ISIS-inspired parricide

Muslims who take the Koran and the teachings of Islam literally see nothing wrong with committing horrible acts of violence if it advances the religion. You can turn to almost any page within the Koran and find a passage about Allah's anger over something.

ISIS, or ISIL takes the Koran literally.

About 61% of the Koran is political while only 39% really speaks about religious ideology. It was the 61% that got the Syrian, Ali Saqr, 21, to kill his mother in front of several hundred people for what ISIS calls apostasy, or abandoning a political belief.

Ali Saqr's 47-year-old mother, Lena al-Qasem, a post office worker, cared so much about her son that she tried to convince him to leave ISIS and flee Raqqa.

Saqr went to the ISIS leaders and told them what she tried to do and they declared her to be guilty of apostasy and ordered her killed.

They immediately arrested Lena and Saqr had the "honor" to perform the execution near the post office building where she worked.

ISIS executions are usually videotaped as recruitment tools for the sociopathic scumbags who like that sort of stuff, but this one may not have made it to the cutting room floor.

ISIS has executed over 2,000 Syrians since last June and this wasn't the first time they ordered one of their fighters to kill their own parent. Last year a Lebanese fighter killed his father after he had gone to Raqqa to bring his son home.

This is a vivid illustration of the religiously warped mindset of those who fight for ISIS. What these young fighters perceive as "religious" is nothing more than barbarism in the name of a world cult populated by human fertilizer.

A group called Raqqua is Being Slaughtered Silently tweeted photos of Saqr.
