"Go ahead, pull my fingers" |
He's an unwitting racist and President of the United States of America--or at least co-President.
Biden was criticized on Tuesday after speaking in Tulsa, Oklahoma after mentioning race-relations saying that black entrepreneurs are "just as capable" as white entrepreneurs, but they don’t have lawyers or accountants.
“The data shows young black entrepreneurs are just as capable of succeeding given the chance as white entrepreneurs are,” Biden mush-mouthed. “But they don’t have lawyers. They don’t have, they don’t have accountants, but they have great ideas.
“Does anyone doubt this whole nation be better off from the investments those people make?” he continued. “And I promise you that’s why I set up this National Small Business Administration that’s much broader because they’re going to get those loans.”
If this was the only racist thing Biden ever said publicly he might simply be considered an idiot, but not necessarily a racist.
But it wasn't the only racist thing he said.
Biden told a Latina reporter:
“Unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly different attitudes about different things.”
And in an interview with Charlamagne tha God last May, Biden told him:
"Well, I'll tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't Black."And there's the clip of Biden talking about the pandemic situation being overheard mumbling:
"They're saying, 'Jeez, the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some Black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf.'"As if the only thing a Black woman is capable of is stacking shelves or doing some mundane job.
At a campaign event in Iowa, Biden told his supporters:
“Poor kids are just as bright and talented as white kids.”He quickly tried to cover it up by adding, “Wealthy kids, black kids, Asian kids.”
But even before that, while he was running for the 2008 presidency, he made a statement he probably believed was praise being bestowed upon then-Senator Barack Hussein Obama, describing his as "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.""He said in the first 100 days, he's going to let the big banks once again write their own rules. Unchain Wall Street! They're gonna put y'all back in chains."
It makes you wonder what Biden thinks of most African-Americans and their ability to intelligently communicate and bathe. This was an unconscious moment of Biden showing his true self.
My personal favorite, perhaps because I'm married to an Indian woman [the kind from India], is when the idiot said in a video:
In 1975, [before receiving his hair plugs] according to Fox News' Mark Levin, then-Sen. Biden told The Philadelphia Inquirer that the Democratic Party could “stand a liberal George Wallace. Someone who’s not afraid to stand up and offend people.” Maybe break a few heads of those uppity folks, if they have to make the proverbial omelet.
That same year, Biden called the concept of desegregation busing a “rejection of the whole movement of Black pride.” Then in 1977 the not so bright Biden said that “non-orderly” racial integration would cause his kids to grow up in a “racial jungle,” Levin said.
Levin also discussed Biden's relationships with “racist” politicians such as Sens. James Eastland (D-MS), and John Stennis (D-MS). According to Levin, Biden went so far as to praise Stennis -- who signed the Southern Manifesto of 1956 opposing racial integration of public spaces -- on the Senate floor in 1988.
So while Biden pretends to respect Black people overtly, his covert thinking isn't exactly in line with that and it shows its ugly head in his words.
His sainted mother must have told him time and again when he was a boy, "Joey, don't use your words; use your fists."
He never listened.

“In Delaware the largest growth in population is Indian Americans. You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”
He wasn't joking and his racist thinking made its appearance.
