UPDATE: Explosion in Nashville, likely intentional

Nashville, TN -- An explosion occurred about 6:30 am local time in Nashville that authorities believe was intentional.

UPDATE: Police dogs are now on the scene, according to Don Aaron. No officers were injured save one with temporary hearing loss. We don't know if anyone was inside the vehicle that exploded. There are CCTV cameras throughout the downtown area which will be examined.

There was an unconfirmed "Shots Fired" call and a suspicious RV, which got the Bomb Squad to be called. There are people who are being questioned.

Police say there are no reported deaths but there have been injuries and they have been sent to the hospital.

Police and firefighters along with the FBI and the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are investigating the scene which was connected to a vehicle that prior to the explosion, was reported to the police as suspicious. They are on route as of this writing.

Thus far, nobody has claimed responsibility for the blast that has caused significant damage.

This is a developing story and a Christmas miracle that nobody was killed.
