The teen, whose name can't be released due to his age, wrote a letter detailing his plans to ram a car through crowds and then attack emergency services attending to the victims on the same day as the Justin Bieber concert, the Independent reported.
Fortunately, the idiot put it all in writing:
"I am a soldier of the Islamic State and I have attacked Cardiff today because your government keep on bombing targets in Syria and Iraq," the handwritten letter said. "There will be more attacks in the future."Not by him.
He was arrested with a concealed gutting knife and claw hammer. His letter contained bullet points lest he forget what he was going to do, reading "run down the non-believers with a car" and "strike the infidels, who oppose Allah, in the neck."
The letter blathered on:
"In the name of Allah, may terrorism greet your country. May there be more bomb and vehicle attacks with Allah's permission."Can I get a big 'Inshallah'?
The kid is nuts, but he is no different than other Islamic extremists.
Authorities said possible targets included the Bieber concert, a shopping district (Castle Quarter), New Theatre, which is a prime venue for children's shows, and the Capitol Shopping Centre at the Central Library.
In May 2017, a suicide bombing in Manchester at an Ariana Grande concert (she's the woman who licked the donut and put it back in the rack in a coffee shop) by Salman Abedi, a 22-year-old Muslim. The attack killed 23 and wounded 512. Abedi's bomb was packed with shrapnel for maximum casualties.
