While Biden blasts MAGA Republicans, US flies 2 B-52H Stratofortresses over Middle East

As tensions increase with Iran, the world's number one sponsor of terrorism, the US flew a pair of nuclear-capable B-52H Stratofortresses over the Middle East on Sunday. They were escorted by air forces from the UK, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, according to US Central Command (CENTCOM).

President Biden forgot to talk about Iran, China, Russia and other threats to the nation in his speech last week.

Anyway, this was the fourth Bomber Task Force (BTF) mission in 2022 and if things don't change with Iran, and they keep messing with us at sea as they did with taking our sea drones, this will not be the last mission to be flown there.

During Sunday's mission, the B-52 long-distance bombers left from England and flew over the Eastern Mediterranean, Arabian Peninsula, and Red Sea.

"This Bomber Task Force is a strong, clear representation of enduring US commitment to the region," Lt. Gen. Alexus Grynkewich, 9th Air Force commander, said in a statement.

"Threats to the US and our partners will not go unanswered. Missions like this BTF showcase our ability to combine forces to deter and, if necessary, defeat our adversaries," as in blow them to smithereens.

Dear Ayatollah: Coming to a neighborhood near you

As fighter jets from the United Kingdom, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia escorted the B-52 bombers overhead, Army Central forces simulated firepower on the ground.  This is kind of equivalent to a schoolyard tough guy grabbing his crotch just before he's ready to throw a punch.

The Biden administration has tried to negotiate with Iran for 16 months in order to revive the useless and now defunct Iran Nuclear Deal. While Iran responded to the US proposal to reopen negotiations, the State Department said that it was "not constructive."

Iran may claim that it has no intentions of building a nuclear bomb, they're about as believable as a scorpion promising a frog that it won't sting it when crossing the pond. They have already enriched 3,800 kilograms of uranium up to 60% purity, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency. Under the previous terms of the nuclear deal, Iran could only have 300 kilograms of uranium enriched up to 3.67%.

Just last Monday, Iran seized an unarmed American sea drone in the Arabian Gulf and the USS Thunderbolt and MH-60S Sea Hawk chopper were dispatched to stop the seizure.

Then last Thursday, an Iranian warship seized and detained two US sea drones, but the U.S. 5th Fleet again dispatched two destroyers and a helicopter to deter them.

US okay with Israel attacking Iran military facilities as Biden continues to dither over nuke deal

According to reports, top U.S. officials did not object to a plan presented to them last week by the Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz to attack Iran. This comes as President Joe Biden and his handler continue to be impotent about bringing Iran back to the table for the nuclear deal.

The Jerusalem Post reported that Gantz told U.S. officials that he set a deadline for when the IDF will need to finish preparations for an attack against Iran, the world's largest funder of terrorism. The Americans did not go against Israel's preparations when Gantz gave us the date on Thursday, according to a senior diplomatic source. "There was no veto," the source said.

This all comes after recently warned that Iran was increasing its military buildup in the western part of the country “in order to attack countries and forces in the Middle East in general and Israel in particular.”

“We are preparing for any such attempt, and will do everything necessary to protect our citizens and our assets,” Gantz said. “In its aspirations to become a hegemon, Iran seeks to destroy all traces of freedom, human dignity and peace in the Middle East and beyond. The nuclear program is a means to its hegemonic goals.”

And the bonus is that while they destroy all traces of freedom, human dignity and peace in the Middle East, they get to kill the Jews, their plan all along as written in their scripture.

The former newspaper, New York Times noted that Biden reassured Israel that the U.S. is considering military options concurrent to the alleged president's ongoing failures in the Middle East after his clusterfrack in Afghanistan and his limp response to Palestinian terrorists attacking Israel earlier in the year.

The Times stated:
[Biden’s] focus on military options and sanctions was an effort to signal to Tehran that the United States was running out of patience with Iranian foot-dragging in the nuclear negotiations in Vienna, administration officials said. Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken said last week that the new Iranian government “does not seem to be serious about doing what’s necessary to return to compliance” with the 2015 nuclear deal.

But the tougher line was also aimed at calming increasingly frustrated Israeli officials. Though they will not criticize the American president in public the way former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did during the Obama administration, Israeli officials in private argue that the Iranians are advancing their nuclear program while betting that the United States, eager to diminish American commitments in the Middle East, will not abandon the Vienna talks for more forceful action.
Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett told the world in September that Israel was not going to allow the Iran regime to acquire nuclear weapons. It's an existential threat and the Jewish State was not going to sit back and wait to be attacked.

“Iran’s nuclear weapon program is at a critical point. All red lines have been crossed. Inspections — ignored. All wishful-thinking — proven false,” Bennett said. “Iran is currently violating the IAEAs safeguard agreements — and it’s getting away with it. They harass inspectors and sabotage their investigations — and they’re getting away with it. They enrich Uranium to the level of 60 percent, which is only one step short of weapons-grade material — and they’re getting away with it.”

“Evidence which clearly proves Iran’s intentions for nuclear weapons in secret sites in Turquzabad, Teheran & Marivan — is ignored,” he continued. “Iran’s nuclear program has hit a watershed moment. And so has our tolerance.”

“Words do not stop centrifuges from spinning," Bennett said, sounding a lot like his predecessor, Benjamin Netanyahu. "There are those in the world who seem to view Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons as an inevitable reality, as a done deal, or they’ve just become tired of hearing about it. Israel doesn’t have that privilege. We cannot tire. We will not tire. Israel will not allow Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon.”

Can you blame Israel? They know what's at stake and they're prepared to do what is necessary. The Holocaust is over and they are not going to take it anymore.

Iran and its allies tap US on the shoulder with rocket strikes

It may be that Iran is testing the Biden administration to see how it will react to a rocket strike on US targets by Iran factions are putting the pressure on the Iraqi government while Iran looks to obtain leverage over Biden and his people.

Analysts and Iraq officials say the resumption of attacks after four months of relative calm shows that Iran and its Iraqi allies are now abandoning de-escalation and seeking leverage over their rivals.

Will President Biden refrain from calling a lid and actually respond to the bellicosity of Khamenei, or will he just chalk it up to a difference in religious culture and look the other way?

On Monday, two rockets hit near the US embassy in Baghdad, days after a volley hit an airbase further north where a US military contractor is maintaining F-16 fighter-jets purchased from Washington.

Biden and Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhemi spoke Tuesday by phone about this week’s rocket strikes and agreed that those responsible “must be held fully to account,” the White House said. Just what the consequences Iran will face is anybody's guess, but it probably won't be too harsh.

Rockets also rained down on a military complex in the Kurdish region’s capital, Arbil, on February 15. One civilian and a foreign contractor working with US-led troops were killed.

The incidents were consistent with the dozens of attacks last year, which usually involved a score of 107mm rockets fired from a truck, security officials said. Security forces are scouring the region to locate that truck and destroy it.

This year, the pro-Iran groups typically responsible for these type of attacks – including Kataeb Hezbollah and Asaib Ahl al-Haq – have been quick to condemn the strikes, but few believe their balderdash.

“All indications are it’s the same style of attacks,” said the US military official, speaking on condition of anonymity to avoid being doxed by the left. “And intelligence shared with us says there are more to come.”

The rocket attacks might be sending a message from Tehran to Washington, and the Biden administration which is offering to revive the crappy Iranian nuclear deal which was finally ended by former President Trump in 2018.

Iran is demanding Washington lift sanctions immediately, while the US wants Iran to move first by returning to all its nuclear commitments, even if there is no real transparency to check on whether or not they're complying. After all, it's more important to get the optics right, than the compliance.

A prescient indicator of what Iran is thinking is the tough tone they struck this week by not allowing some of their nuclear sites to be inspected and warning that it could, if they wish, step up further uranium enrichment.

If that doesn't smell like a pair of Sandra Fluke's skivvies, then you need a new nose.

Khamenei: If we wanted nuclear weapons, nobody could stop us, including "Zionist clowns"

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali "The Meany" Khamenei lied Monday claiming that Iran has no interest in building a nuclear weapon, and if you believe that, you might also believe that Big Foot is a rabbi in his spare time.

Khamenei said, however, that if Iran really wanted a nuke, no country, including Israel, could stop them.

That might be true if Israel didn't know Iran was actually building a nuclear weapon, but if they did, my money is on the Jewish state stopping them by any means necessary.

Khamanei also said Iran could increase uranium enrichment to 60 percent, significantly higher than the 2015 Iranian deal specifications of 20 percent that the useless John Kerry accepted, as the impotent Biden administration seeks to revive the same garbage accord rejected by former president Trump. In fact, Trump called it the worst deal in the history of the United States.

“That international Zionist clown has said they won’t allow Iran to produce nuclear weapons. First of all, if we had any such intention, even those more powerful than him wouldn’t be able to stop us,” Khamenei posted on his Twitter account, in apparent reference to Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Two Zionist Clowns and a Zionist Woman

Netanyahu, a leading critic of the nuclear deal because he has a functional cerebrum, has repeatedly vowed Israel is prepared to act militarily to prevent Iran from obtaining an atomic weapon.

He really has no choice--Iran has constantly vowed to destroy Israel and that doesn't sit well with Zionists; especially the ones who actually live there.

While Khamenei claims Iran that has no interest in acquiring nuclear weapons, a position he said was “based on Islamic fundamentals and commands that prohibit weapons that are used for killing ordinary people,” the anti-Semitic tenets of Islam doesn't view Jews as "ordinary people."

But at the same time he vowed to “not back down on the nuclear issue” and indicated Iran would further ramp up uranium enrichment.

“Iran’s enrichment limit will not be 20%, and we will act to the point that is needed and the country requires,” he was quoted as saying on his official website, adding that “we may bring enrichment to 60%” for nuclear propellants and other purposes.

By "other purposes," Khamenei means nuclear weapons--that's Iran's goal.

Iran is currently enriching uranium to 20%, which is just a technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%. Under the accord limiting Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief, Tehran was limited to enriching uranium to 3.67%.

Khamenei’s remarks came as Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the United States was prepared to return to the nuclear deal if Tehran shows “strict compliance” with it, and the chances of that have been calculated to be about the same as getting struck five times by lightning on a Tuesday in January at noon in Times Square and live to talk about it.

Dan Crenshaw blasts Ben Rhodes over his doubts Iran blasted vessels in Gulf of Oman

Iran evidently blew up two oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman, and the predictable knee-jerk reaction from the left-stream media is to blame Trump, if Iran actually did the deed, idiots like Ben Rhodes say.

As seen in intelligence video and reported by U.S. officials, an Iranian vessel removed an unexploded mine that had been attached to a Japanese-owned oil tanker which suffered serious damage after an explosion in the Gulf of Oman early Thursday.

At least one other mine attached to the hull detonated, causing the blast which forced the crew of 21 to abandon ship. It happened near the strategic Strait of Hormuz, a key route for oil shipments in the region.

Ben Rhodes, the former failed novelist and aide to former failed President Barack Hussein Obama, said he questions U.S. claims that Iran attacked the oil tankers. ["After all," he might have said to himself, "why would they do such a mean thing after President Obama sent them $1.9 billion on wooden pallets and they cheerfully accepted it? It was Trump's fault that it happened anyway."]

Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw of Texas bashed Rhodes for questioning the United States' claim that Iran was responsible for the attack, in spite of visual confirmation of an Iranian-style military craft removing an unexploded mine on the damaged Japanese vessel, the Kokuka Courageous.

Rhodes, who usually fails at most things he tries, pushed for the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran and later admitted publicly that he lied about Iran's subsequent bellicose behavior after promising us that they would cease all nuclear ambitions.

Rhodes suggested that the U.S. official assessment of the tanker attacks shouldn’t be taken for granted, [i.e., believed] saying only an international investigation can get to the bottom of the incident and he would love to help with that undertaking.

“This definitely feels like the kind of incident where you'd want an international investigation to establish what happened. Huge risk of escalation,” the weasel said in a tweet.

If Iran sent an ICBM to Los Angeles, Rhodes would tell us to wait and see if it was loaded.

Rhodes' self-serving remark prompted a strong rebuttal from Crenshaw, the freshman congressman and former U.S. Navy SEAL officer. He blasted Rhodes for downplaying the danger posed by the Iranian regime and doubting the intelligence community with his own lack of intelligence.

Crenshaw tweeted:
“So, do or don’t believe the Intel community? And you’re not really a trusted source to weigh in on Iran. You sold the public the falsehood of a moderating Iranian regime - using your media ‘echo chamber’ (your words)- & ignoring the true danger Iran presents in the region."
He added:
“I’ve been watching for years as Iran moves weapons to proxies around the region, looking for opportunities to destabilize & wreak havoc, and then claim innocence. This is not new. And the Administration is right to strengthen our regional presence as a deterrence.”
Crenshaw refers to Rhodes’ now-infamous comments that the administration’s foreign policy team built an “echo chamber” of experts to help sell the horrible Iran nuclear deal.

“We created an echo chamber,” Rhodes told the New York Times Magazine in 2016 when asked about arms-control experts that appeared at think tanks and were then used as sources for hundreds of reporters – whom the article described as “clueless.”

Of those experts, Rhodes said: “They were saying things that validated what we had given them to say.”

If you take Ben Rhodes seriously and believe his bullcrap, you've got to be a liberal and get your news from MSNBC or CNN.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, a former military officer and who graduated first in his West Point class, blamed Iran for the "blatant assault" on oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman earlier Thursday.

Pompeo said at a news conference: “This assessment is based on intelligence, the weapons used, the level of expertise needed to execute the operation, recent similar Iranian attacks on shipping, and the fact that no proxy group operating in the area has the resources and proficiency to act with such a high degree of sophistication.”

He said that Iran was working to disrupt the flow of oil through the Strait of Hormuz and that it's a deliberate action to escalate tension. He also made it clear that the U.S. would defend its forces and interests in the region, but did not elaborate.

U.S. officials released a video Friday showing what clearly appears to be Iran’s Revolutionary Guard in a gunboat removing an unexploded limpet mine from one of the vessels. This was the same type of vessel used when our U.S. sailors were taken prisoner by Iran and Obama paid them off.

According to a U.S. official (who requested anonymity to discuss sensitive information) other Iranian small boats have remained near the stricken oil tanker since the attack early Thursday. The official explained that this type of limpet mine was the same type used to damage four other tankers in the Gulf of Oman last month. And the vessel carrying the Iranian military crew is a fast inshore attack craft (FIAC) and is the same type used by Iran in the past to harass American warships in the Persian Gulf.

Make no mistake, Ben Rhodes has his personal credibility riding on the notion that Iran is innocent of these crimes, but like his failed novela, he is full of empty words.

Trump says of Mattis: 'He's sort of a Democrat' and might leave administration

In a "60 Minutes" interview host Lesley Stahl asked President Trump whether Secretary of Defense James Mattis might leave his administration just a few weeks since journalist Bob Woodward wrote in his book "Fear" that Mattis compared the POTUS to a "fifth-or-sixth-grader."

Trump responded, "Well, I don't know. He hasn't told me that."

"I have a very good relationship with him," Trump continued. "I had lunch with him two days ago. ...It could be that he is. I think he's sort of a Democrat, if you want to know the truth. But General Mattis is a good guy. We get along very well. He may leave. I mean, at some point, everybody leaves. Everybody. People leave. That's Washington."

Leave, leave, leave--everybody. They leave.

Regarding reports that the White House is in chaos, Trump called the claim "so false" and "fake news," adding, "I have people now on standby that will be phenomenal. They'll come into the administration.

"Yeah, other people will go, sure. We have a great Cabinet. There are some people I'm not happy with. I have some people that I'm not thrilled with. And I have other people that I'm beyond thrilled with."

He has people he's not happy with, nor thrilled with, but he has others that he's beyond thrilled with, which brings to mind many questions.

President Trump's repetitive comments came soon after U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley abruptly announced her resignation, to take effect at year's end. The left-leaning media  claimed the departure indicated an extraordinarily high number of high-level departures from the Trump administration, but after looking at the numbers, the nonprofit Brookings Institution found that previous administrations lost a similar number of top officials.

After chinless Syrian dictator Bashar Assad launched a chemical attack on Syrians in April of last year, Woodward's book claimed that Trump demanded Mattis launch an assassination attempt.

"Let's f**king kill him! Let's go in. Let's kill the f**king lot of them," Trump allegedly said. According to Woodward, Mattis told an aide, "We're not going  to do any of that. We're going to be much more measured."

Mattis, according to the book, was also caught by surprise while on vacation when Trump proposed a ban on transgender troops. Mattis, who opposed the policy, has since unveiled a policy much more aligned with Trump's requests, but several lawsuits have temporarily put a hold on enforcing it.

Mattis said in a statement that "the contemptuous words about the president attributed to me in Woodward's book were never uttered by me or in my presence."

Woodward is known to document "facts" that are uncorroborated. Kind of sounds like the Kavanaugh debacle. Trump openly wondered if Woodward is a "Dem operative." He also posted on Twitter in September calling his book a "con on the public."

Mattis worked as head of the U.S. Central Command under former President Barack Hussein Obama, replacing David Petraeus. Mattis openly disagreed with Trump on several issues, favoring the preservation of certain aspects of the Obama Iran nuclear deal. Trump had called that deal a "horrible, one-sided" giveaway, basically the worst deal any human being has ever made in the history of the world, and maybe even the universe. Mattis believed the deal included "robust" measures and overall, it helped our interests [like not dying in a blinding nuclear blast].

Mattis views NATO as an alliance that's key to maintaining international order, while Trump criticized member nations for not paying their fair share of their GDP for national defense.

Secretary Mattis was able to change Trump's mind in certain areas. He convinced POTUS to abandon his stated desire to torture terror detainees and also got him to send more troops to Afghanistan.

There are no overt indications that Mattis has been withdrawing from his normal duties, and he will be heading to Vietnam on Tuesday, where he will visit Ho Chi Minh City [aka: Saigon] as the administration is attempting to counter China's military assertiveness.

Some see the arrival of Deputy National Security Adviser Mira Ricardel to the White House in May, as a sign Trump is planning to fire Mattis after the midterms next month. Ricardel and Mattis have often sparred in the past.

Also, Trump's hiring of U.N. ambassador John Bolton as national security adviser is a sign Trump's shift to a more hardline stance than Mattis supports, shows that the president is looking to change tactics and may want Mattis to go.

"I heard you're actually the Devil incarnate and I wanted to meet you," Mattis told Bolton in an open mic exchange when they met at the Pentagon earlier in the year.

In September, Mattis downplayed reports that he'd be leaving the Defense Department.

But we shall see.

Obama minions desperate to discredit Israel's intel on Iran deal

Former President Barack Obama's national-security team of minions are throwing everything they can against the recent Israeli intelligence presentation to see what folks believe regarding the Iran nuclear deal.

His former national-security spokes-dude Tommy Vietor said, "After years of bashing U.S. intelligence agencies for getting Iraq WMD wrong, Trump is now cooking up intel with the Israelis to pus us closer to a conflict with Iran. A scandal hiding in plain sight."

Dude, get over yourself.

Another Obama administration deputy national-security adviser and failed novelist and short story writer Ben Rhodes said, "By reminding everyone of the well-known pre-Iran Deal history, Netanyahu inadvertently made the case for why the Iran Deal needs to stay in place. Without it, all the restrictions on Iran's program and the inspections regime that verify compliance go away."

Clever use of bad logic.

If inspections were to be announced a month in advance to Iran, and our not being allowed to inspect military facilities for nuclear proliferation, how can the deal be any good?

The idea the Iran said if we pull the deal, they'll go back to enriching their uranium and develop nukes, proving they lied about using the uranium for energy generation rather than weapon production.

Ironically, both Vietor and Rhodes contradict each other in their arguments for keeping the deal. Vietor says that Netanyahu can't be making stuff up with Trump to get us into a war with Iran,. While Rhodes reminds us of the undisputed facts known to all of us about "the pre-Iran Deal history."

You can't have it both ways.

Trump is absolutely right saying the Iran deal is the worst deal he ever saw. Perhaps it's the worst deal in the entire history of the world and even the galaxy.

Iran threatens U.S. with 'this and that' if we exit nuclear deal

Dubai -- Iran's figurehead president Hassan Rouhani said on Saturday that their atomic agency was prepared to rain down "expected and unexpected" reactions if the United States pulls out of the nuclear deal as President Trump has threatened to do.

"Our atomic energy organization is fully prepared . . . for actions that they expect and actions they do not expect," Rouhani threatened. He did not go into detail, because the Ayatollah probably didn't tell him the details, but his speech was carried out on Islamic state television, referring to Trump's possible decision to leave the accord next month.

The nuclear deal between the USA and the jihad state of Iran, as well as five other world powers, curbs Iran's nuclear ambitions in exchange for sanction relief.

Trump said the agreement was one of the worst deals ever negotiated in the history of the universe, or something to that effect. In January, he sent an ultimatum to France, Germany and Britain telling them they must agree to fix what he sees as the deal's flaws or he would refuse to extend the critical U.S. sanctions relief that are currently in place.

The deadline is May 12th.

Robert Wood, U.S. disarmament ambassador said on Thursday that Washington was involved in "intense" talks with our European allies over the deal, and said the sanctions will be resumed unless Trump decides to issue new waivers to suspend them.

Sneaky Iran claimed it will stick to the deal as long as other countries respect it, but will "shred" the deal if the U.S. pulls out.

"Iran has several options if the United States leaves the nuclear deal. Tehran's reaction to America's withdrawal of the deal will be unpleasant," Iranian state TV said, quoting Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in New York.

Rouhani said Iran intends to prevent instability in the foreign exchange market if the U.S. leaves the deal and the central bank slapped controls on markets.

"This was a preventable blow against any American decision on May 12. They fully hoped to . . . cause chaos in the (foreign exchange) market. I promise to the people that the plot of the enemy has been thwarted, and whether or not the nuclear deal remains in effect, we will have no problem," Rouhani lied.

Iran's currency, the rial, fell to an all-time low over concerns of a return of crippling sanctions and the country formally banned money changing outside of banks.

I don't believe that President Trump is shaking in his Ferragamos.

The real reason why Tillerson was toast

In a blistering article in The Washington Free Beacon, information has come to light suggesting Rex Tillerson was fired over a unilateral (aka rogue) bid to save the Iran Nuclear deal.

The abrupt firing Tuesday (carried out first on Twitter) comes after months of infighting between the State Department and Trump over efforts by Tillerson to save the Iran nuclear deal and ignore President Trump's demands the deal be fixed or totally scrapped if that cannot be done, according to multiple sources who spoke to the WFB.

Prior to Tillerson's "Twittercide" by Trump, he was leading efforts to convince European allies to work on fixes to the nuclear deal that would address Iran's ongoing ballistic missile program and continued nuclear research.

That sure isn't in his job description.

President Trump came up with a range of fixes that he believes tightened the deal's flaws, but Tillerson caved to European pressure to walk back those demands and appease Tehran while preserving the deal, say the sources.

How can you not fire someone who goes against the boss?

Tillerson's senior staff was warned by White House allies that if he continued going rogue, he might be out of a job, and that warning became reality when Trump fired him by a tweet--which isn't very great management strategy or very brave, and it makes me wonder if he really would have run into a school shooting as he claimed.

I don't think we can ever know until it happens . . . unless you're a first responder and are braver than the average civilian.

Tillerson will be replaced by current CIA Director Mike Pompeo, a former member of Congress and number one in his West Point graduation. [Unlike Maxine Waters, Mike is no dummy.]

Pompeo will most probably take a much harder line on the nuclear deal and advocate the Trump fixes.

For all of his management history, Tillerson is very arrogant and/or stupid to go against the president.

Russia warns US, Iran threatens US

Moscow (AFP) -- Moscow is warning the U.S. Monday that there would be "negative consequences" if President Trump fails to uphold the suicidal Iran nuclear deal put crafted by our former community organizer cum president, Barack Hussein Obama.

Mr. Trump, who sees the 2015 accord as "the worst deal ever" intends to tell Congress next week that Tehran isn't honoring the deal and thus, it needs to go.

Russia isn't happy about that prospect. "Obviously, if one country leaves the deal, especially such a key country as the U.S., then that will have negative consequences," Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman said.

"We can only try to predict the nature of these consequences, which we are now doing," said Dmitry Peskov, who added that his boss, Putin, hailed the importance of the existing deal.

President Trump is expected to announce that he's "decertifying" Iran's compliance with the agreement it signed to limit its nuclear program in exchange for the relief of sanctions.

Congress requires the president to certify Iran's compliance with the deal every 90 days, the next being the "ides" of October. Then Congress would have 60 days to decide whether to reimpose sanctions lifted by the deal.

Meanwhile, the lovely Islamic nation of Iran promised Monday to give a "crushing" response if the United States designated its elite Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist group.

The promise came a week before President Trump said a final decision on how he plans to contain the Islamic Republic [which is not a 'republic' but a theocracy].

Of course, this threat comes at a time when Trump will apparently "decertify" the Iran nuclear deal and define the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) by their mission: a terrorist organization.

"We are hopeful that the United States does not make this strategic mistake," Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said, according to their state news agency IRNA.

"If they do, Iran's reaction would be firm, decisive and crushing and the United States should bear all consequences."

Members of the IRGC and their entities associated with them are already on the U.S. list of foreign terrorist organizations, but the IRGC as a whole [and a 'hole'] is not.

IRGC commander and head scum crumpet Mohammad Ali Jafari said Sunday "If the news is correct about the stupidity of the American government in considering the Revolutionary Guards a terrorist group, then the Revolutionary Guards will consider the American army to be like Islamic State all around the world."

Nyah nyah, so there.

Jafari warned that additional sanctions would end future dialogue with the US and that the Americans would have to move their regional bases outside the 2,000 km (1250 mile) range of IRGC's missiles.

U.S. sanctions on the IRGC could affect fighting in Iraq and Syria where both Iran and the U.S. support warring parties fighting the Islamic State, another terrorist organization like the IRGC.

France worries that classifying the IRGC correctly [as terrorists] could worsen tensions in the region.

Germany said it feared Trump would decide Iran isn't respecting the nuclear deal, and worries such a measure would exacerbate insecurity in the Middle East. Perhaps Merkel also is scared that her bloated Islamic population would "go all jihad" on Germany.

The U.N. nuclear watchdog's inspectors say repeatedly that Iran is in compliance with the terms of this horrible one-sided deal. But how can they really know that with certainty when they have to pre-announce their inspection visits and are prohibited from inspecting military installations where Iran has 'pinky-sworn' that there's nothing there to see?

Trump rightfully called Iran "a corrupt dictatorship" in his first UN General Assembly speech adding that the nuclear deal was "the worst and most one-sided transactions the United States has ever entered into".

British Prime Minister Theresa May supports the deal; Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu opposes it.

Why is it that the nation in the Middle East with a bullseye painted on it opposes the idea of Iran being able to eventually develop nuclear weapons?

But going back to Iran's Qasemi, the U.S. and Israel are just being "Islamophobic" and our accusations are "baseless".

So I guess we shouldn't believe Iran means it when they chant "Death to America!" "Death to Israel!"

We're just being Islamophobic--as if it's irrational.

That ad hominem attack only works with idiots (aka leftists).

Never forget that after the IRGC captured US Navy sailors and made them "take a knee," the bastards made a statue out of that scene.

Like the Jews have said of the Holocaust: "Never again."

Plame goes down in flames

Photo: Wochit News/YouTube
Former CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson tweeted an article in The Unz Review an online magazine titled: "America's Jews Are Driving America's Wars," on Thursday.

The article claims American Jews are pushing for a war in the Middle East, particularly with Iran. The magazine hawks itself as an "alternative" to the "mainstream media," but after reading the article, it appears that it's more like an alternative to an emetic.

After her tweet, Twitter users were shocked. But Wilson doubled down and argued that her critics should read the article and "put aside" any biases. This appears to indicate that she actually read the article but it turns out she claims she didn't read it very thoroughly.

Her responses were interesting. In one she tweeted: "1) First of all, calm down. Re-tweets don't imply endorsement. Yes, very provocative, but thoughtful. Many neocon hawks ARE Jewish," Wilson said.

Then she used the "I'm such and such so how can I hate such and such?" defense. "2) Just FYI, I am of Jewish decent. I am not in favor of war with Iran, or getting out of the Iran nuclear treaty. There are simply https://t.co/AR3Jsl1yml --Valerie Plame Wilson (@ValeriePlame) September 21, 2017.

After the backlashes continued on Twitter, Wilson walked it back, saying she didn't read the article thoroughly and had only paid attention to its criticism of neoconservatives.

So why did she tell others to read the article and "put aside" any biases?

Finally she said: "OK folks, look, I messed up. I skimmed this piece, zeroed in on the neocon criticism, and shared it without seeing and considering the rest," she tweeted. Then she admitted that she "missed gross undercurrents" in the post and actually thanked Twitter users for urging her to take another look at the article's argument. In other words, read the damn thing.

She apologized and said she isn't perfect.

The article by Philip Giraldi says American Jews shouldn't be allowed to make decisions related to Middle East policy, because neoconservative foreign policy establishment is mainly beholden to American Jews with an attachment to Israel.

"We don't need a war with Iran because Israel wants one and some rich and powerful American Jews are happy to deliver. Seriously, we don't need it," Giraldi writes.

But Valerie Plame Wilson has previously praised Giraldi's anti-Semitic venom. In one of his articles in 2014, he offered strong criticism of Israel and PM Benjamin Netanyahu. Wilson's comment was that the argument was "well put." And if you hate Israel and the Jews, everything an anti-Semite says about them is "well put" in the way you already think--even if you learned as an adult, your grandfather was Jewish.

As it turns out, Valerie Plame Wilson resigned from the Ploughshares Fund last week. She wrote on Twitter:
"Actions have consequences, and while I have been honored to serve on the board of the Ploughshares Fund . . . to avoid detracting from their mission, I have resigned."
Ploughshares was a big promoter of the Iran nuclear deal and even funded programming at National Public Radio that covered the deal. In support of the deal, Ploughshares president Joe Cirincione also used similar rhetoric that was retweeted by Wilson and finally led to her resignation.

Iran threatens to end the nuclear deal if US doesn't bow to their demands

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is celebrating the 37th anniversary of their takeover of our U.S. Embassy in Tehran. In light of that hostage-taking event, which rendered then-President Jimmy Carter impotent, the IRGC is threatening our current impotent president with voiding the nuclear deal if we don't keep up our end of the agreed upon issues.

A lieutenant commander of the IRGC, Brigadier General Hossein Salami (his friends call him "Cold Cuts") spoke at a commemoration of the hostile Embassy takeover. "The Iranian nation is bound to its nuclear commitments, but this commitment is not a one-way street."

Salami spoke at a huge demonstration in Tehran on Thursday, adding that if the U.S. fails to keep its word regarding the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA, aka nuclear deal) they will be forced to return to "square one" regarding negotiations.

The July 2015 nuclear deal was an agreement between Iran and the West, represented by the P5=1 nations which are Russia, China, the U.S., Britain, France and Germany. Its purpose was to "ensure that Iran's nuclear program will be exclusively peaceful," said the State Department under Vietnam protester and current Secretary of State John Kerry.

Iran, and other Islamic theocracies define "peaceful" as a time when everyone submits to the will of Allah. In the Islamic Dictionary for Infidels, by Robert Spencer (2006) the author writes:
Muslims frequently claim, to obscure the realities of the war against non-Muslims, that "Islam means peace." The word "Islam" does indeed come from the same three-letter Arabic root (s-l-m) as the word "salaam," peace. "Islam," however, means "submission," not peace. "Peace" in Islam equals submission to the will of Allah through ihis divine eternal law, sharia. The absence of sharia is the absence of peace. Bassam Tibi explains: "First, both sides should acknowledge candidly that although they might use identical terms these mean different things to each of them. The word 'peace,' for example, implies to a Muslim the extension of the Dar al-Islam--or 'House of Islam'--to the entire world," explained Tibi. "This is completely different from the Enlightenment concept of eternal peace that dominates Western thought, a concept developed by Emmanuel Kant," an 18th-century philosopher. "Similarly, when Muslims and the Western heirs of the Enlightenment speak of tolerance they have different things in mind. In Islamic terminology, this term impies abiding non-Islamic monotheists, such as Christians, Jews and Zoroastrians, as second-class believers. They are 'dhimmi,' a protected but politically immature minority." According to Tibi, the quest of converting the entire world to Islam is an immutable fixture of the Muslim worldview. Only if this task is accomplished, if the world has become a "Dar al-Islam," will it also be a "Dar a-Salam," or house of peace."
So when Iran says they are pursuing a "peaceful" use of nuclear energy, we can rightfully believe that they have their own definition of 'peace.'

If Iran can indeed bring "Death to America" and "Death to Israel," then they will have peace.

Since the nuclear deal was signed Iran pointed fingers at the U.S. but has continued financing and providing material support for global terror. They have also taken several Americans into custody and sentenced them to 10 years in prison in order to get hostage money that the Obama administration is willing to pay to make himself appear less impotent than he actually is.

"Iranians will fight to the last moment for their rights anywhere in the world; a complete return to conditions before JCPOA is a total possibility should the US fail to attach to its commitments in implementing much-vaunted deal," Cold Cuts said in that Farsi way he has of talking.

But they only do so to bring "peace" into the world.

Why Hillary Clinton is a delusional disaster

Hillary effectively said on Sunday that she's the nominee of the Democratic party, Bernie Sanders doesn't count and Trump would be as successful at POTUS as she was in Benghazi as Secretary of State. Okay, maybe not the last, but you get the idea.

What she said was that she is better than Sanders and Trump because she's better "vetted and tested" and that Trump is only "pretend" successful [with his pretend jet, pretend money, and pretend front-runner for the GOP].

This statement may become historical, not in the realm of politics, but in the classrooms of Psychology 101 as an example of delusional thinking

Of course, colleges would need to become far less leftist for that to happen.

If Benghazi was a test, and how she told the families of the dead that the cause of the terrorist attack was a video from a guy with the same first and last name, then she failed the test.

If deleting 30,000 emails from her illegal private email server was her way of being vetted, then she's delusional beyond the pale.

If failing the Washington D.C. bar exam illustrates her success, then she's successful, at least in her mind.

If supporting the Iran nuclear deal is a sign of her successful decision-making, then she's successful, just as she was in failing to curb Russia's aggression.

If yelling at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for 45 minutes on the phone and screwing around with our closest ally in the Middle East is a sign of success, then Hillary is successful.

But obviously she isn't successful--she's a do-nothing, fly everywhere, loud-mouth wife of a former president who, if she'd never married him, would be "baking cookies," as she says.

And while on one hand she wants to be the first woman president of the United States, she would have her husband deal with the economy--maybe because "boys are better at math than girls."

I suspect, however, that Hillary would be a failure even at baking cookies--it actually takes talent and you can do it without bragging.

Obama fails to discuss Iran's missile tests

The Two Amigos
In a move to make America mediocre again, the Obama administration is dodging the congressional inquiry that is examining their refusal to call Iran's ballistic missile tests a violation of the international statute barring such tests. The Obama folks prefer to call it "an Iranian science project," or some other euphemism to avoid any trouble.

Congress is frustrated and the more intelligent congressmen and women are rightfully worried that a mushroom cloud will be coming to their neighborhood one day soon.

Lawmakers on "the right side of history," are saying the administration is breaking their promise to enforce the missile ban, but they need to remember Obama's "red line in the sand" and get over it--our 'fearless leader' is too fearful to lead by taking a strong stand with practically all foreign countries, except Israel.

Like Islamists and many leftists, Obama doesn't like Israel.

Capitol Hill lawmakers launched their investigation in early April into what they say is Obama's efforts to mislead Congress about the details of the nuclear deal of last summer.

Of course, this was not the first time, nor will it be the last, that Obama has misled the American people. The 'hope and change' he hawked when running for POTUS sounded good for the country to some folks when it said those words, but the only change we wanted was for a real leader and for him to be gone.

The Obama socialist crew's refusal to say Iran violated the nuclear deal has become a key sticking point and prompted congressional leaders to launch the investigation into claims Obama misled them regarding the terms of the deal.

Everyone now knows that when it comes to making deals, Obama is "all bat and no balls."

Three Republican representatives, Mike Pompeo (Kan.), Peter Roskam (Ill.), and Lee Zeldin (N.Y.) petitioned the State Department by letter this month asking them to explain its shift on the ballistic missiles issue.

"While many lawmakers, ourselves included, are certain that Iran's latest tests violate UNSCR 2231, your decision to cease labeling the launches a violation is alarming," the letter said. "We are troubled by reports that the administration is stifling voices within its ranks for stronger action against Iran--putting the [nuclear agreement] and political legacy above the safety and security of the American people."

Rather than answer the question, the State Department, in its undying allegiance to Barack Obama's so-called legacy, refused to answer the question.

"Would you like ketchup on those fries?" John Kerry asked as he passed a bottle of Heinz to Zeldin who declined the offer.

A senior congressional source accused the State Department of dodging key questions. "It looks like the State Department did not feel a need to answer any of Congressman Pompeo's questions. Given the complete disconnect between what the Obama Administration testified to Congress about Iranian ballistic missile tests, and how it is behaving now, it is no wonder Pompeo is asking these questions. I am not sure how much longer President Obama and his staff can dance around these issues while avoiding legitimate inquiries like this one."

I'd say Obama can dance around it for about another 9 months when a new POTUS is sworn in.

John Kerry described Iran's ballistic tests as inconsistent with the UN resolution, but would not call them a violation, even though it was. This is the same "man" who attended the inauguration of the Vietnam Communist Museum and gave himself a combat medal for that war, which he later protested along with Jane Fonda.

Is it any wonder why Americans are fed up with the establishment?

Doesn't it make sense why someone as monosyllabic as Donald Trump can become the GOP nominee for POTUS?

We are sick of incompetent morons putting our nation in danger by allowing other countries to walk all over us as they laugh at us while doing so.

I suspect Trump is going to be nominated for the GOP in this election, but whoever runs against these leftist puss-tards has my vote, even if it isn't Trump or Cruz.

I refuse to allow my anger over not having my choice of candidate run against Clinton or Sanders. I will vote for whoever runs against them because we cannot afford another term of liberal politics.

Iran keeps launching birds while flipping bird to US

This administration makes deals like Obama makes three point shots. The nuclear deal we made with Iran is about as solid as moldy jello and if you thought for a moment that it would prevent the terrorist nation from developing nuclear weapons, I have some winning lottery tickets to sell you.

Iran's foreign minister made it clear Sunday that the Islamic Republic's ballistic missile program is "not open to negotiation" with the United States. This was met with a predictable lightning strike of words by John Kerry, who, like Hillary Clinton, is a stand-in for a real Secretary of State.

John Kerry and his wig said during his visit to Bahrain that the US and our regional allies were "prepared to work on a new arrangement to find a peaceful solution" regarding Iran's recent ballistic missile tests.

There are Western experts who refuse to play 'brain dead' and know the missiles could eventually be used to blow stuff up with a nuclear warhead. The stuff, they will not admit, would be a target known as Infidelisbhad in an attempt to kill as many non-Shi'ite Muslims as they can.

Because Obama is so good at making deals (sarcasm) the missile tests currently being carried out by the terrorists are not covered by the U.S.-Iranian nuclear deal. Makes perfect sense if the person behind the deal is sympathetic to Islam and therefore is willfully blind to their ultimate intentions.

But in spite of the ballistic tests not being a part of the stupid deal we made, it actually goes agains a U.N. Security Council Resolution, but Iran says, "Does not, nuh huh."

Foreign Minister Javad Zarif rejects any concessions "The Wigster" Kerry is asking for, to which Kerry stamped his feet and said more words that had as much an effect on Iran as 3D movie glasses has on a goldfish.

"Secretary Kerry and the U.S. State Department know well that Iran's missile and defense capabilities are not open to negotiation," the sneaky snake Zarif said, as reported by Iran's news agency, ISNA. He made the launches seem to be about self-defense, but to Iran, a good defense isn't as cool as a shock and awe offense.

Zarif actually made a good point by telling "The Wigster" that the U.S. should be more worried about our allies arming ISIS, which was answered by an audible "Harumph" by the guy who married into the Heinz Corporation fortune.

"The U.S. needs to view regional issues more seriously than raise baseless and threadbare allegations against Iran. Mr. Kerry should ask U.S. allies where the Islamic State's arms come from."

I believe he already knows where they come from, as does his predecessor and the Democratic shoe-in for either president or prison (probably the former, if you believe in the devil).

Since they started testing ballistic missiles and whether Obama was still a pussy (if Col. Ralph Peters can no longer say it, I will), we have responded with a couple of little sanctions on a few people and some businesses. But heaven forfend if we used serious national sanctions on Iran--that might make them angry or, as an Obama non sequitur might say, "That would be giving them what they want."

As a possible face-saving ploy, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs (not like those of Bill Clinton's) Thomas Shannon said that one of Iran's primary purposes for their ballistic testing was to make the hard-liners happy because our deal with them was so strict and limiting.

And if you believe Shannon, I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'm selling at a bargain price.

Obama weepy over Iran's behavior

There is only so much advice one should take from another individual whose emotional involvement affects one's decisions. Valeria Jarrett is not the person Obama should be listening to when it comes to trusting the behavior of the Iranian theocracy. According to the blog  Conservative Report, Jarrett was the "brains" behind the Benghazi decisions that saw 4 Americans killed.

So who knows who the decision-maker regarding the Iranian nuclear deal was? Maybe it was Jarrett, maybe it was Obama. Either way, the United States came out of that deal looking like naive rubes.

"Iran so far has followed the letter of the agreement," Obama whined, "but the spirit of the agreement involves Iran also sending signals to the world's community and businesses that it is not going to be engaging in a range of provocative actions that are going to scare businesses off. When they launch ballistic missiles with slogans calling for the destruction of Israel, that makes businesses nervous."

Not that calling for the destruction of Israel bothers Obama all that much--it's just bad for business. You know, "First they came for the socialists . . . then they came for . . . " yadda yadda.

It might scare away the Obama socialists.

It's amazing that Obama didn't think Iran would not abide by the spirit of the agreement. Amazing . . . unless he's as smart as his zombies believe he is and did the deal in spite of the consequences. After all, he lives in a protected environment and can duck radiation with his girls and Valerie by his side.

And perhaps Michelle if she gets off his case now and then.

So now Obama is criticizing Iranian leaders for undermining the "spirit" of last year's historic nuclear agreement, even as they stick to the "letter" of the pact.

After our president virtually bent over backwards for Iran, what do the go and do? Use your imagination.

Obama claimed that Iran's troubles after the sanctions were lifted and we still plan to allow them access to our banking system and Hillary's emails, were due to Iran's support of Hezbollah, ongoing ballistic missile testing, and other aggressive behavior.

Like humiliating our Navy.

But it's only a military organization, to Obama, so what's the big deal again?

"Iran has to understand what every country in the world understands, which is businesses want to go where they feel safe, where they don't see massive controversy, where they can be confident that transactions are going to operate normally. And that's an adjustment that Iran's going to have to make as well."

Obama loves to lecture the world. He's definitely the smartest man who ever lived, or ever will.

Except for any conservative, patriotic American.

UN Security Council meets to discuss Iran's bad behavior

The UN Security Council met with U.S. Ambassador Samantha Power Monday to talk about Iran's "provocative and destabilizing" launch last week of a long-range missile with Hebrew writing threatening the destruction of Israel.

I wonder if perhaps George Soros helped Iran with the Hebrew. Although being Jewish, George Soros on Israel and Jews don't seem to get along very well. (For moron George Soros, go here.)

Lucky for us,  the Obama administration isn't a fan of Israel and the Jews either, so maybe we will not be going to war with Iran in the near future. We'll just have to wait until they develop a nuke and put it in a long-range missile . . . then we can cross our fingers--Iranians hate crosses.

The meeting on Iran was added to one that was already scheduled to discuss the latest Syrian situation. But the U.S. called the meeting because after the deal and the ending of sanctions that were in place, they promised not to pursue nuclear weapons, and by golly, they did, surprising nobody except Obama and his minions.

In a strong barrage of words, certain to bring regret to the Ayatollah and cessation of further nuclear ambitions, Samantha Power said: "We condemn such threats against another UN member-state and one of our closest allies."

It is unclear if Powers drew a red line as well.

Whether or not the missile tests actually violated the terms of the nuclear deal is not the point. What matters is how unabashedly clear the Iranian Shi'ite terrorists are about their intentions with Israel, and eventually with us.

When Iran chants "Death to Israel!" and "Death to America," they honestly mean it with all their hearts.

Maybe we should send all the anti-Semites to Iran to help them with their religious endeavors.

North Korea almost locked and loaded to launch long-range missile

According to one U.S. official, Pyongyang is merely "days away" from launching a ballistic missile that is nuclear-capable and has intercontinental capabilities. The missile is quite similar to the one they launched in 2012, and although North Korea usually announces their launches in advance, calling them "space launches," this missile is built like an ICBM.

There goes our Ground Hog Day.

The United Nations and others will be very miffed and will likely do nothing, to keep in form with what the United States does under this administration. Oh, they'll squawk and shake limp fists, but nothing will be done in spite of the fact that long-range missile tests were banned to prevent the further proliferation of nukes by Kim Jung Un and his Hair Club for Men members.

According to an official at the International Maritime Organization in London, North Korea said that an Earth observation satellite will be launched sometime between February 8th and 25th. I believe they should launch it on our President's Day celebration on February 15th to punctuate how desperately the United States needs a real president.

To understand the chronology of the U.S. - North Korean Nuclear and Missile Diplomacy, go here.

Our current nuclear deal with Iran is likely a much worse case scenario because they have an end-times agenda. They will not be afraid of a nuclear holocaust that will assure them of what they believe will be "Paradise."

And that will be the end of Ground Hog Day.

Kerry speaks with forked tongue

Who are you going to believe, 77 million Iranians who chant "Death to America" or John Kerry?

Secretary of State Kerry announced Monday that "the world is safer today" because of the Iran nuclear deal.

On Thursday Kerry said that some U.S. funds incorporated into the agreement will make their way into the coffers of terrorist organizations.

To be clear, here is what Kerry said: "I think that some of it will end up in the hands of the IRGC (Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps) or of other entities, some of which are labeled terrorists. You know, to some degree, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that every component of that can be prevented. But I can tell you this, right now, we are not seeing the early delivery of funds going to that kind of endeavor at this point in time. I'm sure at some point some of it will."

So the world is a safer place today because of the Iran nuclear deal but the money we've released to them will likely end up in the hands of the same IRGC who took 10 of our sailors hostage, which then Kerry THANKED for releasing them.

Money that will go to "other entities, some of which are labeled terrorists." (My italics.)

Kerry implies with the word 'labeled' that maybe they are, maybe they aren't actually real terrorists like ISIS. Maybe they're more like Hamas and Hezhollah--groups we call terrorist organizations for lack of a better term.

What bizarre leadership we have. What stupidity and suicidal irresponsibility, all for some BS legacy for a POTUS who would have none, save for Obamacare, which has never lived up to its hype.

The Iranian mullahs must be laughing to the point of incontinence.

Kerry is as useless as Secretary of State as he was as a swiftboat commander in Vietnam. But you'd never know because he put himself in for the medals.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
