The Apologizer in Chief is disgusting. How much do we need to kiss the sandals of Afghanistan when they burn our churches and the people inside of them for our burning some Korans, the Muslim "holy book" which was being used to pass notes regarding jihad. The note writing is also disrespecting the "holy book" but nothing was said about that, and thus far, two young American soldiers died. Did the Afghans apologize for that? Hell no. But Obama had his general and spokesperson grovel.
When was the last time anyone apologized our own military burned Bibles? Never. Why can we dipict Jesus covered in urine or feces, but we never, never, never, dare do that to Mohammad? We apologize, not out of respect, but because we are scared of their violence and intolerance. As I write this, there is a man in Iran who became a Christian--his parents were Muslims, but he was not. However, he is considered to be Muslim by the Iranian theocracy and is scheduled to be put to death for leaving Islam, a religion he did not ever practice. You might think that this is due to the crazy barbaric Iranian government, but no, it's about the Islamic sharia which calls for death to those who leave Islam. (It also calls for death to a lot of other people for a large variety of reasons, but that would take too much ink to discuss in any detail.)
So we remain the weak, apologetic Americans, hated by the Islamic world, and apologizing for burning paper. I know, you might think I'm being insensitive to a religious belief, but when all is said and done, these Korans are merely paper. If a Muslim can use the paper in them for writing notes which plan on the killing of Americans, why are we apologizing?
If you are interested in terrorism and suspense, I have provided 2 links (below) for a hard copy (soft cover) edition and an eBook edition of my latest novel, Jihad Joe. It's a story about Zed Nill, a New York based reporter, taken hostage by Islamic terrorists. He must escape, or be beheaded the following day . . . the clock is ticking.Tweet
