Attention Walgreen Shoplifters

Houston, Texas -- A woman was arrested after she spit in the face of Houston's police chief when he attempted to arrest her for allegedly stealing items from a Walgreen's store, officials say.

Houston Police Chief Arthur Acevedo was off-duty and shopping in the Walgreens when he spotted Danielle Paris, 40, taking items from the drugstore and busting chops of employees outside the store.

The beautiful Paris resisted arrest, and when Acevedo tried to detain her, she spat on him several times and another officer at the scene.

Paris was charged with a felony: harassment of a public servant, and remains in jail Monday, according to KPRC-TV.

Court records show that this lovely young woman was arrested last month for the same offense--spitting at a police officer. That charge was later reduced to a misdemeanor.

Reportedly, Paris is spitting mad.
