response to the incident was swift and dramatic: we complained.
Just last Tuesday, another incident occurred whereby Russian jets flew extremely close to the USS Donald Cook, a destroyer, in the Baltic Sea. Again this occurred in international waters and exemplifies the utter lack of respect Putin has for Obama.
Putin knows that there will be no response, no consequences for these brazen displays of testicular fortitude and he's showing the world "who's the man."
Meanwhile back at the ranch, Obama, as commander in chief, is keeping America and the world safe by aggressively attacking climate change. And if Hillary or Bernie fill his socialist shoes, they will do the same.
Rest easy, America, and recycle.
