Porn star's lawyer isn't so clean

Michael Avenatti is the lawyer for porn star Stormy Daniels (whose real name is Stephanie Clifford) and since she is trying to make trouble for President Trump, Avenatti has become a regular guest dork on the Comedy News Network (CNN).

But while Avenatti pretends to be defending America's freedom by going after Trump, he is merely doing all he can for fame and eventual fortune. Most of the time he hardly mentions Stormy Daniels but has become a voice for the "truth, justice and the American way."

However, Avenatti has his own sordid and questionable past that he doesn't talk about as the Daily Caller discovered. A past cluttered with lawsuits, jilted business partners, bankruptcy filings and money he owes to people who put their trust in him.

People who have worked with Avenatti described him to TheDCNF as greedy, ruthless and not bothered by ethical questions.

The Dillanos Coffee CEO David Morris said last week that Avenatti never paid him over $160,000 worth of coffee that his company supplied to Avenatti's company. "So @StormyDaniels hot shot lawyer Michael owes my small company @Dillanos $160,179 for coffee," Morris tweeted. "He talks a big talk about integrity. We trusted him."

"Michael Avenatti owned Tully's coffee. They were a large chain of coffee shops. We are a wholesale roaster. We supplied his coffee. The $160,000 represented only a few weeks worth of beans. We cut him off when he wouldn't pay, he had to close," Morris added in another tweet.

Avenatti denied owing Dillanos coffee any money, "I personally don't owe them anything," he said, sounding like a lawyer covering up with specific wording. "So that's nonsense," he added.

Three short hours later, Morris announced that he deleted his original tweet because he and Avenatti are working out "an arrangement".

CNN has not covered this story and Avenatti doesn't want to discuss it.

Another attorney David Nold, of Seattle, representing several Tully's vendors, filed a complaint against Avenatti with the California State Bar on March 26th, accusing him of fraud.

Nold said, "In essence, he brought a company out of bankruptcy and then used it for a 'pump and dump' scheme to deprive federal and state taxing authorities of millions of dollars."

Others who've worked with the CNN rising star scumwafer describe him as a person obsessed with fame and willing to use unethical methods to win a case.

"He honestly believes he can get up and say or do anything he wants and there's no repercussions--largely there's no," on guy who worked with the weasel in the past said.

"I know this guy; he doesn't care about anybody but himself. He loves the attention. It's his whole lifestyle."

Avenatti has worked in some high profile cases such as going up against Jim Carrey and Paris Hilton as a way of gaining attention and fame.

In Carrey's case, Avenatti represented a family claiming the actor was responsible for his girlfriend's drug overdose [the last word eluding David Hogg in a recent tweet who broke it up into two words] but the suit was dropped and Avenatti's client collected zilch point crap in damages.

In 2012 he won a $41 million verdict against KPMG, an accounting firm. But the decision was reversed and the losses he received became his standard outcome.

So it took a porn actress making claims against POTUS to make him known. CNN jumped at the chance to nail Trump and forward their anti-American agenda through Avenatti.

Based on Avenatti's history and losses in court as well as business, Trump would classify him as a "loser."
