Obama: "Big deal, it's just a little chlorine gas"

President Obama is clearly not a native American, but if he was, his native American name might be "Runs Like Deer From Mice."

Let's be clear, Obama is not going to be drawing any red lines with Syria and Bashar Assad anytime soon, even in spite of the recent claims that his regime is once again using chemical weapons. (By the way, Assad's native American name would be "Chin Searcher.")

Obama said on Thursday that it has been verified that Assad had already given up its chemical weapons but, chlorine gas, which Assad is using, was not part of the agreement. This basically says that Obama feels that chlorine gas is not a chemical weapon.

Right--it's used for swimming pools.

Obama's response was that chlorine is not a banned chemical weapon, but added that "when it's used in this fashion, [it] can be considered a prohibited use of that particular chemical. And so we're working with the international community to investigate that."

So instead of having the testicular fortitude to say that chlorine gas has serious bodily effects, such as causing profuse exudation of a thin, light yellow, albuminous fluid by the bronchial membrane and very active secretion of salivary glands and tear ducts as a protective body reflex to dilute it, he said it wasn't a banned substance.

How gutsy of our so-called 'commander in chief.'

Chlorine gas causes spasms of bronchial muscles which are attempting to obstruct the passage of the gas in the alveoli. But bronchial secretions and spasms will fail this task if there's enough chlorine (which Assad ensures that there is) and the person becomes asphyxiated and usually dies before the spasms relax and fluids are expectorated.

Assad is a very bad man, but Obama hasn't the courage or the wisdom to defeat him and save human life.

As President of the United States, Obama is in over his communist head.
