The walls are closing in on the new Hamas leader, Yahya Sinwar, as the IDF and Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) are on the hunt for him after having already eliminated a large number of other Hamas leaders. One security source believes that Sinwar is running out of hiding places.
In fact, he is practically the last scum standing for Hamas as his buddies in senior military ranks and other senior officials, have been killed or somehow disappeared: Ayman Nofal, Raad Saad, Mohammad Deif, Rafa'a Salama, and Ahmed Ghandour have gotten their 72 goats and will no longer be in the business of trying to kill Jewish people.
Sinwar's bestie and right-hand man [you know what the left hand is for] Rawhi Mushtaha was killed as was Sameh al-Siraj and three other military commanders from the al-Qassam Brigades who were with him: Abdul Hadi Siam, Sami Odeh, and Muhammad Hadid.
The killing of Rafa'a Salama is also significant for Sinwar's survival. He is from one of the wealthiest and most powerful families in Khan Yunis. He owns many properties where Sinwar could hide, and was the guy who helped enable the survival of other Hamasshole leaders.
The fact that Sinwar's entire operational hub has disappeared makes it difficult for him, according to the IDF's estimates, to move to hiding places, especially above ground, so he is likely hiding in a tunnel like a rodent.
"Every day, he has trouble finding places where he can hide. The list of associates and confidants is being reduced," said a security source.
According to the source, Sinwar's movement area, like that of other senior officials in the organization, is getting smaller and smaller.
Recently, the IDF even detected ten attempts by Hamassholes to move through the Rafah beaches to the Egyptian side of the border.
First, in small rowing boats and even swimming with fins, binoculars, and a life belt when the route was meters away from the shore. Navy ships managed to thwart all attempts, and all terrorists were killed.
