Stallone joins the Hollywood accused

Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexual assault by a then 16-year-old girl according to an exclusive report by Mail Online. According to the girl, Stallone made her give him and his bodyguard, Michael De Luca, oral sex. Stallone also threatened her that they would "beat her head in" if she ever told anyone.

At the time, Stallone was filming a movie in Las Vegas in 1986, as described in a police report obtained by DailyMail.com. At that time, Stallone was 40-years-old and De Luca 27.

According to the report, the alleged incident occurred at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel in July 1986 when Stallone forced the girl to perform oral sex on him before penetrating her. She said she was "very uncomfortable," and believed she had "no choice."

Retired Las Vegas metro police department Detective Sergeant John Samolovitch, head of the sexual assault unit at the time, confirmed to DailyMail.com that "the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report."

Of course, Stallone denied the allegation and Stallones 'spokes chick' said, "This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter."

After the incident, the girl claimed Stallone threatened her, saying they would "beat her head in" if she told anyone. She ultimately decided not to press charges against either man because she was "humiliated and ashamed," and was also "scared."

Police were told of the incident by a hotel employee who said that a friend of the victim said she needed advice on the matter.

When the teen was found, she provided details of the alleged assault. They noted that "during the interview [the teen] became emotionally upset numerous times, crying and sobbing."

In another matter, Stallone's half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti, threatened him with a lawsuit in 1987. She alleged that Stallone raped her and sexually assaulted her for years. And while he "vigorously denied and continues to deny and dispute all claims of wrongdoing," he paid Filiti off with $2 million and $16,666 a month for the rest of her life.

Filiti, according to her own mother, was a drug addict and died in 2012 from lung cancer.
