WaPo reporter bagged in liberal plotting with George Soros

"Democracy dies in darkness" -- New York Post
"A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on" -- Sir Winston Churchill
In the old days, a newspaper could be counted on for being somewhat honest, somewhat unbiased. Now, not so much.

The Washington Post, an allegedly unbiased newspaper, is just such parakeet cage liner. Their unbiased reporter Janell Ross spoke at a meeting of liberal (aka socialist) influencers last week.

The Democratic donors included socialist billionaire George Soros, a man who has given enormous donations to such groups as ACORN, Apollo Alliance, La Raza, Planned Parenthood, People for the American Way, Southern Poverty Law Center and Huffington Post, just to name a few.

The Post told the Washington Free Beacon that Ross attended the California event "without notifying her superiors that she would be attending."

Does anyone who believes that here want to buy a beautiful bridge in Brooklyn?

The host, Democracy Alliance, touts itself on its website as "the largest network of donors dedicated to building the progressive movement in the United States." The claim to "play a leading role in fostering the infrastructure necessary to advance a progressive agenda" in the United States.

And because they are so noble in their progressive/socialist/communist agenda, the group intended to keep "the identities of its members and guests confidential," according to the Beacon. However, the paper was able to obtain a "detailed conference agenda that lists both events and featured guests."

When the Beacon revealed the identities of the attendees, the group scrambled to beef up security and asked the participants to keep details off social media.

Which makes it sound a bit like an evil plot to destroy truth, justice and the American way.

Ross, who was once upon a time a slightly impartial reporter for the Post, was one of the guests, and didn't let on to the paper that she was attending the uber liberal planning session and hanging out with leftists such as Soros.

Ross' panel aimed at helping socialist attendees get "the economic narrative right." In other words, she and her panel discussed talking points for the American public to swallow hook, line and sinker. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) also spoke about Russian interference in the 2016 election.

According to Media Research Center Vice President Dan Gainor, this was a "classic example" of journalism "openly coordinating with the alt-left" to take down Conservatives.

Gainor spoke to Fox News and told them that "Someone should introduce reporter Janell Ross and her boss Marty Baron to the Society of Professional Journalists Code of Ethics. It appears they haven't read it , or any other text on journalistic ethics. Funny, the movie 'Spotlight' portrays Baron as a big advocate of legitimate journalism. Can't wait for the sequel that shows the Post for what it really is, the research and reporting arm of the left."

Ross has been known to be anti-Trump and even put him in the same category as O.J. Simpson.

Attendees of the secret meeting each pledged to donate a minimum of $20,000 to advance its evil agenda. Yes, it's evil--when someone wants to take the money you've earned and hand it over to others who haven't worked for it, that's evil.

The secret meeting lasted three days at the La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California. They were there to plot their 2018 'resistance' and game plan, according to the Beacon

Soros (whose name is a palindrome) was introduced by video message from future president wannabe Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) and the mentally challenged Democratic Minority Leader Nancy "Sign-it-First" Pelosi.

It was like a "behind the curtain, Wizard of Oz moment" as Soros' face made human-like sounds.

"We've only now learned about her participation in this event," a Washington Post representative told the Beacon, when asked about Eoss' involvement. The spokesperson added that Ross has been "reminded" that the Post "discourages" participation in events that may be "perceived as partisan."

But they are and they have lots of company.
