They must have thought he was going to open a falafel stand like he said he would, but it turned out his claim was an incorrect promise, as the New York Times would describe it, with all the PC bull crap sugar coating they spread when defending liberals, communists and Muslim extremists.
Ibrahim al-Qosi, a native of Sudan, used to work for Osama bin Laden (not to be confused with Osama bin Obama) as his cook, driver, bookkeeper and sandal-shine boy.
Ibrahim (his friends call him "Taqiyya Abe") is a hard boiled Al Qaeda jihadist who finally ended up at Guantanamo Bay, spending ten years in custody.
The military had the scumcrumpet pegged, stating in a leaked 2007 Joint Task Force Guantanamo threat assessment that the "Detainee is an admitted veteran jihadist with combat experience beginning in 1990 and it is assessed he would engage in hostilities against U.S. forces, if released."
So knowing that, what did the Obama administration then do?
They released him.
Now with about three years since his release, Abe, 55, appeared in the latest video released by Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) and is one of the top dogs in the fight for the terrorist group, according to the Foundation for Defense of Democracies' Long War Journal blog.
This was his first guest appearance on camera since his release, and he still has that "Let's kill the infidel" smile and stink-finger.
Unfortunately, the U.S. naively thought Taqiyya Abe's lawyer, Paul Reichler, was correct when in July, 2012, he said that "U.S. confidence in the government of Sudan's program and its confidence that Mr. Al-Qosi would not represent any kind of threat to the United States." He added: "If they had considered him a threat, they would not have released him."
To Barack Hussein Obama, no Muslim, radical or moderate, is a threat.
Only climate change can harm Obama because his Secret Service body guards (for life) cannot shoot climate change with their legal weapons.
Taqiyya Abe was likely with bin Laden at Tora Bora right after 9/11, 2001. We nearly got bin Laden back then but he got away. Al-Qosi was on of the "Dirty 30" the U.S. went after the attack on our soil.
In 2002, Taqiyya Abe was captured in Pakistan (pronounced "Pahhkeestahn" by Barack Hussein Obama).
In the recently released video from Yemen entitled "Guardians of Sharia," Taqiyya Abe and his scumcrumpet cockroaches are seen talking about the terror group's policy of calling for attacks on the West by individuals and small cells.
Al Qosi is a frightening example of the incompetence of this administration. Allowing al-Qosi's release will result in death of innocent people.
But to radical Islamists, the only "innocent" people are fellow Muslims of the same sect and beliefs in Sharia.
In other words, killing infidels for them, is not killing innocent people and all the rest is just a boatload of Taqiyya.
