It used to be "if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, yadda yadda." Now it's everyone getting covered under this law, including the law-breakers. Yes, Obamacare is now being extended to cover prison inmates by the states. They will cover prisoner's costs by using a provision allowing states to shift the cost to the federal government. Neat trick--robbing us to pay them.

Of course, this includes mental health programs--and that's a good thing for prisoners because there is an inordinately high incidence of mental illness among this population like there is with the Democratic party. 
The states enroll them when they get sick in prison, using the Medicaid program when they get sick. Now they're trying to enroll them before they're released so the Obama administration can increase their numbers and provide health care to those individuals who they typically provide protection to at polling places in Philadelphia, for example.

At present, there are 26 states and DC who are going forward with this Medicaid expansion and coverage will extend to single people and adults with no children.

So, if you've been having difficulty getting through on the website, fear not. Simply commit a small crime and Bingo! you're an Obamacare enrollee. Obama supporters will refer to you as "the deserving poor," or someone just down on their luck.

It's a win-win situation.
