Schumer, Senate Democrats introduce resolution condemning Fuentes, Carlson--as if they needed to

The perpetually offended Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer and his traveling clown show of Senate Democrats just rolled out another one of their patented "We're So Much Holier Than Thou" resolutions. This time they're clutching their pearls over Nick Fuentes (the neo-Nazi gremlin everyone with a pulse already knows is a radioactive scumwafer) and, naturally, they've decided to drag Tucker Carlson, Kevin Roberts, and poor Paul Ingrassia into the bonfire because… reasons.

Of course, in Ingrassia's case, like a broken clock that's correct twice a day, Chuck is actually hitting the Nazi on the head, so to speak. For instance, in October, screenshots was published by Politico from a private group chat among Republican operatives (verified by multiple participants) where Ingrassia admitted to having "a Nazi streak in me from time to time."

This came during a discussion mocking a Trump campaign staffer working on minority outreach; Ingrassia suggested she lacked deference to the white Founding Fathers, prompting one participant to call him a "white nationalist." Another joked about him starring in a show with Fuentes, to which Ingrassia replied "Lmao."

The same texts included Ingrassia calling for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday to be "tossed into the seventh circle of hell" and using racial slurs against Black, Asian, and Indian Americans. While these are clearly racist, the Nazi reference directly evokes anti-Semitic Holocaust imagery. Of course, he denies being anti-Semitic and claims to be pro-Israel.

However, these revelations led to Ingrassia's nomination withdrawal on October 21, 2025, with Republican senators like John Thune and Tim Scott stating he "never should've gotten this far" and that "I can't imagine how anybody can be anti-Semitic in this country."

Schumer's resolution is basically a 2,000-word temper tantrum that boils down to: "How dare Carlson talk to that little goblin, how dare Kevin Roberts not immediately self-flagellate on command, and how DARE Trump hire some guy who once texted that he has a 'Nazi streak in me from time to time' in a private group chat!" Not bad points, but coming from Chuck, it has as much impact as a baby peeing in the Atlantic Ocean.

Schumer went full hall-monitor, begging Republicans to co-sponsor this thing so he could have his precious bipartisan photo-op. Crickets. Zero Republicans. It turns out the GOP isn't in the mood to sign onto a document that basically reads like a J Street press release written by a hysterical intern.

Yes, Tucker Carlson has sold out to Qatar and is likely profiting dearly from it, much like Candace Owens has made an about-face and became a full-blown anti-Semite, but please spare us the hearts and flowers, Democrats.

And of course the usual parade of left-leaning Jewish groups lined up to cheer: Democratic Majority for Israel, Jewish Democratic Council of America, Hadassah, the whole gang.

Meredith Jacobs from Jewish Women International wailed that "the platforming of individuals who promote hateful, anti-Semitic, and white supremacist rhetoric is dangerous and entirely at odds with American values." Translation: anyone who doesn’t immediately memory-hole a two-hour podcast with a troll is basically Heinrich Himmler.

Then JDCA's Halie Soifer dropped the money quote: "This issue should not be partisan, yet not one Republican has joined this resolution, and the President of the United States has refused to condemn Fuentes, Tucker Carlson’s platforming of Fuentes, and the hate they’ve espoused."

This is her cute way of accusing every MAGA person of being a Nazi.

Lady, when your opening move is to demand everyone ritually denounce a guy whose follower count is roughly the size of a mid-tier college football stadium, maybe the problem is that you've turned "condemnation" into the Boy-Who-Cried-Wolf of political theater.

Meanwhile, the same Democrats who spent years telling us "punch a Nazi" is basically community service are now in full moral-panic mode because someone on the right had the audacity to… talk to one on camera instead of just sucker-punching him in a Portland alley.

Consistency, thy name is definitely not Chuck Schumer.

Bottom line: this resolution is going exactly nowhere, because the only thing it actually accomplishes is giving Democrats another excuse to scream "ANTISEMITISM!!!" at anyone who doesn't recite their script on command. Yawn. Wake me when they introduce one condemning the pro-Hamas campus brigades that their own voters keep funding.

Maybe it'll be Tucker.
